I have bought this phone Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 on March 14th from one of Sony's authorized dealers in West Delhi - Satnam Electronics of GK Part I.

Since the time of purchase, this set has been having problems of slow running and hanging every now and then and has been sent to the Sony repair centre at Lajpat Nagar, three times. Inspite o[censored]pgrading all software, it still did not work properly. The phone gets hanged...

The mobile phone model W350 Sony Number [protected] purchased on 14/9/2009 from Universal , Saibaba Colony, CBE 11 is not working properly and has been given for service twice (Asia Electronics, DB Road, RS Puram, CBE) within 8 months and need to replace with a new one. More over the keypad of the phone has come out from the set. This has to be dealt seriously.

I like to watch CID programme on Sony TV very much. But the channel has started showing every other programme other than CID. I request them to replace the CID schedule. CID is the best programme in that channel. CID must start once again as per normal schedule.

I bought a Sony PS[protected]F) from M/s Arun Electronics, Yamunanagar (Haryana), who is a Sony authorised dealer on 14/10/2009 vide invoice no. 7860.
The dealer sold the product giving wrong information. We are facing many issues & problems with the product, which is not giving satisfactory service.
