Sir,
I have purchased a sony tv of 22 inch in february 2015 which was 2 years warranty. On my request the technician of the happy care services, bhubaneswar had visited to solve the problem but he asked us for replacement of the display board of the tv. The cost of the display board is nearly rs.5000/- as stated by the technician. Sir, the tv i purchased from my savings. After expiry of 2 and half years the display board requires replacement. It is not possible to spent rs.5000/- towards repair of the tv. As sony is a big branded company, it will go a bad message to all the displays gives problem within 2 and half years. So i request to replace the display without charging any cost. Pl reply as soon as possible.

    I have purchased a sony make led tv model no klv-49we672e on 14th of september 2017 from khosla electronic pvt. Ltd. Baguiati jora mandir store. The manufacturer is running a campaign of 1 tb external hard disk drive free with the purchase of this product. At the time of purchase they have not given me the hard disk and asked me to come after 7 days. I again visited on 22nd september evening time when they have kept me waiting for more than 30 min and make me roam around from one person to another. They seem to behave with me very strangely as if they are doing me some favour. The sales person sumit das who attended me at the time of selling me the product was standing idel and passing on instructions go there come here, tell him, ask him etc.
    It is very hardening to see that after purchasing a television with in one week they started to deny the fact that i have devoted some of my precious time to collect my 1 tb hard disk, they should give this on the very first day.

      As per my request id no[protected] dated 21/07/2017 & complain no mentioned above your service technician had examined my bravia tv bearing model klv 32c x 320 serial no-7019021 & informed for replacement of faulty display panel. He had also taken photographs. Accordingly i had paid rs.5000/- as 50 % advance to m/s. Happy care services, bhubaneswar vide money receipt no-15163 dated 15/09/2017 for panel replacement as advised by your service center. Today i had a telephonic call from your service center requesting me for purchasing a new tv under discount which is not acceptable to me at all. Early action may please be taken for panel replacement. Awaiting an early reply in this regard.

      They are not giving my tv since 3months and they are asking me for amount of Rs.7000 even when my tv was in warranty time period
      I was ordered the SONY Cyber shot DSC-HX400 camera last month on 27.08.2017, got a mail that your order received but didn't got the conformation msg or mail. Money has been cutted from my account if it didn't delivered I'm going put a case on your website. I'm a public prosecutor

        I am diksha chanda who submitted sony z5 on 30 july, 17 for jack issue (Handsfree) der was no reply from so many days after 15 days i call in vashi services center regarding my cell phone they said will call u in sometime this same process continues for so many days later i get angry the they called me n said we done with ur cell bt ur pannel is cracked thtz y fitting issue is coming u have to pay 2500 i said k the also they didn't given my cell phone they said u can collect direct from andheri i[censored] can so my husband took cell phone from der after wards i cum to know k woh log ne mera jack bhe the nai kiya n ek part fit karna blood gye nw they accepting yes we forgot to fit that part n they said that tym k i repaired ur jack which is still nt repair from one n half month they took my cell bt still without repair they dispatch without informing the customer about that whn i called they said i will talk to sir n let u know n sir said bring ur cell today only by 12 o'clock n whn they called me it's 11 o'clock i also paid for pannel 2500. Nw plz tell me what i do for dis

          I want to cancel my subscription of sony liv. But not getting any response. They charged me again rs 49 this month. It is serious case of fraud & theft.
          I signed in using my mobile number [protected] on 20th aug from paytm.
          But i did not wanted to continue my subscription. I mailed them about the same. But i again got charged on 20th sept from paytm without any notice..
          Sony live is serious fraud company.
          Neither company is responding for mails nor there is any customer compalint number.

              I have submitted my phone to the service centre because it was having a touch issue, its been 3 weeks and they have still not reached me for it. They are just pushing the date forward and forward. The device had this problem out of the box, after talking to them they told me that this phone is giving this problem for each device made so they are replacing it. They gave me a time for 10 days but yet its 3 weeks. They haven't reached e.

                I had bought sony led tv 43 kdl from m/s. Lotus electronics, bilaspur on 31/10/2015 vide bill no.*95r1500174*. I had reported of breakdown of my tv set to m/s. Lotus electronics who had forwarded the complaint to the authorized service centre for repair. First of all lotus electronics did not even bother to register my complaint. After a lot of persuasion from my end i myself got the toll free number of sony electronics and lodged the complaint with them. Thereafter after a lot of follow up they sent a service engineer who said the lcd screen is broken and needs to be changed. My tv set was working only the screen was black out. The channels could be changed and we could hear all the voice. I had deposited rs.12000/- with the service centre. Now nor the tv is repaired nor they have returned the money.

                    As the expiry date of my subscription date was passed, my subscription was renewed automatically by deducting the amount from my paytm. I had registered through my mobile number. I don't want the subscription at present.
                    I request you to cancel my subscription and refund the amount in my paytm account. Also please deactivate this feature of automatic subscription from my account.
                    I mailed several times to [protected]@setindia.com but there was no reply.
                    Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                      I have purchaced xperia xa model 2 mnths back. Last time only i have given my phone to repair but again same problem i am facing for my phone. I have talked about replacement with you service provider they says it is not possible we can repair it, you tell me how many times should visit service centre for this issue they dont even guarranty that this problem will not persist.                         On june 23rd 2017, i subscribed for a channel on sonyliv and paid rs.49 via paytm.
                        On july 24, rs. 49 was automatically deducted from paytm without consent.
                        On aug 21, i sent a mail to sonyliv for unsubscribing. But did not receive any response.
                        On aug 23, again rs.49 was deducted.
                        Since then i have sent numerous emails to unsubscribe, but i am not getting any response and now i got a message that my account will be again renewed on 21 sep 2017.

                        Sonyliv is contantly charging money, without users wish and consent.

                          I bought a sony bravia tv back in 2014. Within a year, the tv panel started flickering. I raised a complaint with the sevice center and they did repaired something and flickering issue was solved. I asked if this would be reoccur and demanded a replacement, but they confirmed they have repaired the defect. Now again i am facing the same issue where the tv has started flickering half of the size every 2 sec. I trusted sony for it's services but i am highly disappointed.

                          boss sony never repair any part weather it is of rs 1 or 1 lakh .. i was also told by service engineer at service center, , but plss replace the part ..other wise sony technicians are very frauds .. always trying to grab money from out of warranty customers although customer are egar to pay money to sony .. very bad service of sony amongst all brands, , ,

                            Today i go this sony showroom (3-4, shahanai residency,, shahnai residency, a. B road, akshay deep colony, indore, madhya pradesh 452010), i need a head phones, so just ask sony head phone, but the sales executive not response to my question, he simply tell me here no head phones, i don't know why he behave like that, am a sony customer, in my home my all electronic accessories are sony only, today am really feel very bad about of his appearance, so this is the way sony handle his customers???, pls take this issue very seriously!

                              I have purchased Sony Bravia LED TV Model KLV 32R562C, Set Sr. No. 4518085 from Manisha Enterprises, Wardha (Maharashtra) on 14/11/2015 vide Invoice No. 867.
                              I have also purchased Extended Warranty for 2 Years vide EW Card No. 32033883 on 17/08/2016 from the service center Named Vaishnavi Electronics, Chandrapur (Maharashtra).
                              My TV has gone under repair for Display Panel for 3rd time, including the last time before 1 Month.
                              I made complaint to Service center, Their service representative came to me around 15th August and took photos from his mobile phone, and told me to wait for 7 days. I was in continue follow up with Mr. Satish from Vaishnavi Electronices, Chandrapur (Mobile No. [protected]). After about 20 days the same service representative came to my house with new Display Panel for fitting, but unfortunately, its connection plate (as said by the Service Representative) was different and once again said to wait for 2 or 3 days. and until now my TV is under repair for complete one month. I am complaining that your Service is very very bogus. There are very very negligent people in your Service Centre. I am very disappointed. Please do the needful at your end to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                I am loyal customer of sony company . this is first time i getting a worst services from sony, company employ don`t know how to speak with the customers, they even don`t care, how long u are with this brand . it is not appreciatable. i think sony have lots of new customer, so they least bother of the old customers . i will definately write to sony india head .

                                    Worst phone and service ever in the world... 21 mp rear camera but takes photos like cheap phones... After a month of purchase, the phone just fell from the height of 2 ft and whole back glass broke. At the authorized call centre, they say submit your for a month, and they will tell the estimated price... And if you don't want to repair it then, the phone may be returned to you dead. What the hell!

                                      I am using sony bravia t. V. Lcd 32 model no-32v400a. It was working fine till 10 days back started devloping spot mark in screen. Your custmer service has got no clear idea about problem, but as i have consulted local technician they say its product defect. I just want to ask sony that there product are made for few year only. It is not the product that family purchase in full belife that it will last for long. And if it so than why you dont say that your product are made for few year. We purchase this t. V. Only in by your good name but was not knowing that your product will be so bad.

                                        I purchased one sony home theater on 02/09/2017 for rs.20990 under condition for six months emi without interest.
                                        1. they debited full amount instead emi for rs. 3472.44 saying that it will be auto converted in a week.
                                        2. now sbi credit card has debited for full amount. if sbi cards converts in flexy they will charge interest.
                                        3. further they said that ezone has not informed them .

                                        plz take up the matter at your end and get amount converted in to emi
