श्रीमान,
मैंने नवंबर2021 में sony M3 mirrorless camra perches किया था। जिसकी कीमत 156000 रु थी जिसमे मेरे को 2 year की warranty मिली थी।
मार्च 2022 में मेरे camera के lens में कुछ प्रोब्लम हो गया जिससे मैं lens को raipur Sony service centre में बनवाने के लिए दिया।
लेकिन 2 month बाद भी service centre वाले मेरे lens को बना के नई दिए।
Service centre में call करने से कभी बोलते है दो दिन लगेगा तो कभी बोलते हैं courier में है
मैं अब तक service centre में 20 बार से ज्यादा कॉल कर चुका हूं क्योंकि मैं उस कैमरा को wedding में काम करने के लिए लिया था।
मैं इस camera के वजह से 6 wedding का advance booking ले के रखा हूं
पहला 15 अप्रैल से 18 अप्रैल
दूसरा 19 अप्रैल से 21 अप्रैल
Sony की इस प्रकार की service के वजह से मेरा पहला और दूसरा बुकिंग cancle हो गया
बाकी 4 बुकिंग भी sony के इस प्रकार की घटिया सर्विस के वजह से cancle हो जायेगा जिनका मैंने advance भी क्लाइंट से ले लिया है
मैं 2 month पहले बनवाने को ताकि मेरा lens wedding seasons तक बनकर आ जाए

    i have sony ht rt 3, from last days it creating distorted sound from woofer...Complained multiple plateform of sony...2 visits already done by there service centre...But they cant find any issue wiht the bass sound...Which is clearly audible by a normal person... But there super expert sound engineers cant see any issue... /

    so i request to change the service centre...I got the worst experience with the service centre.

      Mujhe 1 message aya sony tv ke taraf se for crew member job and mujhe btaya gya ki job description kya h mujhe crew members ko handle krna hoga dekhna hoga ki sab smoothly chal rha h ya nhi, 2500/day and payment weekly I will be asked for the card and my details were also asked, I did not give Such people trap job seekers and take money from them, this has happened to many of my friends, so I thought of taking this suction: Please take some action and stop this fraud company.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Sony Liv application has charged Rs.999/- from my Paytm account without my consent on 30 Nov 2021. I emailed the Sony Liv support team many times and they replied that they have sent me the renewal reminder on 27/11/2021 showing a screen shot of their own system whereas I did not receive any reminder message or email from their side. Also, if I have not consent
        then how can they deduct from my Paytm account just because their was enough balance in the account.
        Further, I unsubscribed hoping that they will refund my amount on pro-rate basis but they neither refund my money and also they immediately

          I had given a complaint on 10th March stating that the TV is not working. This TV
          I purchased on 29th Sep 2017 for more than 3 Lakhs Rupees. I ws told by the
          service engineer the motherboard needs to be replaced. They said they will order
          the part . After 2 days they called me and told that the part would cost about
          13, 000/-, I said go ahead and replace the same. after 3 days they came back and
          say the part is not available, and offered to replace the TV with an exchange offer
          of Rs 81, 156/-.
          I said I don't want this offer, I need only the part needs to replaced as my TV is
          very well maintained. It's manufacturer's responsibility to make sure the spares
          are made available. Hence my escalation

          No response from so many days. Not sure how to track and what are next actions and time lines

            I bought a 55 inches tv oled tv nearly 2lakh and tv border line has been moved out the thin frame of the tv. The panel has been replaced but the problem hadn't resolved.
            I Rather could've buy a lg oled which is charge nearly 50k less than sony oled, i bought sony cause I've buying sony products since 15years like tv's etc... but now sony has lose the trust.

              One day suddenly our TV stopped working . When given to sony service center they Said the parts are not available with them . Is this my problem I have to ask . The they offered me a new TV on discount which was again a huge amount to pay . Just because the parts are unavailable why will I buy a new TV. I feel cheated and service center is not helpful .

                I having a LCD TV Model KLV32T550A Ser No 1025227, which was lying repairable since two years, reason Double image. (Photo attached) I have tried maximum to get it repaired. But failed. may be panel board not available due to old model. I am willing to bear the cost at any extent. But i want a genuine mechanic from Sony agency side.

                    Dear sir/ madam,
                    I have purchase a monthly subscription for Sony liv premium for Rs.299.00 on 17.03.2022. After payment my subscription has not been activated which I have requested and activated some other Sports pack until date, I have made many complains via email, the only way to contact them, we as customer cannot talk to them by calling them over phone. After every mail, they are asking for payment details and screen shot of my account option in their app for resolution, but till date they are not able to resolve and asking the same details every day. Please find enclosed details required by them and request them to refund my subscription paid.

                      I have been getting spam emails from Sony LIV despite not being subscribed to the app. I sent an official email and the called me to ask what the problem was and I still kept receiving these emails. There is an option to unsubscribe in these emails, but when you press them, the website does not work or the link that open sup, does not work. I contact with Sony network India Mumbai office to register complaint and they disconnected my phone rudely.

                        I had written on 17/March/2022. Engineer has not visited us till now, 2 times he took time from us and switched off his phone too. Especially we had written that we can meet only on holidays, we call many times in the call center. We have not received any support from their side, even the service centers are not picking up the phone.

                          It is very sad that I am bringing this matter to you regarding the post sale service experience. I am extremely disappointed that Sony India is unable to provide the solution to its existing customer and due to this I am forced to incur additional cost for buying a new product. I have received an email from Sony only after raising multiple requests to the service center and service center requested Sony care to reply. Sony care is also not following the trail email and may want to avoid the real issue

                          I am struggling to get my product repaired and instead of providing the solution they are asking customers to incur more cost. If Sony is not having a spare part for product repair, do they always ask customers to buy a new product by incurring the cost of the product?

                          Request you to please look into my request below in the trail email. Expecting a positive solution to my request/issue as soon as possible. I have also raised the concern by calling customer care and below is the details:

                          Its been more than one month since I am struggling to get the resolution, I tried to send the email to service head as well but did not get any reply. no one is hearing any complaints in Sony as they have stopped dealing in television and trying to stretch the issue so that customer himself give up.

                                Dear Sir,
                                Sony Show Room Anna Nagar Chennai, confirmed me cost of TV Rs 235000 and requested to pay Rs 5100 and balance Rs 229900 as finance.But Bajaj Finance have put Rs 234000 has finance and charged me.
                                When i have gone back with the show room and asked for the balance fraud amount charged with me they are not responsibly answering me on the same.

                                Never expected such a worst behaviour and Fraud way of collecting money from customers without informing the breakup.
                                Need to undergo severe action on such showrooms

                                  Sir/madam, my sony tv suddenly stopped working and no sign of power light and
                                  didn't switchon. On 31st january 2022 i lodged a complaint and my complaint
                                  number was 68991662 had no response from any service people. So i had to
                                  show it to local technician and he was unable to solve the issue. I again launched
                                  a complaint for sony service on 7 feb 2022 and my complaint number is
                                  69073194. Then the technician had attended the tv and said motherboard and
                                  power supply board has problems, i agreed and service man said i need to pay
                                  13676 to universal electronics khammam town, telangana. I paid them through
                                  phonepe as they sent me qr code. I immediately sent without any questions. They
                                  included 2 board charges, labour charges, transport charges and gst. As the
                                  board is arranged after 2 weeks the board was sent wrong. Again they took 2
                                  weeks to arrange it. On 28 feb i got 2 boards and technician installed 2 boards
                                  and neither was working and new problem has arised as the tv power light blinks
                                  3 times in red colour. The technician for the tv has no clue how to repair. He has
                                  no knowledge how to solve the problem, and I don't understand how the sony kept
                                  him as technician, and he got no support online from their company too. The
                                  universal electronics has put new word that their technician has no clue on the
                                  problem and it can be solved only through transferring tv to khammam town which
                                  is 120km from my place. Or they are telling me to carry it for them. Again they are
                                  charging me for the transport. I already lost my patience and money on the tv.
                                  And I don't have hope, trust, time and money to spend as the sony is looting
                                  people by any manner. So i told them to cancel my service and pay me back my
                                  money. They are avoiding each and everyday by telling silly reasons and even
                                  called the customer care of sony and no response from them. Everyday i have to
                                  call for my money since 4 days, and they are giving some reasons and avoiding to
                                  pay me money. As i am facing mental tension because of this type of sony
                                  service

                                    While on Voice calls, the side from other side stops intermittently.
                                    The issue was reproduced in Sony Service Center and Sony is just closing the eyes and don't want to fix as the product is in warranty
