Missing parts during Servicing under warranty

I had given my Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone Model W910i to the Sony Ericsson Service Centre people on 18th May 2009, which was under warranty of 1 yr, due to hanging problem every now and then.

They called up just once to return me my cell phone that too with two parts missing (music press key and memory card cover), which they must have lost themselves. I had refused to take that and showed him the job sheet stating everything...

SONY LCD TV GIVEN with a defect

I bought a sony LCD TV for 32000.It stopped working after 13 months. I went to customer care for 3 months, after 3 months they are asking 18000 to repair it. How ridiculous it is? who will pay 18000 to repair a 1 year old TV. My suggestion dont buy Sony LCD TV....

no repair of product

Showing some colors after swithching off

KEY BUTT PAINT PEELED OFF AND SCREEN PLATE ADHESIVE CAME OUT

Purchased Sony Ericsson Handset -G502 from UniverCell, No.213 S.V.Patel Salai, Puducherry, Invoice P.PUD/15000/dated: 31st October 2008.

Mainly I procured by seeing good clarity in Sony ericsson Mobile, and due to my Friends suggestion but I am quite unhappy that the metalic colour (steel colour) through out the mobile is getting peeled off, I am operating key pad on my memory .even side boarded total ring also plastic is vissible....

imsi number says that the cell is of inferior quality

i purchased this particular mobile from VIJAY sales, NAVI MUMBAI at the price of 13000/- and it is a big waste of money because later through a male i found that the IMEI number says that the handset is of very low quality and is dangerous

I had bought a Sony Erricson W595 mobile phone 3 months ago by paying 15000/- Rs and few keys were not working after a month.
