I m using mobile for the more than five years. I have not come across such complaints before when i was not using Sony ericson mobile K530 I.
I have purchased K530I mobile before 7 months only. I m getting a continuous problem in that mobile. The memory stick is not detecting properly, even and then it is disconnecting. I have launched a complaint with the sony ericson service center that is ACCEL LTD.
They are not at all solved the problem when i given a mobile to the service. So again i had given the mobile to the service in the same service centre for the second time. But the problem is not yet solved still. They had wasted my five working days in my office. I had got the loss of pay for the five days and i m coming far away from the service centre.
Not only to me, they are worst in the servicing. I have not come across this type of company, who are not giving a customer satisfaction. They are useless. Even my mobile is in the warranty period, they are wondering me like this. If the people who dont have the warranty, i dont know what they will do.
Pls advice the Greams road Accell service centre, Tamilnadu, Chennai, India. to oblige the customer properly and to respond the customer properly.
Only the customers are coming to the service centre, they have the hope of servicing their product correctly.
But in this particular service centre 90 percentage of the customers are not satisfied to their service. Even they have the thought of not purchase the Sony mobile also.
In later, it will be a very loss to the Sony Ericson company also.
If the customers are getting this types of service, definitely they wont purchase sony mobiles, which ends in a Loss o[censored]r company.
Pls take this as a human complaint and take the necessary actions.
Sony Ericsson — Replacement of the phone F305 sony ericsson
Respected Sir,I have purchased a Sony Ericsson F305 cell phone (IMEI No. [protected]) from M/S Mobile Hot on 26/03/2009 for Rs. 8000 (Bill no. 12737). After using it for a week, a network signal problem was noticed. The problem was serious and I complained the same to the authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson (SALORA BM Services, Shop No-6, Paul Palace, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana, Punjab Phone No.[protected], Mob. [protected].) on 11/4/2009 and deposited my handset vide complaint ID - SES 09DMS11160. On 23/04/2009, I collected my phone from the above mentioned service station and found that the same problem was not yet rectified. I again went to the service centre they again told me to deposit your phone and I deposited the phone at the service centre with new IMEI number [protected] on dated 24-11-09. I requested them please forward the request to head quarter to replace the phone but they denied. Then on dated 29-04-09 again I received a mail from customer care and they told me to collect your phone from service centre but when I contacted to the concerned officer of the service centre he refused me to collect the phone and asked me to collect the same phone after 7-10 days.
Please replace the same with the new one as it is under warranty period. I facing a tremendous hardship due to such practice of the authorized service centre. I seek your kind intervention to get me the replacement and the compensation for the delay and the strict action against the authorized service centre, M/S SALORA BM Services so as to curb such unjustified and unreasonable acts of the manufacturers and service providers.
Consequences : I am without phone. Being a scientist involved in forecasting weather conditions for the farmers of Punjab, myself as well as the farmers are facing a lot of trouble for the last fort night due to unavailability of cell phone.
