On 31/07/2017, i had given my sony home theatre system for repairs to the authorised service provider namely nishant enterprises, located in goa. At the time of submitting the set for repairs i was only given a hand written service job sheet which did not contain an authentic job order no.in fact the job order was not even registered with sony india by the service provider. Later at the time of receiving the duly repaired set, i was not given a system generated tax invoice. The charges towards spares consumed and service were handwritten on the same service job sheet. Further none of the faulty parts which were replaced at full cost to me were returned back to me. Inspite of following up i have still not been given the job order no, invoice and faulty parts. I think this is a frequent occurance with this particular service provider who is also known to be rude and arrogant with customers. I have now decided to report this matter to the local tax authorities since he may be willfully trying to evade tax and conceal income. There seem to be very little that sony india is doing to maintain checks and balances when it comes to their service providers.

    I had got my home theatre system, which was out of warranty, repaired in august 2017 from sony india authorised service provider in goa named nishant enterprises. At the time of submitting the set on 31/07/2017, i was only given a handwritten service job sheet without an authentic job order number. The job order was not even registered with sony india. After due repairs when i collected the set on 03/08/2017, the charges were handwritten on the same job sheet and i was not given a proper tax invoice. Neither were the faulty parts returned back to me. Inspite of following up for the job order number, system generated tax invoice and faulty parts, i have not received them till date. I am now planning to report the matter to the local tax authorities for necessary action from their side since this may be a regular practice by the service provider to evade taxes and conceal business income.

      Dear sir /mam,
      I am writing this email because i don't want to use sony mobile which was i bought 3 months ago. The piece was faulty i already submitted it into service center 15 days earlier, yesterday i received my phone but now it becomes worse. I don't understand why u people create such # phones. I want my refund as early as possible.
      1) model - sony xperia xa1 (Black 32 gb)
      2) purchase date-24/6/2017
      3) from the date of purchasing i suffer software related issues. My phone frequently goes into vibration mode so i continuously visit sony customer care regarding the same issue but they told me i had to wait until new software come i wait for 3 months but issue not solve (Sony customer care — zeal infotech, g14, 15, c1, jayaram complex, neugi nagar, panaji-403001 goa)
      4) at 12/09/2017 i again visit customer care regarding charging issue.. (Ticket id - [protected], job no. — w[protected], product submitting date-12/09/2017 product delivery date - 26/09/2017)
      5) now my mobile suddenly goes switch off. Last night the mobile battery was 82 % and at morning it switched off then for charging it took 6 hours and now battery was 52 % then again goes switched off and now charger also not connecting to mobile.
      I just fed up to continue visiting the service center. So i don't want this piece and i want my money back.

          I have an audio system model mhc - rv 22 that does not work. It is more than 5 years old. The service centre named nishant enterprise located in margao goa informed me that there was a problem with the tone ic and that the said ic was not available with sony. When i asked the owner of the service centre whether he would fix the ic if i managed to get it somehow he said that he could but would not be able to take responsibility. I then told him that i would send the set to him and he should check and confirm the faulty parts. After confirming i would be able to take a decision regarding the ic and other faulty parts, if any. However today when i sent the set to the service centre they refused to accept it and one of the technicians these spoke very rudely to me over the phone telling me that in case i know so much about the set i should repair it myself. He also said that he will not fix the ic if it is not an original sony part. This is perfectly fine. If that is company policy, i have no complaints. What bothers me is the why as a customer i was asked to interact with the technician on a policy issue and not the owner of the service centre. And how dare the technician talk to a customer in such a rude manner? I had only requested for the set to be checked and an estimated given of the faulty parts. I am a loyal sony customer. Totally in our family we have 6 sony brand television sets and 3 home theatre systems. This experience has disgusted me so much that i am now inclined to not buy any sony products in future.

            Bought a sony dvd player dvp - sr370 through amazon. Arrived yesterday. I called the service centre in goa to ask them to send their technician to install it & give a demo. They say this product is not entitled to a free demo. I asked them who takes responsibility if the product is defective? But they did not agree. So i tried installing it and was not successful.

              Hi sir/madam,

              Im santhosh here,
              Last three months back, i had given my sony tv to the above mentioned service center (Abhivrudhi tech), during last service no issued had been identified and returned back.
              After one month i faced same problem in my tv, again i give my tv to the same service center, & they said that some issues had found & collect rs.3, 800 some of amount and even after service done, same problem has been araised,
              & now i have given my tv to same service center 15 days back,

              From 15 days no proper response from this service center,,
              As of now they asking for additional documents like warranty card, bill and so on.

              Later i have submitted all documents, even though no proper updates have not been given...

              Service center manager in charge mr. Arual (Contact no.[protected]) had promised me that ill replace the tv with that of new one,,

              But as mr. Arual or any other executives are not responding,,

              I never excepted this type of response (Service) from sony.

              So kindly do the needfull asap, and oblige,

                I bought a premium membership at sonyliv on 12th august, 2017. Now i am willing to unsubscribe the membership. The payment was made by my paytm account. I did sent a mail about this matter to sonyliv customer support team on 24th august, 2017 but, till now no action has been taken by them. This month again on (12/09/2017) the subscription was auto-renewed and an amount of rs 49 was debited by my paytm account. I want them to credit my amount back to my paytm account as i had already contacted their team about this matter and asked them to unsubscribe my membership.
                I am really disappointed with sonyliv customer support team. They are of no use.

                  Hi,

                  I bought sony led model no: 24p413d 8927063 on 4/6/2017. Last week the picture tube got damaged. We went to the shop from were i purchased this model.

                  He is denying to get this led ok and is asking us to pay rs 6500 for the picture tube.

                  I wanted to know if sony cannot last even 3 months then what's the use of paying so much of amount on any product.

                  Why do you guys even provide warranty if you dont wish to actually give customer service or repair the products.

                  I am highly disappointed with the service and the brand.

                  I am expecting some reply from you guys since it's only been 3 months and the led got damaged and the service centre is also not ready to get this repaired.

                    Sir, i am the owner of sony 32 inch led tv (Model no 32r 482b) and the same gone defective. Hence i contacted sony service centre for repairing the same and i deposited my tv at ps sony service centre abhyankar nagar nagpur (Maharashtra, india) on 18th of may 2017 but was not properly repaired due to which it was intermittently woking. I was charged very heavily for the amount of rs 3775/-. Again i deposited my tv at the same repairing centre for the same fault on 24th july 2017 but it is not repaired uptill now. When i asked the servicing personnels about why its too late in repairing then they replied that the parts are not available. Through this complaint i ask the company to furnish the strict directives to the concerned repairing centre to repair my tv at the earliest please. If its impossible to repair the tv, i request the company to issue me other sony tv in good condition until my tv gets repaired.

                      Sir. I am really disappointed from your sony distributor named "sony center deepika electronics, sec 16 market".
                      I want to purchase a 24" sony tv and i went to only this shop because this is only sony distributer in our region. But he has done a very bad thing. He was giving us a used tv which has used atleast one year for display in a shop. As i know that the displayed tv in a shop must not for sale to costumer but he will sell the displayed tv in shop. Also he wasted our time (Approx 2 hours) by saying that tv has transported from godown.

                        Hi,

                        My product (Sony bravia 32w512d, 32 ") warranty expired on may 17th and it has some issue with the switch and displaying some error messages but it was working with remote. So i have registered the complaint in authorized service center in my town. (Madonna care center, kanjikkuzhi, kottayam (District), kerala (State.) — ph:[protected]. Service engineer came on sunday and just removed the switch adapter and he charged rs/-900 without bill.

                        When i called to service center for rechecking the amount they said that, for disconnecting the adapter they are charging rs/- 400 only.

                        Also that service engineer said, for next time don't call to service center, you can directly contact him.

                        I am totally disappointed with this service provided by the service center and i need my money back. These type of service centers will ruin your goodwill.
                        Please do the needful asap.

                          When tensports was there they were broadcasting clearly all the atp 250 series now after the tensports broadcasting rights after it sony ten channels took all the rights after that the atp 250 rights were with atp 250 series and now the atp 500 and atp 1000 series are broadcasting a bit ok but the atp 250 series has not been broadcasted even a single time the atp 250 series like st petersburg, chengdu, shenzhen, and so on...

                            I purchased a home theater model dz 570 in 2009, use of 1.5 years the system stopeed working. On lodging complain the service team checked and advised to change mother board and the same was done on chargeable basis. And was performing well. Now again my system has stopped working and i lodged complain and now service team have checked and they confirm that mother board have some problem and need to be changed. But as model is quite old and hence the spares are not available and they unable to repair the same. Hence please advice what should i do with my system should i through it in dust bean...

                              Job no. J72388884 dt. 11-9-17 of sigma marketing (Service) sony authorised service centre 178, master tara singh nagar, jalandhar against bill no. J7/fy17-09/000689 dt. 22-9-17 for rs 7394/- in the name of m/s mahajan polymers. As you can see in the above attachment that i have replaced body of my laptop and spend a huge amount of money but still service centre saying that there is no stock of cvr bazel hindge cover (R). This is like a waste of money that after spending this much of money laptops seems broken only. I have purchased 2 laptops of same model 2-3 years earlier and you have same problem of body breakage in both laptops. Your company did not pay any attention to my complaints earlier made against this body part and now i have spend money for it then also it remains broken.
                              So kindly do some needful action for this and send this part to the above mentioned service centre immediately and make me feel satisfied after spending money.

                                Dear sir,
                                On 29/08/2017 i had purchased a sony led tv from m/s st george electronica pvt ltd thrissur in kerala and on 12 th september the tv started dis functioning and the same was brought to notice of the dealer as well as the service engineer who installed it on the next day.
                                It us really disheartening to note that the tv is still to be set right and some lame excuses are bring put forth by the service center.
                                Please note that both o[censored]s are employed and just and sheer belief in sony that it would have better quality and timely services in time made our mind in purchasing the tv and now i am compelled to believe that my decision was totally wrong. What i am getting as response from your service center is sheer irresponsibility as they were of the opinion that the tv bought on 29th august 2017 and installed by the authorized sony engineer and found infructous on 10th of september canot be replaced and and the defective board would be serviced and and put in the tv which may again prove defective very soon.
                                Telling you frankly i am totally disappointed on my wrong decision of preferring to sony...
                                Even on 23rd september nothing has happened which i earnestly believe is not atall appreciable for a great institution like sony

                                  I have purchased a sony tv of 22 inch in february 2015 which was 2 years warranty. On my request the technician of the happy care services, bhubaneswar had visited to solve the problem but he asked us for replacement of the display board of the tv. The cost of the display board is nearly rs.5000/- as stated by the technician. Sir, the tv i purchased from my savings. After expiry of 2 and half years the display board requires replacement. It is not possible to spent rs.5000/- towards repair of the tv. As sony is a big branded company, it will go a bad message to all the displays gives problem within 2 and half years. So i request to replace the display without charging any cost. Pl reply as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased a sony make led tv model no klv-49we672e on 14th of september 2017 from khosla electronic pvt. Ltd. Baguiati jora mandir store. The manufacturer is running a campaign of 1 tb external hard disk drive free with the purchase of this product. At the time of purchase they have not given me the hard disk and asked me to come after 7 days. I again visited on 22nd september evening time when they have kept me waiting for more than 30 min and make me roam around from one person to another. They seem to behave with me very strangely as if they are doing me some favour. The sales person sumit das who attended me at the time of selling me the product was standing idel and passing on instructions go there come here, tell him, ask him etc.
                                    It is very hardening to see that after purchasing a television with in one week they started to deny the fact that i have devoted some of my precious time to collect my 1 tb hard disk, they should give this on the very first day.

                                      As per my request id no[protected] dated 21/07/2017 & complain no mentioned above your service technician had examined my bravia tv bearing model klv 32c x 320 serial no-7019021 & informed for replacement of faulty display panel. He had also taken photographs. Accordingly i had paid rs.5000/- as 50 % advance to m/s. Happy care services, bhubaneswar vide money receipt no-15163 dated 15/09/2017 for panel replacement as advised by your service center. Today i had a telephonic call from your service center requesting me for purchasing a new tv under discount which is not acceptable to me at all. Early action may please be taken for panel replacement. Awaiting an early reply in this regard.

                                        I am diksha chanda who submitted sony z5 on 30 july, 17 for jack issue (Handsfree) der was no reply from so many days after 15 days i call in vashi services center regarding my cell phone they said will call u in sometime this same process continues for so many days later i get angry the they called me n said we done with ur cell bt ur pannel is cracked thtz y fitting issue is coming u have to pay 2500 i said k the also they didn't given my cell phone they said u can collect direct from andheri i[censored] can so my husband took cell phone from der after wards i cum to know k woh log ne mera jack bhe the nai kiya n ek part fit karna blood gye nw they accepting yes we forgot to fit that part n they said that tym k i repaired ur jack which is still nt repair from one n half month they took my cell bt still without repair they dispatch without informing the customer about that whn i called they said i will talk to sir n let u know n sir said bring ur cell today only by 12 o'clock n whn they called me it's 11 o'clock i also paid for pannel 2500.
