I had made a complaint of my sony bravia led during may 2017. Sony service centre, viz., a. P. Network services visited my house thrice during may-june to replace some parts, but they could not repair the set. On 21.6.2017, they took the tv to their service centre stating that some parts needs to be brought from ho. Since then i am without a tv. Whenever, i ring them, i get the same answer that the part has not been received from ho. I escalated the matter on august 9th, in thier website. On 11.8.2017, i recd. A phone call and email from sony india and assured me that they would get it repaired. On 12.8.2017, i recd. A call from a. P. Network stating that the product is ready and they wanted to bring it home. As i was out of station, i requested them to bring it on 16.8.2017. They did come with the tv on that day but it was an eye wash as the tv still did not work. They took back the tv without getting any written acknowledgement from me or giving me any slip/receipt and left with an assurance that a replacement would be provided the same day by evening. Till date nothing is heard of them. To my despair, when i checked the status of my repair in the website of sony india, they have stated the status as the tv has been collected. Such fraudulent and unethical treatment towards customers is unacceptable. What can i do? Please help.
