This is to inform you that iam not satisfied with customer service offered by you guys..

My complaint is that frequent patches appear on my tv for which we had taken photo of same and your rep from regional office had send an email with photo attached showing the patches that appeared on tv.. Subsequently it was informed that they would get a new tv replaced for this persisting issue..

Your guy from regional office immediately told to take dd infavour of sony india ltd and they said it ll be replaced immediately.. After 2 days your guy calls and tells that it will take 10 days for us to get new tv.. This is totally unacceptable.. Why should we take a dd in that case if it would take 10 days for us to get a new tv.

Iam agitated about the situation and unsatisfied by ruthless customer service offered by you guys..

I want guy from corporate office call me at earliest and fix the issue at the earliest.. If not i ll have to go highest possible extend to escalate this issue..

I had bought a pendrive from amazon.in but the transaction speed of the pendrive is just 1mb/s. Can I replace it and get a new one ?

    Dear sir, i purchased a sony bravia lcd 4k tv. Model no: 55x9004a of 55 inches in march 2014. For ₹ 2.8lac its been nearly 3 years and seven months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. There are vertical lines appearing on the screen causing huge inconvenience. After having a conversation with one of your help centers i was told that the display causes rs. 87, 000. I have been a fond consumer of sony products until now when i have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centres. And after purchasing an expensive product your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying sony products seems like a very big mistake. And i am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television. I am highly dissappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking initiative to fix our problems and not just make false claims. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs. Thank you yours sincerely

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      We purchased Sony LCD TV on 18th October ( Model no. KD 43X7002E, Serial no. 3011278) from M/s GV Audio Vision Private Limited at Erode, TamilNadu.

      The TV was installed on 20th Oct at my home by the Sony Technician. After the installation, on 21st Oct, we noticed a damage on the screen and the same has been communicated to the Dealer.

      Based on the advice from Dealer, the TV was repacked by Sony technician and sent to Sony Authorized centre ( M/s Sharon Electronics, Erode, TamilNadu ) on 24th Oct for replacement (or) repair.

      Since then we have been following up through email and through telephone on toll free number but we do not have any credible answer from Sony

      Request you to look into this on priority and replace the TV as i have spend around Rs 58, 000 hard earned money. I selected Sony TV despite many other options having good faith in Sony quality and service.

      Hope to get satisfactory and speedy response.

        I have purchased a 24" lcd on 12 march 2015 from bbsr but after one year there is parallel line develop on screen and it was changed by the service person with a charge of amount rs-600. But it's very pathetic before one year again a problem arising like a parallel black shadaw developed from the buttom and cover 50% for that i am unable to see the tv and now am very much unhappy that a brand like sony which having so much faith of customer is worth less.
        Now when i asking service person to change the picture tube they are giving me a estimate of amt rs-6000 where is the full cust of the lcd is 15000 how come with in a period of 2 year a normal customer can pay again 6000 for this.
        Dear team please do something for that i shall remain great full to sony india ltd...

The amount is successfully debited from my account. But, in sonyliv app or website i can not access my premium contents.               This is another complaint from amol gupta. I have purchased sony led kdl43w800d serial number 8501342 on 1march 2016. From the date of assembled led in every three months i m complaining about this product. This is really a worst experience from you guys. My last complaint was on 24 feb 2017 complaint number was[protected] bcoz of tv was not running properly but ur executive was not bothered to check it properly he came and watching his mobile whatsapp and said "mera samne koi dikkat nahi aayi" only in five minutes. I said him i think problem was in it's mother board but he didn't give proper tym. Ur customer service is so pathetic. I have heard lot about sony tv.
              But really i will not purchase any product of sony tv in future. Sony helpline assigned my complaints to ap network service. Ap network is one of the worst customer service i have ever seen in my lyf. On 27 october 2017 i assigned new complaint i'd 43559560. First 2 days sony helpline is saying we have assigned complaint to ap network but they r denied. After 2 days i again call to sony helpline and then d feedback of ap network was ur not home or ur number wasn't reachable. I called up there on number [protected] but one of her executive was telling ur not at home and other was telling ur phone was not reachable. I asked her to provide me d assigned executive mobile number so she said he left d job. I called up twice and thrice there was a girl she was not bothered to talk properly. She was only disconnecting phone again and again.in the difference of 6 month the problem is arising again and again. Not only ur product was faulty ever ur services are pathetic. We haid paid 60000 for d tv but we have not enjoyed our tv in the first year. I don't know what happened in coming year. My worst experience of sony.
              Please do needful i[censored] can. I have done complaint on date 24 feb 2017 when it was in guarantee period but ur executive had not checked it properly. That's why i haven't signed document. But i think u don't even check it what customer replied.

                The sony service centre durgapur has refused to service my power bank after it stopped functioning at the guarantee period, because of presence of a hairy scratch mark at the body of the power bank. I had requested them several times to resolve the matter but they did not entertained me and forced me to complain against the company. They told me about the policy of the company which ridiculing me and surprised me, how your nice company can refuse a customer on a very casual reason of damaging article, photograph is attached herewith as a good reference.

                  Balaji angul had taken my tv along with 5000 rupees for replacement of the tv from last 5 months. But not yet given or no response. So solve my issue otherwise i hv t gv case in sony service. I talked to t area manager bt he had no response. Mr rana from balaji also no response. They are trying to cheat me from last 5 months. When i m trying to contact they don't gv any satisfying answers. They told me they would replace t tv within 1 week. Bt 5 months completed. Not yet any progress.

                    Few days before[protected] i bought a sony bravia klv - 32w672e from ahmedabad based authorized dealer (Uma sales), but i am so unsatisfied due to the defective product i have received.

                    The product has manufacturing defect same confirmed by sony technician and they are suggesting me to repair the product but it doe does not make any sense if issue was due to the manufacturing of assembling and it should be count as the defective product delivered by you and you must need to replacement.

                    Also my concern is every business or company must have some return and replacement policy against defective or damaged product.

                          This is to state that i have not received my digital cameras. This poor service on your part has caused me immense problems (State problems encountered).
                          I hope you have heard about the concept of mvc (Most valuable customer), which means the customer that you already have (I. E. Me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (I. E. Me). What about current "customer-centric" concepts such as one-to-one marketing? Or, have you ever heard of customer relationships management (Crm)?
                          I would like to know if your company (Sony india) is still interested in doing business with me, or should i go about seeking new company so that my business does not suffer. I shall look forward to your reply.

                              2 weeks back tv panel show horizontal line where in above line colour was different and blur. Launch service complaint 43223948 on which technician visited and told panel is faulty. I asked him to check if logic chip could be issue but he kept insisting panel is faulty. Thereafter he asked how old is tv i told him purchase in apr 2017. He then keep insisting on faulty panel and require replacement. New panel would cost around 14000 inr. I asked to find if panel is available on replacement. After 1 week we get call from service center, firstly then mentioned panel is available but cost is 13000.in the time we were thinking to respond we got another call asking if you are willing to buy new tv we would have discount available. I turned down new tv purchase due to money shortage. Its been 10 days now no one is picking our call in service center for resolution... Now we are bound to purchase new tv as we are not sure if panel is available to replace.

                                I had bought a led kd49x7500e from m/s vishaka traders, tv showroom & home appliances, 168/275, kannimaramman kovil street, tenkasi, of tamilnadu state vide gst/tax invoice no:- 2361 dated on 17-10-17.

                                While i purchased the tv, i have been promised as to the tv will be wall mounted on 19-10-17. But, sony service engineers didn't come home for wall mounting and they (Sony service engineer) called from [protected] on 25-10-17 and assured that they will come and install on 26-10-17. But the service engineer didn't come as they promised. Whenever i make call to either the tv seller (Vishaka traders) or the service engineer has received improper reply. If sony hasn't looking on this matter, i am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court by tomorrow.

                                  . I was purchase sony xperia c4 last year that was damage in warranty period. So as per replacement policy asansol west bengal customer care give me sony xperia z5 dual model no:-e6683. But after one year 2 months its automatically getting hot and switch off and not to be started any more.

                                  Now i am in chattisgarh and from here bilaspur service centre is in 3 hour distance which is quite near from any other service center. And i was submitted my handset at bilaspur service center on 10/10/2017 and they give me a manual job sheet but till now they don't create job ticket id. Neither repair nor replace, they don't do anything just giving me excuse only. Initially they told me that there was a huge network issue after that they told me that their technical person was not came then they said that my xperia z5 bill was not generated properly thats why they cant make job ticket. Then i talked with asansol customer care and asked about my bill generation they said no mam, it was ok and here i can make job ticket very easily. Then i told him to make me job tickt no.[protected] and to mail me. They did so. Afterthat i was forward that mail to bilaspur customer care. Today again i ask about my handset they told me that they cant do anything they ask to their ho about my handset and they told me that regarding this handset 50%reimbursement will be generate but i have to purchase sony xperia z5 only. Then i ask about job ticket no. They also give me [protected]. I was again talked with customercare in toll free no. And gave them this ticket no. And ask about my handset solution they told me that regarding this no. You are talking from asansol and till now you have not submitted your handset.. Then i said about my problem they told me that you have to go that service centre and make contact with me. But as i told you i am living 3 hours distance from bilaspur city which quite near from any other service center of sony. Its not posible to go again and again bilaspur.

                                  As per conversation in toll free no with customer care its mean that bilaspur service centre tell me lie. They neither talk with ho nor they try to create job ticket.. I am relly getting so much frustrate from this bilaspur service centre they have neither atticate to talk with customer nor they pick up the call.

                                  When sony india customer solve my problem?I didn't got any phone call neither from your side nor from Sony customer care side.plz do something needfull hep as soon as possible.
                                  Please go read the complain ID...I am waiting for 12 days now, no engineer visit has happened...I am totally surprised with Sony's attitiude!! The same problem happened 3 months back and you were very prompt as the product was out of warrenty, I paid 25K to get it fixed and now that it is within warrenty you don't even bother!
                                  Sony 4K has not been woking...due to it was off for over an year so I need to repair it from company I need help.
                                  Am parchese 1st time in Sony TV but is sarvise is wery bad wery am not like Tha Sony prodacts am us my hom prodacts is only samsung is wery good service good respanding inprodact am next not using Sony

                                    Sir i bought my sony android t. V. Model no. X75e on dated 16 october from croma store vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi. And it was installed on 17 october 2017 but now just after few days on 24 october i was trying to switch on the tv it was not getting started i don't know why i cheked all switches power switches also i talked to customer care executive and register a complaint. Sir i am shocked to see that sony make this type of cheap products that they didn't run 10 days. I don't know many faults there have been in the t. V. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. Today is fourth day after registering the complaint till now everday i called to service center and they r not doin any thing sony gives us two day time its fourth day now plz resolve my issue...                                       I have been buying only sony tvs so far and i am called a sony man, i had bought the above tv and had written to you about the complaint and not received any response from you.
                                      I had in 21/09/2010 invoice # 816361 bought 3 sony tvs.
                                      I had given a complaint a few days back and one of your technicians had come here and found that the mother board had to be changed and asked me an advance of rs 5000 which i paid.
                                      Later he now says that the part is not available and asked me to buy a new one at some discount.
                                      I cant be buying a new one for a part not available and if this is not settled i shall again in my life not buy a sony product.
                                      I request you to look into the matter.

                                      Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We had order for a battery (Sony Battery - For BA900 For Xperia J / L / M / TX) Order ID : OD[protected] item)
                                      Order Date : Fri, Oct 13th '17 12:24 PM
                                      and were promised delivery on 19th of October. Even on 24th the item was not delivered to us.

                                      My Sony TV is not working from 1 month . I did complaint in service center but I did not get any response from service center side and now they did not pick my calls.

                                      My Sony TV is in guaranty period.

                                        I am great fan of sony and love to buy sony products. But now am very much disappointed and frustrated with the service.

                                        I've visited the sony authorized service center on 21st june 2017 with my old sony led tv and handed over to the service center for new replacement as the old tv had problem with screen and they said there was no parts available to repair. They told me that, select a new model and send an email so that they can get the quotation of the new tv after 25% discount (As we are giving old tv) and how much amount that we need to pay.

                                        I sent an email on 4th july 2017 with the model number (Kdl43w950d) to that authorized service center and asked to provide the excess amount that we need to pay to get the dd.

                                        But it took almost 2+ months to get just qutoation and about the excess amount details to get dd.in that 3 months, i visited service center 3 times personally and called them 15 times but there was no proper response and every time they said it will take one week. Even when i call to sony call center (At[protected] they told the same but no proper action is taken.

                                        I got the excess amount details to get dd in first week of sept 2017 and i've submitted the dd of rs.54, 675/- on 9th sept 2017. But till today (26th october 2017) i've not received the tv and 45 days passed after submitting the dd. They are not even responding to the call now.

                                        Is this the process of sony? This is how it is defined and work? Will it take more than 4 months to get the tv replaced? Still how long it will take to get the tv?

                                        The worst thing is, i escalated this to sony by sending an email to sonyindia. [protected]@ap. Sony.com but they are not also not responded.
