In 2006 i bought Sony Vaio Laptop from one of the online stores in UK. It was working perfectly until recently my keyboard started to behave abnormally. I could not type any letters nor was i able to use function keys. When ever i opened MS-Word it gave me an error message saying that i holding down control key do you want to start MS-Word in Safe mode but in fact i was holding the control key. So i took this laptop to one of the Authorised Sony service centre located in Bangalore - RMS Technologies Pvt Ltd in Jayanagar. They checked and told me that there must be some thing wrong with the internal circuit, and they informed me that after checking we will be able give you the details. So far so good. Now the real problem came, i was shocked to hear this, WITHOUT TAKING MY PERMISSION THEY FORMATTED THE WHOLE C-DRIVE, AND LOST ALL THE DOCUMENTS, this shows that how careless they are. They informed me when they started formatting it. They could not stop this, if they do then my hard disk would have crashed. This meant my laptop looked like brand new but i lost all the important documents. I did even asked them to recover all the data but they insisted by saying no. This shows how their customer service is. After all these, they had to replace the whole keyboard, i mean a brand new keyboard, which they didn't had, so they ordered from Delhi, and i had to wait for 3 days n finally they replaced it with new keyboard and charged me Rs. 4800 INR.

Even i made a mistake of not taking the backup, but this is something SONY RMS Technologies should look into this before.

All if you are giving your laptop or Desktop to these kind of service centres please make sure to take a backup copy of all the files otherwise you will end up loosing it.

    i regesterd a complaint in sonyericsson...its id isse[protected]... the problem with the phone was that an inbuilt software of my cell phone was not working...named as googel maps...i got my phone checked from a service centre of sony ericsson...they said that u hav to contact the company...after regestering the complaint the company told me that u will recive a call from us...but i did not recive any call...it has been 1 monh since i hav registered the complaint...my mobile no. is [protected]...take a strict action against this company...

      I had purchased a mobile phone of Sony Erricsson make which was not funcioning since 16.05.2009 evening and given to their authorised service centre for necessary repair. I am till date not vreceived my phone inspite of repeated followup with the company, their dealer from whom the set was purchased and also with the authorised service centre.       Sony Ericsson — Non- delivery of mobile

        most of the clubs are fake. i have few numbers were i was first told to deposite Rs. 2500 in icici bank m.g rd account no[protected] in name of Kiran kumar s. Then i was told to deposite Rs. 4500 in the same account and the third call came from some Nisha where i deposited Rs. 5000 in the same account. I had deposited Rs 12000. Now all these three cheaters are not picking up my phone. The number where i had called are [protected], [protected], [protected]. Please be aware from this numbers. They are all cheats. Now i have called Sony club. don't know how safe it is ? Can any body tell me where can we launch a complaint against these cheaters ? and can our money will get back ?
        and to this clubs i request we want fun and want to earn.. we are paying to you .. so its your job to give us services. if people are satisfied then only your business will run other wise these experiences will shut off your business.

          i actually bought a new USB cable for my handset K-750i. i want to send all contacts to my computer . is it possible.. i tried in all ways.. I INSTALLED THE PCSUIT. BUT STILL I CANT. THE USB CABLE IS NOT ORIGINAL INS 2ND QUALITY.

          i have brought w395 handset before 4 month. i want to connect my phone with my laptop so i can access net onlaptop. i don, t have pcsuit of w395, i have w350 pcsuit. i just want is their is any application to convert pcsuit. or how i will get w395 pcsuit.
          My mobile is sonyericsson k750i. before i put master reset, i have send all the contact information in to my laptop. after master reset i tried to send back that contacts in to my mobile. but i cannot send contacts together. i can send contacts only as one by one. i am having 455 numbers of contacts. so that it is very time consuming to get the contacts in to my mobile as individual. so please give a solution for send all contacts in to my mobile contacts together, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

          my mobile is getting somewhat slow... even if i remove the memory card and use it, that time also getting slow... so please give a solution for that also...

          I have purchased Sony Ericsson W395 on 07.12.2009 against my SE W200i from The mobile Stores Dunlop, Kolkata. Actually I have reviewed the SE web site and find the new "NAITE" model and I have decided to buy it into my budget. When I went at mobile store shop they have show all new sets of SE include W395 and NAITE. I have another set of SE K750i the camera and sound quality is superb of this set till now after 2 years. By the way when I saw the NAITE I have found no data cable, CD software is not within this set and found the data cable, other accessories and without CD with W395. It has two speakers and sound is very good than w200i and I go for it. After purchase I have found the mobile is very slow and went to SE service centre to update the software. But after urgrade it the mobile is slight slow, unable to synchronise contact with PC not available with this phone, no NOTES is installed in ORGANISER menu, in walkman section the default equaliser when I select TREBLE++ and play the song, when I change it to next song the TREBLE++ effect gone.again I have to select TREBLE+, unable to download THEME, sometimes it goes hang, unable to update software thru internet by SE update service due to the phone model is not available in SE update service, 2 MP camera section is very poor than K750i. Till now found battery backup is good for voice call.

          I have sent many mail to SE contact section also get replied but not any positive reply. There are many company manufacturing mobile phones but from the begining I am using SE due to sound and picture (camera) quality.

          So from SE lab team are they ready to upgrade to fulfill minimum requirement for this model or they take all model back against any another Walkman model.

          Awaiting very prompt response from SE India Team.

            Respected 'sony ericsson' officials. I'm from trivandrum. More than thousands o[censored]nsatisfied customers are there in trivandrum city. We are unable to repair our 'sony ericsson mobile phones' from the "sony ericsson service centre at trivandrum". Lot's of customers are fed up with their attitude. They are delaying the service by saying that" there were no parts of particular mobile & u hav to wait atleast a month for it have to be repaired". Each & every customer face this kind of insult. Trivandrum citizens have a clear idea about the "customer enemy service employes of sony ericsson in trivandrum". Respected officials should conduct an enqiury about the functioning of the service centres & take necessary steps for the sake of sony ericsson customers.             I have given my Sony W960i for repair as it could not be started and the guys taking of the Sony ericsson authorised centre here in thane Eternity Mall told me that it will take 4 days for them to get the mobile checked but then after 4 days they told me its a major problem and it will cost big money for repair I told them not to repair and return my phone. After that 7 days have past and whenever I go to collect my phone they only say that it would be done by tomorrow eveing but its never done. I am really fed up with this because everyday I have to go there to listen the same answer and the worst thing is their phone number doesnt wor at all.
            Hi. I'm a Sony Ericsson fan, but it totally changed my perception. I owned a K800 for about a year and a half, then suddenly, it doesn't turn on. I brought it to the customer service here in Cebu. Specifically in Ayala Mall. They sent it to Manila for repair. In a month, I got the phone back and they couldn't even explain to me what happened. They simply told me it can't be repaired, without giving me any cause or explanation that I deserve. I don't know if it was the service? or just mere truth that your mobile phones are not durable enough?.. I have two phones and there's no way it is overused. Now I lost all my contacts which is the most important data.I belive that it was still in good condition. It so happened that after the warranty expires, that's when the phone gave up. I believe, I deserve an explanation. Now, I'm very hesitant to get another Sony Ericsson mobile. I hope I get a feedback on this.
            myself sudhanshu has given my handset sony ericssion(w5501) for repairing the keypad and speaker in the service centre of patna. when i visited to receive my handset the employ named radha kumari told me that the thee is no problem with the keypad its flash has to be changed and it will cost rs2500.
            it took them 40days to manage flash.and again i visited there she told me that its keypad ic has problem and total cost will be of 4500.they pended my mobile for 50days and finlly misbehaved with me at the toime of returning

              Subject: Defective Lap Top Model: VGN-TT17GN/X; S.N: S[protected] purchased on 27/03/2009.
              Reference: P.O. 8K/18/2008-P NBRI, Lucknow, retained by service center against Job sheet[protected] after repeated machine failures.

              Dear Sirs,
              The above laptop was procured from Sony Center Exclusive showroom 27, MG Marg, Lucknow, UP, India on 27th March 2009. It was very painful to find such an expensive equipment giving serious problems within three months of its purchase. It has been showing erratic functioning of the ‘on/off ‘switch (located at right end of the spine). Sony India Pvt Ltd, 27/18, Ground Floor, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Marg, Lucknow are the authorized service center in Lucknow city. They repaired it once on 07/03/2009. It stopped working the next day. My office contacted them again on 08/07/2009 for examining the faulty laptop. The service center now says that its ‘motherboard’ is defective. They have retained the laptop against a job sheet no[protected]Log Information). They intend to repair/replace the Mother Board in ‘a few days time’. Meanwhile, despite complaints to SONY INDIA, the company has chosen to show complete neglect.
              With a globally reputed company like SONY such poor workmanship and service neglect is not expected. Nor is this acceptable for an extremely expensive model as VAIO –VGN. The users dependent on such top-of-line models cannot and should not be held at ransom because of manufacturing defect. As a senior manager, I am completely dependent on the data stored in the laptop and its functioning. With the machine giving faults repeatedly, the system is not acceptable to me.
              Besides the above defect, its mouse sometimes stops working and begins to function only on restarting the laptop.
              I cannot risk my meetings and official works with a defective machine as this. SONY INDIA & Sony Service Centers need to take wiser decisions and immediately replace defective laptops. Let the defective pieces be sent to QC unit at SONY HQ for examining why such defective unit was cleared for sale or if spurious components are being fixed in their machines.
              We hope SONY CORPORATION / SONY INDIA wake up to give value for the expensive machines they sell.

                Hi,
                My name is Meenu Arora, unfortunately on 10th August 2008, I have purchased a Sony Ericsson w380i from one of the shop of delhi. From 10th August itself my bad time has started. I bought this phone for my personal purpose but frankly speaking could not use this phone for my personal purpose even for a single day. This phone has network problem, while talking ( if anytime phone gets connected by chance) phone gets disconnected, there is one special feature been told to me, called gesture control, even this feature did not work for a single time, For network which is a basic thing for any mobile, I have submitted this phone to the Sony Ericsson Service Centre, Darya Ganj, Delhi for 6 – 7 times and every time they have assured me that my phone will work fine now, but it is still not working and it is in the same condition. Service Centre people claims that they have changed all the parts of my mobile and given me the new IMEI Number also which is all in vain, because this mobile is not at all working.

                The basic problem which i feel in this mobile is the network problem. While making a call, The network stops and at that time my call immediately get disconnected. Many a times, my friends n relatives make a complaint to me that my phone is coming "not reachable". I also have a nokia mobile phone with the same airtel connection in it with no any such problem. Sometimes even when i try to call from my nokia mobile to this Sony Ericsson, it comes as not reachable.

                Now I have few questions, My warranty period is going to be over on 09th August 2009, what will I do with this faulty phone now?? As of now my patience is almost over so I am not going to deposit this phone again and again in the so called Sony Ericsson service centre.

                Now I do not want anymore repairs on this phone, wants this to be replaced as soon as possible or else refund my money. Otherwise, I have no choice instead of sending a legal notice to your company or go to the consumer court.

                I know that Sony Ericsson is such a branded company I never expect this type of service.

                Looking forward positive and Favourable response from your side as early as possible.

                Need your immediate intervention to get Justice regarding this.

                sonyericsson — low quality product and service

                i would like to bring this to everyone's notice that i had brought a sony ericsson ph W350i 2 months back, i switched brands because of the "SO GOOD" reputation of Sony ericsson in the market
                but i am heavily dissatisfied by the kind of performance this cell phone gives..
                the battery is underperforming, i took a sealed pack but the battery seems to become nil aft a 2 hrs of talking. within the 1st week the middle button of my phone started losing d silver coating..
                i gave the phone to the sony ericsson dealer and he kept my phone(along with headphones, charger, USB data cable) for approximately 45 days
                i was harrassed all this time as i was not able to use any type of spare phone..
                and at the end of the 45 days i got back items in all defective conditions, the flap buttons of this phone have stopped wrking
                the lock function of this phone has stopped working too
                i am shocked by the kind of after sales service i recieved from this company.
                i have decided to drop this brand and whoever comes for my suggestion i would suggest never purchase a sony ericsson product

                Sony Ericsson — low quality product

                Dear Sir,
                I, Vipul Vardhaman Bhandari want to inform you that my mobile handset Sony Ericson- Hazel (Model No: J20i) is not up to your usual standard. I purchased it on August 17, 2010(Invoice Enclosed) since then it has been proved problematic. To improve its functioning I had to go for its software up gradation in the month of November, followed by change of its mother board with software up gradation again in the month of January(Workorder Invoice Enclosed) but all proved to be futile. Now it feels like I am using an assembled mobile and not the esteemed Sony Ericson. A progressive degradation in camera quality has also been observed. Also to mention the display disappears many a times in recent days. Also,I am facing with n number of other problems for which I had recently submitted the phone to service centre ( Workorder No : SE311APN10974) ( Workorder Invoice encloed )
                Right now my handset is with sony ericson service center and they are ready to replace its motherboard for the second time. Mother board contitutes the 75 to 80% of the cost of the product. But they are refusing to give any guarantee or warantee on the product. Neither they are approving for the handset replacement. Thus it may prove to be problematic for future.

                    I purchased “SONY” Cybershot Model DSC S650 purchased on 1st November, 2007 and in July, 2008 onwards it is not working. Seller not ready to repair or replace. original bill & warranty card retained by the seller when handed over the camera for repair and now they refused to give and not attending phone as they are in Mumbai.
                    Talked to sony india and they refused to attend compalin in absence of bill & warranty card.
                    I spent rs, 7800/- for purchase of above camera. Now I lost everything neither camera nor money.
                    What is to do, please help

                      I purchased a mobile of Sony Ericsson P1i in the month of Nov. (2009).

                      Touch screen of the mobile is not functioning. I went to service centre last time and they demanded time of 2 days by saying that all the contact details stored in the mobile would be deleted.

                        I have purchased one sony ercssion mobile model W595 in your authorized sony center show room. Trichy-18.


                        At the time of enquiry your dealer certified that W595 mobile having 3G future with Video call function.

                        But your product W595 takes 5 to 6 sec for deleting song (6000 KB) from memory card.

                        There us no front camera port for video call function. Rear port only accessable. (Actually 3G means high technology network with 2 MB / sec speed)



                        Product was delivered with accessories & quick guide only. There is no owner’s operating manual with specification.
                        I don’t no that phone spec and detailed operational function.

                        Highlights:

                        Absence of committed function (3G future)
                        Software upgration in existing registered model (W595)
                        Product selling without specification and operational manual

                        All of are coming and under illegal.

                        Requirement:

                        I am not satisfied about your particular model (W595) please exchange your W595 with equalient new 3G future with walk man series mobile.

                          I've continuosly approached the service center people of sony ericsson for my mobile phone, model name : f305, i'm regularly facing the problem in this mobile phone. I bought this mobile phone just five months back, & I've approached sony service centers for more than 5-6 times for submitting my handset excluding the time and money, which I have wasted for again collecting the handset n next day complaining it again... I've lost several important datas n contacts which were flashed during the repair of my mobile phone.
                          I've also tried several times mailing them and asking them to attend me, but they aren't showing any interest.

                          Respected Sir,
                          I have purchased a Sony Ericsson F305 cell phone (IMEI No. [protected]) from M/S Mobile Hot on 26/03/2009 for Rs. 8000 (Bill no. 12737). After using it for a week, a network signal problem was noticed. The problem was serious and I complained the same to the authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson (SALORA BM Services, Shop No-6, Paul Palace, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, Punjab Phone No.[protected], Mob. [protected].) on 11/4/2009 and deposited my handset vide complaint ID - SES 09DMS11160. On 23/04/2009, I collected my phone from the above mentioned service station and found that the same problem was not yet rectified. I again went to the service centre they again told me to deposit your phone and I deposited the phone at the service centre with new IMEI number [protected] on dated 24-11-09. I requested them please forward the request to head quarter to replace the phone but they denied. Then on dated 29-04-09 again I received a mail from customer care and they told me to collect your phone from service centre but when I contacted to the concerned officer of the service centre he refused me to collect the phone and asked me to collect the same phone after 7-10 days.


                          Please replace the same with the new one as it is under warranty period. I facing a tremendous hardship due to such practice of the authorized service centre. I seek your kind intervention to get me the replacement and the compensation for the delay and the strict action against the authorized service centre, M/S SALORA BM Services so as to curb such unjustified and unreasonable acts of the manufacturers and service providers.

                          Consequences : I am without phone. Being a scientist involved in forecasting weather conditions for the farmers of Punjab, myself as well as the farmers are facing a lot of trouble for the last fort night due to unavailability of cell phone.

                            Sony's customer reps were very rude. They hung up on me twice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep in regards to a shipping issue. I am never home to receive packages, so i tried to make arrangements. They were not helpful, and the manager named NATHAN was particularly rude. He said Sony could not help my situation, and became IRATE. This made my blood boil. Shame on Sony for having such incompetent employees. This is behavior unacceptable especially for a manager. Nathan needs to be reprimanded.

                              with in these 7 month my phone is repair 3 time...

Between May 2008 and Sept. 2008 twice the phone required repairing on account of fault - No text or picture in display.

                                On Sept. 23, 08 the phone was submitted third time to your authorized service center (Salora International Limited, Navrangpura - Ahmedabad) for the same fault. The set was repaired and returned back with engineer's remark - Hinge FPC replaced.

                                However, once again on April 14, 09 the phone was submitted to your authorized service center - Techniks, Bodakdev - Ahmedabad, with the same fault i.e. No text or picture in display. (WO#SE[protected], ASP Code - 809, Service center code[protected]

                                With great difficulty and rigorous follow-up for almost 2 months, I could get the handset back only on June 11, 09, mentioning the action taken - CHECK HANDSET WORKING FINE. I do not understand that if the handset was working fine then why the hell it was kept at the service center for 2 months. What is worse to note the apathetic response from a company like Sony Ericsson towards customer complaint that the phone is returned to the customer without being repaired. Though, your WO clearly mentions the fault code as 16-HW part defective, and even your staff was telling every time that it is getting delayed because the required component is not available.

                                I may inform you that once again, from last two days I am facing the same problem intermittently. The fault persist even after repairing the handset 4 times by your authorized center, which confirm that it has some manufacturing defect, which resurfaces time and again.


                                Therefore, it is to request you to kindly arrange to get it replaced rather than asking me to get it once again repaired. Failing, which I will be forced to go to consumer court to take legal action against your organization.

                                I have bought K530i on 15th Aug 2008. Since April 2009 I am facing problems including hanging, 3-4 times a day, when I call someone or receive call from someone, can not hear voice from other end or If I able to hear other person is not able to hear from my end . I gave it to service center 5-7 times from 29th July 2009 till 04th Sep after consulting sony ericsson service centre and call centre executives. I have contacted the Service centre and Customer care on a daily basis but they have been giving me wrong information’s and misleading me by saying that the phone is ready and I should come and pick it up from the service centre. Whenever I get collected my handset and check it, problems persist.

                                Mobile has stayed with service center for almost 7 weeks on & off. STill problem persist. Last time, I gave mobile to service center in 1st week of Sep (4th Sep.) after getting delivery on 3rd sep from service centre because problem was still same and from that time my handset it still with the service centre, Faridabad.

                                Warratny was to expire on 15th August. Service center guys told me 10-15 times in last 2 months that there is problem with SIM card. I have changed SIM card 3-4 times of same and diff tele-com service provider. STill problem is there. Now service center guys says he wont provide service as handset warranty has expired. Problem is that warranty expired when mobile was with service center. And, after receiving mobile from service center, problem still exist. And with this my phone is now in damage condition it got scratches on screen and other parts of body and service centre guys asking for charges for changing the cosmetic/body. It is only a 2 months old when it got defective and I have gone through mental agony because of your customer care executives cooking up false stories...

                                I am not going to be satisfied with this phone anymore...pls replace this phone and get me a new one or give me my money back...

                                Awaiting positive response. I have spent Rs.8, 200 on this handset and this horrible product & service experience I irritating after spending Rs.8, 200.

                                I m fed up with; what is the service centre cooking up. If there is any problem of poornetwork in a particular area then same have to be with all simcards of same network. But it is not happening my SIM CARD is properly working in another handset (Nokia or even in sony ericsson handset which the CCE of Faridabad give me to check network at my residence.) It means there is no problem in service provider’s network. Prolem is in handset only.

                                When on 04.09.09 I again submit my handset for same problem and complaint for damage condition; they give me a new job sheet after mentioning scratches and keys fed up on jobsheet; after getting delivery of my handset on 3rd sep. but the same (scratches/ fed up keys) is all their fault.
                                But they are saying that handsets are always left from hand and got damaged. This is ridiculous.                                 It is my humble request to you to block my stolen cell as soon as possible...
                                I am very surprised and upset with the services of Sony Ericsson in India, I never had this kind of experience with any muti-national company earlier. It will take few days for this letter to reach you and I sure my problem would have not resolved. You may use this feed back in a positive way or put this in dustbin below your desk.
                                I submitted my handset T-715 (under warranty) to your service centre in Munirka, New Delhi, India and they gave me the receiving of the same on a visiting card stating that their computer is not working. I got the set back but the problem was not solved and submitted the set again on 14-9-10 and I got a hand made receipt from them. This receipt does not carry any Workorder No. or Date or my phone ID No., I called them and made them aware of legal consequences if they did not give me a refernce No. and they they furnished me the Work order No. as SE310HRE10209.
                                I checked the status from the workshop after 2 days and got a time of 10-15 days for the repair of the same. I called your call centre and as per their records the set was submitted yesterday. Call centre need 4-5 days to get the status from the service centre whereas I already have the status. and After 4-5 days they are going to give me a new status of time required (as per your call centre). Is this the working of Sony Company ??, I don;t thik so because I am using lot of Sony products and the service has been always fantastic.
                                As per the attitude of the staff of Sony Ericsson call centre in India, specially Mr. Jitender the team leader, whom I soke to is not willing to help the customer and just trying to buy time. I am very disappointed and surprised at the working of Service Centre and the related staff by Sony Ericsson company in India.
                                I sent many mail to the company through their website but they do not respond. I have written a letter to head office in Sweden, awaiting reply.
                                I have spoken to the call centre today and Ms. Shreshtha there wanted me to visit the service centre and make her speak to the people there.
                                I called the head office and spoke to Mr. Shekhar[protected] who could not get in touch with service centre and gave me the Number of Mr. Chander Mohan (Service head Delhi [protected]), I tried contacting him but he does not pick the phone..

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I m using mobile for the more than five years. I have not come across such complaints before when i was not using Sony ericson mobile K530 I.

                                  I have purchased K530I mobile before 7 months only. I m getting a continuous problem in that mobile. The memory stick is not detecting properly, even and then it is disconnecting. I have launched a complaint with the sony ericson service center that is ACCEL LTD.

                                  They are not at all solved the problem when i given a mobile to the service. So again i had given the mobile to the service in the same service centre for the second time. But the problem is not yet solved still. They had wasted my five working days in my office. I had got the loss of pay for the five days and i m coming far away from the service centre.

                                  Not only to me, they are worst in the servicing. I have not come across this type of company, who are not giving a customer satisfaction. They are useless. Even my mobile is in the warranty period, they are wondering me like this. If the people who dont have the warranty, i dont know what they will do.

                                  Pls advice the Greams road Accell service centre, Tamilnadu, Chennai, India. to oblige the customer properly and to respond the customer properly.

                                  Only the customers are coming to the service centre, they have the hope of servicing their product correctly.

                                  But in this particular service centre 90 percentage of the customers are not satisfied to their service. Even they have the thought of not purchase the Sony mobile also.

                                  In later, it will be a very loss to the Sony Ericson company also.
                                  If the customers are getting this types of service, definitely they wont purchase sony mobiles, which ends in a Loss o[censored]r company.

                                  Pls take this as a human complaint and take the necessary actions.

                                  i purchased a sony ericsson k530i handset ON 10-MAY-2009 from mobile store,(Panchkula,Haryana)..but in the end of septemper 2009 one end of my ear phone kit stopped working..
                                  so on 1st of october 2009(1:31PM) i went to sony ericsson service centre in chandigarh(S.C.O-23,sec18,Chandigarh.)...they told me that earphone will be available after 10 days ...
                                  so i contacted them after 10 days....on that day ...they agian told me to come on next week(after 7 days)...
                                  as usual i contacted them via phone after 7days...but i was stunned by their poor service this time again...because they again told me the same thing..."next week you will surely get the earphone" ...but that next has not come yet...as it is 6 nov 2009....and they are still saying the same thing "ear phone kit will come next week surely.."


                                  i was toatly fed up by service centre of chandigarh ......so i dialed sony ericsson customer care no....they listen the whole matter but they just ended the conversation by giving a request no..& requesting to wait for next 48 hrs for next status...

                                  one more thing today i tried to track the status of my workorder online on a site mentioned on my workorder forum...with my workorder no-SE309RTC14203...it showed that your product is deliverd on 1-oct-2009...that was the date when i submitted my ear phone kit..its means service centre has not given me ear phone kit even after having stock...

                                    now i am facing a problem in display screen. this is not in working as properly.
                                    i contact COMPANY'S SERVICE CENTRE AT ROHTAK & call representative so many time but they are so busy, they ignore every time
                                    i call than nearly 50 times & calling since last 6 months but they are not responsing.

                                    i want to activate my handycam on my computer, so i want to call them at residence but they told me that you have to take set on service centre. & every person forward for other person. No resposible person is sitting at service centre.

                                    they also told me that they are only for collection they will sent it to DELHI FOR REPAIR.

                                    Sony Handycam — irrational charges for repair of a handicam

                                    I gave my handicam for repair at vision plus ,Rohtak for repair. As told by M ISS DEEPIKA , the set was sent to sony service centre at DELHI. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE CHARGES AT THAT TIME . AFTER A WEEK WHEN THE SET WAS BACK AT ROHTAK I WAS ASKED TO PAY RS.2200. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE FAULT AND THEY DIDN`T SHOW ANY RECEIPT SHOWING AMOUNT ASKED FOR THE REPAIR.SEEMED RIDICULOUS!ATLEAST I SHOLD BE KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SET & WHY WAS THERE NO DOCUMENT FROM DELHI SERVICE CENTRE?

                                    I had similar experiece when I visited their service centre at Siliguri, I had purchased Sony's Handicam (DCR HC 38) quite recently. When I was not able to transfer recorded video to my laptop, I had visited Sony's Service Centre at Siliguri. To my surprise, people posted at this centre had no solution to redress my problem.
                                    Subsequently, I came to know that it was "I link cable" which helps tranferring recorded video to computer.

                                      Sir,

                                      I was the loyal customer of Sony Ericsson, purchased a mobile set (Sony Ericsson C-510) from Arora Sons, O-11-A Lajpat Nagar Central Market Delhi - 110024, invoice number 1080 dated[protected].

                                      After 10-15 days the mobile set started giving the trouble in its display screen, sound and camera etc, and then I submitted my mobile set to your customer care centre named as New Delhi Techno Care located at Lajpat Nagar, new delhi-110008 on 6th June 2008, the complaint id was SE[protected]. They took two weeks time to repair my phone but the problem was same and hence I had the submitted the phone again then and there.

                                      After that they again repaired the phone and told me that have replaced the mother board and camera of the phone and now its working fine. But when I visited their place it was the same story and they have again issued me another complaint number at 05:30 PM 15th June SE[protected] and also told me that this phone is not repairable and I have also communicated the same massge to their customer care center and ask them to treat this as a serious issue and get me the replacement as the phone is not repairable.

                                      I again got a massage from Customer care after 2-4 days that now phone is wroking fine you can go and collect the same. But again even the third time it has the same problem after replacing the camera and the mother board along with some software and again a new complaint id SE309TEC11272 and now today when I called they told theh same thing that phone is working fine and you can go and collect it from service center and also told me any replacement is the responsibilty of Service Center not the Customer care and where as Service center said just vice versa.

                                      These status's are the result of my daily feedbacks and then too doesn't seems to be working fine with Sony Ericsson.


                                      Now I request you to swap my mobile set with new mobile along with extended warranty as well as compensation of Rs. 20, 000.00(Rupees Twenty thousand). As the loss which I incurred in business and mental torment due to these above problems.

                                      If you do not fulfill my above requirements then I will suit the case against you in consumer court.

                                      Sony Ericsson phones are defective.If Phones are found defective ..sony ericsson people should ban that model and stop it. And people should be compensated for their Loss and Harassment as well as their customer service is very poor and pathetic and Major Loss is in opting Such phones.So compensation is mandate.

                                      On 12 sep i got to know that my phone is repaired....and wen i went there it had been still not repaired

                                      My name is Kishan Chand. My complaint work order no. is SE310HKS11063 dated 16.10.2010 and complaint no. is 88635452. I purchased my mobile C-510 of Sony Ericsson on 16.05.2010, which have many faults since five months, which is still in the warranty period. I have submitted many complaints against it but there is no further actions take place in this regard. Therefore, I had made humble request to them, to change my mobile otherwise, there will be no choice left and I will go to the Consumer Forum. Then Service Center of Sony Ericsson i.e. Harkrishan Services, UG-26, Suneja Tower-II, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi, told me that we did not do anything and you go to the Consumer Forum.

                                        I purchased G502 model on 16/02/09...Within 5 months of purchasing i have replaced display, speaker, headphones, rf board n now the battery.The cell was hardly with me in these 5 months not even for 35 days rest of the days it was with the service center...Now i want replacement for the cell as there', again some problems with display n stuff.Also what if the same problem continues even after the warranty gets over...
                                        I have wasted more then 1000 rupees on petrol and calls i also want a compensation for it...
