On 26th of jan 2016, i bought a sony bravia tv (Model kd-49x8500b). And on 15th of july 2017, i faced an issue with the tv display. When i gave my tv to the sony service center, they said that there was a defect it panel and board and i got it repaired paying a huge amount on it. And now, 19th of this month, the same issue recurred. (Display issue again).
So the thing is i can`t pay a huge amount on the repair every 3-4 months.br...

I had purchased 32" sony bravia (Model no. Kdl32w600a) on 2013 at reliance digital show room, ambattur, chennai, tamilnadu. After 3 years (16.10.2017) of successfully running, the display is gone all of a sudden – no video in that screen, we heared only audio then i call the sony service engineer via tool free no.
After checking with service engineer, he told panel needs to be replaced and it will cost around rs12500

I bought a smart watch on 2nd oct 2016 from sony and the product became not working within the warranty period. I gave it to a sony service center on 15 may 2017 and they told that they would replace the product in two weeks. After a month when i reached out to them they told they are not able to find a replacement for my watch as the model is discontinued. I escalated this case to sony and got reply from them that they will work on it asap....

Hi sony india,

I holding an sony hx50v camera, given to sony authorized service center, hyderabad, due to problem - "reinsert memory card error and hand wheel controller mall functioning" on 03rd jun 2017, ref job num # j71353899.

Initially when i given camera to them, they said there is problem with software, need to be updated/reformatted.

Its been 135 days, the camera still in service center...

I had purchased 32" sony bravia (Model no. Klv32ex300) lcd on 2012

After 1.10 years of successfully running, the display is gone all of a sudden - lcd colors are not coming properly and the plastic layer is created on screen which is creating very poor picture quality and in turn can't see the same.

After checking with service centre, lcd panel needs to be replaced and it will cost around inr 12000+service charges!!!br...
