I bought this power Bank and warrenty period completed. Now I am unable to use becz charging issue and not getting charged through mobile. Even I used rare occasions and usage is very less. I bought this power Bank RS 2500 but Sony authorised service centre saying that warrenty period completed and unable to open this for service. What should I do on this and since it is brand model. Kindly advise. Call me @ [protected]

    I have a Sony Bravia Android TV for Model No. KDL-55W800D. Purchase year 2018, there front panel are damaged, i have raised service demand on customer care no.[protected], and he was provide the service center no. [protected] but he says the parts are not available on service center, and the company has stopped the making parts in this model. He has offered me replaced with a new tv 70-80% of amount, But i am not interested on this offer. Next day, I again call customer care no.[protected], but they are not positive response.

    Please help me, I would like to repair my TV.

      I have paid premium subscription of Rs 999/- on 15.06.2022. I am not able to view any of your videos ( originals and premium ) since last 2 months. I repeatedly complained to sonyliv about this but they are just passing time. Pl help.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Television

        The issue that I have experienced was: There was a time when Sony products were known for quality and durability. It seems the situation has changed nowadays.

        4 years ago I bought a Sony TV model Bravia KD-43X7500E, it is a smart TV with 4K resolution, the cost was around 63000 INR.
        It came with one year Sony initial standard Warranty.

        After 1.5 year the problem started, tv was suddenly restarting again and again. I spoke to Sony care, they have appointed a technician, they found that the mainboard has a problem and it needs to be changed, since the TV was out of warranty i had to spend around 10K INR and they have changed the mainboard.
        Everythings was ok till the next 6-7 months. Again the same problem started and the same procedure was followed, they changed the mainboard and 10000 INR were charged.
        After 4-5 months the problem started again. The TV was working fine if it was connected through dish tv /Gio tv or tata sky but if I opened any application like prime video or netflix, it was making a harsh crackling sound and restarted.
        This time i spoke to few technician and they told me the truth that mainboard of this particular model i.e. Sony Bravia KD-43X7500E come with a manufacturing defect and this model was a failure, though I spoke to Sony customer care and told them that I am not going to pay thrice for the same problem.
        I requested them to escalate this case to higher management so that this problem gets some visibility.
        i've 2 televisions at my home town Videocon and Micromax. We have been using them for more than 9 years without any single problem.
        My request to Sony is that we are paying a very high amount for your products . Please consider this case and help me with the solution, I am not going to pay for the repeated problem again.

        I want Sony to refund my total amount or replace this television.

        It occurred again since: last 6 months

        This meant that It caused a lot of money and affected my mental health . I've been mocked by my friends and relatives for this bad quality of TV after spending so much.

        Nobody contacted from Sony team till now, i had to pay 11000 INR to the SONY service center and they have changed the Mother board panel, this is 3rd time i had to pay for faulty mother board panel in last 3 years.
        On top of that the television was returned with the dust particle inside the screen panel. I dont know how to deal with them now. I am fedup with them now.

          I am complained against your customer care on dated 17.08.22 and your service man has visited on 18.08.22 and give me the estimate voucher, he said that TCON(50H) is not available at our local center & it will be available on demand of the customer and i deposited Rs. 8000/-as a advance to your local customer care center at Aligarh UP.
          I asked to you, how many days are required to repair this TV. SONY is a multinational brad, it is not reputed system for you

            We have sony bravia tv at the size of 48 inches with Model number : KLV40R482B .since 1 month we are facing serious issue on tv that when we on the tv 3 times it will reflect sony after that continously 6 times red colour light is blinking and tv is geeting offed..so kindly resolve the issue

                I purchase SONY LED TV from Lulu connect, cochin on 04.09.2021.
                Now its display not showing only sound came while switch on TV.
                We use less than 1year at that time itself display damage. Poor quality of the TV. Please replace the TV or refund the amount collected when we purchase.
                I alredy complent where we puchase tv last week, still no responce from them.
                On 15august sevice technician came he confirm that display gone. Service report also attached.
                I already send so many mail to sony care and where we purchase shop still no responce.
                If your product is bad you must refund amount when we purchse.

                  I am esteemed customer of sony .I have purchased KLV- 43W672G on 31 oct 2021 from KHOSLA Electronics, EC II, Salt lake kolkata 64, And I totally disappointed . After 1 month of the purchased date when I start the TV the letters and picture were coming blur . I lodge complain many times. Technicians unable to resolve it . I have recorded and taken snap of the issue .And now my TV is totally off, it is not even power on .Its blinks for one time and then totally off .I am fed up of this TV. I have under warranty period . Servicing center are forcing me to go for extended warranty. I will never buy sony products from now. I have lodge complain but no one came to pickup or any technician came . I would request sony company to replace my TV .I have lodge complain for multiple times for the same issue technicians ignored as if it very minor issue . I will take further steps if they don't replace my TV .I am attaching few snaps and videos of the issue which I am facing . And I will give review in every forum and all customers who want to purchase sony tv, plz don't buy this product totally wastage of money .

                        Purchase LED TV on Oct 2017 at sony center velachery chennai.\due to pandemic we used only 3 years. We got display problem couple of times not able to fix.The only solution just replace the display which cost about 37k.
                        Already spent 110000.All sub stranded materials used to assemble at sony India. The same model my friend brought from Qatar 2016.Still running in good manner without any single issue.

                          We purchased Sony Bravia 55 inch 4k android TV from Sony center on Aug 2017 at velachery chennai.Hardly used 3 yrs and 2yrs we were in our hometown due to pandemic situation. Within 3 yrs couple of times display got problem.first time it was repaired by troubleshoot.now not recovered.Based on the brand value purchased hence realized all substandard material used.few of my friends were purchased from middle east still working good without any single problem.pls Don not purchase Sony TV from India.

                                I have a Sony 55 inch LED tv and one fine day it stopped working and didn’t open. I complained to Sony Service Centre, Panchkula, Haryana. A service rep and without opening or checking the tv said that there was a defect with the mother board and so had to take the tv to the service centre. They took the tv and did not give any estimate nor he gave any receipt for the TV and it was handed over on good faith.
                                The tv is with the service centre since 23 July and till date it has not been repaired nor there has been any call from the service centre.
                                I have been contacting the service centre and the reply given is that the part is not available with Sony India !! So vertically telling me that the TC which costed me around a lakh of rupees is now worthless and I can buy a new tv at 25-30 % discount ??
                                I am surprised at the way Sony india is providing after sales service - no parts available ??
                                I have escalated the mattar to you so that necessary action can be taken for repair of my TV failing which I will be forced to go to court as well as on social media for unethical practices by Sony india by not providing the parts.
                                An urgent action on your part is requested .

                                  Dear Team Sony,


                                  I have purchased this Sony 40Ex520 LED Tv in Feb 2012. Within exactly 2 years, the TV's screen panel has got discoloration problem. There are blue vertical lines on the screen and there is a green haze also in the upper part of the screen. When I took this Tv to sony service center, they have informed that the panel has a problem and it needs to be replaced. Since the warranty period was over, I was asked to bear the replacement cost which was quoted about Rs. 22000/-. I got my Tv back without repairing becoz I am not willing to spend this much on just a 2 year old Tv which is supposedly the most expensive and best brand in India/worldwide. I put my hard earned money in purchasing this TV instead of going for smaller & cheaper brands thinking that this will have longer life.


                                  Now when I am fed up of the screen as it is creating a big strain on my eyes. I researched on the internet and found that there are many people suffering from the same problem in this KDL EX520 series Tv. For each one of them the screen had this same problem in exactly 2-2.5 years after purchase.


                                  My concern is the cost for replacement of the panel which your company is not ready to bear and neither will I. Its your manufacturing defect as agreed by your service center as well as your response to some customer's queries also shows that. A company of your size and repute should ideally recall such defective TV and replace the panel by themselves.


                                  The Sony Support Center does nothing apart from charging hefty amount to innocent customers who are fooled by your company's marketing skills and brand value. They charge anything between 22000 to 28000 for the display panel which are defective pieces in the first place. Dont you guys test your products before selling or Sony knew it and still sold it in the market. Almost everyone is facing this problem and that too in exactly two year time, after which the warranty is finished.


                                  I just want you to replace the panel. I have gathered data of about 65 such customers from your site itself who are facing this problem. We are going to start a negative campaign about the problems of Sony tv in National MEDIA including tv channels, daily newspapers, blogs and social networking site. We will make sure that these incidents of fraud reaches to your every potential fool customer. Also, we have decided to lodge a complaint in consumer court as well as criminal court of law. We will make sure that the company pays every penny worth of amount looted from the customer. Your company's apathy in this matter shows a lot about your fair practices.
