Hi,
i am looking for BIOS upgrade program my laptop, Model: Sony VGN-C25G/B.

I could not find the link to download in www.sony-asia.com website. so i called up Sony care, they told me to get in touch with Sony Service center. I went to service center and they told me to contact Sony customer care. I am not sure how to reosolve it. Need your help. i need link for BIOS upgrade program for my laptop....

Our Sony Vega Television had a problem of snow on it. We called the
sony service center in jalandhar. Two persons, Mr. Raju and Mr. Ashok
came to repair it.. They said the tuner is not working properly..They
took the whole board with them.. Next day they came and said they have
replaced the part..On being asked, they had no proof of replacing the
part and on demanding the old part, they could not even produce...
