I bought a cable for my phone charging, being purchased from a mobile showroom, it is being under warranty, there was no damage has been made to the product, and it stopped working.

It is been 3 weeks, and the replacement has not done. I keep calling every week to get notified, but the service center kept informing - they reported to the authority.
Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

They are not doing there work properly I’ve purchased a led before four days and till no one came to install that in this case that is useless for me going to return that [censored] companies TV I abused them too...

    I have purchase klw-40w562d\b (07lcdtv) on 29.05.17 from yashpal electronics yusuf sarai this tv has a problem as the screen get dissapear or it will not start i have complaint about this on service centre and the return mt tv i n one week but after 10 days it again started get dissaper with screen the same problem plz take serious of this complaint other wise i have to take a legal action for providing or to cheat with costumer by this kind of product i have no other option totake a legel action. Reply soon on

      Respected sir,
      I have made a complaint on [protected] bearing no.3903530 dt.09.11.2017 for led tv and the operator assured me of visit of technician within 48 hours. But it is regretted that the neither technician visited to redress the problem nor any information is being provided on their part. When i contact on 11/11/2017 regarding no arrival of technician at 14.00hrs once again it is assured about visit of technician today. But it was not when a i made contact at 16.00 hrs today i. E 13/11/2017 it is once again told about the visit of technician today.
      It is request to please resolve my problem at earliest.

        Date of purchase 9th sept 2016
        Inspite of higher price compare to other companies i purchased sony barvia 32 inches led tv as we expected a good service from you. Last week of oct we came back from vacation and when we switched on our tv found that half of its screen is black and rest of it picture is coming. Same was reported to customer care of your company and after 2 days your representative arrived. He checked the tv and took several pictures through mobile and said tv led panel was broken inside. Our tv is under warranty period of 2 year from date of purchase but as per representative that will not help us and we have to pay inr 9461.00 to get it serviceable.
        We complain the same in our toll free number after dailing1000 times. Now to our surprise came to know that your representative has mentioned in his report that tv pannel was physically broken as if we were wrestling with it during our vacation. Fine we don't have that much of time and patience to raise the issue hence on 4th nov i went to teknoplaza cd-95 salt lake kolkata-64 and paid advance inr 4500.00 cash. After waiting for approx 4 days we called up to check the update and to know when your representative will come and repire our tv. Again we got a great surprise from your team that due some reason well known to you all, we have to pay inr 21000.00 approx for the tv to get it serviceable. That what i called a wow service and exceptional way of making money from your foolish customer who trust your brand and purchased product from you.
        Again after dailing 1000 times got through with the toll free number and came to know that the replacement part (Pannel) was dispatched on 6th nov 2017.
        Please note till date your team has not given their foot dust in my residence to make my tv serviceable.

        To the point now.. Would again requesting you to look into the matter very seriously and take necessary steps asap and get back to me with positive response esle will be forced to escalate the issue to consumer court for corrective action.

          I purchased sony bravia led tv 32"model klv-32r422b, 24 month ago. I paid 32000 for purchases led which is 8000 more compare with other brand.. Like lg / samsung. I trust that sony make quality products. Now tv gives only sound out but no display on screen.

          Register complaint (Request id[protected] in sony tv after a week they send technician to my home and he take 200 rs. For visit and simply says you need to send this tv to our service station (They know very well by nature of problem that which treatment is required, i already mention nature of problem during register the complaint) and say it will appx 4000 expense to repair it. We took tv to service station of balaji service center, vadodara. They says we will call you tomorrow for estimated cost of repair but even after three days they not contacted us. Hence we call them and that time answer is" estimated cost of repair is 11000 +service charge". They cheat to customer even they know the problem and try to impose the fault on customer that this is happen due to high /low voltage (I have already fitted mcb and elcb to prevent this issue and its work very well), touch during working condition (Problem arises when nobody near to tv). They don't accept their poor quality of tv parts which we purchased by given high price.

          Response from service station is so poor and quality of sony is so worst.

          Service station is trap customer to pay high for repair the tv. Now we are helpless. We have only one option to repair it at any cost, but no guarantee how many day's it will work!!!.

          Now a days how difficult without tv a day! And since last one month there is no tv at our home even after pay for better tv.

          Pls help me for better action...

              Sir my led tv model panel got damaged. I went to sony service center (Cool india gwalior). I submitted the advance amount of 5000rs /- against the panel cost but after 10 days they told me that the panel is not available. Company offered me an another led tv against my led tv panel by submitting the amount of panel (12154rs). They also told me that i have an another option if i want to change the model i have to pay the difference amount between the models, its been 30 days now but there is no response from service center and sony customer care. They always told me i will be called by company, from 6 to 7 times it was happened to me. Please look into this matter. My rs 5000 is still deposited

              Why FM feature is highlighted on front striker of this LED TV when I have to purchased extra FM antenna from my pocket money. If this feature is available with this model, then supporting accessories also should be supplied with that TV.

                I have deposited one dd no.160498 dated 13.10.2017 of rs.12154/- on 14.10.2017 at sony service centre, burdwan against non-availability of panel of defected tv purchased three years back.
                A long time has already been passed but no intimation from sony about the replacement. I have contacted service centre on 04.11.17 but representative at service centre informed that they have not received any information form sony about replacement of tv till date.
                Complaint no. J72707226.
                It is my humble request to please look into the matter to resolve the complaint at your earliest.

                  I had subscribed for sony liv premium membership on 12th october 2017 and paid for the same through paytm account. I subscribed for it only for that month and i didn't know that these people will also deduct money for the next month. I received a message yesterday stating that my membership would be renewed today. There was no link or anything. Now money has been deducted from my paytm account without my permission for this month also. Also, there ia no information about how to unsubscribe to your premium membership. You have only given an email id to which i'd already mailed for my unsubscribtion yesterday (10 november). Now i don't know what you will do but i want full refund of my money and i also want to permanently unsubscribe for the premium membership immediately!!

                    I purchased a sony 28 led 28r412b on 16.10.2016, it is just one year completed and i saw one white back light in the display screen on 08.11.2017 (Photo with date stamp attached).
                    When i complained this to reliance digital they sent a sony representative to my house for checking. The person who came to house opened the tv to take photos of stickers and serial number. When fixed the tv back there were several back lights seen in the screen and the display became worse. (You can see that he is taking the tv photo with date stamp attached).
                    He promised that this problem will resolved free of cost as he know that he made the repair even worse. But i have received a mail from reliance digital asking for rs.7500 for repair.

                    Is this fair? The product has not survived even a year. Do they sell use and through products, if so why should we pay so much? Can't they extend the warranty for at least another 1 month and do it free? How will i pay for the mistake done by the service person who opened the television and made it more worse?

                    I have registered complaint 43785682 still not resolved and called Sony service centre.in my lifetime I never got like this poor response - anna nagar service.they spoilling the sony brand name.i will suggest Samsung for others for good customer service.pls action immediately.
                    I have purchased 40 inch tv model-klv 40w672e .. But mount wall bracket is fitted by service provider is 32 inch bracket, , for this reason tv setting is not appropriate.. Kindly change my mount wall bracket from 32 inch to 40 inch mount wall bracket.

                      I gave my television for repair in sony service centre guwahati. I deposited rs.2500/-when i got the estimated price. Then it was learnt that they gave the order for my display immediately after getting the money but 2 days later they called me told me that the tv could not be fixed and gave me an offer to buy a new tv at 25% discount, which is an splendid offer but as i already purchased a new tv i didn't require the new tv so i declined the offer and opted for taking back my money and product. But my main problem is the deduction of rs 118/- which is inappropriate by such a standard company. As the product could not be repaired i should have been refunded whole 2500/-which i paid. Hope steps will be taken regarding the matter

                        I purchsed a tv model kdl-43w800d during last week of march 2016. This was a new model released by sony. However i found this was stopped in a short while.

                        The tv that i bought got failed due to power failure recently. When i went back to customer support asking for repair, sony was kind enough to provide a paid repair service however to my astonishment the board which is not working is going to cost me about 20, 000.

                        If the model is not deigned how a company like sony can release to the market.
                        Also, i had connected via a power protection which did not help also the tv which is recommended not required to be on any power stabilizer is failing due to power outage.

                        Sony though a quality product has otherwise not sticking to any quality standards it seems. And a part repair cost can not be 50% of the product cost. I bought it for 60k and now i may have to throw the same to a dust bin.

                          It buffers in between 9 second of time interval. Sony is the prominent entertainment channel of india. But sony liv is the worst website ever. Please develop your quality. Or else this is going to be last among all the websites like hotstar, voot etc. This is really a matter of shame. The channel is not uploading serials in youtube any more. Either you have to provide a better website or please upload serials in youtube.

                            I would like to bring to your attention that the led 32 inch. Tv model (Klv32r422a) of sony company, serial number[protected], which i purchased on (27.03.2014) from (Dealer offline-purchas slip attached) at rs. 25, 726.00. I have had a problem with tv display panel.

                            I have attached a note from the service center gaya. As per service center date 27.09.2017 led tv pannel has to be change and cost of that pannel is rs. 11, 000/- and there is only 3 months warranty on panel.

                            After above discussion i had launched a complaint to sony customer care ([protected]) dated, 3rd october, 2017 as well as e - mail also whose compliment no. is 42972353. After so many times phone call and reminder with mail my problem is not solved, neither received any positive reply from sony india pvt. Ltd.

                            I am writing this mail to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the possible course of action, whether you can service it or replace the tv altogether.

                              This promo that you kept playing every break for about 20 days between kbc this latest season is such a bad promo. It shows the guy getting hit and the blood on the girl's face is so horrible. My 2 year old son could understand that it is not a pleasant thing to watch. This was shown during prime time on tv during family viewing hours is not acceptable at all.

                                I bought sony fhd tv before diwali and after few days i have registered a complaint but still sony tv engineer has not visited.
                                Not sure whether its a scratch on tv or any object inside the glass.
                                But it seems there is some small object inside the glass.

                                Its almost 12 days ticket has opened but still engineer has not visited.
                                I have taken this tv from good vendor in pune whose name is and i hope they will interfere here to resolve this issue asap.

                                  I have purchased a sony home theater system (Model: ht iv300) yesterday (5-nov) from sony center, rohini. I had booked 7pm installation for the system for today. I was promised that the installation would happen at this time and i will receive a call half an hour before this time from the technician. I haven't received any notification from them yet. It's more than 7 now.
                                  My office is 2 hours away from home. I had to miss my meeting in the office to reach early at home for the installation. This is a wastage of my time and a bad way of not respecting customer' s value of time. I should be notified if there is any delay in the process. No contact details of the technician is provided to me or the sony center from where i purchased the product. I had to call the sony center more than 5 times for this.
                                  Pathetic service and utter waste of my time.

                                  I just received a call from Sony. They asked me about the problem and told me that they will charge 20INR from me and cut the call when I asked the reason.
                                  What is happening?

                                  I have a xperia c3 dual and its battery is in very bad condition so i need to replace it, so i just need a battery no other things or service so please help me out regarding that.

                                    Worse and terrible experience with the service center and customer care, job sheet no j72484708 in the span of 1 year before the warranty period i got two times same problem about optical device of my sony ht-bdvn7200, unable to view and play the content of bluray disc as well as hard disk content, first complaint was raised in the month of april 2017, technical visit done one of the executive varun from pranank electronics (Ph no [protected]) after 10 business days with job sheet no : j70965141 attached the same as a proof, after inspection of 21 days, the delivery agent (Auto driver) come along with the device he asked me to check, there is a noise while tray open/close informed the same to technical person varun as well as service center manager kumar (Ph no: [protected]) why because he is 0 knowledge person, then both replied they will arrange technical visit it has done after 1 week then confirmed and agreed that the noise occurred due to repair they promised that they will fix within 2 to 3 business days, there is no fix till now i followed up several times, they really tested my patience. Now in the month of september persists same problem with the optical device - unable to view and play the content of bluray disc as well as hard disk content, raised the complaint for the same with sony customer care with the request no: 42119041, job sheet no j72484708 technical visit done on 18/09/2017, he is furnished all the documents and photos of error message and again he confirmed that the problem the optical device need to be replace (The same resolution of previous done in the month of april 2017) till now there is no resolution its almost 45 days meanwhile followed up same executive varun as well as service manager kumar, no result till now. There is rude replies and irresponsible answers from the executive varun regarding resolution for my problem, first time he said it is in process to collect the device from home pickup, second time he said i thought the problem is rectified hence i not followedup, third time that is last night conversation he said raise the complaint with the customer care again, this is too ridiculous and irresponsibility, even though im very surprised there is no response from customer care team too. I really very disappointed after spending 300000 (3 lakhs for the hometheatre as well as tv waiting for a such a worse service factors, its too bad and worse experience i need immediate resolution otherwise i will approach the consumer court regarding the same, find attached screenshots for the same. I hope i need to dispose or recycle all sony products with me, its a too shameful maintaining such a worse service centers that too authorized. This is too irresponsible even sony india heads not responding and not following up the issues / problems, overall conveyed that i wasted my hard earned wasted by purchasing sony products that too 3 lakhs rupees

                                      Hi, i have sony bravia led from last 20 days i had speaking with customer care and bhaglapur sony service center,
                                      Sony customer care service point got registered my complaint and give complaint reference no. 43382565, and bhagalpur sony service care no. Of m/s prakash communication ([protected], but his staff is not supporting and always we will visit someone at your place. But till now no one went there and my problem is still pending. So it is request to you. Please help.
