Initially sony six announced ind vs sa 2018 series will be on sony six but now they changed the schedule to sony ten 1 this is ridiculous once u announced in sony six how can u change the schedule i[censored] don't have proper cricket channel then what is the use of buying broadcasting rights plse maintain a proper cricket channel i'm wasting my money bcz o[censored] i subscribed to sony six for only india vs sa series now u changed it to other channel hell with u.

    Hi sony india,

    Main subject i will buy a television ur local dealer rourkela, uditnagar branch about 2 months before, 2 days later in display in down show 1 line automatically, so i suddenly complained ur sony service their technician also visit for same & asked to me please wait ur television need to replacement due to its company manufacturing technical issue so kindly wait we change it with in working 7 days, still yet not solved i hope its pass 2 months i don't know what's happen what's type ur customer service. Please help for same & replacement new television for same..

      I was purchased a new xperia xa1 5 month before. Within 5 i visit sony customer service centre 2 times because my handset touch is not working. I took xa1 on emi. Change my handset or give me my money back. I already change my mobile within 5 month. When i purchased within 2 month touch is stop working. I can't believe sony used this type of 3rd class accessories. Please give me my back.

        I was charged for the auto renewal of the monthly subscription charge of Rs 49 that has been charged to me from my Paytm wallet without my consent for Sony Liv monthly subscription. I have sent them an email about the same, have got only one response but does not mention why have they charged me and also not helped me with the refund. There should have been at least a consent or permission taken from a customer before taking money from them.

          सेवा में सादर निवेदन है की प्रार्थी द्वारा अपनी यल. इ.डी. टीवी ख़राब होने की शिकायत ग्राहक समस्या निस्तारक तंत्र को बताई गयी थी जिसे भली भाति समझ कर उचित चार्ज बताते हुए प्रार्थी द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया था तथा वर्तमान समय में भी प्रार्थी स्वीकार कर रहा है
          जिसकी शिकायत संख्या ०४४३३६४५७ दिन शनि वॉर को नोट कराई गयी थी
          जिसके फ़लस्वरूप्प एक बिना किसी पहचान पत्र और बिना कोई id बतए एक सर्विस प्रदाता शिकायत
          समाधान करने हेतु आया और टीवी खोल और बंद करने के बाद सोनी क. की सेवाओं ko ख़राब बताते हुए निजी तौर पर ठीक करने को कहा गया परन्तु बिना किसी पहचान पत्र तथा निजी सेवाओं को न स्वीकार करते हुए केवल सोनी क. के प्रपत्र पर तथा सोनी क. के ही द्वारा सेवा स्वीकार करने को कहने पर प्रदाता महोदय अनुचित धनरासी मांगने लगे परन्तु जब या कहा गया की क.के प्रपत्र पर निरीक्छण बिबरन दर्ज करने के बाद आप धनराशि प्राप्त कर ले
          जिस पर इंकार कर दिया गया तथा परिजनों को अपना कोई बिबरन नहीं दिया गया तथा भड़क कर
          इस बात पर सोनी क. के महाप्रबंधक के पिता जी तक टीवी मरम्मत नहीं करवा सकते या सब्द कहते हुए माता जी तथा भाई के साथ बाद बिबाद करते हुए अवभद्र शब्द प्रयोग किआ तथा क. की खायति
          को धूमिल कर सड़क पर बाद बिबाद कर धमकी देते हुए की अनवसायक राशि बिना किसी प्रमाणक के बसूल कर ले गए

            Company denied to repair my home theater as i had purchased extra warranty period of two years from croma store located in chanddigarh and product was in extra warranty period...
            And one thing more which i want bring notice that when i submited the home theater in sony service center, only one fault in it that was there was not working the usb port, they closedbtheir job sheet and handed over the product to me, when i was used the product at my home then i caame to knew thay there was same problm in it.. Again, the usb port was not worrking, aafter that i submittedd my home theater again in sony service centre
            They told me that your home theater is hot desd.. The mother board o[censored]r home theaterr is dead... But when i submitted the home theater that tym my product was in wworking condition.

            After that they told to me.. You have to pay 10000 ffor the repair cost...

                After 2nd time chnge my sony xperia xa1 this 3rd mobaile but this mobile also same issue. Mobaile one side is not working.
                Keyboard is not working. I have purchase sony mobaile bcoz i have many work in mobaile but after expense 19000 service is totaly bed.

                I confused because this service is totaly bed.

                Now i request you refund my money.

                Because you dont able to product good quality mobaile.

                  We were watching TV today evening.suddenly voltage fluctuates and picture from screen disappears.we didn't understand what happens!we have brought this TV only a few months ago.so we can't afford a new TV right now. We didn't expect from such a famous TV maker company (Sony) that we have to call an engineer in such a short period of time after bought this TV.We belongs to a family, so we can't afford a new TV right now.so we request you to think over our problem. Thank you.

                    This service centre does not any standard for customer service... Front offices two girls have no manners.. To handle customer... They behave rudely with customers... Name told by her as ms sonia... And service centre does not have customer feedback system... Every time as a customer we have to take the follow up on status of our work... I also called a technician. he told me that problem is solved till 05/12/17. but the problem is as it is and he did not receive my call. so please do some as fast as possible. this problem arise second time if you are not eligible to solve my problem then take ypur TV at ypur home.

                        I don’t recommend to anyone to buy sony products. Poor poor service from the company.

                        After so many reminders today one guy has visited, he said he will not give any demo because the home thetre has been installed by other person. And this guy has come from other service centre. Rahul has visited from sony service centre brs nagar ludhiana. I also talk with his senior that he said the demo will given by the same person who has installed the system.

                        I think the sony has a big brand, but i was wrong there was no service given by the company after product sold. Samsung is better than sony.

                          Bought a led tv sony bravia klv - 32w672e on date of 18th oct 2017 and found manufacturing defect on tv which one confirmed by sony technician as well.

                          If the fault came with new box pack tv it must be replace but dealer and sony india both deny to replace and undergone 2 services and issue still not fixed even they have create new issue after service.

                          Now i can only see one option to file i complain in consumer...

                          My sony xperia z was repaired and sent service thro balasubramaniam metals nanganallur om 21sep 2017 in job no w[protected]. I went serveral times to service center. On 20 th nov they told my cell was unable to repaired and we can give offer for any sony mobile in a discount price of 22 % to 25 %. And i prefered sony xzs black 64 gb. They told we sent mail for the price. Still i dint receive mail to pay the cash for the purchase.

                              I have subscribed to premium pack on sonyliv on nov 6th 2017 only for a month but now the app is auto renewing the pack everything month without my permission and the worst part is i cant even unsubscribe atleast now ant the company is not even responding to my mail to cancel my subscription please do respond to the customers mail its the least u could do!!
                              Sir/Mam I am the daily costumer to sonyliv app. I am complaining about the episodes of crime patrol satark. The latest episodes of crime patrol are not represented in Sonyliv app. It is a kind request that please make sure o[censored]pdating the latest episodes of crime patrol satark. Thanking you please consider my complaint.
                              I have made a payment of 120 from my paytm account and they have not activated my account and there is no phone no to register the complaint. Please give me a number or reply to the email that I have sent you with the same attachments that I have mentioned here.
                              I purchased membership of sonlyliv and did the payment through Paytm. It was clearly written there that i will be getting 40% as cashback but till now i have not recieved anything . So can i get status of my cashback.

                                  I like watching cid programme on sony tv. But the channel has started showing every other programme other than on it's regular cid. Every now & then, they cancel the telecast of cid, without informing. I request them to telecast cid regularly. Cid is the best programme on that channel. Cid must start once again as per normal schedule.

                                    I love to watch cid programme on sony tv. But the channel has started showing every other programme other than cid. I'm highly disappointed with the schedule of sony tv. Every time, they cancel the telecast of cid, without informing. I request them to telecast the cid at its original time slot. Cid is the best programme on that channel. Cid must start once again as per normal schedule.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      I like to watch cid programme on sony tv very much. But the channel has started showing every other programme other than cid. Every now & then, they cancel the telecast of cid, that also without informing. I request them to replace the cid schedule. Cid is the best programme on that channel. Cid must start once again as per normal schedule.
