    We bought a 55 inch sony tv 2 years back... We are facing horizontal lines on the display... This is the 2nd time we are having the same problem with the tv... First time tv was in warrenty... Now again... This is so ridiculous... Y cant products be manufactured that it runds properly for years... I think this is manufacture defect... Can't a tv perform normally for atleast 5 years... Kindly look into the issue and provide a replacement for my tv... We can't repair again and again for the same problem which costs around 30k each time... This is pathetic... Kindly provide replacement for tv or the screen as soon as possible...

        I've registered a play station 5( under guarantee) to Sony service centre, Sakchi, Jamshedpur regarding game issues ( ps5 game not working) on 30/05/2022. It is now almost one and a half month and still they are not giving any response of repair or replacement of ps5. Anyday if I call or go to the service centre they just give excuses of this and that and assure me that it will be replaced in 1 week. After 1 week when I call them, they give another excuse and give me some another dates. I've not purchased my ps5 to keep in the service centre. Hence please look into this matter.

          Hello team,
          We bought Sony led Android TV in 2016 and we are facing repeated display issues. In 2019, we lost the display and we had to bear the cost of close to 18 k and get it resolved. Now it's again the same problem we are facing and the only way to make tv to work is change th le display as per service centre guy visited. We had spend close to 84 k till now. We request to look into the issue try to do the needful.

              Have purchaed Sony TV model No. KD-43X80J on[protected] from Vijay Sales with extended warranty of 4 years on loan from Bajaj Finservice amouting to Rs. 72000/-

              Instalation done on[protected] from that day I was facing issue TV screen stops if i switch on or off fan, light or door bell ring etc I have raised the complaint and asked them to replace the product but they did not do they said the problem is of HDMI cable I replaced my existing cable purchased new HDMI cable but problem was not solved. Again I made complaint and said to replance but technician came said HDMI cable issue I purchased HDMI cable from him. But the problem was not that often but it was there and I did not complain becoz they will give me same reason.

              Now on 28/06/2022 tv was off when it was on at 6:30 pm it was not working. Have made complaint on[protected]. My complaint allocated to authorised service centre M/s GSS Quick Garage India Pvt Ltd technician came on 29/06/2022 and said mother board problem I requested to replace the product since it was giving problem from the day one. It is still under warranty period. I am following up with them but they are not ready to replace they are saying company will not replace they will provide new part.

              I want replacement of the product or refund amount what I have paid Rs 72000/-

              Request you to please resolve my issue.

Aapke engineer aaye tuesday ko unhone kha chip lagegi agar usse kaam ho gya toh aapko 3000 rs charges lagegenge nhi toh motherboard change hoga usme aapko 10000 charges lagenge. 07/07/2022 Aaj tak koi nhi aaya call karte h switch aa rha h. Please sir immediately solve my problem. Last option aapki company ki rti complaint register karni padegi. Bahut pareshaan kar diya h aapki company...

                  I bought a new TV KDL43W6600 on 20.12.20. But after only 18 months of purchase the TV started developing repeated problems in HDMI ports even one week after replacement of the ports after payment of the hefty requisite fee. Again service personnel were called. Repeated visits by the service personnel on both the occasions added salt to injury as more of our TV-viewing time was wasted. No solution has still been offered. Is this the quality of TV and service offered by a world renowned company like Sony offer customers ??

                    My Sony bravia kdl 43w800d suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint with request ID 70306476. Next day technician went to my home and checked the tv and said tv need to take to service centre to check the issue. After two days, I received a call from technician Montu([protected]) saying “main board of tv is not working and need to replace and since your tv model is discontinued from the service, I have to close the ticket and repair your main board offline which will coast Rs. 10000.” When I denied to pay that much amount technical delivered my tv unrepaired.
                    What kind of service is this from Sony…!!!
                    I feeling guilty of myself that I bought Sony tv. No common man can afford this much service cost (replacement of main board).
                    Please help to resolve my query.

                      my sony live premium subscribtion ended on 16/06/2022. I renwed my subsciption on 17/06/2022 for RS 999/-and hence I recieved a mail from sony liv regarding my renewal and mentioning my subscription validity till 17/06/2023, now the problem is when I started streaming premium contents the streaming stops and it is asking a new subscription and Iam unable to continue to view the premium contents

                        I contacted the nearest sony tv center regarding the motherboard availability. They are saying it's not available and hence asked me to sale the tv and that's not right to do as only motherboard issue has been identified. Actually some time back during covid lockout motherboards weren't available but now I can see that motherboard for my tv model sony bravia kdl w950a is now available on some many websites for sale. But still sony company is not helping me. Please look into this.

                          This is regarding my FRESH complain no. 70292099 raised on 16 June 2022.

                          My Sony TV model 55 cm KD - 55X80AJ purchased on 08 October 2021 from Amazon [ invoice No. SDEX- 76006].

                          After proper installation, after few month the TV reported sudden inbuilt crossed thin line across the screen without any physical damage. The case was reported directly to the service centre haldwani ie, Shradha Enterprises haldwani, Uttarakhand in the month of April 2022

                          Since I reported the case manually, I dont have details about the exact date. The technician visited and created the case of panel replacement and assured 15 days replacement. Since then, we have not received any update on the matter. We tried following up with the Centre and Technician, but the matter has been delayed for whatever reasons for more than 2 months now.

                          With much Delay and Surprise, the centre created the order for the TV panel on 11 June 2022 [ As told by the head office toll free number] and received the panel on 15 June 2022.

                          Also, the service centre claims that the manual complaint is recorded only on the excel sheet and the head office has no record about complaint raised manually. Thus I suffered a delay of more than 2 month, because even after recording my complaint on the month of April, the order for the panel was raised on June 11 2022.

                          This has been a extreme case of neglignce and irrsponsible behaviour towards customer complaint. I want to request a TV replacement because of the delay that i have suffered.

                          I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until Two Days before seeking help or other assistance. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at [protected].

                            With disappointment I am sending this mail.My home theatre HTIV300 is eligible for home service and I have booked home service through toll free no 3 weeks back.
                            I got a call from service centre trinity solns asking me to bring the system to their service centre as there are limited field staff to provide service at my residence. I told the person I am not intrested in bringing my system to the service centre and as I am eligible for home service and I want to get it repaired at my residence. After lengthy dilagoues they finally send a technician and he reached my home and opened the system and he told me he has to take it to the service centre to rectify the problem and he couldn't exactly identify the problem. I told him as I do not want to take the system to their service centre and want to rectify it at my residence he connected his superior over phone .His superior told me they can rectify the issue only in the service centre and if I am not giving the system they cannot get it repaired.
                            My system SONY DTH 5 is elegible for home service and I do not want to take it to the service centre as I heard for minor issues they are asking to change the entire board and charge clients exorbitantly.
                            I am using more than 3 Sony products for the last 20 years and totally disappointed with the attitude of service persons reluctance to solve the problem in my residence even my system is eligiblefor homeservice and I am ready to pay for it. I don't understand why these people are so adamant in taking the system to the service centre to find the error.Either these service persons does not have necessary skills to identify the problems at customers premises or they lack the skillset to do it.I request you to send properly trained technician to identify the problem with my system and get it solved in my residence and I will pay for it.I Request you to send skilled people with required tools who can sort out the exact problem and get it cleared in my residence instead of taking the system to the service centre and in their customer restricted zone they blindly asking the clients to change the entire board for minor issues which I heard from persons with bitter experiences before .
                            Kindly go through the testimonials in the attachment and do the needful to get my issue resolved at the earliest

                                I purchased Sony Bravia KDL43W300D Android tv four years back only. Last week it went out of order, there were no pictures on screen but only colored lines. I got registered a complaint vide service I'd no. 70159502 on Sony India customer care on June3, 2022.
                                which was transferred to their Vaishali Ghaziabad service center for resolution.
                                The engineer first told us to replace Tkon board @16200/- INR (which seemed very hafty considering my purchase price was approx INR.55000/-). Seeing no option I consented.
                                But after 2-3days I again received a call from the service centre telling me that the part was not available so either I take back my faulty unit back home (a no-option sort as there is no point of keeping non-functional tv set at home) or I go for an exchange. They want me to exchange my four years old unit with another one of the same value by paying a price of additional Rs.34, 000/-INR.
                                I find myself cornered by the company Sony India whom I have trusted for the last more than 20years. I really don't know what to do except request the company to come out with a better exchange offer.
                                Submitting this to SONY INDIA for a favorable resolution at the earliest.

                                  We brought Sony Bravia Android tv W80D in reliance digital Hyderabad A.S.Rao Nagar branch on 1st May 2017. With the registered mobile number - [protected]. It costs around 70K around by then and suddenly stopped working and throwing flickering screen. Such a worst product manufacturing from Sony, it's just only 5 years old and costed 70K but started troubling all of a sudden.

                                    I searched for SONY authorized service center for my LCD SONY BRAVIO in Pune.
                                    I come across with Digital electronics services in Sudarshan nagar 5, pimple gurav Pune .

                                    He came at home and took TV for repair. He was wearing SONY service center Apron.

                                    It was for LCD Polarizer Film Replacement front and back for 26inches.

                                    The part was not available with him in pune, so I got that part for 2500 including courier for him and gave to him.

                                    to my surprise there was no store, it was just room in basement. It was not even SONY Service center, No registration no Board.

                                    the person name Gokul ([protected])was not available in the place, so I couldn't see my TV. I kept the part and told him (Arun - [protected] the person in the place ) to call me.

                                    He have not yet called me and the he is not picking phone.
                                    People be aware with FAKE Service centers
