Hi,

I have purchased sony lcd tv five years back and display is not working from last four weeks. Sony service center has taken 5000 advance from my wife and i have attached the receipt for the same. Now they are saying parts is not available and no one ready to replace the tv. Because if parts is not available so what i will with black box. I have paid 35000 for tis product and now if am not getting replacement from sony so i am seeing i have lost my 35000 rupees.

I have already spoke with sony service center people and asked him to drop a mail with status but even after one week i am getting any response from them.

Please find my complain and guide me how i can move forward and register a complain against sony service center pune,

Trying to fill online complain twice but his site if not responding.

I am also circulating all social media regarding all this complete mess-up. And also let me know how is their any mail id or site where i can post all this fraud by sony so people should aware how sony is dealing with the people.

I am also escalating this case to canada sony service center as well.

    As there was problem in my sony xperia z1 i couldn't transfer the data also couldn't open it i gave it for service center in velancia opp more super market mangalore branch they have told me that it takes 25 days to get back the mobile. And i came to know that your service center people had been using my applications such as facebook also tried my banking application to login and they failed and my banking id has been deactivated. When v came to know and asked abt this in the service centre they have been telling that they couldn't flash it when directly send to bangalore service branch. Now i want response that whom should i blame and if in the future any problem occurs to me who s going to b responsible. I had many personal details in that if anything is misused defiantly i am going to take action on sony service centre.. I have been a sony custom since 4 years the trust which i had is total broken and also hearafter idefinitely suggest other not to go for sony. Whatever it is now i need a proper clarification and justification for this

      I purchased a sony smart tv and sony camera, for skype. This feature worked for some time on the tv. More recently we receive a message which states "this feature is not available". It appears that sony has removed support for skype from its tvs in india through a firmware revision on the tv. This is an unexpected shortcoming of an internet connected smart tv; where the company removes a working feature on the tv. This also voids the effort and cost we had in selecting, purchasing and installing the tv and camera.

        I am akilan working as assistant professor in engineering college near my hometown. Am using sony xperia z1 compact from 2014, somehow the mobile screen breaks on[protected].

        Sony authorized service center is 30 km (1hr 30 min travel) away from my hometown, i thought of giving my phone for service at sony. I went there on sunday[protected] but the shop is closed.

        Then again on monday[protected], after the college time i rushed to the shop but able to reach there only at 7.30pm. Some staff members only available there and they refused to get my mobile for service as the technician is not available.

        I requested them to take my phone as i am coming from long distance just to get my phone serviced. I asked their technician number but he did not provided me technician number instead he gave another number told that he is the manager and his name is kani.

        I called him and describe my problem. He came to the reception area and examined the phone. He told he can't help me as technician is needed to examine, then only they receive my phone. He told it will take some time to examine so come next day morning. I enquired about the cost for service as only the touch is not working. But he refused to tell. I told its very hard for me as i am working and my hometown is far from there.

        He told that's not his problem, if i need service i have to come or just go away. I enquired is there any sony service near there, he replied yes in madurai go there in an insulting manner and went inside the room. I just left the shop saying "is this the way you treat your customer" to the staff.

        Then again today[protected] i went only to get my phone serviced. I gave my phone they just checked the model and told that service is not available for this phone. They will replace the phone if i pay 24000. I got frustrated if service is not available for this model why he did not tell on monday itself, i asked technician number that also he did not provided. Now its a total wastage of time, money and also i got insulted. Aren't he aware whether the service is available for that model, then why he is in a manager position.

        I am a big fan of sony bought so many things in it, now i hate it totally reason behind it is one man mr. Kani

        My sony mobile given to service (job no : w[protected] already 19 days left but even today i dont no what is the status... And not fallow up vinayaka technologies is very bad service... How many days taken this problem solve and not given stand buy set also i am fallow up every 3days but not given any status this is very bad service...
        Excessive Telecast of Crime Patrol Show everyday.
        We hereby request Sony Channel to reduce the showtime of crime patrol show. The way it displays the story is offensive and is not a family show.
        It is addictive.

        We hereby request Sony Channel not to telecast crime patrol everyday.It is not a healthy entertainment.

              43w800c not on from last week complaint registered 2 times no service engineer visited to know the fault of the tv now it is out of warranty

              Complaint registration number vide id 41674267 the service is assigned to vishnu service center shimoga so far no body called and attended to see the tv problem i felt very bad with the sony service such a big company with not having the service centres in an district like hassan karnataka while at the time of sales interest no interest at the time of service.

                I purchased sony xperia xa1 black model no g3116 on[protected] at
                Bajaj electronics, kothaguda (V), near kondapur x roads,
                Serilingampally (M), r. R. Dist, telangana, india.
                After two days of purchase mobile touch was stopped working, then i
                Have given for servicing on[protected] at universal electronics, zarar
                Chambers, humayun nagar, mehadipatnam, hyderabad, telangana.

                I recieved the mobile on[protected], again my mobile touch was not
                Working properly i. E., notification bar, sides of mobile and corner
                Touch is not working and phone is getting heated.

                Again today i. E.,[protected] i have submitted my mobile at sony
                Authorised service centre, madurai, tamilnadu. Job no is
                W[protected].
                Present i am in theni, tamilnadu state, i want replacement of my phone
                Or else refund me the amount that i have paid...

                  I have bought the product at a marked price of 2190rs from an authorised dealer "tech connect retail pvt" as the product is not working i had gone to a service center and as the product is discontinued they offered me a replacement with another and marking my mdr-zx310ap at 1190rs only. Though mdr-zx110ap a lower end cost at 1690rs

                    I have a laptop sony vaio - vpcea16fg. I want to get its screen replaced, but when i went to customer service at haridwar, they said that they will charge rs 20000 for changing just the screen. The actual price of a semi hd screen of laptop today is not more than rs 4500 anywhere. So how can they quote an amount 5 times more than that. When i argued about it than they said its the final charge, either i take it or go.

                        I have model - kdl42w900b which is got problem with power issue, since then i have registered sr[protected] they alloted with clarity service center - anna nagar chennai, initially service engineer came and confirmed problem with motherboard need to rise part order and we approved the same, they told that 4 to 5 working days for parts. But still no reply from them. Please rectify this issue asap for customer satisfaction.

                        My LED model KDL-48W600B (Serial no.3255046) under extended warranty from Bajaj Allianz (the policy sold from the showroom of Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd, 27/1, B.T.Road, Kamarhati, Kolkata 700058 simultaneously with sale of TV). The Insurance Certificate No. OG[protected]-00619439, validity 08/12/2018.
                        The TV had a power problem. The problem occurred on 5th April, 2018 pm. The matter reported to Sony on 06/04. The mechanic from Sony Authorised Service Centre M/s Neosa Electronic (P) Ltd, 70/1/2 Gouri Bari Lane, Kolkata - 700004 reported on 07/04 for inspection against CCC ID: 46667817 and collected inspection fee of Rs.354/- in cash.
                        In the mean time, after prolonged effort over 3 days, Bajaj Allianz could be contacted and they deputed representative from same service centre on 10/4. Thereafter till yesterday afternoon, that is for 10 days, no information as to my fate with the costly TV out of service for last so many days. It's only yesterday evening some lady from same service centre calls that the Sony Company is unable to supply the required parts and my TV will be replaced by a 49" LED TV but no confirmation as to when.
                        Please note that this is simply unacceptable service quality from a company of Sony's repute.
                        Please also note that TV today in every household is an integral part of lifestyle and in view of that I'd bought another TV of Sony -24P413D - 24" LED from the same dealer but name changed now to Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd.
                        PLEASE REMEDY MY ORDEAL.

                          I had purchased a sony 32ex550 -32 led tv on[protected] from m/s great eastern appliance pvt ltd, vide cash memo no. Rd/cm/06424/12-13 dated[protected] with a net cost of rs. 37900/-
                          The tv has a defective led screen detected around last month and finally it n started giving double picture and the upper pannel of the picture blinking.
                          Now tell me is the above tv worth rs. 38000/- is to last for only 4 years?

                          I have asked the show room to replace it but to no avail. Incidentally, my daughter had also sony vio laptop 5 years ago and again she had to replace the lcd screen due to malfunction of picture presentation.

                          Sony has gradually earning a bad name of its poor quality of lcd/led screen quality, since another of my friend had the same problem in his tv reported.

                          Request you to kindly look into it and replace the tv free of cost.

                            I purchased new brand led tv, (from maharashatra electronic, SADASHIV PETH)when i checkd found demo tv provided to us, and i asked to showrrom person then told us no issue you can use, but
                            problem came in next month and service person came and repaired but agian this problem came after two days, and still not get any solution from sony service centre we are totaly not satisfied with sony service and product quality, and i want replace this led.but they not agree with this.sony quality is worst.now service engg also not calling to us every time we calling and asking for service ...also custmer care person also not giving any solution

                              I am a big fan of sony product, but this time i am really disappointed with this new headphone i bought. Last year on 08/07/2016 i bought mdr-ex250ap headphones but in just 6 months i had to replace it because it stopped playing from one side. I got a new one as a replacement but in next 6 months i am facing the same problem again. Again it stopped working but now i can not do anything because 1 year warranty just expired last month.

                              What is use of buying a branded product with so much cast when it gets damaged in this short period of time. I am losing faith in sony now

                                I have submitted a vaio sony laptop in your onus service center in patna after twelve days of submission of laptop i got a call from onus service center that my laptop is ready and i must receive it, exactly on the next day i visited the service center to receive my laptop but my experience was very bad as i have wait for four hours to receive my laptop because of the presence of the few staffs in the service center, each and every staff was highly busy in the service center. When i enquired about the head or the incharge of the service center they said that he is not present and their was also no complaint register present in the service center. It was unbelievable to watch this kind of situation of a big brand like sony. My job number is j72059088 which was dated on 11th of august

                                  After complaining so many times at your service centre in patna, on 23rd aug your representative came and said hdmi is not working and charged rs. 1425.00 the problem is still continuing and we complaint to mr. Himanshu pandey customer care executive on 24th aug'17 and after that no one came to repair the set.

                                    I am sharing my personal experience at sony service centre at haldia.

                                    After i got transferred to haldia - a small town about 130 km away from kolkata, i was very happy to find a sony authorized centre.

                                    On 19.6.17 i gave my sony music system for repair (Copy enclosed) as the cd/dvd chamber was not opening. The person present said they will check and inform whether they can repair and what amount i have to pay. After about 10 days they informed that it will repaired and estimated amount will be rs 2600/- on 28.6.17 i went and made payment of advance rs 2000/- (Enclosed receipt) since they informed as per their rules they won’t start the job unless 80% advance payment is made.

                                    End of july after several follow up they informed that the job has been completed. When i and my mrs. Went to collect the set we found that both the top cd slots has been broken. There are two cd slots. On top one side of the cd was broken before which they had already mentioned in the service job sheet (Enclosed) but the other one was ok. Though i had told them to repair the one cd slot. Instead of repairing they had broken the other one also. When i said this we were literally abused and told that both of cd slots were broken and we were lying. When i showed the service job sheet to them then they told “ who told you to give us for repair” as if they were giving some free service and obliging us by repairing my old set. Such kind o[censored]nruly behavior is not expected from a company like sony.

                                    When i told that i am going to complain then they said to keep the set for few more days for repair of my cd slot which they had broken.

                                    Finding no other alternative i left the set with them.

                                    On 21.8.17 i received the set and paid rs. 3075/- in cash as they said they do not take any other mode of payment other than cash but they did not issue any receipt or invoice since they told that their billing system was not working. I don’t know what amount was the service charge and tax they had charged. It is against the law of the land to take money in cash and not to issue invoice especially from sony service centre.

                                    I am totally dissatisfied by such type of behavior and service. M/s naosa electronics (P) ltd –sony authorized service centre should be immediately closed since they are damaging the name of sony.

                                    I hope you will take suitable action.

                                      Good morning
                                      I was a very proud and privileged customer of sony india. But after a recent incident and my experience with sony product and customer support service i am totally disheartened and disappointed. My annoyance with sony india is beyond any explanation and words.
                                      I am using 80% of sony products at my home. I recently faced a problem with my sony bravia tv model no kdl-43w950d. Five days back i. E 18th aug there were some colorful vertical lines visible on a very small patch on the right side of the screen. Seeing this i immediately called up the customer care at [protected] technical assistance cell. There i spoke to miss srishti, although she was not able to rectify my problem and was not able to give any satisfactory reply or solution to my problem. I requested her to make me speak to her higher up for a satisfactory reply. Initially she denied and on forcing upon she told me that i will receive a call in between 1200 hrs - 1300hrs the same day. I kept on waiting and received no call.
                                      In the evening the very same day at around 1700hrs a gentleman called me, as i was in a meeting i requested him to call me the next day morning. He told me that he will call next day at 1100hrs. I again kept on waiting the whole day but received no call.
                                      Having received no response from the technical support of sony india, per forced i have to give a call to customer care tecchnical support on 21st aug and spoke to mr nissar. He also didnt respond positively on my complaint, i requested him to make me speak to his higher up. He told the same thing that within 10 minutes he will give me a call back. But never called back.
                                      Today i. E 23rd aug the entire screen of my tv has gone complete black out. Seeing this i again called up customer care technical support and spoke to mr manu sharma, she registered my complain but was unable to rectify the problem or give any solution to my problem. I requested her to make me speak to her higher up, so she made me speak to mr ranjeet.
                                      On asking upon the delay in responding to my problem and rectifying initially when the problem had just started, he didn't have any answer. He told me its not in his hands and if i want to rec up the issue i should send a mail.
                                      My only question to you is that as a customer of sony product where is my fault? Why was i denied services at the very onset. The damage which has happened to my tv who is going to take up the responsibility for it?
                                      Iam writing to you with lots of hope and with a trust that you will address my problem.
                                      At this very moment i am feeling i have been cheated by sony india.

                                      I have some issues regarding audio when I play through the home theatre and casting via my mobile & ipad in my smart tv. When I had contacted your till free number they have some communication problem. Please depute your technicians both for home theatre as well as tv immediately to set right my problems both in my tv and home theatre.
                                      Dear Sir ' On July 5, I returned to the service center to change the battery of my phone, 42 days later, I repaired the phone and now there is a white display when I open the applications in my phone. I request you to solve this problem.
                                      With reference to the above subject I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased two SONY LED tv because I always believe with this brand.

                                      Within four years there are problem of screen blinking (auto off and On after every 2 second ) and required Rs 10000 for repairing.

                                      My first purchase was KLV-40EX430 dt on 28.10.2012 and I was very happy of this purchase and after 9 month on occasion of sister in law marriage I decided to gift her KLV 32EX330. She was very happy with my gift and I was feeling proud in all relatives to gift BRAND SONY. within three years I meet a shock to know that since last 2 month TV is laying under repairing.

                                      Dated on 14th of this month my TV KLV-40EX430 screen becomes blue and there are no any responce of remote control. I called technician through costumer care and he decided to send to sony service station. Yesterday a call from service station and they told me that I have to spend rs 19000 for repairing.

                                      I totally gone in depression with my two purchase from Sony.

                                      We never compromise to dress our drawing and bed room with ordinary but now I feel that our neibours are more happy to spend 50% cost compare to Sony.

                                      Therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter because further I am not in position to pay Sony more.

                                      Sony makes believe of people but I lost my believe with SONY.

                                        My sony tv 40 inches bravia klv-40w562d full cost rs 53500 brought on 27/06/2017 came for repair in august 1st week. I gave a complaint and mother board was changed. It was not more than a month and a half we brought the tv and came for complaint so quickly. I want exchange of entire tv not the mother board. I don't want such low quality tv to be given to me with a change of mother board. Please provide me new tv since it's not even a month and a half that it was brought through amazon.
