In referance to the captioned matter undersigned is lodging this customer complaint.
That infact the said mobile is purchased on 2nd Aug.2009 from, The Mobile...

I contacted Sony serivce centre for three times and every time I get reply that part which you require is not available and please contact after a month.

Sony ericsson has a worst service ever seen.

When callled to the sony help line they gaave me a address of a service center which has been closed before 2 years.

In a city like Pune I am facing these problems then the situation would be horrible...

i have bought my sony ericssion phone 28/10/2008 from mobile store . The phone was damaged and getting on after two days. i sent it to service center, they returnt my phone after a month and assure that phone will be replace if any prob will occurred. but last month phone speaker and jack was not working so i submit it to service center on 17/07/2009 and they gave me 10 days time.now 22 days has past but my mobile...

I purchased sony ericsson mobile(Model no W580i) from your authorised dealer in Vadodara.(Mobilewala GF-5, 6, 7 D tower, Kunjplaza, Lalbaug rd, Vadodara.) on04-11-08 in 9, 650=00. Invpoce no. 14320. The last phone that i purchased was W580i nd it had problems within 6 months. When i took it to borivli service centre during warranty period they repaired the phone and gave it to me in 15 days. I purchased G900 handset of Sony Ericsson on 18/04/2009, within three month o[censored]se i faced problem of TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING on 28/06/2009 and i submitted the same in Authorised service center.

After continous follow ups i got it repaired on 12/07/2009.
