I have purchased a cell C510, IMEI No[protected] on 26th July 09, from SPICE COMMUNICATION, Outlet 1:ShopNo.112-113, Main Market, Gurgaon-122001(Haryana).
On next Day Monday Evening Cell get hanged, after some time it get start working again on thuresday night Menu Key, Nemeric Key No-5 stoped working, I was not able to check or change anything even not able to disconnect the call, ringtone was getting changed itself, Not getting dailed, recived & missed call info aswell, So irritating & pathatic, i missed my clintes call & imp interview call & went with complainet on saturday to dealer, he responded so rudely & said he can not do any thing & asked to go Sony Ericsson service Center & get cell repaired, I said this is very new 4-5 days old Cell & do not want to get it repaired, want replacement.On Monday 3rd aug '09, I sent a compaint but by mistake i sent it to UK Support Team, they revert back with compaint No-X Ticket[protected], 2 but that was of no use, I called up Coustomer Care on same day minimum 5-7 times in a day expained my all problem origanal bill no, dealer info, contact No, they asked me to visit Sec-18 Service Center for Help & Job Sheet No. so that Customer Care could lock the complainet for further support & replacement.I went on Sector-18 Gurgaon Sony Ericsson Services Center they said they do not have key Pad & they will have to update new software it will take more time & asked me to go to Sony Service Center Infront of Sahara mall, Shop No-114 DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon, I went there they said charges would be Rs 1475 to get new Key Pad & repaire this Cell, I was totally hopleess & frustated by the such renowned company Service center services, I paid Rs 1475 & get my cell repaired & they did not made any Job Sheet nor provided any recipt of repairing charge & I informed this to Customer care at same time they gave me a complaint No[protected].Again after 1 week on 12th Aug'09 again cell get hanged, i am not able to attend the call, not able to change & check any thing.
Now this 3rd time in 2 weeks when cell stop working & i am writing this complaint to u i had informed Customer Care 5-10 times in 15 days, had visited 2 times their service center & 2 time dealer shop, called customer Care 10 times for action and support, now i am totally helpless & hopless mentally harshed, unnecessary bills owing not able to disconnect the call, I have decide to send a leagel Notice to Sony Ericsson, Dealer & Service Center & will move to Consumer Court under consumer protection Act 1986.
