I am sanjeev kumar i purchage sony brabiya on dated 6-8-2016 from chhibramau dealer saint gift house. On 4-8-2017 i given ma bill invoice and tell them pls extent ma warranty. He trying calling to sony service center... But no ane recived call than he share in wats up... On 6-8-16. One person told me i[censored]nit working k than worrenty will extend... But after that no response will came till date. Ma contact no [protected]......

Myself vijay kumar nimbark, my tv of model no kdl-50w900b is showing no service availability for skype video calls. But when we chose to buy tv we bought this since it had skype application and a web camera. Now if services are no longer available, then what's the use of spending extra money, and u people can't just cancel the application without reminding us. Now what should we do of that front camera...:make pickles out of...

Newly purchased 32" tv model no. Klvr422e (Purchased in the month of may 2017 from bismi hyper market, thrissur kerala)

Black spots are developed on the screen in the first week of july. Ldged complaint with access electronics who are authorised service agency for sony in this area. (Complaint no.8616 dtd 8/7/17).

Technician visited after several follow ups and told us display is defective which needs to be replaced....

I purchased sony bravia tv on 4th august 2017 and my customer id is 41161267. Till now installation has not been done. Your installation persons not turned up even after my repeated calls. I need immediate installation and demonstration. If not i have to return it to the dealer and go for some other brands. I didn't expect such a worst response from sony company...

Recently i was purchased a sony mobile in your dealer by sangeeth mobiles tiruvannamalai district in tamil nadu state. It's value rs. 20, 000/_. I purchased a sony hd led tv on amazon sold by cloudtail india pvt. Ltd.
The display panel is showing a red line in between. It means display panel is gone bad.
When contacted at sony customer care they are not ready to replace the product saying you contact at seller.

Please guide me to get a replacement for a faulty tv set.
I am upset with amazon and cloudtail for such a bad service...

They said it's a fast charger and sold it at 1000rs. But it's not a fast charger. After i ask them, they said they gave the charger from a sealed mobile. And still they saying it's a fast charger. A am sorry to say that, on dt.[protected] there was a problem on led tv. After checking it from a authorised sony service center (Happy care services) at bhubaneswar, it has confirmed that the panel board has been damaged.
