I had made a complaint of my sony bravia led during may 2017. Sony service centre, viz., a. P. Network services visited my house thrice during may-june to replace some parts, but they could not repair the set. On 21.6.2017, they took the tv to their service centre stating that some parts needs to be brought from ho. Since then i am without a tv. Whenever, i ring them, i get the same answer that the part has not been received from ho. I escalated the matter on august 9th, in thier website. On 11.8.2017, i recd. A phone call and email from sony india and assured me that they would get it repaired. On 12.8.2017, i recd. A call from a. P. Network stating that the product is ready and they wanted to bring it home. As i was out of station, i requested them to bring it on 16.8.2017. They did come with the tv on that day but it was an eye wash as the tv still did not work. They took back the tv without getting any written acknowledgement from me or giving me any slip/receipt and left with an assurance that a replacement would be provided the same day by evening. Till date nothing is heard of them. To my despair, when i checked the status of my repair in the website of sony india, they have stated the status as the tv has been collected. Such fraudulent and unethical treatment towards customers is unacceptable. What can i do? Please help.

    Hi, i had registered a complaint with sony product after visiting couple of authorised sony service centre on the issue with the product i purchased.

    I ordered a sony bluetooth headphone (Mdr - xb650bt) vis amazon on 21 march 2017. I received the product on 24th march 2017. After months of very minimal usage, i got the to see the product is damaged. My headphone was in broken condition while using it. I would like to clear one more thing.. That the product never fell down, no one else used it and it was in broken status. When initially went to the service centre they told they cannot fix it, because there is no support for physical damage. I went to another service centre and they said the same.
    After that, i raised a complaint with sony in their website and after 3 weeks got an initial contact asking for images and invoice. I submitted it within 30 minutes of contact. Never received any contact from the team.

    Again, after a month and half another complaint was raised from my end in their website and then got a call contact and submitted the same details as requested first time. I never got any response for more than a month. After multiple contact made from my end over email. I finally got a call from sony to take the headphone to a nearby authorised service centre and they will check the condition of the headphone and will help in buying a new one with a maximum discount of 30%. When i asked why should i buy again where it is your product which is broken fix it and i am ready to pay for it and they replied, no we cannot fix these type of physical damage. I don't understand such worldwide brand product cannot be fixed. The money paid to buy this product is a waste.

    I am really unhappy with service provided by sony for there product and need a quick assistance on this.

      I bought a new sony xperia xa1 on 1 june 2017, and after few days i got some problem in its touch screen, i went to the service centre they replace my device for this problem and after 12 days, i got a mobile with out seal pack, and with in 4 days i realised that it is more defective and not well fitted its feel like repaired mobile. I got 2-3 problems in this device, they cheated with me,. Again i went to service centre and complained for it and asking for refund... But they told me that they don't do refund and forced me for replacement again and said to wait 15-20 days for new replacement... It is clear that they cheated me in first replacement, how can i trust them again...
      I have very trouble during this time due to this problem and i had to buy a temporary mobile phone to switch on my sim...

      Again after 18 days, they told that they don't replace the device because it's technically OK...
      I want my old device with free extended warranty, 1year from delivery date or new sealed packed mobile only from dealer on my choice with new bill(with TIN No.), This time I will not accept the replacement from service center...
      Otherwise I will go to the court...After 48 hrs

        Hi, I purchased Sony LED KLV-49W672E/2017 Series. This product have problem with persistent memory, I set clock and I set different color picture mode. Once i switched off my television it will reset time and color picture mode set on default mode VIVID. I have a question with sony is user each and every time set clock time and every time he/she need to set color as per his choice. I paid for it 68000 and I am not happy with product quality, Please replace it with other sony android tv who have internal memory at least it can store user preferred settings. Please do needful I am sony old customer don't want to post everywhere about sony worst quality product. i want replacement or money back. Sony is brand that's why without watching about product review. I blindly purchased this product.

        I received call from somewhere with the contact number [protected] and another call from from [protected], they asked me card number and validity. They suggest they are from sony customer care they want 10 rupees processing fee for the complaint register our database and my problem resolved in 5 days. I feel that's is fraud that's why I didn't share the information please inform is that valid sony customer call if it's fraud call please take it seriously and take action against.

          I purchased sony 49 inch W67E Series LED 13 aug 2017, the local agent didn't inform about product drawback, this tv have no internal memory that's why whatever color I set automatically reset after 5 min, if it's reset automatically then why tv have option to change color. tv have 3 picture mode but after 5 min automatically set on default mode with higher contrast that's irritating. Please exchange it with sony other product or refund my money. Please contact me and assist what's next for it presently I am not happy with this product.

I am calling to company time to time since 9 days, while the company is​ not responding. Still today we don't get service. Also the company not have the reason for​ delay in service.               I PURCHASED 24 inches SONY Led TV form caroma, Indira nagar Bangalore in last week of June 2017. it was to be wall mounted. Wall mounting of the TV was postponed by a week due to non availability of brackets of appropriate size.

              Finally after a lapse of 8/10 days and repeated follow up, the TV was wall mounted using oversize brackets and it was assured that these will be replaced by appropriate size brackets which were expected to be available in 8/10 days time.

              But i regret to point out that oversize brackets have still not been replaced despite regular follow up.
              May I request you that needful may please be done without further delay.

                Guys, Buying a Sony Xperia XA ultra Mobile Device is a horrible experience for me. I would give some addition to the original mail written to consumer care ( Consumer Complaint No 278522)

                I have Purchased a Sony Xperia Handset in March 2017. From the day of purchase it had lots of issues, literally a defective handset i received from the dealer.

                Some of the issues i faced initially as below

                a)I was not able to fetch/transfer data from my mobile
                b)Others can't hear what i am speaking unless i speak on headset
                c)Talk for some time will heat up the device excessively
                d)Phone will hang up frequently and need to switch off/restart

                I visited the service centre and they told there is a software issue
                They kept the phone for 2 weeks and returned, I found the same issues after a week period

                I escalated to the sony service head for a replacement but did not receive any reply except a message that your request was logged as an interaction. Without any hope i visited the service centre again, after some days they called me saying that the motherboard is replaced and the handset is good to collect

                I visited the service centre again, this time i thought i will check if it is actually fixed before I take the handset back

                This time there was a new issue. The network for both sim in the handset(Tata docomo and Vodafone) was below 10 percent. I waited for half an hour to check if the handset will work after some time. As there was no network, I was not able to check the audio issues and other software problems

                Very interestingly the lady customer care executive told the sim has fault. I have showed her the network as full by inserting the sim in other mobile device.

                She checked in all possible ways and admitted the handset as defective. When i asked for replacement again, she told it's not possible as the job sheet is still open.

                I have written the complaint on the back of the job sheet, but when i asked to put her name she denied to provide that information to avoid any controversial situation involving her. So without any hope, I left my handset again in the Service Centre

                There were several follow-ups with Sony Customer care, Service head without any result.
                In the meantime, Consumer help line has asked me to sue Sony India/Sony service center Koramangala in the consumer court based on the complaint reference(Complaint was closed from Sony saying the issue details has to be couriered to the Head office for any reply). I lost interest for a consumer case after a visit to the Consumer Court Office. We need to have enough time for a proper documentation and act as per some expert guidance which i have not.

                After more than a month, Sony service center called to collect the handset., Although I had lost all the trust, i did not have any other option than to collect the handset.

                This time the headset had the MIC issue(Other's can't hear what is spoken from the headset)

                I left the service centre with all my lost hopes and a huge disappointment, I am still continuing with the same issue and i know I am done with my fight and can't continue like this

                Only prevention from the lessons learnt for me is not to buy any products of Sony, not to refer any friends and colleagues and lastly to address in the forum for others to learn from my mistake. The Stress/mental agony suffered by a customer as a result of expectation of a Service after sale can hardly understood by so called Big Shots in Mobile manufacturing

                Thanks for reading, please think twice before buying a Sony India Product

                  I am working as a sales manager in hdfc bank. I bought a sony expria.\ir was worst experience of my life. I repair it thrice from the service centre. Now again because of some fault i submit the mobile at service center and the returned after 1 week. Now the mobile is still not working properly. There is problem in the mic of the phone. My voice is not listenable to the call receiver and the speaker of the hone is also not working properly.
                  I contacted the service center for the solution but they said there is not any solution reset the phone oly

                  Pathetic wall mounting and your person did a very bad job. Had to do it again with some other professional. Not expected such bad work from a company like you. Absolutely disgusted.
                  While trying to play some videos it's shows video cannot be played. Likewise when I try to hear music, all the songs are shuffling without playing. If I do some restarts for some time, it will be okay for some time . already I give my phone to service centre for touch problem, but the problem is still there

                    I have purchased the above mentioned television on[protected] from bismi appliances kollam kerala. Now the same is not working. Sound only. Figure is not seen. I have informed the complaint to the service centre at thiruvalla and one service personnel visit my home and after verification he informed that the liquid display is out of order and the same is not serviceble. If i pay rs. 13000/-a new 32 full hd led tv will supply by the company. Kindly inform the details.

                        Our television was facing a problem in november last year so we called up at the service center although they took the television and repaired it in a few days the problem was still not solved. Today its 11th august 2017 and our tv has been taken thrice by those service center people because the problem keeps on occurring again and again they take the tv, keep it for 3-4 days and return it saying its fine now and this keeps on repeating after every few months. I would like to request the company to look forward on this issue otherwise exchange the tv.

                          I have given the phone to m/s. Sharon electronics, erode (Sony service centre) on 15.7.2017 vide job no. W[protected]. Only after a gap of 25 years, your erode service centre has informed about the status of my service job that the phone could not be serviced under warranty benefit and it will incur around rs. 9, 000 for the repairs to be carried-out. Hence we expressed our inability to bear such amount and return the same vide our phone call on 4.08.2017. On the same day they have informed that your phone has been despatched as per system information and they will call me after receipt the same. Till date, i could not receive my phone. Your erode service centre, it is replying proper reply and not rendering customer satisfied service. I am not having any other phone for the past 25 days and your erode service centre has also not given alternate arrangements. As i need my phone very urgently to my outstation tour today, i have no other way to lodge my compliant with you. Kindly do needful.

                            I have purchased the sony – bravia klv-40w562d 101.6cm was on 20th oct 2016 with the cost of rs. 47, 236/- [fourty seven thousands two hundred thirty six rupees] through snap deal, find below the seller address:

                            Problem:

                            After purchased the product from snap deal it worked fine for 5 months, there was no complaint on the same.

                            Then, the 1st complaint was raised against on “audio was coming there was no display on the screen” to sony customer care over the call, was on approx.in the month of may end with the following complaint number –[protected], -

                            • execute had come from sony, they found the problem with the screen. They have informed and ordered new screen display [it took again 10 days of time].

                            • they have placed the new screen display, even thought it was not working, again he found that “there could be a problem with circuit board inside the tv”

                            Again, i called sony customer care, and informed why did you send the person ‘who does not have knowledge and not sure about the problem’ – then they have another executive on the same complaint number.

                            The executive [second] confirmed that, the problem is with circuit board.

                            • again ordered the circuit board – it took more than 15 days of time.
                            • after received the circuit board, they have placed the same. As soon the they place the same - they have closed the ticket

                            But, it worked only for 4 hours – again the same problem exists with the tv [only audio there is not display]

                            Again i have called today which is on 10th of august 207 to sony customer care – raised the following new complaint number[protected]

                            What i want now is, i wanted my tv replacement or my money back asap.

                            I have waited all these months and there is no progress on the issue, more over executives are coming and giving solution which are not helping.

                            Considering my time, calling to the customer care and telling the same again and again, which is like irritating and there is no action.

                            If no action has taken against this i will proceed with legally.

                            Kindly provide necessary details asap.

                                Myself vijay kumar nimbark, my tv of model no kdl-50w900b is showing no service availability for skype video calls. But when we chose to buy tv we bought this since it had skype application and a web camera. Now if services are no longer available, then what's the use of spending extra money, and u people can't just cancel the application without reminding us. Now what should we do of that front camera...:make pickles out of it?? So it's a request to u to continue/or get new video calling application for us.

                                My Sony TV is in warranty period ...my TV screen got damage ..but by the time it was running... After the service man checked it it got blank half of the screen... Please get my TV an do all the service wanted... That was not our fault...

                                  Newly purchased 32" tv model no. Klvr422e (Purchased in the month of may 2017 from bismi hyper market, thrissur kerala)

                                  Black spots are developed on the screen in the first week of july. Ldged complaint with access electronics who are authorised service agency for sony in this area. (Complaint no.8616 dtd 8/7/17).

                                  Technician visited after several follow ups and told us display is defective which needs to be replaced. This happened 3 weeks before and there is no any response from this service centre sofar. When contacted they are giving some excuses.

                                      Recently i was purchased a sony mobile in your dealer by sangeeth mobiles tiruvannamalai district in tamil nadu state. It's value rs. 20, 000/_. That mobile right side corner not work properly and display touch gesture is very poor.. Please replace it. This is second time i am raising this problem... First time i gave the hand set in dealer not properly repair.. Hence this is the second time in same problem.

                                        I had purchase one number tv, sony make model no. Klv-48w562 d on dated 04.07.2016 from gandhidham, gujarat. On dated 24.07.2017 i observed that tv was displaying sony only not the video, audio was coming. I complaint it to sony india care department on[protected], service request id no, 40930013. On continuos follow up, service engineer from bhuj, gujarat visited my house for servicing. After inspection he informed that it can not be repaired here, ha has to carry the set to his service centre at bhuj. I also paid him rs 2000/- as service charge and transportation charges as claimed by service engineer. Service engineer informed me that set will be returned back within 7 to 8 days after repair. On enquiry on dated 07.08.2017, service engineer informed me that it will take another one week time.
                                        Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
