We were watching TV today evening.suddenly voltage fluctuates and picture from screen disappears.we didn't understand what happens!we have brought this TV only a few months ago.so we can't afford a new TV right now. We didn't expect from such a famous TV maker company (Sony) that we have to call an engineer in such a short period of time after bought this TV.We belongs to a family, so we can't afford a new TV right now.so we request you to think over our problem. Thank you.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My TV is having screen related problems and the same was handed over to Sony service centre in Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. Even after 30 days, there is no action from them.
When will the issue be resolved. Is it so difficult for sony to manage TV problems?

    This service centre does not any standard for customer service... Front offices two girls have no manners.. To handle customer... They behave rudely with customers... Name told by her as ms sonia... And service centre does not have customer feedback system... Every time as a customer we have to take the follow up on status of our work... Even till now my work is not complete...

    Hi, my sony bravia TV had some screen issue. I also called a technician. he told me that problem is solved till 05/12/17. but the problem is as it is and he did not receive my call. so please do some as fast as possible. this problem arise second time if you are not eligible to solve my problem then take ypur TV at ypur home.

        I don’t recommend to anyone to buy sony products. Poor poor service from the company.

        After so many reminders today one guy has visited, he said he will not give any demo because the home thetre has been installed by other person. And this guy has come from other service centre. Rahul has visited from sony service centre brs nagar ludhiana. I also talk with his senior that he said the demo will given by the same person who has installed the system.

        I think the sony has a big brand, but i was wrong there was no service given by the company after product sold. Samsung is better than sony.

          faulty and defective tv - supplied by sony authorized dealer

          Bought a led tv sony bravia klv - 32w672e on date of 18th oct 2017 and found manufacturing defect on tv which one confirmed by sony technician as well.

          If the fault came with new box pack tv it must be replace but dealer and sony india both deny to replace and undergone 2 services and issue still not fixed even they have create new issue after service.

          Now i can only see one option to file i complain in consumer...

          My sony xperia z was repaired and sent service thro balasubramaniam metals nanganallur om 21sep 2017 in job no w[protected]. I went serveral times to service center. On 20 th nov they told my cell was unable to repaired and we can give offer for any sony mobile in a discount price of 22 % to 25 %. And i prefered sony xzs black 64 gb. They told we sent mail for the price. Still i dint receive mail to pay the cash for the purchase.

            I have purchased sony led tv (Klv-32w672e) on 30th of september 2017 from yogesh electronics (Swargate pune), at the time of purchase they told me as a gift sony is offering a powerbank with the tv set, but till date the powerbank is not provided by yogesh electronice, am keep asking about the same but everytime they provide me answer like power bank is not in stock of sony (?) so they have not received it,

              I have subscribed to premium pack on sonyliv on nov 6th 2017 only for a month but now the app is auto renewing the pack everything month without my permission and the worst part is i cant even unsubscribe atleast now ant the company is not even responding to my mail to cancel my subscription please do respond to the customers mail its the least u could do!!
              Sir/Mam I am the daily costumer to sonyliv app. I am complaining about the episodes of crime patrol satark. The latest episodes of crime patrol are not represented in Sonyliv app. It is a kind request that please make sure o[censored]pdating the latest episodes of crime patrol satark. Thanking you please consider my complaint.
              I have made a payment of 120 from my paytm account and they have not activated my account and there is no phone no to register the complaint. Please give me a number or reply to the email that I have sent you with the same attachments that I have mentioned here.

              I purchased membership of sonlyliv and did the payment through Paytm. It was clearly written there that i will be getting 40% as cashback but till now i have not recieved anything . So can i get status of my cashback.

                I have lcd of sony company lcd having model no. Klv-24p412bin5. My lcd is not getting on. I have registered complaint vide job card mentioned above. But revert recived from ur customer care is... Part not available at ur end. Your representative has offered my to buy new lcd having model no. Klv-24p413d with 9252.. Mrp (With old lcd). I am not satisfied with this deal. Please repair my lcd or give my more discount..

                  I like watching cid programme on sony tv. But the channel has started showing every other programme other than on it's regular cid. Every now & then, they cancel the telecast of cid, without informing. I request them to telecast cid regularly. Cid is the best programme on that channel. Cid must start once again as per normal schedule.

Every time, they cancel the telecast of cid, without informing. I request them to telecast the cid at its original time slot. Cid is the best programme on that channel. Cid must start once again as per normal schedule.

                        Sir,
                        I bought a home theatre of sony with model number ht_rt3. I have to connect the system with my samsung television of model ua40eh5000r. While connecting the tv with home theatre the system doesn't support videos and also the audios from tv. I can play audios by using home theatre as input usb when connect with tv. Please solve this issues by giving me any suggestions.

I was allotted id no. 44260310 & the job was assigned to m/s balaji electronics, hyderabad. But till date the tv is not attended. Can you pl. Expedite as it is already 6days' old while it was told it will be resolved in 2 days.

                            My labtop had problems related to display connectors, i gave to service in rajkot - gujarat sony service center.
                            Now they are telling me that your computer is totally damaged!!!
                            I don't know what kind of service center you have?!??

                              Hi,

                              On 19th aug 2017, i purchased a handset (Sony g3116/xperia xa1) from sony showroom basaveshwaranagar in the name of mangala gowri rt (Sister).

                              Once i started using the handset, 10 to 15 days later the ring tone went on silent mode automatically, the issue was corrected after rebooting handset myself.

                              Again after 10 to 15 days the the same issue recurred. Now took the handset to the service center on 12th oct 2017.

                              They told it was software problem and updated it and delivered the handset on 13th oct 2017 (Job no. W[protected]. Till then i was without a handset.

                              From 13th i was using the handset, after 10 to 15 days there was some other kind of problem with the speaker that the tone (All kinds like ring tone, all kind of audio and video) was not properly audible. Again i restarted the handset and was okay only for 10 days.

                              Later after 10 days, the same issue occurred (21st nov 2017) i took it to the same service center. They updated the same thing as above that it was a software issue (Job no. W[protected].

                              Again, they updated the software and gave it to me on 25th nov 2017. Again i was without a handset for 4 days and it was very difficult for me to manage my job related and other activities with out a handset.

                              Now that, again, currently i am facing the same issue since 30th nov 2017 and the service center guys told that it is a software issue. This is really unbearable.

                              From the date i have bought the handset till date with in a span of 3 months i have already taken the handset to the service center thrice.

                              This is happening very frequently and i am really fed up of this set, i am not at all feeling that i have bought a new set and my fiends are making fun of me and i am really disgusted. I do not want to continue with this handset any more.

                              I have paid 2 installments out of 9 and would be blocking further payment of the installments and i want a full repayment of my installment along with interest.

                              Else, i would be lodging a case in the consumer court if my case is not addressed at the earliest.

                                I purchased the tv on 14/09/2017 only 2months completed tv got scratches inside the screen and attached the tv on and off photos. Purchased tv from the shop girias investment pvt ltd - mugappair. Hence i have logged a complaint on 21/11/2017 and the complaint no is 44143696 regarding the issue one person came from your authorized service center (Clarity services anna nagar) we had contacted them and they came to my house and check the tv status, there was no proper response from the service technicians and however my wife was asking the query about to fix this tv issue and she was ignorant and asked for the details for restoring the newly bought tv as everyone thinking. And more importantly the person who came was extremely rude and didn't explain the ladies at home politely. Instead they were using and abusing words. I thought of taking legal action against them. They need to answer for this. Kindly understand my situation and do the needful as soon as possible.                                     I bought led tv kd-55x8200e on 6th oct 2017 and i started getting a white dot in the screen. I raised a complaint and a sony technician came to inspect my tv.

                                    He told that led panel is damaged and it is not under warranty as this is physical damage. There is no track or scratch on the tv and he asked me to wait till dot becomes a big white line which can guarantee for replacement with no charge.

                                    While talking to him, he was so confident that white line will come very soon since he has addressed so many cases like this. After he left i googled review comment and i found so many complaint on same issue.

                                      I had subscribed for sony liv premium membership on the app and paid for the same through paytm account. I subscribed for it only for that month and i didn't know that these people will also deduct money for the next month. I received a message yesterday stating that my membership would be renewed today. There was no link or anything. Now money has been deducted from my paytm account without my permission for this month also. Also, there is no information about how to unsubscribe to your premium membership. I have sent an email to the customer support of sonyliv to which i requested for my unsubscription but there is no response yet. An amount of 120 is deducted from my paytm account illegally.

                                      I want my subscription to get deactivated and want my money back for this transaction. How many days more will it take ? I strongly recommend people to never ever download this app. Setindia company is cheating people unnecessarily. Fraud company!

                                      I have mailed sonyliv twice but there is no response and I continue to pay for the subscription charges even when I don't want to pay for it.
                                      When i play any video in sonyliv.Com video is not playing and show me that "this video is restricted from playing in your current geographic region".i want to watch video in sonyliv.com. What can i do to play video? please inform me. Thank you.

                                      I Just want to know that Why Sony Liv Cannot Broadcast Pakistan vs Newzeland Live Matches before that Sonyliv broadcast all live event Matches of Pakistan and then Highk=lights and everything but now they even don't broadcast it why any reason ...we want to watch high quality live match but u don't why???
                                      sonyliv is fraud, dedcuting money from our bank / wallet unwantedly, no option found on sonyliv' apps or on there website for unsubscription .

                                      Same problem with me . My cash rs224 got deducted from my bank account but premium account not activate. I want refund or activate my premium account . I also send complaint but not reply . I strongly reccommend to all people do not install this fraud app.
