i am user of sonyericsson pli mobile phone . i am from ahmdabad . i have visited sony ericsson service centre at navarangpura . i required myphone fullbody with touch stic. but they have told me that we can arrange it after 10 days . then after i had gone there but they have told me that we cant arrange your p1i phone fullbody . after 30 days they cant arrange my requirement . sony ericsson is very big company .then its why .
what is price of p1i body?

    My self Ravi Bhatia from new Delhi, I brought one mobile Sony Ericsson model no.W910i but few month's after i found lots of complain against this h/set, I complained to customer care service center and submitted my hand set W910i but two month's later situation as it is i am already convey to service department officer & Sony Ericsson Company national manager also but they have not solve my problem i am sending you below mail conversation to me and company thru email, kindly help me out, what i to do?

    Rs. 15665/- . I am sure & confident that considering the worldwide
    reputation & image of Sony Ericsson, appropriate action would be taken
    from your side and change my mobile handset.

    sony ericsson w910i — faulty new phone

    phone went faulty into two months of buying. the orange shop sent phone off to be repaired, wasnt completely happy with this surely the phone shouldnt go wrong this quick
    yea...i hav w910i...it switches off wheneva i get 2 - 3 msgs simultaneously...sometimes even when i play games...my fone has its days...1 day it functions correctly without switching off...d next day, it keeps on dying...its too irritating...does ne1 know y does it happen????

    sony ericsson/mobile model w910i — To change my set

    I have purchased w910i model sony ericsson mobile on 17.11.08. Owing to charging problem I got it repaired from an authorised service centre name "RT Outsourcing at 2, Rippon street, kolkata" on 20.07.09. Again I got it repaired for the same problem on 17.08.09. Further, the same charging problem appeared.
    So, how many times I will spend my time for repair the same problem. I think either the service technicians are not capable of removing the problem or not at all possible to repair the set.
    Hence, requested to change the set as because still it is uner warrenty period'

    Sony Ericsson W 910i Mobile — Mobile not returned

    Hi,
    I have submitted my year old Sony Ericsson W9101 mobile to Sony Ericsson Service Centre
    (Technocare} in Lajpat Nagar on 05/05/2009 for a minor repair. After vsiting the Service Centre 9 times and calling Sony Ericsson Customer Care centre 7 times, not only I failed to get my mobile back, but am not provided with any information about its whereabouts, whatsoever.

    Request you to kindly look up the matter to my consideration.

    I have took a w910i hanset1 year before from cochin and it's guarentee period was over. the hanset now iam using is not taking charge while now it is in shut down mode. I have visited service center mentioning this problem but they rejected my handset and they have said handset is in software problem. kindly help me .kindly send me details of your good support centers that giving complete support to the custmers.

    Sony Ericsson — Replacement of handset W910i

    Hi,

    I have given my handset to the sony ericsson service center for repair, it has been 2.5 months and still they haven't returned the phone. They say they have sent it to the head office. This is the 3rd time that the phone software is getting corrupted. It always gets hanged and the display goes off abruptly and also the phone is not getting charged.We haven't received any information from the head office also as to when will the phone be replaced or repaired and returned back to us.

    Please replace the handset.

    Also let me know when can i expect the handset.

      I am a genuine registered ([protected]@gmail.com) user of Sony Ericson and I have been using your Mobile for last 7 years (K508i, k510i, w700i, w200i, w800i, k550i, T700, C510). Now I am using C510 IMEI:[protected] purchased from mobile store, Kottayam, Kerala Customer no:[protected] dated 6/05/09,
      I am not satisfied with this one because of its various complaints 1- System very slow, 2- Over heating in the part of camera shutter, 3- Selection key stuck, 4- Poor still cam quality night, 5- Connecter complaint (charger, USB, head phone) and main problem is the front panel glass is now disuniting from the body.
      I have submitted the Service center many times and they have updated the phone software still the complaints continue; now Service center is saying that there is no warranty to the front panel. So I want your timely step in this case under warranty.
      Hope you can do something better to keep my faith in your product .Do it as soon as possible

      I am another 1st time user of sony ericsson set C510. I must tel you i'm totally dissapointed by this brand. The silver coating on the set started to come out in jus 3 mnths, the key pads got stuck time n again, n most important now when I try to charge it the message on the screen pops up saying use original sony ericsson battery, although its been used with the same battery I got when I bought it. The cell survived for jus 6 months.

      I swear, I will never ever think of buying this disgusting brand again. Nokia was, is and will remain the best. My change of brand costed me a heavy price.

        I have lodged my complaint for repair of 21" colour TV of Sony Make. The company enginner after examining the set took the TV set for repair in their workshop at Naraina, Delhi. After 1 week TV was delivered back and company charged Rs. 1000/- for replacement of parts and service charges but TV Immediately after instalation started giving same problem of sound defect (no sound). Again complaint was lodged with the company but after great persuation and request, after 6 days TV was again taken for repair but till date TV has not ben repaired and we are suffering on this account for the last 28 days that to after paying repair charges.
        Kindly immediately look into the complaint and direct the company for immediate repair of TV and pay damages to us for depriving us from viewing TV for the last 28 days.

          I purchased W760i from patna in october 2008.my first problem occured in december 2008.the set was not charging nor could i listen music in headphones and there was an error message when i tried to connect net with my laptop.in short system connector of the set was not working properly.
          i went to GRAPHLINE CARE ( 412, ashina plaza, budh marg, patna-1 ).they booked my complain with complain id-seo[protected] on 4 jan 2009 and retured the next day telling that problem was solved.but all problems reappeared within 2 days but i had returned back to dhanbad.
          for repairing purpose i again went to patna in february 2009 and again they booked my complain and said that they will send the set to chennai.i got back my set in april 2009.in this process they lost the walkman shortcut button and assured me that they will replace it.i went 3 times to patna but always they had an excuse that the button was not available.the button is missing till now.
          now from last month same problem has appeared and along with that insert sim message comes on screen spontaneously for which i have to switch off the set and remove the battery and then restart the phone.this happens daily 3-4 times.
          due to all these i m suffering a lots of mental tension and financial also as each time i have to go to patna to dhanbad.there's a lots of wastage of time.
          so i want a permanent solution to this or please get my set replacad by another one.

                i purchased a phone from THE MOBILE STORE sec.18, noida.that has a no. of mobile company agents than its own employess.Its employees don't hav knowledge of product n they just hav a target to sell their product.ther are reducing the faith of TATA .i think such shops should be closed.
                i have sony ericsson 800i, i purchased my mobile in UAE & date of purchase10.07.2008, second day i try to to listen radio, some time caching station and some time not, after 8 day i vent to service center, they says, thiss is handsfree cable problem and we cant give warranty for that, ok i purchaged new handsfree cable, still same. after some days i vent back same service center. they r recived my set they r repaired. after repaired 2 days woking nicely. again i i facing same problem. for same complant give o repair 4 times, after repaired 23 days working nicly and again same, now my mobile warranty finished. still i am facing same problem. i am totally diagree, to sony service

                    SIR I AM NOT VERY SURE whether i should yet approach this PLATFORM but, since I have been HUMILIATED, HARRASSED AND UNNECESSARILY CHARGED by the Sony Ericsson service centre {address: Mezzanine Floor, 131/10, Golden Tower, M.P.Nagar, Zone-II, Bhopal-462001}, i decide to write a complaint to you.

                    (Before comming to this forum I had tried to complain to the Sony Ericsson India Site [url: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/home?lc=en&cc=in ] searched the site for "complaints" and got No Results.)

                    I would like to introduce my complaint as such:

                    1.I had a problem of rapid discharging of the battery of my sony ericsson w580i handset.

                    2. I approached the service centre on the date 17-8-09, submitted the set for servicing and was asked to collect the same after two days.

                    3. There was a delay in service, however on the 21st I was returned my handset on assurance that necessary corrections have been made and that my battery was in a much better state.

                    4. I made my payment and left but had to return in 5 minutes with my problem still persisting, the staff at the reception desk was non cooperative so I approached the manager [Mr. SHARAFAT ALI ph:[protected]] .

                    4. I asked the manager( named above) to refund me my payment for the service which was never done. to my great shock and diissapointment he did not pay any heed to My grievances and after a bit of argument got very aggressive and threatning, I requested him for his name and necessary contact details so that I could make his complaint to the company, on hearing this he used rough and vulgar language. He then asked me to get out his chamber. I approached the desk staff for his details, he followed me out of his chamber and now shouted at me in front of his staff and other customers, I cheked him for his misbehaviour and he called upon the guards to " throw me out of the building". Having faced such a level of misconduct, I left the office.

                    5. I am at a loss of words. All I can say is that I am very resolute on getting the above mentioned person cheked for his misbehaviour.

                    6.I have already paid Rs. 300 for the services. My phone still remains in need of repair.

                    My name is Mayur Joshi i have purchesed a w580i hand set on 19th november 2008. since then this handset which is a music phone has a problem with the hed phone jack..I have 1ce given this phone to service center in PUNE near court road...Railway station..they had my my hand set for 10 days & they have replaced this part...but after 15 days this problem again came up...now when i went there they said that there is a problem with the cheep a they will have to replace this which will at max take 18 days & an in any case not more than that.I gave my handset on 4th aug..but today is 28th of aug and i have not yet recived my handset..this people at the service center r not at all helpfull & i am very angery with the coustemer service they are providing.there should be some actions taken agains them.

I bought a sony ericsson mobile( Model name: T700 Serial No:[protected] at Sonny Ericson – Experience store, door No.140, 100 Feet Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore – 641 012 Phone No:[protected] on[protected]. First I had a problem on[protected] in my mobile board, which was dedetected by the service centre [Sri Maruthi solution - Pelamudu – Coimbatore –641 004 personnel. The problem was rectified but recently I am experiencing another problem in my mobile on[protected] which was dedetected by the service centre - Asia Electronics - 312 D.B Road, R.S Puram – Coimbatore – 641 002. This time, the problem is with the display of the phone and rectified.
                        And again I am facing the same problem from yesterday suddenly my phone switched off. I am trying to switch on but it is not working.
                        The reason I purchased Sony Ericsson was only because of its quality assurance and promised durability. Now I am repeatedly getting technical problem with my current mobile. I am not ready to waste my time once again in giving my mobile to service centres. It has not even been six months, but still I am having problems with my mobile. Since the phone is under warranty period, I request you to provide me with a new mobile phone.

                        I am ready to provide you with the purchase and serviced details of the phone if you insist.

                          I am using W700i from last 2 years. But from last few weeks the mobile is not able to detect the network. Suddenly sometime network comes, but most of the time, it not at all shows network.

                          I had given my handset for repairing to Keiser Telecomm., Vashi, Navi Mumbai. After taking three times round to the respective service center approximately after one week, they had return my handset saying that mobile can not be repaired as it has MotherBoard problem.

                          Please let me know is really handset can not be repaired or can not be taken back, because it's rest of functionalities are working well

                            We had submitted our phone W580i to Sony's service center at Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi after several follow ups with their Okhla center and Arun Watch shop whose numbers we were provided earlier. The phone was submitted on 23rd June 2009 (Work order # SE309RMV10085)and was still under warranty for cracked keypad. It was sent several times earlier also at sony's okhla centre (which is closed now) but the problem was never resolved. Even when it was submitted on 23rd June, there was no update given and the phone never came back. After several follow-ups and reminders with the service center and sony's customer service (complaint #[protected], the phone finally came back to the service center after more than 7 weeks and we were surprised to know that the phone has not been worked upon. The reason was “The keypad is not available”. This is despite the fact that the phone still sells in the regular market and it is surprising that Sony does not have a keypad available for such a phone. Further, this information was provided to us after 7 weeks during which we had to suffer with a makeshift phone and there was ABSOLUTELY no response from sony's team. I was given the number of Mr. Nitin Arora and Mr. Neeraj Jalota who are supposedly senior people in the Sony team to handle customer problems. I do not know if they really solve problems since they NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES. Also, there is never a call back from them. If this is how Sony Ericsson is working and this is the behaviour of senior people in the organisation, we can understand the poor state of affairs in resolving a customer problem. This is the poorest service that I have ever seen specially coming in from a company like Sony.

                            This is when out of 4 people in our family, 3 own a Sony Ericsson phone and one of them is the Xperia.

                            I want your help in resolving this problem and for Sony to replace the phone if they are not able to provide a replacement keypad after 7 weeks. In fact, the non-availability of the keypad has been told to us for more than last 4 months by the Okhla service center which is closed now.

                            I was so angry on this subject.totally i am pushed all which we had to suffer with this phone and there was ABSOLUTELY response from sony ericsson team.
                            This is in regard to the purchase of Sony Ericson Mobile Phone Model No.W-395 on 20.09.09 from One Mobile Shop situated at 52, Bazar Street, Ulsoor, Bangalore-560 008(Karnataka) for Rs.7, 487=73. The said phone started giving trouble right from the next day as the screen used to become blank (dark) and nothing used to be visible. I gave it for repair at m/s. Ovez Communications, No.10, G4, Richmond Plaza, Next to Nikhar Jewellers, Richmond Circle, Bangalore-560025 on 07.11.2009. Even after one month whenever I call the service centre they say some part has which is to be repaired is not available and seeking week's time or 10 days's time. I am totally under dark whether I would get back my mobile or not and that too from a reputed company mobile phoneset. If it is a faulty handset the company should replace the same as it is well within the warranty period. I had written a complaint earlier also but the esteemed company has not given any response to it. I would be grateful if the handset is replaced or any other model is given to me in replacement and the differential amount collected.

                                I have been using a sony ericsson W580i for about 1 year.It recently developed a speaker problem.I gave it for servicing at the sony ericsson service center at Kottayam, Kerala.They did repair the speakers at a nominal cost of Rs 350 however, they damaged the phone's display.They are telling me that the damaged display was not fault and refuse to accept there fault.I am sure there was no display problem before giving it to the service center.Now about 1/4 th of the display is completely black in colour.

                                  With due respect.I am Bijan Panigahi.I Purchased a Handycam on Finance by Bajaj Consumer loan finance on my a/c .From the date of purchased handy cam to till date i have not get a peice of paper in hard copy or softcopy reg.the transaction or any information as well as i also donot know my loan account no.

                                  The loan has bean cleared on time as it was in BANK ECS mode.No one was bounsed.

                                  But after one month i got sms to pay again the EMI amount which was fraud case.


                                  Also i have several sent mail before one month in their webpage available but yet to get reply.Also i found that nowhere their people / are contacted.
                                  I want to acknowledge this issue to you & later it will be taken to court of law.
                                  I don't received my orignal bill & nodues certificate till now.please send me orignal bill & nodues certificate as soon as possible.

                                    This is Johnson from Chennai crying with your sonyericsson C510 Mobile, You know I bought this mobile on Jun 27 2009 and it was pleasant and lovely to use the slick and stylish C510 but that was only for few months, I was having a problem with my handset about not being charged properly and I need to hold the adaptor connector into the handset for some time in order to power it up since there was some fault on the board so I gave the handset for service on 25 Nov 2009 ( Work order # SE309AGR17611) and got the board replaced within a few days and days passed and within a year I had the same problem with my C510 and again I gave the handset for service on 19 Jun 2010 ( Work order # SE310AGR21369)…What a surprise another board was replaced in my handset for the same problem...
                                    I called their customer service right next day when I got my mobile back from service and reported the problem as the warranty of my handset got expired and they said they can’t help in any ways…what I asked is to extend the warranty for the handset as I got the board replaced within a year. But they said No...No...No… At max they can provide me a 15 Days service warranty and if the same problem reports again they can do something…No wonders the same problem occurred again after 20days…But what to do I BOUGHT A SONYERICSSION..Now Iam using a Nokia N73 which I bought 2Yrs ago with No problems till now….And this is to let you know people we are using a Samsung S3310 which I bought the same day with my useless sonyericssion and till now there is no problems and we have other nokia handsets at home which is 3 to 4 years old with no problems…

                                    I bought my first sony ericsson Xperia mobile from Poorvikka mobile store. At the time of purshase the branch manager delivered a nice speech as if he is your relative. They convinced me to purchase the insurance as they promised it will cover 90% for a year. Recenlty there was an display problem in my mobile, when I went to the store the branch manager didnt even bother to see my face after knowning that I'm there to complaint about a defect in my phone. Now he tells me that the insurance will cover only 50 to 60%. And they asked me to approach Sony Ericsson center. I was wondered about face reactions when I purchased the mobile and when I went to complain about the product. Big Cheaters!!!

                                    Here comes another big cheater, Sony Ericsson!!! after their intial check up they couldn't find out the exact problem so they tried to put blame on me by saying, it could be because of liquid spilt. Finally they agreed to send my compliant to higher level which I dont think will work out. Even they agree to service the defect I will have to surrender my phone to them for 3 to 4 days. Lot of time I have watsed for this issue. After spending a good amount of money we are in a country where we are unable to own a good product in our hand. Its Sony ericsson produced a defective product; why customer has to suffer!! there are no proper laws in this country for consumer to take this kind of issue.


                                    I will never go for Sony Ericsson product and Poorvikka mobile Store. I know losing one customer is not a big deal for you. But I will try every effort to stop pepple buying Sony ericsson product and in Poorvikka mobile store. Even I change 10 customers mind it is big win for me.

                                    this is subhani i purchase a new sony ericsson xperia neo v model no mt11i mobile 2 months back, i went to ur service center i gave the mobile last month[protected] still my mobile was not repaired i have the problem with my mt11i mobile touch screen lock open immediately .i wnt 2 rectify my complaint as early as possible urgently...

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have purchased a cell C510, IMEI No[protected] on 26th July 09, from SPICE COMMUNICATION, Outlet 1:ShopNo.112-113, Main Market, Gurgaon-122001(Haryana).

                                      On next Day Monday Evening Cell get hanged, after some time it get start working again on thuresday night Menu Key, Nemeric Key No-5 stoped working, I was not able to check or change anything even not able to disconnect the call, ringtone was getting changed itself, Not getting dailed, recived & missed call info aswell, So irritating & pathatic, i missed my clintes call & imp interview call & went with complainet on saturday to dealer, he responded so rudely & said he can not do any thing & asked to go Sony Ericsson service Center & get cell repaired, I said this is very new 4-5 days old Cell & do not want to get it repaired, want replacement.On Monday 3rd aug '09, I sent a compaint but by mistake i sent it to UK Support Team, they revert back with compaint No-X Ticket[protected], 2 but that was of no use, I called up Coustomer Care on same day minimum 5-7 times in a day expained my all problem origanal bill no, dealer info, contact No, they asked me to visit Sec-18 Service Center for Help & Job Sheet No. so that Customer Care could lock the complainet for further support & replacement.I went on Sector-18 Gurgaon Sony Ericsson Services Center they said they do not have key Pad & they will have to update new software it will take more time & asked me to go to Sony Service Center Infront of Sahara mall, Shop No-114 DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon, I went there they said charges would be Rs 1475 to get new Key Pad & repaire this Cell, I was totally hopleess & frustated by the such renowned company Service center services, I paid Rs 1475 & get my cell repaired & they did not made any Job Sheet nor provided any recipt of repairing charge & I informed this to Customer care at same time they gave me a complaint No[protected].Again after 1 week on 12th Aug'09 again cell get hanged, i am not able to attend the call, not able to change & check any thing.

                                      Now this 3rd time in 2 weeks when cell stop working & i am writing this complaint to u i had informed Customer Care 5-10 times in 15 days, had visited 2 times their service center & 2 time dealer shop, called customer Care 10 times for action and support, now i am totally helpless & hopless mentally harshed, unnecessary bills owing not able to disconnect the call, I have decide to send a leagel Notice to Sony Ericsson, Dealer & Service Center & will move to Consumer Court under consumer protection Act 1986.

                                      YES SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED TO ME IN LESS THAN A WEEK. but only SE service center got it fixed in 2 hours by reinstalling the C510 OS. So far it works fine until LAST NIGHT, THE THE BUTTON THAT DISABLES THE CAMERA FLASH DOES NOT WORK! MEANING I WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS AT NO-FLASH PLACES eg.MUSEUMS. I suppose I could take it in for repair but this stupid phone is causing so much trouble! This is a piece of [censored] is totally not worth it!

                                      I have to admit this phone is pretty good in terms of speed in terms of processing. HOWEVER, with so many problems between the hardware and software of the Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot phone, I THINK SONY ERICSSON OWES ALL C510 OWNERS WHO HAS RECORDS ON REPAIRING THEIR PHONE, TO BE PAID AT LEAST USD1000 JUST TO PAY UP FOR THE COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION FOR REPAIR, TIME, PHONE BILLS, AND BUSINESS FINANCIAL LOSSES.

                                      i purchased c510 from sony ericsson show room(DT City center)gurgaon.after 5 days the phone hanged.no contacts opened.memory card not showing.after that i gave my mobile to servicing centre(Near air force station) gurgaon.they upgraded my software. after upgradation of my software the front cam not working.in the video(from media) one option missing.in the videos the up button shows the list of the available videos.after software upgradation the option not showing.i complained to the servicing centre.they r replying that after upgradation some options will be changed.
                                      i also have same problem with my c510

                                      this is maritn j pangler . as i have taken (c510) phone iam faceing lot of problems.
                                      there are few problem which am writing
                                      1) when i operate in location service the google map it restarts and hangs.
                                      2) memory card problem when i start mp3 songs the problem is (no media found).
                                      3) when other persons calls to my phone after tow or three rings i will get first ring in my phone.
                                      4) when i operate the mobile phone:c510 it is slow & (delay) for two second

                                      as i have been to sony sevice center more then 3times my problem had not soled in the period of 20 to 40 days -

                                      I have same problem on my c510, when I want to call someone my c510 i'ts frizing and I can't stop the outgoing call, I buy my mobile new from T-mobile store before 2 days and I gave my mobile to servicing centre in Skopie (Macedonia) and about one week thay back to me with replacemant software, but only 2 hours latter I have the same problem just like the begining. oooo I'm so nervous, it's shame for SONY ERICCSON they sell broken phones
                                      operating system is very slow, even works as normal phone, it works as very slow, it takes approx two minutes for starting.no combination between flash and camera, flash works first than camera started.
                                      When I connect the charger to my c510 mobile there is a message showing - charging cannot be complete, you must use sony ericsson battery. Please solve this problem.

                                        This is Sandeep Kumar Salunke from Raipur (C. G.). I am a Microsoft Professional from pune. Recently om 28th of July I have purchase one Handset(Sony Ericsson--W205) from Raipur for Rs. 5700 with bill.

                                        After 2 days the problems are start occuring in my set so I went to service center for resolving the problem they just do the software updation and give me back again in few hours the problem came, than again I went their and I complained about it again they have done something on my phone. But still it not resolved. I think they are fooling me out, now I dont know what to do. Here I am sending you the service center details with their contact no. please help me out .
