I would like to bring to your attention that the LED 32 INCH. TV model (KLV32R422A) of SONY company, serial number[protected], which I purchased on (27.03.2014) from (dealer offline-purchas slip attached) at Rs. 25, 726.00. I have had a problem with TV display Panel.
I have attached a note from the service center Gaya . As per service center Date 27.09.2017 LED TV Pannel has to be change and cost of that pannel is Rs. 11, 000/- and there is only 3 months warranty on Panel.
After above discussion I had launched a complaint to Sony customer care ([protected]) dated, 3rd October, 2017 as well as E- mail also whose Compliment no. is 42972353. After so many times phone call and reminder with mail my problem is not solved, neither received any positive reply from Sony India Pvt. Ltd.
I am writing this mail to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the possible course of action, whether you can service it or replace the TV altogether.
