Dear Sir / Madam,
We purchased Sony LCD TV on 18th October ( Model no. KD 43X7002E, Serial no. 3011278) from M/s GV Audio Vision Private Limited at Erode, TamilNadu.
The TV was installed on 20th Oct at my home by the Sony Technician. After the installation, on 21st Oct, we noticed a damage on the screen and the same has been communicated to the Dealer.
Based on the advice from Dealer, the TV was repacked by Sony technician and sent to Sony Authorized centre ( M/s Sharon Electronics, Erode, TamilNadu ) on 24th Oct for replacement (or) repair.
Since then we have been following up through email and through telephone on toll free number but we do not have any credible answer from Sony
Request you to look into this on priority and replace the TV as i have spend around Rs 58, 000 hard earned money. I selected Sony TV despite many other options having good faith in Sony quality and service.
Hope to get satisfactory and speedy response.
