    i have problem on my Sony handset w910i i have problem that phone automatic off . actually i perches this handset from Singapore when i was there i show it on your c.c.s. to there at that time they solve this problem but it comes again on my handset and my phone is in warranty period i hope you will take this complain seriously and solve my handset problem

      I purchased a new SONY VAIO LAPTOP Model No.-VPCCW25FG/W,Batch No-7000118 from Sony Exclusive Store Imperial Radios & Gramophone Co.Gwalior on 29-Jan-2010 with Invoice No.-1823.On 30-Jan-2010 a problem was reported in it and the dealer referred me to authorised Sony service centre that is T & F Customer Care Division Gwalior.The service centre authorities told me that there is a hardware problem(mother board defective) and has to be send to Sony Service Centre Indore upon which I dint agreed as it is a new product and the hardware problem in it is a manufacturing defect .And i gave them 5 days time for replacement . And after 3 days i was informed that my laptop has a cable defect and bios problem n if i wish it could be replaced.And was informed that the replacement of the product would take 15 days because of the unavailblity of the colour. On which i ask to talk to higher authorities because 15 days is unbearable for me. Since then i don't have any report for the process of my complaint .As it is 15 days since i submitted the laptop and no concrete reply is received by me from the company.

      Sony despite the fact that it is one of the biggest corporations, does not have a proper complaints procedure, ie if you have a problem you cannot talk to someone. You can only write to someone whereby you don't get a reply or the same reply that you got the first time so they try to wear you down! They do not honour their warranty - their products are made with cheap plastic and I have read hundreds of reports about how the plastic comes off and yet when mine came off after about 8 months (so well within warranty) they wanted to charge me £370 to just replace the little round plastic ring inside the connector!!! Whe I pointed out that it was within warranty they said that it was damage, despite the fact thaat I assured them that I had not taken pliers and pulled the plastic out! These people are just thieves! My other Sony desktop crashed after three and a half weeks but they said they will only replace it after 3 weeks and kept it for 2 months as it was completely Faulty!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ON BUYING THIS CRAP!

        I bought a set k220i last weak from durga puri next day when i see the phon the phon is broken on the botam whan i go to customer care no one giving me ans. all are besy . one person was eating bisket & other one one besy on phon when i was ask can u lison to me other person said kya kam hai they using very ruff launguag when i telling him about my probem they said ye sahi nahi hoga.

          I have purchased a Sony DAV DZ 790 from E-Zone pimpri by paying full amount in cash on 28th Jan, 2010. E-zone had a delivered a used system on 11th Feb., 2010 was confirmed by Sony service engineers who visited on 12th Feb., 2010. I am unable to understand why E-zone had not delivered a new system to me even after taking full amount from me and why Sony India is tolerating such dealers? Even though Sony sells such good number of home theatres in India why no body maintains good stock of home theatres?

          Can a E-zone or Sony India representative answer me?

            I have got a sony bravia 26" as a membership gift from Club Mahindra. Exactly 2 months after the warranty period, the TV screen turned blank, with every other thing working fine. The Gurgaon based authorised service center checked it and initially gave me a lumpsu budget of Rs 20,000 for replacing the panel. Then after protesting and requesting, they contacted the sony india and reverted back with a budget of Rs 9000+. My problem is with the quality of the product, which immediately after the warranty period needs such huge cost to repair. You cant ask someone to spend 30% of product's original cost to spend on its repair within 16 months of purchase. If after warranty period SONY doesnt feel responsible for anything, then let customers know it in advance that immediately after warranty period, the TV might blow off, or it might need a repair, costing almost another LCD TV.
            I am surprised at the quality standards of SONY and also at the way they provide post sale services. I have made several written and telephonic requests for them to look into the matter( complain no 4874988), as I am in no position to cough up this kind of money on repair.

                Pleaselook into this matter,My self Biswajit Swain,I was deposited my SE handset modelno-W595 in your authorised service station(SPIRMON ,BHUBANESWAR,SAHEED NAGER,B-16) on 25jan2010 on warranty due to phone on /off problem.But till date nobody was communicate with me about the status,Many time I am trying to contact with them on[protected],but that no was switch off,.Today I am contact & phone is ringing ur customer service representative receive the phone but donot tell nothing & CUT THE PHONE .Once again I am calling on that no when I am asking why u disconnect the line,UR representative misbehave using like word useless.......is it ur service ?or it is the style to treat with customers .Please do the need ful...

                  good day sir/madam

                  all electronics in my home from past 20+ yrs are from sony and are very reliable when compared to others

                  so thinking that i would get the same reliability from a sony vaio laptop i bought a sony vaio VGN CR313H
                  in sep 2008 paying Rs 40000 when similarly configured laptops were available for 30000

                  the system promised 4.5hrs of back up from the battery i used to get around 3 hours still i thought it was ok( note this was normal internet uasge without wifi using wires ethernet) now exactly after 1 year after the warranty expired the battery started to detoriate like anything an before u know it it is giving me appx 1hr o[censored]sage that to with brightness set to half , the new battery pack costs appx 6000 rs why should i pay extra money for a new batery when i have already paid a premium of 10000Rs

                    Hi , i purchased my sony ericsson w595 mobile at singapore before 2 months it was working well since i bought but , after 2 months i had a problem that phone is not detected in my pc .so i try to make it repair by using pc suite but while i am doing that operation my phone gets switch off its not get ON till 2 days .what can i do for this problem ? i try 2 put it on charge and make on but still not working .Even i removed my battery and then make it on still its like that only .

                    Sony Ericsson — W595

                    I faced display flickering problem in my handset within 10-12 days of purchase. I gave it for repair twice to get the problem resolved. Handset was returned to me with scratches on the backside of the slider. The person agreed to replace the same.
                    Within few days the I faced problem with voice ( I was not getting voice ) and I went back to the service station. He kept it for some days and returned it to me. According to him he replaced the speaker in the handset.
                    After few days I again faced the same problem but with more intensity. This time again I was not getting voice but with that none of the keys in the handset were working. When I went to the service station he said the cable has been damaged inside which has to be replaced. he kept it for 26 days and returned with more scratches over the body and the cover of the battery was changed to another color. Upon asking regarding the same he said by mistake he has broken the cover so he will be replacing the same. Even after he had repaired it four times the slider was getting stuck and according to him the same has to be replaced. which he committed to replace on the first instance. Now after given for repair so many times due to carelessness of the owner there are scratches all over the panel.
                    The same had been returned yesterday and today again I am not getting voice in the handset.
                    And now I am left with no other option than escalating the issue higher up and get a replacement of the handset as it has been giving lot of problems very frequently even after it has been repaired many times.

                    Please find the details of handset and get the handset replaced it has been there in the service station more than it was with me, and I can not settle for anything less than that.

                    1. Service tag ID : Not given by the the Authorized service center, If required I can provide scanned copy of the receipt which was given to me.

                      IC and Motherboard
                      I bought W580i last year, and as soon as its warranty was over, a month later the cell was not starting at all, when I checked out at the Sony Ericsson service centre at Thane, the guy to me that its IC and Motherboard was damaged. I don't know the reason WHY???.
                      It didn't fall at all, never fell in water, infact I took good care of it, there wasn't any symptoms any problem at all.
                      Now the SonyEricsson guy told me that its gonna cost me about 3300/-. Is that the cell normally has some problem after the expiry of its warranty. Its really bad on your part, also when I brought the cell back, I found that some button on keypad and also the ON/OFF button is damaged.
                      I need a explanation and a solution to the IC and Motherboard issue ASAP.

                        It is really bad when you don't get service even after sales and when you are paying for it.

                        A really good brand but I think it is really bad on their part.

                        I have a Flatron 29 Inches which i asked SIGMA Marketing authourised repair center for repair on Phone but till now after repeated requested nothing has been done so far.

                        Attaching recent mail with Sony India it has been now 13 days since the complaint.

                        I purchased Music System of Sony MHC-GNZ88D dated 21/10/2006. It has been a very unhappy and unpleasant experience as the same problem has occurred Fifth Time.
                        Date 02.02.2007 -CD/DVD could not be played ,problem ractified by your engineer when I lodged a complaint.
                        Date 23.04.2007-Same problem occurred second time ,service enginner came from Head office and replaced some part.
                        Date 09.05.07- Same problem CD/DVD could not be played,third time.This time I talk to your service center at Preet Vihar that why are they harassing me for a defective product.They assured me that problem will not occur again.
                        Date 14.05.07-Same problem CD/DVD could not be played fourth time.This time your service engineer took my set at the preet vihar service center for repairs on the pretext that they will keep the set under observation after it is repaired .They returned my set after one week with an explanation that they have replaced some technical part which was defective and weak at the time of purchase of this set.
                        Date 24.08.07-Same problem CD/DVD could not be played fifth time. I am waiting for your response because if I lodge a complaint I know the result will be same.
                        With deep anguish and humiliation I am writing this complaint that Sony has sold me a defective product which is giving the same problem again and again..
                        Now since I have purchased the Music System of your Company,I find that the ball is in your court so I would like you to take up necessary corrective action.

                        I had purchased the AZ5D stereo on 23/10/05. The CD player had some mechanical fault which was rectified in the warranty period and now again the same problem has occurred. It is unbelievable that Within such a short period a product from SONY is projecting such poor quality. I was told by one of the service Er. that AZ5D model has this defect and its true since a friend of mine is facing same problem with his system. In this case SONY India should replace this part which costs around 1500/- free of cost.

                        I am a member of consumer forum and will deal this matter seriously if not treated properly by the company.

                        Sony — Defective music system, poor service

                        I purchase one music system from sony within two years its FM Start making problem. Even last year i got it service from the authorized sony service centre they nearly charged me 1500/- but still fm is not catching its stereo signal.

                        If the authorized service centre cannot repair then where should i go. I spend my hard earned money thinking that i am buying the best product in market but it was my worst experience. I will never ever buy any sony product nor advice anyone to buy sony.

                        Sony — The Walkmen I bought is not working.

                        Ok. I tried to get a radio station to come in but none will. I have been try to get another RECEIPT, because I have lost the one I have. It was from your Tulare Store In Tulare, CA. I made this purshase after the 15th of July, 2008 - before the 1st of August. 2008. I've purchased one 4GB PENDRIVE of Transcend Company, within 20days it had not work fine... May be b'se of some technical problem It was became HOT when I plugged in to Computer.                         We are using two telephone connections the telephone numbers are 22724319 and 22724315, it is wireless so we are not interested to use wireless connection.

                        I have given my camera dsc h50 in the sony authorized service center (MADONNA) for lens cleaning. They said it will take only 2 days to service and after that they will handover it back. They kept my warranty card with them.

                        Sony — Nastily poor service

                        Hello,

                        Its my first ever electronic product from Sony. Moved by its brand values and after a good market research, I procured a SONY 22 INCH MTV yesterday evening. The reason for penning down this mail is that the seller did not really tell me that the demo guys are so pathetic in attending the customers. Its been nearly 24 hrs now and those guys did not even call me even once and the product is still lying unused. My point is why did the seller assure me that I would be attended by today evening if he wanted to shelter the actual truth. He could have clearly stated that it would take at least 48 hrs for the demo guys to turn up at the given address. And I could have either decided or looked for other brands.
                        I shall reveal all the details of the seller at the bottom of the mail. He even was so reluctant to talk nicely and said casually that its his job to inform the demo guys and after that it does not give him any headache.

                        Later this evening, when I came back from office, I dialed up the customer care toll free no.[protected]. I complained the same to a guy and that guy just blamed the company. He said its the company's fault to render these cheap services. And he asked me if I wanna receive offers via sms or not??? What is this?? When I was disturbed because of the poor customer service, he is offering me sms updates of variant offers. This is really disgusting. You can verify via the call recorded for quality purpose. Needless to speak about quality, Sony needs to gee up for sure.

                        With these types of services, I really wonder how Sony has captured the Indian market.This is such a bad experience with Sony that I would never suggest anyone to go for Sony's products because customer satisfaction is rated highest amid all and sadly money cant buy the bliss factor.


                        I request someone of higher rank Sony official to look into this matter without turning a blind eye and treat these arrogant employees/distributors/ dealers. At the end of the day, its Sony whose reputation is being thrown to dustbin.

                        Sony — Poor Business Alliance with Airtel Digital TV

                        Hi

                        I bought SONY BRAVIA 22'' EX3 with which the company lucratively give the three month free Airtel Digital TV connection @ Rs.725. But when you call the customer care of Airtel (stupid of all) for generating customer ID (it takes time) and then your phone number takes 1 day to register in theri database (big problem) the worst is - before hearing your grievance they will try to upsale the other products such as HD TV connection, etc etc packages. that a new client is calling you for assistance and you are up selling other products.

                        Managed to get some executives number from the store where I first inquired about the TV, he took all my serial number, SPS number o the card I got with the TV and promised me to send people for the installation the next day. Even worst, the installer called and promised 1 hour which has till not happened (its already 24 hrs). Interestingly everyone's mobile is switched off.

                        They are all looters. WHo suck the blood of the people. Airtel would give such a shame-full picture was not expected. These are the days when people promise hours and delivers it while taking one/two is itself a crime.

                        Hope I am being heard.

                        we have bought a sony home theatre system in august 2008 of approx 20,000.                         Sony — Watch out for substandard batteries on Sony Vaio

                        I bought a Sony Vaio S-Series (business laptop) from the Sony Centre on 30th April 2011. The product was sold to me as Sony's top of the line, business laptop, which promises higher durability and processing power; with a 6-8 hour battery life. However, the product has an inferior battery; and within 2 months o[censored]se my laptop suddenly stopped working with the message "Battery is not compatible". The Sony Service Centre in Gurgaon (Sushant Shopping Arcade) then informs me that although the product is being pushed by Sony as the top of the line, business focussed laptop, they do not carry spare batteries. These, evidently, are "on order" and shipments have to be come from overseas - so now after a few days without a laptop I am faced with a situation where it may take "at least" 10 days more. And how does Sony expect their business users to function without their data & laptops for 2 weeks? Why does Sony put substandard batteries in "high end" laptops? I guess Sony expects I should be thankful (ha ha) that the battery at least did not explode. Awful customer service, pathetic product, good sales pitch though. I guess Sony was tongue in cheek with Kareena dressed like a Devil carrying a Sony Vaio. Buyers beware!

                        I had bought a set of rechargeable batteries & a charger from Sony showroom in Yusuf Sarai, Delhi in the month of May.

                        But however the first time that I charged the batteries it was not getting charged completely even after charging for full 7 hrs.

                        I went back to the showroom only to be said that nothing can be done.
                        The guy had promised me 6 months warranty but nothing happened.
                        This is funny! Your service centre has replaced the battery - which I hope is of better quality than the one originally installed - but I guess there are no guarantees. Thanks for your follow up, although poor, since you actually took no pains to see what the status of my service complaint was. I don't think there is any purpose served by Sony having staff monitoring Complaint Forums when they actually don't do anything with the complaint other than sending vague messages that complaint has been forwarded to concerned dept.

                        we had purchased sony mobile model No.W-100 i SPIRO ON 15.10.2010. only after 2 days i.e. 17.10.2010 , the problem of hanging & other software problem started in phone.initially we were following the matter verbally for around 2 months & the sony service centre people were every time upgrading the software & telling that now onwards there won’t be any problem. but till today the problem is not solved. since then till today even after 1 year & 3 months , we are suffering. In total around 6 months this phone was lying with sony centre only. we have paid the network providers charges for this period without using it. Every time we have to spend more then 1 & half hour when we go to sony service centre.
                        we have all the proofs of job sheets issued by sony service centre. 3 times this phone is gone to sony head office. As per them , they have changed one time mother board & one time complete phone itself. still the problem persists.
                        We came to know afterwards that this problem is very regular in this model since past many years & still sony company is selling in the open market without solving the problem. That means COMPANY IS CHEATING TO PEOPLE.
                        We have suffered of our lot of valuable time , energy & money along with lot of mental harassment.
                        I have purchesed a Sony Bravia 32" form behl sony centre, dehradun on 11 April 2012 at 1.00 pm.The dealer told me that your tv installed at earlier than 4.00 pm I have got the delievery at 5.30 pm. same day but its not installed yet, it's 12.00 noon 12 April 2012. but no one contect me to installed it.

                        I am really not happy with the performance of this Laptop. Today I called to speak to a person in your customer service, Ashish was the person who took the call for my bad luck. I spoke to him before as well and I know this person doesn't know anything about the issues customer call with. Moreover he disconnects the calls if someone is asking him some queries. When there is a disconnection of call in the middle of conversation, nobody tries to call us back. This is really a pathetic customer service provided by a leading brand in the world. Very sad and I am regretting for choosing this brand.

                        i had purchased a home theater system on 09/12/2008. it stoped working last month. I gave it on 12/11/2012 at 'Ace electronics' sony authorized service center to get it repaired. They committed to repair and return it within 1 week. its 17/12/2012 today and i have not got it yet. They are saying that an IC (IC CXD9917) is required to get it done, which is not available even in company, so, they could not make it. Now they are saying that since IC is not available they are bound to change whole board for which i will have to pay Rs. 1400 extra. I am asking that why should i pay for extra part because the papers i got with my HTS say that company is liable to provide parts and repair the system if 4 years have not completed from the date of purchasing. So, the company should provide me the IC, if IC is not available then company only should bear extra expenditure to keep its promise. plaese help me in getting my HTS repaired without unwanted expenditure as soon as possible as it already has been really long.
                        I don't think Sony India is so poised to handle customer service issues. I hav terrible problem from local Hyderabad service centre and lodging complaint through emails is unique while all other consumer durable compa IRS are accessible by click on ur phone.                         I have bought sony bravia LCD tv recently with the scheme that i will get 4GB sony pendrive, and i get the same but that pendrive is now not working properly and showing memory of 1 MB. firstly i went to service centre but the member of that service centre were not paying attention regarding this issue, they were saying that you should go to that particular shop, and when we went to the shop, the shopkeeper is denying to replace the defaulted pendrive. it is in warranty period so please do justice with me.
                        I had booked fault of my SONY VEGA TV on 09 Mar 13. On 11 Mar 13 service Engineer came and said to replace one power supply capacitor. He had demanded the same from Singapore but till 14 Mar 13 the TV is not rectified. In between service center said to place TV at Malviya Nagar service center which I had denied due to my busy schedule . I am impressed by the knowledge level of technicians that by visual inspections they could find the fault. I wish that at Delhi the fault rectification could take less time.

                        I had submitted my Sony Vaio(XL9067, Sertal no: SRN01-S01-7031) laptop at Sony Service center, Sector 4, Vaishali, Gaziabad on 23rd Aug 2013. There were some problems with the keypad, hard-disk and CD-Drive.By the techician examining the laptop I was assured that the laptop will be delivered in ready condition within 7 days. 

                        It has already been 22 days and I am yet to recieve anything other than fake assurances and ever changing timelines. I have been in contact with the costumer care for many times and they repeatedly keep on asking for more days citing some or other technical difficulties.

                        I fail to understand why Sony, being such a reputed company is not able to provide me with at least a fixed timeline for the repairs. The last time I contacted the service center I have been assured that I will be getting the laptop on Wednesday(11 Sep 2013). 

                        I am writing this mail to inform you that I have been repeatedly bothered by your services and I cannot keep on contacting you and asking you for a fixed date. I have many professional engagements that I have to look after and after that it is not possible on my part to keep chasing after you.

                        Please deliver the laptop on sunday i.e tomorrow or at the very least give a fixed deadline before which I can expect it repaired.

                        After purchased the mobile camera while opened the horizontal lines comes for few second.

                        For this complaint I visited so many times to authorized service center.
                        Last time we visited your authorized service center M/S-Parshwa Service Center. On DT, 12Sep2013. They give back on 13Sep2013. While checking the repair the problem’s was not rectified. They again received camera on same time on DT, 13Sep2013. After so many follow up they today given back my mobile without rectification of the defect.
                        While informing them regarding my complaint is same. They informed us that there is software problem’s and we are not solved your complain due to we are not receiving your mobile software from SONY companies.
                        While asking them that when you received the software they intimated us that they are not conform the dt/time for software they received from you.
                        In view you of above please arranged to send software for repair my mobile early as possible.
                        For details you ask the owner of the service center and replay us for the same.
                        I am harassed after purchased the world class brand but your service center is not able to give quality service due to software?????????????.
                        I am not getting service with in day's I force to approach the Consumer Court for the replacement of new set and penalties for mentally harassment for the same.

                        really u should hav mentioned clearly that in xperia m u cant move apps to sd card, so v users never used buyed ur xperia m, and still u hav not took any required steps to rectify this problem. so i[censored] not respond properly than sure i gonna file compliant on consumer court..

                        I had purchased sony bravia 24" led tv in june 2014. within few days of purchase there was panel crack on the tv.I had ragistred a complain with sony, the service engineer informed us that it was physical damage .                             I have purchased one Sony Digital Cam from Suraj Digital Studio & Color Lab(7,Fountain Chowk, yamunanagar Haryana - 135001, Telephone Numbers - [protected]/[protected]/[protected]) on 27th September,2009. Now the camera is not working properly and the bill for the same is misplaced by me. When I approached the Sony Service Center to repair the camera, they denied to accept it without bill.
                            Now I have asked the Shopkeeper to provide me the duplicate bill for the same, but he is denying from the same.

                              Sony Ericson k810i — Improper response and service of sony ericsson service centre

                              Sir,
                              I have given my sony ericson K810i cell phone(model no.[protected]) for repair of my camera switch on 09/07/08 at"Tanuja Telecom, Shop No.2, Vishwakarma Bldg.no.5, Ambadi Road, Vasai Road(west), pin-401202" Which is official sony ericson service centre.
                              My cell is in warranty period.As today my phone is not yet repaired and no proper information in given to me when my phone will be delivered .I have been repeatedly visiting and calling the service centre but they are trying to avoid me
                              and are unable to give me proper answer when my cell will be repaired.I had even complained in their customer care twice but there was no proper response. I don't see any reason for the delay as mentioned in their
                              job sheet(i.e delay due to flood, storm, earthquake, emergency, war, civil war etc.)
                              I request u to kindly look into the matter and protect our rights as a consumer.

                              Sony Ericsson K810i — Service centre issue

                              I had purchased a cellphone of Sony Ericssion model no K810i from Planet M Store in Saket,New Delhi.As i had purchased this cell phone from Planet M they are giving me 1 year .additional waranty.But during very First year the camera of the cell stops working .i had given it in SonyService centre and they returned back after 15 days but after two days problem started once again so i had given it in PlanetM saket.Since 18 June 2009 but till date i have not received the phone the phone.Every time they are making false promise still i have received email from sony to replace the cell but all vain.

                              Sony Ericsson K810i — No service parts available

                              I have purchased K810i Sony Ericsson Mobile a months back. earlier also I'm have proble with service cernter at Borivali Mumbai. Till recently I some problem ocuurs with button. i was told to replace the key pad and buttons. Since for month I'm waiting for the parts to come. Also service center is having only lanline connection that too busywhen we required support. Also earlier during replacement they have provided me older chager instead odf new model.

                              Sony Ericsson- Mobile Phone — No / Improper Response from Cusrtomer care / Service centre

                              I have given my mobile for repair on 19th Feb'11 which is under warranty and the service center told the motherboard needs to be replaced. But till now i haven't got my mobile back and the service centre representative told the motherboard needs to be provided by Sony and they are delaying. I raised complaint through help desk but in vain. Everytime i call they say it is in "Repair department" and even they don't know the exact status. They simply respond you will let you know the status 1 week and there are several weeks gone with same responses and they don't even aware of SLA's for the issues. I need to spend money speaking to the helpdesk and getting the update!!!!!!!!!!! This is how they treat the customer...What a service..... I am really pissed-off and i never going to purchase any Sony products henceforth. This has really impacted Business As usual activities, as i need to keep following up with these guys and need to spend considerable amount of time reaching out to this people.

                              Can anyone provide me the details on filing a complaint in the consumer court regarding this

                                This morning I lodged a complaint on this site. I am doing so again as I did not submit my IMEI # [protected]. The mobile no is [protected] . The service provider is Air Tel.
                                I am a priest at Sacred Heart Church Worli, 26,Sasmira Marg, Dadar 400030. Around 9.30 a.m. I left for the Nair Hospital, Bombay Central, in a cab.I was wearing a cassock. The mobile was in the pocket. I dropped my mobile in the cab around 10.00 a.m. I say this because once or twice before it had fallen from my pocket in a similar way in a rickshaw.

I say this because once before I had similarly dropped it in a rickshaw but was lucky to have found it.

                                    I have bought Sony Ericson F305 model mobile on 9/03/2009 from Telephone Shoppee,Aundh . Within one week of buying there was problem in the display of the handset. Then only I requested to replace the mobile. However, It was told that only repair is possible in the warantee. Mobile was sent through Telephone shoppe to Sony ericson Service centre. After continuous followup, I got my mobile repaired by after almost one month. Now again the same problem is faced .However, When the mobile was sent for repair to Sony ericson centre they refursed to take siting the reqson that there are duplicate parts in the Mobile.

                                    I want to inform all here that Please do not buy any mobile of Sony Ericson expecially F305 and do not by mobile from any outlet of Telephone Shoppe. .

K 850i from mobile mall, Maninagar Ahmedabad on dtd. 22.06.2009 after 15days, there is a problem of restart & hang during any process or between call. And after 2 days it permanently shutdown and not started till. And that time I was at my native place at Jhansi , and I suffer from lots of problem regarding mobile.

                                      I contact service centre address Sony Ericsson ,RT Outsourcing Services Ltd – Ahmedabad on dated 27 July 2009 , They told me regarding this , there is a problem in motherboard, they took in custody my mobile and sent to Delhi for further and told me to contact after 15 days,
                                      I receive back my mobile from service centre, after few days, same problem occurred in my mobile. So I again contact to Sony Ericsson on dtd 07.09.2009 at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd –Ahmedabad, and again my mobile sent to Delhi for motherboard replacement & after I got my mobile on dtd 30.09.2009 after replacement work of RF/motherboard. When I receive my mobile from service centre, I found Bluetooth of my mobile not working properly with this problem I went to my native place at Jhansi,UP. So that I again contact to service centre of Sony Ericsson on dtd 23.12.2009 at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd Ahmedabad and service centre sent again my mobile to Delhi for motherboard replacement & after I got my mobile on dtd 02.01.2010 after replacement work of RF/motherboard, but there is a problem of restart & hang during any process or between call. And after 2 days it permanently shutdown and not started. So I again contact to Sony Ericsson on dtd 19.01.2010 at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd –Ahmedabad,


                                      Sir, I purchased mobile to catch glimps of nice moments of my new born baby and others beautiful moments all are the disappear due to mobile problem and also frustrated to visit Sony Ericsson service center. I am a central Govt. Employee on a responsible post, on performing duty I have to go out of city 2-3 times in a week and it is very difficult to me without having mobile on performing the duty and at that time I can’t contact to family living alone with my newborn baby and any other person when needed most and lots of problem regarding this mobile which I can’t write in words.

                                      It was very difficult for me to visit your service center frequently about 20-30 times but I visit. I had given full payment of mobile, it was so costly for me but I paid, but now I have suffered too much. My mobile is mostly in your service center & now I want no replacement/repair, I want my money back .This is for your kind information. Please consider my complaint and take necessary action in my favor as Sony Ericsson is so reputed company. Otherwise inform me and than I will go to consumer forum unfortunately because of no other way for me.
