I had written on 17/March/2022. Engineer has not visited us till now, 2 times he took time from us and switched off his phone too. Especially we had written that we can meet only on holidays, we call many times in the call center. We have not received any support from their side, even the service centers are not picking up the phone.

Sony Show Room Anna Nagar Chennai, confirmed me cost of TV Rs 235000 and requested to pay Rs 5100 and balance Rs 229900 as finance.But Bajaj Finance have put Rs 234000 has finance and charged me.

Sir/madam, my sony tv suddenly stopped working and no sign of power light and
didn't switchon. On 31st january 2022 i lodged a complaint and my complaint
number was 68991662 had no response from any service people. So i had to
show it to local technician and he was unable to solve the issue. I again launched
a complaint for sony service on 7 feb 2022 and my complaint number is

While on Voice calls, the side from other side stops intermittently.
The issue was reproduced in Sony Service Center and Sony is just closing the eyes and don't want to fix as the product is in warranty...

TV remote getting hanged not functioning at all...

I had purchased the TV in the subject few years ago and now its display is damaged. When enquired with Sony, they said display is not available any more. Pathetic to see that Sony is not providing spares for their customers. No one wants to buy a new TV just because Sony stopped making those products. Hope Sony will address my issue. Or at least they can setup buying back the damaged TV's and helping other customers at reasonable prices....

Purchased the television on 19.1.2021 and since then it has been giving problems. It started within 2 months of purchase...

Issue with sony x74 tv and its been less than a month since I bought it. It's asked for a update then I have selected details followed by update now then it went into system update ready screen and its been a more than a hour I was in the same screen restarting now.. it stuck in restarting screen..

The Dolby Atmos soundbar Sony HT-G700 we purchased on 5th Jan 2022 abruptly stopped working. The sound bar is not getting powered up at all. The subwoofer is getting powered up but going into a standby mode as it cannot link with the sound bar. Invoice number is TJC/ABIDS/1427 dated 5-Jan-2022.
The faulty sound bar was picked up on 18th Jan after the technicians reviewed it twice (once on 13th Jan and then on 18th Jan)....

On 21st of January I registered a service via toll free for black patches on my sony x9000h tv.
The person from Star Electronics, New Delhi came to my house for pickup on 30th jan and accordingly i paid the pick up charges. I had received a call on 4th February that the panel was changed and the tv has to be delivered to my address. As i was in office i asked them to deliver after evening or during weekends.

Bought tv of 3, 69, 999 INR before 5 years when 4k was introduced in india, right now tv has problem and sony is unable to provide parts and for buyback considering 7000 inr of it.NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, I NEED PARTS OR FAIR VALUE.

They are providing buyback amount of 1.27 lakhs for new tv available at 1.34 lakhs
