I had once subscribed to the sonyliv for just one month, but they are charging from my account every month that also without even asking. From two months they are continuously deducting the amount from my account.

I've sent multiple complaints and cancellation of subscription requests to their customer care but they are not responding and canceling my subscription.

    2 weeks back tv panel show horizontal line where in above line colour was different and blur. Launch service complaint 43223948 on which technician visited and told panel is faulty. I asked him to check if logic chip could be issue but he kept insisting panel is faulty. Thereafter he asked how old is tv i told him purchase in apr 2017. He then keep insisting on faulty panel and require replacement. New panel would cost around 14000 inr. I asked to find if panel is available on replacement. After 1 week we get call from service center, firstly then mentioned panel is available but cost is 13000.in the time we were thinking to respond we got another call asking if you are willing to buy new tv we would have discount available. I turned down new tv purchase due to money shortage. Its been 10 days now no one is picking our call in service center for resolution... Now we are bound to purchase new tv as we are not sure if panel is available to replace.

    We bought TV some 4 month earlier but very often my Sony Bravia 55 inch TV goes blank for some 2 minute as we are view.Nature of going blank is often and i had bought TV Croma Marenathalli, Bangalore .It is really big cause of concern.

      I had bought a led kd49x7500e from m/s vishaka traders, tv showroom & home appliances, 168/275, kannimaramman kovil street, tenkasi, of tamilnadu state vide gst/tax invoice no:- 2361 dated on 17-10-17.

      While i purchased the tv, i have been promised as to the tv will be wall mounted on 19-10-17. But, sony service engineers didn't come home for wall mounting and they (Sony service engineer) called from [protected] on 25-10-17 and assured that they will come and install on 26-10-17. But the service engineer didn't come as they promised. Whenever i make call to either the tv seller (Vishaka traders) or the service engineer has received improper reply. If sony hasn't looking on this matter, i am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court by tomorrow.

      Last year I bought PENDRIVE from NOVELTY STATIONERS which is about 32GB
      costing is 750 it is been in warranty for 2 yrs. But it is not working now and automatically stop working.Pls replace it.

        . I was purchase sony xperia c4 last year that was damage in warranty period. So as per replacement policy asansol west bengal customer care give me sony xperia z5 dual model no:-e6683. But after one year 2 months its automatically getting hot and switch off and not to be started any more.

        Now i am in chattisgarh and from here bilaspur service centre is in 3 hour distance which is quite near from any other service center. And i was submitted my handset at bilaspur service center on 10/10/2017 and they give me a manual job sheet but till now they don't create job ticket id. Neither repair nor replace, they don't do anything just giving me excuse only. Initially they told me that there was a huge network issue after that they told me that their technical person was not came then they said that my xperia z5 bill was not generated properly thats why they cant make job ticket. Then i talked with asansol customer care and asked about my bill generation they said no mam, it was ok and here i can make job ticket very easily. Then i told him to make me job tickt no.[protected] and to mail me. They did so. Afterthat i was forward that mail to bilaspur customer care. Today again i ask about my handset they told me that they cant do anything they ask to their ho about my handset and they told me that regarding this handset 50%reimbursement will be generate but i have to purchase sony xperia z5 only. Then i ask about job ticket no. They also give me [protected]. I was again talked with customercare in toll free no. And gave them this ticket no. And ask about my handset solution they told me that regarding this no. You are talking from asansol and till now you have not submitted your handset.. Then i said about my problem they told me that you have to go that service centre and make contact with me. But as i told you i am living 3 hours distance from bilaspur city which quite near from any other service center of sony. Its not posible to go again and again bilaspur.

        As per conversation in toll free no with customer care its mean that bilaspur service centre tell me lie. They neither talk with ho nor they try to create job ticket.. I am relly getting so much frustrate from this bilaspur service centre they have neither atticate to talk with customer nor they pick up the call.

        When sony india customer solve my problem?I didn't got any phone call neither from your side nor from Sony customer care side.plz do something needfull hep as soon as possible.
        Please go read the complain ID...I am waiting for 12 days now, no engineer visit has happened...I am totally surprised with Sony's attitiude!! The same problem happened 3 months back and you were very prompt as the product was out of warrenty, I paid 25K to get it fixed and now that it is within warrenty you don't even bother!
        Sony 4K has not been woking...due to it was off for over an year so I need to repair it from company I need help.
        Am parchese 1st time in Sony TV but is sarvise is wery bad wery am not like Tha Sony prodacts am us my hom prodacts is only samsung is wery good service good respanding inprodact am next not using Sony

          Sir i bought my sony android t. V. Model no. X75e on dated 16 october from croma store vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi. And it was installed on 17 october 2017 but now just after few days on 24 october i was trying to switch on the tv it was not getting started i don't know why i cheked all switches power switches also i talked to customer care executive and register a complaint. Sir i am shocked to see that sony make this type of cheap products that they didn't run 10 days. I don't know many faults there have been in the t. V. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. Today is fourth day after registering the complaint till now everday i called to service center and they r not doin any thing sony gives us two day time its fourth day now plz resolve my issue... Thax sir

          I have bought sony led tv on 10 days ago. But installation and demo is still not done. Daily I have called the service salem service centre which was in my region . But they told same dialog as today I will come like that. I am very disappointed about sony service. Please let me know when it will be done.

            I have been buying only sony tvs so far and i am called a sony man, i had bought the above tv and had written to you about the complaint and not received any response from you.
            I had in 21/09/2010 invoice # 816361 bought 3 sony tvs.
            I had given a complaint a few days back and one of your technicians had come here and found that the mother board had to be changed and asked me an advance of rs 5000 which i paid.
            Later he now says that the part is not available and asked me to buy a new one at some discount.
            I cant be buying a new one for a part not available and if this is not settled i shall again in my life not buy a sony product.
            I request you to look into the matter.

              I am great fan of sony and love to buy sony products. But now am very much disappointed and frustrated with the service.

              I've visited the sony authorized service center on 21st june 2017 with my old sony led tv and handed over to the service center for new replacement as the old tv had problem with screen and they said there was no parts available to repair. They told me that, select a new model and send an email so that they can get the quotation of the new tv after 25% discount (As we are giving old tv) and how much amount that we need to pay.

              I sent an email on 4th july 2017 with the model number (Kdl43w950d) to that authorized service center and asked to provide the excess amount that we need to pay to get the dd.

              But it took almost 2+ months to get just qutoation and about the excess amount details to get dd.in that 3 months, i visited service center 3 times personally and called them 15 times but there was no proper response and every time they said it will take one week. Even when i call to sony call center (At[protected] they told the same but no proper action is taken.

              I got the excess amount details to get dd in first week of sept 2017 and i've submitted the dd of rs.54, 675/- on 9th sept 2017. But till today (26th october 2017) i've not received the tv and 45 days passed after submitting the dd. They are not even responding to the call now.

              Is this the process of sony? This is how it is defined and work? Will it take more than 4 months to get the tv replaced? Still how long it will take to get the tv?

              The worst thing is, i escalated this to sony by sending an email to sonyindia. [protected]@ap. Sony.com but they are not also not responded.

                Service request id 43376554 is assigned but not yet provide any engineer/tech.
                There are three times reminder for complain in sony customer care but not take any actions. Customer care person says every time about my complain "today/tomorrow resolved your problem, but action are display. Customer care assigned ultra care 21-23 & 26, samvet shikhar complex, db city corporate park, rajbandha maidan, ge road raipur. No any action are taken by ultra care.

                  Dear sony,

                  I, mahendra sitaram kamble, purchased a sony bravia tv (Model no. : 32r482b / serial no. 3268338) in august 2014 from croma, lower parel. I also purchased two years extended warranty on 15th of july, 2015, (From: orbit electronics, worli) before my initial warranty period expired.

                  In september 2016, there was a problem in the tv screen. When we start the tv in the morning, it showed vertical blue lines on the screen. Double pictures were displayed and small horizontal lines was there on screen which used to disappear in a minute. Thereafter it work properly for the day.

                  I registered a complaint in 3rd october, 2016 (Service job id: j[protected] at the sony’s toll free number for the above problem. While speaking to the customer care representative, i come to know that my extended warranty number[protected] is not registered with sony.in attached above job sheet, warranty category is mentioned as “out of warranty”. On giving the further details, such as the rubber stamp on cash receipt on warranty card, she said the technician will visit me soon.

                  The technician came from the service center i. E. Orbit electronics (Same whose stamp appears on warranty card) and advised that the tv needed to be taken to service center. After inspection at service center, i was advised that screen needs to be changed. They keep my tv for nearly 2 months, reason being the part they sought from the company is not available and will take some more time. Meantime they provided with the other tv for temporary usage on request.

                  When they send their representative with my tv, the tv worked ok for 2/3 months and then it started giving same problem again.

                  I again registered the complaint around may, 2017 (Job sheet missing).

                  Again they took my tv to the service center and after a week i received a call from technician saying that they don’t see any problem such as vertical lines, double picture, etc. He said that the 3 white dots on the screen will be taken care of and the problem will not arise again.

                  When i have received the tv neither vertical lines, double picture, etc. Of screen was resolved nor did the 3 white dots. I had a talk with the technician again about the problem not being resolved and he said that he had inspected the tv for several hours but could not find any problem so he sent it back to me. This time the tv screen was not even properly closed and the while light from inside the tv from bottom edge was also seen.

                  Meanwhile, my tv’s extended warranty also expire.

                  Nearly after a month, when i reached home from office, i have seen that a frame remained on the screen for a while and so on. I asked my mother whether she started the tv at that moment hoping that screen will displayed properly after some time as it did since tv returned from service center. She said that the condition was same since morning. I waited for some time and then again called technician, with whom i have spoken earlier about the same. He informed me to register a complaint with sony and they will look after the problem.

                  Again the complaint was registered on 14th october, 2017 (Service job id: j[protected]. This is my third complaint in one year for the same problem. Your customer care representative said that if the problem is the same which you have reported earlier, it will be resolved free of cost.

                  Your technician came and while leaving he informed that either they will come home and repair tv or will take it to service center again. They charged rs. 200/- for the visit. On asking about their visit, i was informed they did nothing, but took front and back pictures of tv on their mobile. Now earlier there were only 3 white spots on tv screen which has increased to 7.

                  After 3/4 days, i received a call from the service center asking for rs. 12, 500/- for screen replacement.

                  These are my beliefs:
                  • money for extended warranty was taken from me, but was not forwarded to sony.
                  • they took my tv to their service center but did nothing to resolve the problem permanently.
                  • i was informed that some part is replaced which i believe they did not.

                  Earlier, i was using crt tv of panasonic. When i thought of purchasing a new led tv, i purchased sony tv as i wanted best product and was pretty sure that sony will give me a good quality product.
                  I regret my decision now.

                  I am in cable business. Sometimes my customers and friends ask for suggestions before purchasing a tv. Earlier i always recommended sony tv as number 1, but i am afraid that i won’t do that again especially after this horrifying & unprofessional experience from such a big company like sony.

                    Hi.

                    Please beware of this model tv set, it looks good from outside, but kaali dabba, just in 4 months time the display went off. After complaining to the customer service, they arrived and said the display is gone and we will replace it. But, we were worried about the other parts in the set and wrote an email.

                    The email to the service center has not yielded any response till date and it has been 5 days now, after 2 days i followed up with the customer service and the only response i get is that, they will forward the same to the management. I don't know, what they have forwarded or what escalation they have done.

                    Net net the point i wanted to make is, by spending so much and going for a reputed brand name in the name of sony, which is not giving any better service for the extra bucks which we are paying, it is better to go with other local brands which are way better in their cost and service. Even if the service is not good, you can better discard and look for a new one as they would not be as expensive as these sets are.

                      This is the worst service ever provided by any company. Even after 8 days from the date of purchasing and n numbers of calls i made to contact them no one answers the call nd customer care agents won't understand the issue correctly. Please never be a part of sony india.. Lg if far better than sony in quality nd in customer service. I regret that i had chosen sony.

                        Service request[protected] assigned to new sai electronics pune.

                        Complain:- at the time of delivering the product (By vijay sales, changan nagar pune) we have asked delivery boy if we can check the product. However he said let sony team will come for the installation and they will check.

                        On the day of installation i found lot of scratches of dvd player and also sub-woofer was defective and did not seemed pack piece. I immediately raised complaint against this issue but still no resolution.

                        Very poor services.

                          Very sad to say that i have complaint for my 55 inch 4k hd tv model no. Kd-55x90004a serial no. 4300969
                          With a payment advance made for replacement of amount rs. 50, 000 on 4 sept. 2017 at sony centre ultra care raipur which was purchased on 29 jan 2014 sum rs. 2, 84, 199 from lotus raipur.
                          Akindly let me know that the company people are making excuse overtime we ask. They told that panel is coming from thailand malaysia and also told later that company is getting tv replaced of same amount. Request you to kindly clear the situation so that i can further plan or complaint required person.

                          I bought a sony bravia 3D led KDL43W800 this January from Vijay sales Bhiwandi store and within a year only it shows troubleshoot as tv does not start and show red blinking light continuously.

                            Issues - flickering screen
                            Suggested resolution - replace the display panel.

                            It has been 3 months that the service request has been raised. I am under continuous followup with service team and sony customer care. But have only received fake promises such as "your part is ordered and would be available in 2 days". I am tired of listening to such fake promises.

                            Request is to provide a new led tv of same of above configuration or provide equivalent compensation. Kindly treat this as a final email, after which i would be taking up legal action against vrushali / sony india.

                              Vigneswara - sony service center is very worst ever. I purchased home theater on 7th october and when i raised a request for installation and demo, it went to vigneswara service center, bangalore. They have not yet addressed so far. I've been still waiting for it. I raised 4 complaints so far and one after the other it gets closed automatically. No more sony is a great brand to trust. Switch to better brands like samsung and etc who does a better and prompt service to the customer.

                              This t v is audio will be perfect
                              but screen will not picture or their
                              It is found that, there is a major gap between body and TV screen.
                              In that gap small insets will go inside the TV screen.
                              This is manufacturing defects. So please replace the TV with new one as early as possible.

                                I have purchased sony bravia 80 cm (32 inches) bravia klv-32r302e on 17 oct 2017 through amazon but installation has not done yet. I tried calling the customer care several times but every time is busy. After trying so many times it get connected, i booked my installation and the representative said it took 6 days for installation. Again i called to sony customer care, another personal told me it take 2 days. One one is clear about the turn around time. Please share the exact tat. Representative said that engineer will call but no one call for installation. My service request id is 43374019. Please check and rectify otherwise i have to return the tv to amazon.

                                  On 26th of jan 2016, i bought a sony bravia tv (Model kd-49x8500b). And on 15th of july 2017, i faced an issue with the tv display. When i gave my tv to the sony service center, they said that there was a defect it panel and board and i got it repaired paying a huge amount on it. And now, 19th of this month, the same issue recurred. (Display issue again).
                                  So the thing is i can`t pay a huge amount on the repair every 3-4 months.
                                  I need want it replaced.

                                  I have given a product for repair at don't service center in indoor new palasia they told me that it will repair in 1 month but they have tooked 3 months and then air they are saying it will take more time and energy gives me a estimate of 3000 rupees afterwards they are saying that it will take 15000 rs and i buy the product only in 14000rs

                                    I had purchased a sony bravia android tv (Kdl43w800d) in the month of jan 2017 in my wife name. 20 days back authorised service ms. Access electronics, thrissur technician informed its panel complaint (Half portion not clear) and not received the new panel till now. The above incidents forced me to inform you. Need replacement/refund.

                                      I have purchased the sony w672e model just 3 months ago. But on dt 4 oct i made a problem day the tv become off automatically n i registered a complain n d i'd is 42643862. On 5th oct engg comes n see d problem n tell day he unable to solve the problem. N tell that another person will come n take the problem but till date no one has came n take the problem. Today the tv is get totally off n the power is not coming n again i registered the complain n they tell that the engineer will come. Let's see what is happening n when will the engineer will come. But totally disappointed with d service.

                                        Hi, i have purchased sony bravia tv 3 days back still now i didnt get any call about the installation i got sms yesterday eveing about service request. Service center number given but till no response from that number. I am really fed up and im leaving oos tomorrow. Kindly dont provide false information to customer that tv will be installed next day.

                                        Ajmer diggi chowk par sthith deepak agencies par mene 11/10 ko led tv book karaya, jise 17/ 10 dhanteras ko install krana tha. Prantu shop dwara abhi lagbhag 10.45 pm par bhi install nhi kiya gaya he. Ab sony jesa product bhi lene ka koi matlab nhi he. Worst installation service of sony.
