I HAVE PURCHASED A SONY ERICSSON W595 HANDSET FROM THE MOBILE STORE ON 4/01/2010 AND FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY IT STARTED TROUBLING ME I HAVE VISITED ITS SERVICE CENTER BUT GOT NO RESPONCE

sir,

i have a sony ericsson w595 phone . But my phone cannot recieve network coverage, so i cant to call and i cant using internet service

I did a software updation through my phone. Now its seems to be very slow.. How to get the previous version of software... and give any tips to increase my phone speed....

    I bought from Sony authorised dealser a 33" CRT TV model KV-L34. When I bought the TV the dealer never told me that the spares for the TV will not be availble after 5 years. It was very expensive TV. Now when I contacted Sony India there local authorised repair shop engineer told me that the card requirng replacemant in no more availble. I cnnot use the TV just for one card Card "A". What can I do to get re[pair help Prafull Bhatt

      Hello,
      This is Manish Shirsikar, I Live in Thane(W). I had a Issue with my Philips 21RF Vardaan SL, there was no Picture but the sound was working good.
      I Contacted one of the Local Service Provider from where i got a No. of SAI SONY SERVICE CENTRE COMPANY ADD : PANCHSHIL CO-OP HSG, SHOP NO.6 PLOT NO 59 SECTOR 12, NEAR SUSHMA PATIL SCHOOL KAMOTHE, NAVI MUMBAI-400209
      CONT NO: 32255055/ [protected]/[protected]
      other than these two No.s i have three other No.'s Which are not working.
      They Promised me that they will come to check my TV on 10th December 2009, but they came on 12th December 2009. Mr. Rajesh took my TV stating that we will get a call from a lady from there service centre, and will tell me about the estimate. No One contacted me, insteted I had to call them more than thrice to check the estimate.
      When Mr. Rajesh came to my place told me the estimate of about Rs. 800/- to Rs. 1200/-, told me that there is a Part which has went bad and will have to replace.
      I had to call them a thousands of time to ask them to bring my TV Back and atlast the day came, when i had to contact my advocate and we all started scolding and shouting at them, then they got my television.
      My TV Came back on 17th December 2009. and just after 3 Hrs. my sound went off and since then I started calling them about the same.
      I got only one reply from them " mai aaj sham tak aata ho" mai kal savere aata hoo. {Will come by evening, will come tommrow} but that evening or the morning never came, unless and untill i had to take major steps, Contacting my advocate and consumer forum as well as Philips.
      Then they came and took the Motherboard of the TV and again the same thing. Again i started calling them to bring my TV (Motherboard) back and they brought back my TV, when connected it was the same Issue. The Tech. started Troubleshooting at my place and at last he got my Picture and sound back, but a new issue. Now my screen blinks after every 5-7 Seconds.
      I called up Mr. Raj, Mr. Nagesh, now they started commiting me that they will come to my place inbetween 9.30am to 10am. I just asked them what if they dont come, Mr. Raj replied, that will give us a new TV, i asked him are u sure. and he said yes, I just asked him to send me an SMS stating the same so that i can keep it with me as a proof, but he refused (at that time i was just wondering if i had a recorder in my Cell phone), i wud have Sue them.
      anyways lets see if these guys come tommrow and also commited that they will repair my TV before 5PM.
      Lets see.

      Same thing happen with me. On 18th November a person came to our Residence ( on 18th November ) and till now no one has returned. Eash and everyday we call them and they give the same that someone will be sent by today or tomorrow.

      The person on call is such an ashole..doesn't have sense of talking neither knows the meaning of commitment. These is not at all trust services. Just want to pinalised these people for this king of carelessness..

      This way their business is got going to go ahead. I request to JUST DAIL people to remove these people's contact details from their site. As they are just useless. Mother[censored]ers simply sitting there for sucking blood from us normal people's life.

      I request the people to check the company and get the services.
      I am going through exactly the same problem with this Sai Sony Service at Navi Mumbai. My CD player was given for repair on 26/12/09 and recieved back on 30/12/09 at my residence at Bandra WestSince January 15, 2010 it has again stopped functioning. I was told by Raj from Sai Sony Service that there is a guarantee of 3 months.
      My attempts to call them are futile and they have been giving the same promises every day, about sending a person. Since the last two days they are not answering their mobile phones either. I have been charged Rs. 2550/-.
      I plan to approach the consumer redressal forum. This is just to caution public against cheats like them. Also, ensure that you do not use "Just Dial Services" like I did for any repairs to be conducted. They too have promised to revert and failed to do so.

        My sony ericsson mobile phone W595 which I had bought on 27 december 2009 starts continuous auto restart itself.

        w595 (sony ericsson cell phone) — continuously problems with phone

        i purchase this phone october, 2008 . after some time i have synchronization probiem with computer, file transfer problem in my phone.
        i have submitted it to rohtak service center of sony ericsson after 20 days i have received my phone with a new problem, my camera cover is scrached (bended by them) .
        then i have submitted it with some display problem, there is a black mark on display . after 20ty days i have received my phone with blank display.they were telling me about 20 days more now i have submitted it to the head office of sony ericsson care new delhi okalla phase2 with this display problem.after 20 days i have recived my phone.now phone is properly working. but next night i have a new problem with my phone.it was not properly charged bettry and network problem.i have submitted it to sonipat service centre after this ihave facing network problem .switch off problem, now i have submitted it before 14 days plese help me . ihave wasted my time or money .my phone coste is Rs.14400 and ihave wasted 3 to 4 thousand rupees also.i am totaly disturbed please help me i will be begging for help.

          i bought sony ericsson j105i naite in dec. after watching its specification on sony ericsson site

          according to site its display has 1.6 billion colours
          but later i found out in a text file on phone & many other site it has only 262k colours

          i dont understand who's wrong & who's right..
          if sony is wrong then they are making fool of peoples

          My sony ericsson naite (j105i) gets turned off, it didn't turned on. if i press the power button, it shows the sony ericsson logo, then it flash white color screen thats it, it didn't boot the mobile. is anybody solve this problem, pls help me...
          it is simply a 'use n throw' phone.. d sound quality n camera quality is good.. bt overall PERFORMANCE is unsatisfactory... i bought dis phone in feb n started encountered major problems in june itself... d ph. vibrated n switched off on its own.. i hd 2 gcv it 2 d service centre 2 times n both d tyms it took 1 month n dn also d problem ws nt rectified.. n finally dey ignored 2 repair d handset, warranty ws finishd n i hd 2 gt it repaired locally... its a good phone till d tym it works.. aftr dt it is a 'piece of '...!!!

            Hi.

            I m having Sony Ericsson K530i. It does not recognize the message sent via www.way2sms.com. Initially it was showing the name of the sender, but now it shows only number. Due to that it requires for me to go to contact list to find out who is the sender. And thats the very boring task...!!

              WE PURCHASED THE TV IN AUG 2008 FOR RS.44000/-. ON 29TH DEC 2009, SUDDENLY THE TV STOP WORKING. WE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT AT SONY INDIA FOR THE SAME. THE TECHNICIAN TOLD US THAT THE POWE BOARD HAS TO REPLACED. HE GAVE US THE COST OF IT IS RS.5000/-. WE COMPLAINED THAT HOW COME SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY TV STOP WORKING IN JUST 1YR 4MONTHS. SONY INDIA TOLD US THAT WE WILL REPLY IN WITHIN 2 DAYS. THE REPLY CAME ON 6TH JAN 2010 THAT SONY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. SO WE CALLED THE TECHNICIAN AND AGREED TO PAY RS.5000/- TO REPLACE THE POWER BOARD. BUT THE SAME TECHNICIAN TOLD ON 9TH JAN 2010 THAT THE POWER BOARD IS OKAY AND NEED NOT TO BE REPLACED. INFACT HE TOLD US NOW THAT THE MOTHERBOARD OF THE TV HAS TO REPLACED. THE COST OF IT IS RS.10000/-.
              WE TRUST SONY BUT NOW WE FEEL THAT SONY IS A CHEAT COMPANY.
              THE TECHNICIAN THEMSELVES DONT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT ITS PARTS.
              I CALLED THEM ON 11TH JAN 2010 THAT I WILL HAVE TO BOOK A POLICE COMPLAINT NOW FOR FOOLING THE CUSTOMER, BUT INSTEAD OF GIVING US ASSURANCE THAT THEY WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM HE STARTED LAUGHING ON ME.
              SONY IS A CHEAT AND FRAUD COMPANY.
              I KINDLY SUGGEST ALL MY DEAR FRIENDS THAT DONT PURCHASE ANY SONY PRODUCTS. SONY IS JUST FOR CHEATING CUSTOMER.

                  I had bought a mobile sony ericsson c510..i went there to buy another mobile but they braiwashed me and get me into c510 that there is 3.2mp and cybershot so i fond of it and bought.and i checked later and found it is not really cybershot.and asked that dealer,and he says that it is not our mistake do what you can..so by this i'm subjected to mental stress and loss of money by buying andloss of money for arguing..

                      I have purchase a sony ericsson w595 two days back from THE MOBILE STORE there i was told that it has a good battery life but on using the product i found that the battery hardly work for 1 day if i hear two much songs it exhausts in 6-7 hours so i would like the company to kindly change the battery

                      I want to register a complaint about the cellphone of sony ericsson, which have a lot of problems. I regret to buy this phone( W595). This phone has a lot of problems, like the keypad does not work properly many a times, and also the software corrupts. I request replacement for this cell. Please intervene into this matter as early as possible. Thank you.
                      i bought my mobile sonyericsson mobile w595 6 months before on 31/8/09 right from the dato of purchase iam facing the display problems. i gave the mobile 2 times i ur service centre at greams road but the fault is not yet recovered..till now iam having the same problem...why do u keep service centre when u cant get the faults recovered for ur company's cell... so pls tell me what shall i do now

                        sony ericsson/w205 mobile — volume problem

                        I purchased sony ericcson mobile model no.w205 four months ago. The phone has met with a problem relating to battery as well as that of the volume.The same problem has been informed to the service center in kanpur named RT Outsourcing.10 days had passed and till now they had not resolved my problem.Customer care informed me that they dont have the required part.They are taking a lot of time and not even providing me how much time they required.

                        W205 — hanging problems

                        I bought sony ericsson W205 around 4 months back.

                        this is my 3 rd mobile purchase from sony. Earlier two mobiles were good and efficient and I expected the same from this mobile as well.

                        This W205 hangs very frequently and is very slow in opeating.

                        i did not expect this from a product of Sony.

                        please let me know, how can i get my mobile replaced or get the problem rectified asap.

                          I had a bitter experience with one of the authorised (!!!) service centres for Sony Ericsson mobile phones.

                          I have a k850i mobile. The warranty period has ended for the same. When I had a touch screen problem I got it serviced in Fourgen Communication Pvt. Ltd. I was mentioned that the keypad need to be changed for the problem. I agreed and they changed the same along with the software and charged me Rs.965

                          When checked with them during the service, I was told that they are using the original Sony spares only. No details about the warranty period of the spare was discussed during the repair. I got the mobile repaired and I checked for the condition, it was working fine.

                          Within a month from the date of repair, my mobile had the problem again with the touch screen. When I went to the service centre and enquired, I got a reply that the part changed comes with only a week's warranty and as I am coming after a month with the same problem, they will charge me again. I never heard of any original sony parts coming with only a week warranty!!!

                          I argued with the person-in-charge Mr. HARISHANKAR ([protected]) he rudely replied that it was me who has done something to the mobile. He did write about the one week warranty in the bill I received for the repair while I went asking for the repair again. I am not sure how to deal with this as I never heard of any spare part coming with a week's warranty.

                          Kindly help me!

                          Sony Ericsson Service — no spare parts in my warranty period

                          In Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, I buy a sony ericssoon w350I mobile.
                          after 3 months the flip door is brocken with soft use. I meet sony ericsson service centre at coimbatore. they tel now we have no stock that part, but we will give me within a week. i call every week. but no response and they say the same words in last 3 months
                          I buy a sony ericsson k530i i used in 45 days now my mobile disply is not working . mobile phone in and out going is working.this purticular model mobile at present disply availabe in market or not if as where i can get. pl send a reply.

                          In terms of service sony ericsson is a very irresponsible compani. As my prectical expirince Sony Ericsson do not bother about the problems which customer are facing. We should stop purchesing these types company products.

                            hello sir,

                            my self Akshay. i m doing BCA from muzaffarnagar. sir i have bought a phone which is sony ericsson k550i last year. but my from september its noy working. the phone is not getting on. i went to service center but they did nothing.. they kept my phone for 3 months.. but they did not repaied it.
                            so where should i go sir.. please tell me the right way to make it working.... i will be highly thankful to you for this kind act....

                            My self Lakshman soni .I am job in TATA PROJECTS LIMITED form delhi.I purchased sony ericsson model no.S312 on[protected]. but my cell may its not working. problem in my mobile keypad not working.so I went to Service center solan Sony Ericsson .they kept my phone on 28.05.10 .but they did not repaied.So I send to my brother in delhi. Delhi Service said to my brother that this phone’s complain not found in enternet. So they could not repaied .again I went to service center solan on 28.08.10 .They kept my phone but they did not repaied yet.
                            So where should I go sir .. please tell me the right way to make it working ….i will

                              Dear Sir,

                              I bought the sony c510 cybershot handset on 4/01/10 for Rs.9460. The phone claims to be cybershot camera model but it has very very poor performance;as i had used sony k790 & k810 cybershot models. the pictures are very dark & grainy as well as yellowish & greenish in color tone.

                              i contacted sony ericsson customer care witin 12 hr. of purchase, they asked me to visit sony ericsson service centre. service centre people after examining the handset said its camera quality ok. I am getting the poor camera & they are simply denying it in a blind manner. Customer care people are also shrugging off saying there is no problem with picture quality as per service centre's examination.

                              i am in real trouble, i feel as if i lost my money, cheated by sony people as i had no idea of their poor camera. they claimed their camera as good quality but i m facing the cheapest kind of its performance.

                              plz help me out.

                                SUB: REPLACEMENT OF SONY HI-FI MUSIC SYSTEM, MODEL- GZR-7D, UNDER WARRANTY WITH NEW SYSTEM, DUE TO REPEATED MAJOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

                                Dear Sir/madam,
                                I had purchased one Sony HIFI MHC GZR7D Music system, serial no 6103221 from M/s Manoj Audio Video, Delhi on 16/02/2009. The set is under warranty. Hardly ,from 02 months from the date of purchse, I am repetedly facing lot of problems with the set. I am thoroughly describing the problems faced almost since brginning:
                                1) In the month of April, one day , while playing audio CD, suddenly set stopped playing . when i contacted Sony service center in DELHI (Ph no[protected], registration request no 3977122), they had sent a service person from M/s SONA Assocites, Faizabad. He took the set with him and informed that some crtical part called “CDM” has got defect and it was replaced.Finally I got my set back after about 10 days.
                                2)further, on 11/08/2009, while set was playing an Audio CD ,suddenly it stopped and went into stand by mode. When it was tried to start after some time as, it immediately returned to standy mode. I had called service engineer from nearest service center, M/s Sona Associates, faizabad. Their service person came on 12/08/2009 and said that set needs to be taken to service center for checking. On, 13/08/2009, I personally handed over the set at their service center in faizabad. On 19/08/09. When, i again called them, they told that there is some problem in the set that we will take the set to SSC lucknow. Finally I received the set alsmost after 25 days i.e in first week of sep’09 since i handed over the set.
                                3) The tale does not end here. Again the set has develpoed similar problem on 08/11/2009. When it was playing audio songs through USB (PEN DRIVE), suddenly it again went to standby mode. I have contacted directly at Sony SSC at Lucknow on same day. They had sent service person on 13/11/2009. He checked the set at my home and after checking he took the set with him to SSC lucknow for reparing.

                                After, about 20 days, SSC, Lucknow, Manager Mr Pradeep, informed telephonically that the set is now O.k. and it will not have any problem. I told him that since I am repeatedly facing the similar type of times problem, as of now third time, I want a written assurance from SONY that if the set will develop any defect fourth time; it shall be replaced with new set. He, told me that he cannot give any written commitment but he committed verbally that if the set develops any problem fourth time, it is in the policy of SONY, to replace such set with new set. When I stressed on written commitment, he told me that have faith on him and he is sending the set within two days to my home.
                                His representative came to my home on 04/12/09 with the set, and asked me to check it his presence.
                                As soon as the power was put ON, one message “OVERCURRENT” came on digital display of set. Immediately Set power was put OFF. And again, Mr Pradeep was contacted on phone regarding above thing. Mr. Pradeep told that, we have removed the PROTECTION from the set and hence this message is coming and you can operate the SET without worry. On his assurance, when we started checking, other functions, many erroneous messages started coming on digital display of set, Like “PUSH POWER, OVERCURRENT” etc. When, USB drive was checked for its functionality, it didn’t play PEN DRIVE. Even the Service representative also tried to play his own pen drive, USB port failed to play.
                                I had sent back the SET, with SONY service personnel, immediately without receiving it.
                                Next day i.e on 05/12/2009, I had contacted Mr Pradeep, and told him as of now this set is Non-Repairable and this is the fourth time the SET has developed problem under warranty, Hence as per his Commitment, he should initiate for replacement of this SET with new one. He told me to give him some time to talk with higher management and assured to give his feedback in 3 or 4 days.
                                Based, on his assurance, I kept on waiting without any further enquiry.
                                Suddenly, on 10/10/09, he sent the Set with his Service Personnel without informing me and I declined to receive the set and retuned it back without acceptance.
                                the set is lying with Sony service center, Lucknow presently.
                                I want to stress that since purchase, the set remained at my home for hardly 2-3 months and rest of the time i.e as of now almost 11 months from purchase, it remained at Sony service center.

                                I have written two detail letters to SONY INDIA HEAD OFFICE, NEW Delhi but no response is there.

                                I AM FED UP WITH THIS SET AND STREESSING THE FOLLOWING POINTS AND REQUESTING YOUR KIND HELP TO GET ME REPLACE MY SET WITH SIMILAR NEW ONE AT THE EARLIEST.

                                i) Considering my deepest agony and disgustment with the non-performance of SET and since SET is continuously having problems as of now fourth time, under warranty. It clearly indicates major manufacturing defects and SET should be replaced with new one as earlier as possible.

                                Sony — No music is played when cover is closed

                                I bought a Sony Laptop VGN CR 313. The laptop is designed to play music/songs even when top cover of laptop was closed. But the laptop which i own does not play the music. The dealer is not co operating. Please suggest.

                                  As i bought the SONY BRAVIA LCD KLV-26S550A + HOME THEATER DAV-DZ390K on 18 th october 2009 they didn't give the warranty card so i have written a letter and given to them after they delivered the product. but still now they didn't give the warranty card. when ever i ask they says its in process. now i am losing the trust against the sony service center. please give me solution.

                                  I am Gaurang Chavda.I had purchased SONY MINI HIFI HOME THEATRE SYSTEM on 11th Aug 2009, Cash Memo No:[protected] At MORE MEGA STORE VADODARA.Still I had not received my warranty card,because sales manager Mr.Chirayu told me that they have lost warranty card for some reason.He was commited to give my card after 2 weeks. Now no one has taken resposibility of this.I had met him so many times for this matter, he was always try to delay my matter and told that we will receive warranty card after 1 week.But the next week is still not coming.                                   I have purchased a Sony DAV DZ 790 from E-Zone pimpri by paying full amount in cash on 28th Jan, 2010. E-zone had a delivered a used system on 11th Feb., 2010 was confirmed by Sony service engineers who visited on 12th Feb., 2010. I am unable to understand why E-zone had not delivered a new system to me even after taking full amount from me and why Sony India is tolerating such dealers?                                     I PURCHASED A SONY SONY WALKMAN MODEL NO.NWA-W202/BM MX3 SL NO 5349707 FROM SONY CENTRE IN VISAKHAPATNAM ON 18 DEC.09. THE RIGHT EARPHONE HAS BROKEN ACCIDENTLY YESTERDAY.ON CONTACTING THE NEAREST SONY SERVICE CENTRE THEY SHOWED THEIR HELPLESSNESS AND ADVISED ME TO OPT FOR PURCHASING A NEW ONE WITH A DISCOUNT ON RETURNING THE DAMAGED ONE.

                                    I am Vikrant Kumar and i bought walkman w202 from Singapore (Mustafa center in Singapore) in last week of January 2010. Now its shows some technical problem which is Left side speaker is not provided sound as it gives in the starting.
                                    I mean to say, there is a sound (volume level) diffrence between L & R speakers and sound quality diffrence also. It is not able to produce the Bass as it produced in the initial days.
                                    I am in delhi and i didnt find any authorisied service center in delhi or around.

                                    I got my Sony Walkman Wireless piece last year in September - Model - SOK-NWZ-W202(B) Serial Number - 5322375. (Allahabad - UP - India)
                                    The volume of the player has decreased quite significantly over the past 3 months. The loud end of the volume range were pretty magnificent early but now I can still hear all that is going around at max volume. I checked the manual for the particular setting where the maximum volume can be reduced but it was already fine.

                                      Sir I am a 62 year lady running an electronics store in Kalimpong, on the 6th of Nov. 09, I purchased a sony music system model no MHC-GZR88D, from Madhuri commodities P.Ltd, siliguri (distributor) , which i was supposed to sell to a customer, I purchased the set by paying 100% advance to the distributor. On receiving the set I found out that the LCD panel was broken and the distributor advised me to send it back to the service centre (job no FMF22974), as they said they will not replace the set, which i willingly sent, it has been two months since I have not heard from any of them either the distributor or the service centre, upon calling it is a merry go round situation as i am given a new number every time to talk to. My money is at stake, I am a senior citizen and I cannot run after them as the service centre is some 60 kms from my place. kindly help
