I have got a sony bravia 26" as a membership gift from Club Mahindra. Exactly 2 months after the warranty period, the TV screen turned blank, with every other thing working fine. The Gurgaon based authorised service center checked it and initially gave me a lumpsu budget of Rs 20,000 for replacing the panel. Then after protesting and requesting, they contacted the sony india and reverted back with a budget of Rs 9000+. My problem is with the quality of the product, which immediately after the warranty period needs such huge cost to repair. You cant ask someone to spend 30% of product's original cost to spend on its repair within 16 months of purchase. If after warranty period SONY doesnt feel responsible for anything, then let customers know it in advance that immediately after warranty period, the TV might blow off, or it might need a repair, costing almost another LCD TV.
I am surprised at the quality standards of SONY and also at the way they provide post sale services. I have made several written and telephonic requests for them to look into the matter( complain no 4874988), as I am in no position to cough up this kind of money on repair.

    Sony Ericsson Mobile — mobile phone stolen

    I lost my Sony ericcson mobile phone on 8/2/2010 while travelling in a bus in Bangalore.I was trvelling

      Pleaselook into this matter,My self Biswajit Swain,I was deposited my SE handset modelno-W595 in your authorised service station(SPIRMON ,BHUBANESWAR,SAHEED NAGER,B-16) on 25jan2010 on warranty due to phone on /off problem.But till date nobody was communicate with me about the status,Many time I am trying to contact with them on[protected],but that no was switch off,.Today I am contact & phone is ringing ur customer service representative receive the phone but donot tell nothing & CUT THE PHONE .Once again I am calling on that no when I am asking why u disconnect the line,UR representative misbehave using like word useless.......is it ur service ?or it is the style to treat with customers .Please do the need ful...


      *I will also lodge a complain in consumer forum& human resource .

        good day sir/madam

        all electronics in my home from past 20+ yrs are from sony and are very reliable when compared to others

        so thinking that i would get the same reliability from a sony vaio laptop i bought a sony vaio VGN CR313H
        in sep 2008 paying Rs 40000 when similarly configured laptops were available for 30000

        the system promised 4.5hrs of back up from the battery i used to get around 3 hours still i thought it was ok( note this was normal internet uasge without wifi using wires ethernet) now exactly after 1 year after the warranty expired the battery started to detoriate like anything an before u know it it is giving me appx 1hr o[censored]sage that to with brightness set to half , the new battery pack costs appx 6000 rs why should i pay extra money for a new batery when i have already paid a premium of 10000Rs

        Kindly help me in this regard

          Hi , i purchased my sony ericsson w595 mobile at singapore before 2 months it was working well since i bought but , after 2 months i had a problem that phone is not detected in my pc .so i try to make it repair by using pc suite but while i am doing that operation my phone gets switch off its not get ON till 2 days .what can i do for this problem ? i try 2 put it on charge and make on but still not working .Even i removed my battery and then make it on still its like that only .

          Sony Ericsson — W595

          I faced display flickering problem in my handset within 10-12 days of purchase. I gave it for repair twice to get the problem resolved. Handset was returned to me with scratches on the backside of the slider. The person agreed to replace the same.
          Within few days the I faced problem with voice ( I was not getting voice ) and I went back to the service station. He kept it for some days and returned it to me. According to him he replaced the speaker in the handset.
          After few days I again faced the same problem but with more intensity. This time again I was not getting voice but with that none of the keys in the handset were working. When I went to the service station he said the cable has been damaged inside which has to be replaced. he kept it for 26 days and returned with more scratches over the body and the cover of the battery was changed to another color. Upon asking regarding the same he said by mistake he has broken the cover so he will be replacing the same. Even after he had repaired it four times the slider was getting stuck and according to him the same has to be replaced. which he committed to replace on the first instance. Now after given for repair so many times due to carelessness of the owner there are scratches all over the panel.
          The same had been returned yesterday and today again I am not getting voice in the handset.
          And now I am left with no other option than escalating the issue higher up and get a replacement of the handset as it has been giving lot of problems very frequently even after it has been repaired many times.

          Please find the details of handset and get the handset replaced it has been there in the service station more than it was with me, and I can not settle for anything less than that.

          I own a w595 Sony Ericsson Phone[protected] which has keypad working problem n also hangs very offen, i gave for service three times at your service center near malleshwaram but the problem remains for all the three times,.. plz help me with this ...... it has been only 7 months buying it...... the problem started from the 6th month only........ plz consider this n reply to this complaint... i had also submitted this complaint day before yesterday...... but no reponse...

            IC and Motherboard
            I bought W580i last year, and as soon as its warranty was over, a month later the cell was not starting at all, when I checked out at the Sony Ericsson service centre at Thane, the guy to me that its IC and Motherboard was damaged. I don't know the reason WHY???.
            It didn't fall at all, never fell in water, infact I took good care of it, there wasn't any symptoms any problem at all.
            Now the SonyEricsson guy told me that its gonna cost me about 3300/-. Is that the cell normally has some problem after the expiry of its warranty. Its really bad on your part, also when I brought the cell back, I found that some button on keypad and also the ON/OFF button is damaged.
            I need a explanation and a solution to the IC and Motherboard issue ASAP.

              After Sales Repair

              It is really bad when you don't get service even after sales and when you are paying for it.

              A really good brand but I think it is really bad on their part.

              I have a Flatron 29 Inches which i asked SIGMA Marketing authourised repair center for repair on Phone but till now after repeated requested nothing has been done so far.

              Attaching recent mail with Sony India it has been now 13 days since...

                I have purchased one Sony Digital Cam from Suraj Digital Studio & Color Lab(7,Fountain Chowk, yamunanagar Haryana - 135001, Telephone Numbers - [protected]/[protected]/[protected]) on 27th September,2009. Now the camera is not working properly and the bill for the same is misplaced by me. When I approached the Sony Service Center to repair the camera, they denied to accept it without bill.
                Now I have asked the Shopkeeper to provide me the duplicate bill for the same, but he is denying from the same.
                Can you plz help me out.

                  Sony Ericson k810i — Improper response and service of sony ericsson service centre

                  Sir,
                  I have given my sony ericson K810i cell phone(model no.[protected]) for repair of my camera switch on 09/07/08 at"Tanuja Telecom, Shop No.2, Vishwakarma Bldg.no.5, Ambadi Road, Vasai Road(west), pin-401202" Which is official sony ericson service centre.
                  My cell is in warranty period.As today my phone is not yet repaired and no proper information in given to me when my phone will be delivered .I have been repeatedly visiting and calling the service centre but they are trying to avoid me
                  and are unable to give me proper answer when my cell will be repaired.I had even complained in their customer care twice but there was no proper response. I don't see any reason for the delay as mentioned in their
                  job sheet(i.e delay due to flood, storm, earthquake, emergency, war, civil war etc.)
                  I request u to kindly look into the matter and protect our rights as a consumer.

                  Sony Ericsson K810i — Service centre issue

                  I had purchased a cellphone of Sony Ericssion model no K810i from Planet M Store in Saket,New Delhi.As i had purchased this cell phone from Planet M they are giving me 1 year .additional waranty.But during very First year the camera of the cell stops working .i had given it in SonyService centre and they returned back after 15 days but after two days problem started once again so i had given it in PlanetM saket.Since 18 June 2009 but till date i have not received the phone the phone.Every time they are making false promise still i have received email from sony to replace the cell but all vain.

                  Sony Ericsson K810i — No service parts available

                  I have purchased K810i Sony Ericsson Mobile a months back. earlier also I'm have proble with service cernter at Borivali Mumbai. Till recently I some problem ocuurs with button. i was told to replace the key pad and buttons. Since for month I'm waiting for the parts to come. Also service center is having only lanline connection that too busywhen we required support. Also earlier during replacement they have provided me older chager instead odf new model.

                  Sony Ericsson- Mobile Phone — No / Improper Response from Cusrtomer care / Service centre

                  I have given my mobile for repair on 19th Feb'11 which is under warranty and the service center told the motherboard needs to be replaced. But till now i haven't got my mobile back and the service centre representative told the motherboard needs to be provided by Sony and they are delaying. I raised complaint through help desk but in vain. Everytime i call they say it is in "Repair department" and even they don't know the exact status. They simply respond you will let you know the status 1 week and there are several weeks gone with same responses and they don't even aware of SLA's for the issues. I need to spend money speaking to the helpdesk and getting the update!!!!!!!!!!! This is how they treat the customer...What a service..... I am really pissed-off and i never going to purchase any Sony products henceforth. This has really impacted Business As usual activities, as i need to keep following up with these guys and need to spend considerable amount of time reaching out to this people.

                  Can anyone provide me the details on filing a complaint in the consumer court regarding this

                    This morning I lodged a complaint on this site. I am doing so again as I did not submit my IMEI # [protected]. The mobile no is [protected] . The service provider is Air Tel.
                    I am a priest at Sacred Heart Church Worli, 26,Sasmira Marg, Dadar 400030. Around 9.30 a.m. I left for the Nair Hospital, Bombay Central, in a cab.I was wearing a cassock. The mobile was in the pocket. I dropped my mobile in the cab around 10.00 a.m. I say this because once or twice before it had fallen from my pocket in a similar way in a rickshaw.
                    Sorry to repeat my complaint. Thanks for the good work you are doing. GOD BLESS YOU.

                      This morning at 9.30 am. I hired a cab to go to Nair Hospital at Bombay central.I must have reached the hospital around 10.00 a.m. I am a priest and I was wearing a cassock. I think I dropped it from my cassock pocket. I say this because once before I had similarly dropped it in a rickshaw but was lucky to have found it.

                        I have bought Sony Ericson F305 model mobile on 9/03/2009 from Telephone Shoppee,Aundh . Within one week of buying there was problem in the display of the handset. Then only I requested to replace the mobile. However, It was told that only repair is possible in the warantee. Mobile was sent through Telephone shoppe to Sony ericson Service centre. After continuous followup, I got my mobile repaired by after almost one month. Now again the same problem is faced .However, When the mobile was sent for repair to Sony ericson centre they refursed to take siting the reqson that there are duplicate parts in the Mobile.

                        I want to inform all here that Please do not buy any mobile of Sony Ericson expecially F305 and do not by mobile from any outlet of Telephone Shoppe. .

                          I am a central Govt. employee, I have purchased Sony Ericsson mobile model no. K 850i from mobile mall, Maninagar Ahmedabad on dtd. 22.06.2009 after 15days, there is a problem of restart & hang during any process or between call. And after 2 days it permanently shutdown and not started till. And that time I was at my native place at Jhansi , and I suffer from lots of problem regarding mobile.

                          I contact service centre address Sony Ericsson ,RT Outsourcing Services Ltd – Ahmedabad on dated 27 July 2009 , They told me regarding this , there is a problem in motherboard, they took in custody my mobile and sent to Delhi for further and told me to contact after 15 days,
                          I receive back my mobile from service centre, after few days, same problem occurred in my mobile. So I again contact to Sony Ericsson on dtd 07.09.2009 at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd –Ahmedabad, and again my mobile sent to Delhi for motherboard replacement & after I got my mobile on dtd 30.09.2009 after replacement work of RF/motherboard. When I receive my mobile from service centre, I found Bluetooth of my mobile not working properly with this problem I went to my native place at Jhansi,UP. So that I again contact to service centre of Sony Ericsson on dtd 23.12.2009 at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd Ahmedabad and service centre sent again my mobile to Delhi for motherboard replacement & after I got my mobile on dtd 02.01.2010 after replacement work of RF/motherboard, but there is a problem of restart & hang during any process or between call.                           Sir, I purchased mobile to catch glimps of nice moments of my new born baby and others beautiful moments all are the disappear due to mobile problem and also frustrated to visit Sony Ericsson service center. I am a central Govt. Employee on a responsible post, on performing duty I have to go out of city 2-3 times in a week and it is very difficult to me without having mobile on performing the duty and at that time I can’t contact to family living alone with my newborn baby and any other person when needed most and lots of problem regarding this mobile which I can’t write in words.

                          It was very difficult for me to visit your service center frequently about 20-30 times but I visit. I had given full payment of mobile, it was so costly for me but I paid, but now I have suffered too much. My mobile is mostly in your service center & now I want no replacement/repair, I want my money back .This is for your kind information. Please consider my complaint and take necessary action in my favor as Sony Ericsson is so reputed company. Otherwise inform me and than I will go to consumer forum unfortunately because of no other way for me.

                              I purchased a Sony PSP model 3004 on 15th Feb'09 from Sony Centre, Palm beach Road, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Sl no. of the device is 0274535 and the Tax Invoice no. of Sony Center is 6525/08-09

                              The PSP screen does not show the information correctly. I took this to the nearest service centre at Sri Sai in Sector 5 Vashi as this is in Warranty

                              The person refused to accept the product for repair just by looking at this and saying this is damaged. He said this can only be replaced by making 50% of the charges as the LCD has got burst from inside

                              There is absolutely no sign of any physical damage to the PSP. He refused to even give this in writing that he is not accepting the PSP because it is damaged.

                              I then complaint to their service head in Mumabai at Chandrashekhar.[protected]@ap.sony.com, sonyindia.[protected]@ap.sony.com, [protected]@gmail.com

                              The response was again stating thatthe device is broken /damage the same cannot be consider in warranty services as per warranty term and condition.

                              I again informed that there is no sign of any physical damage. The LCD looks to be partly displaying the data due to its manufacturing defect and hence it must be replaced at no cost to me.

                              Despite several reminders to them they are not responding to my complaint.

                              not satisfied with the terms of service and service provided:

                              i had internet problem and hanging problem in my phone sony ericsson walkman w8 as on 23rd of sep'12 because i was able to search on google but i was unable to synchronise my gmail as well as my fb account with phone and neither i could use fb on phone.

                              i went on 25sept'12 to the authorised service center of sony named as best techno solution address of which is -117, ramgali no. 4, near panchwati circle, raja park, jaipur.
                              my job no. was w[protected]

                              i was suggested to uprade my phone and i did the same and paid rs 280 for the service

                              but still i faced the problem of synchronising my account with phone
                              i talked to the technicians there who wittnessed the same problem so they reseted my phone through factory reset, connected to wifi, than he synchronised his account and showed to me.

                              i tried the same after getting net settings on my phone but was still unable

                              i got bussy due to my exams but still tried to sort out the problem

                              after many attempts i went to authorised sefvice center of sony at:
                              a19, 3rd floor, gtc mall, ajmeri gate jaipur. on 17 nov'12

                              i told the technician there about the problem to which he suggested me to upgrade the software for rs 300
                              i told him that it wasnt also 2 months time, dat i already got the phone upgraded to which he said that there is no garuntee on upgradation.
                              after long conversation he agreed to do the work at cost of rs 250 but i stood on my point that
                              Y SHOULD I PAY YOU FOR THE WORK FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID ONCE IN RECENT TIME
                              AND HONESTLY I DOUBT WHEN HE AGREED TO DO THE WORK AT DISCOUNT OF RS 50

                              my phone is not in the warranty period
                              i want you to look into the matter, awaiting for a positive reply

                                I Have purchased Sony Ericsson U1 (Satio) phone on 8th of December 2009 from Shop Alfa 5/6,Dadi House, Irla Society, Vile Parle (w), Mumbai – 400 056 under Bill no:- B / 24 for which I also been Issue cash sales receipt and warranty certificate. I am very sorry to write and make a complaint as my phone has started getting hanged within 20 days from purchase. I personally visited the service centre near to my residence I made a complaint at service centre having address :- 45/1785, Sanghmitra C.H.S., Opp Y.M.C.A, D.N.Nagar Link road, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400 053
                                I was informed by the person that the phone is having software problems. He assured me that the handset would be working in good condition but everything has come to me as falls assurance. My handset has various problems and I have no solution for the same. I visited the same service centre on 19th Jan 2010 and was issued work order no: - BE310MT110350. I was handed over the handset on the same day with repairing of fault code: - 28- SW Application problem.
                                The handset has again failed to work and I am facing following problems.
                                The phone is getting hanged on alternate basis and at the same time if I am receiving a new sms on the phone I am unable to read the sms since the phone is displaying an error message (Messaging Memory Full: End some running application and try again) in spite of having just 5 sms in my inbox even after checking no running applications on the Phone. Secondly the camera is also not functioning properly at camera mode as when I am clicking a photo from the phone it automatically goes to the menu option.
                                I am totally dissatisfied with the handset Sony Ericsson U1 (Satio) I have no option but to make a complaint in this regard and expect the reputed company like Sony Ericsson would give me solution of my problems at an early date.

                                Have you guys noticed that most of you that are complaining about the Satio have purchased it from the outlet called Alpha or Alfa or whatever? I've been here 5 mins, read 4 compliants and all 4 have purchased it from this outlet. I think you need to check with the outlet. because I picked up my Satio on Feb 3rd from a Sony Ericsson Outlet here in Chennai and I don't seem to be having any problems with it!

                                  Dear sir,

                                  05 Jan’2009: I have purchased a Sony Ericsson Mobile hand set W-595, IMEI No. [protected] for amount Rs. 14,500/- (Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred) on 05 Jan’2009 from “Sony Ericsson Experience Store, C/o Mansha Enterprises, 34-Old Cannaught Place, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) Phone No.[protected]” (Attached Case paid Bill No. 2346). The day I purchased the mobile, it hanged 03 (three) times when I was listening FM Radio. After that whenever I opened Media Player, the hand set got hanged. I contacted Show Room and told them about the problem, they told me to show this hand set to the Service Centre i.e. “ALLIED INFOTEL-SALORA, 28- A, Khurba, Near National Agencies, Dehradun(Uttrakhand) Mobile No. [protected]. The Service Centre updated Software after keeping set under observation for 02 days. But the problem could not be solved. I again contacted Service Centre & they again kept the set under observation for 03 more days & updated Software once again. But the problem could not be rectified and 3rd time I went with same problem to the above said service centre

                                  19 Feb’2009: on dated: 19 Feb’2009 and they given me complaint ID No. SES09AIN10349 (Annexure-1) and after 6 days.

                                  25 Feb’09: on dated: 25 Feb’09 (Anneure-1A) they returned my phone with another software updating.

                                  The same story was repeated 4th times within a month. This was certainly frustrating I could not use my Mobile in this period properly. So, I again went to above said Service Centre,

                                  03 March’2009:on dated:03 March’2009 and they kept my mobile once again with given Complaint ID No. SES09AIN10464 (Annexure-2),

                                  19 March’2009: After so much harassment, I complained on dated:19 March’2009 to “Sony Ericsson Customer Care Cell’s Phone No.[protected]” and they given me a complaint ID No.SE[protected]

                                  20 March’2009: and Ist time on 20 March’2009 I complained to Sony Ericsson’s official site (www.sonyericsson.com) and they given me Subject Case Reference No.[protected]Annexure-3 & 4),

                                  29 March’2009: IInd time on 29 March’2009 to Sony Ericsson’s official site (www.sonyericsson.com) Annexure-5 & 6) and given me Subject Case No. 73274075, (

                                  04 April’09: 04 April’09 (Annexure-7 & 8) and given me Subject case No.73294802.
                                  But it is sorry to say that all the problems were same in Video & Audio Player, in addition, new problems of distortion in Video & Audio Player(( Ear piece and speaker voice quality is noisy), play in Slider much more & dust particles in lens cover of Camera, started and they also tempered the slider.

                                  22 April’09: and finally IVth time on 22 April’09 (Annexure-9 & 10) and given Subject Case No. 73350546 they assured me through e-mail that my problem will be sorted out and asked me to submit Hand Set once again to the above said Service Centre. After their assurance I once again, submitted my Hand Set.
                                  05.May’2009: on 05.05.2009 (Annexure-11) to the above said Service Centre and they given me Complaint ID No. SES09AIN10951 once again and he kept my mobile hand set for a month.

                                  07 May’09: meanwhile, on May’09 I told my problems to Customer Care Cell and to sonyericsson.com once again (Annexure-12)but they said me to contact to the local area customer care person for your problem. I got the phone number [protected] of Mr. Sanjeev Saxena, local area customer care person from “Sony Ericsson Experience Store, C/o Mansha Enterprises, 34-Old Cannaught Place, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). But, who never picked his phone.

                                  30 May’2009: on 30 May’09 the Service Centre returned my mobile hand set (Annexure-11A) with assurance that the Set is prefect, as they have changed the Mother Board once again and new IMEI No. [protected]. and they also said me that the Mobile slider problem will be sorted out later after calling you until use mobile care fully.

                                  But it is very sorry to say that I am still facing the same problems my Mobile Hand Set still Hangs, Play in Slider part and often they clamps to each other and dust particles in lens cover of Camera, Distortion (Ear piece and speaker voice quality noisy) in Media Player still persists.

                                  26 Oct’2009: on 26 Oct’2009 (Annexure-13) with all above problems; Hand Set Hang, Audio-Video Distortion, Slider Problem (for which they have already promised me) For this, I again went to above service center with all above problems; Hand Set Hang, Audio-Video Distortion, Slider Problem (for which they have already promised me on 30 May’2009 to call me later to shorting out the slider problem but they never call me) and the Play Back Failure. They kept my mobile hand set for 05 days and returned it back to me on dated

                                  30 Oct’2009: on dated 30 Oct’2009(Annexure-13A) with an assurance that the slider part has been change and software also updated and right now the Hand Set is perfect. But on the same day when I was trying to pick some photographs and video clips of an important event, I found that the Mobile Camera quality has been worst and not work as it was. For this, I felt very upset own self and ashamed among all lower configured mobile hand sets of my friends. Not only this,

                                  31 Oct’2009:, the next day morning of 31 Oct’2009 when a call ringing on my mobile hand set and I was trying to pick, its display has completely gone off for ever and not came back and then I again went to the above service centre. And then I again went to the above service centre.

                                  03 Nov’2009: on 03 Nov’2009 (Annexure-14). The service centre said me that the Slider Cable has broken and its repair will take time and for others problem, you will have to change and adjust yourself with problem because once the mobile hand set repaired, its originality doesn’t come back and now I could not do more.

                                  Sir, until the date phone has deposited to the above Service Centre but in between I have send a legal notice to all above 3 concern persons but they denied to compensate with new mobile hand set me.

                                  i bought a new Sony ericsson Zylo. Not within a month passed, it developed fault. The screen goes off when the slider is opened. I handed over the mobile to service center at Allahabad, but there is no positive response. He was says that since the mobile is new the parts aren't available. How long will it go, its already 10 days. I dont have any other mobile, I am facing problems. Please suggest me some way. Other i will sue them.

                                  i too have a zylo...and it developed the same problem within a month...and i got it repaired and it took another month...but now it has again got the same problem...
                                  i had purchase a sony spairo w 100i mobile in last week of February 11 and after some time that is create many problem like restarting, key does not work display problem etc. and i was repaired many time in service center and i have more than 5 receipt of service center available. they said this problem cannot solved we will try our best but every time problem is there. your are requested to solve it otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                    i brought a new sony ericsson mobile set on[protected]
                                    i used the set only for a month. During this period i had to repair it for three times from your authorised service centre at kannur.First i was told that set had some software problems. I got it repaired.It got switched off then and sony showroompeople from where i brought the set told me about the hardware problem.i requested them to change my mobile since i used it for only a month.but their treatment towards me was very bad and they were not willing to give me a new mobile.i left my set with them .

                                    My wife has bought a Sony Ericsson Naite J105i yesterday.She was not informed that she needs to buy a data cable. When she got furious about it the store manager asked her to buy some higher version model or he offered to provide her a free Data cable.He insisted that there wont be any issues. The problem is that the cable which the storekeeper provided didnt work at all. When i tried Connecting it to my Pc the Phone hanged both on my pc as well as my laptop. To worsen the things when i waited for some instructions for around 10 mins the phone got heated so much that i could smell the fumes and the display had turned completely white as it was hanged without any icon started displaying a big blak spot on its lower left corner. I dont know whose fault it is and who is to blame.The cable had not come with the phone and there is no problem with its own accesories such as the charger which had come default with it. Sir Please let me know whether I should take it to the sony ericsson service center or exchange it for a new piece from the same store cuz i havent even started using its not even a day i have bought it after. Please help me Urgently. who is to blame on this and is it safe to continue using the same phone or it needs to be returned to the store for a new one. Would Sony ericsson guarantee its replacement or repair?

                                      I had a Sony erricson mobile phone K530i purchased on auguest 2008, I was not able to switch it on, after 7 days of my purchase I thought of getting it repaired at Sony Erricsson service center located at sector 34A chandigarh in the name of salora, they asked, that it can be replaced without repair, they asked me to go to the dealer from wherei puchased the phone and he will get it replaced, but now it s about 20 days passed i don't get my set back . the dealer excusing me by saying that there is no stock available in the chandigarh for that model and keep harashing me from last 20 days. i am not able to know whether it is customer service or customer harashment. i have spent 7500 rs on the purchase of that set and still from last 20 days it is not in my hand . kindly do the needful action as soon as possible. wait for positive response from ur side as soon as possible.
