I purchased a home theater ht-rt3 on 24-10-16 with rs 17001 by cash purchase. This was not functioning. I informed service center for repair on 24.6.2017. But till today this has not been repaired and returnedplease arrange for replacement as it is only 8 month since i purchased and within the warranty period.

    I purchase xperia xa1 10 april 2017. After 5 days phone have a touch problem in left sife of phone. Then i submit phone in jaipur global service center. They give me time 7 days to repair phone. But not complete. And after 15 days later they give me a new phone. I cheked this phone touch.. Touch is good work.. But after 10 days the phone has same problem. Touch not work properly in left side... Then i go service center and submitted the phone to repair,,,, and they give time 7 days. But after 8 days they give 5 days... So i not intrested in this [phone i want my money back... I want muy m, oney refund,,, plz give my money...

      Sony bravia model - kdl-40nx650 in5 smart tv is sold in india by advertising
      As internet supported tv. But now youtube does not work. Browser says memory full for almost all web pages. Calling to sony support they say that you may open google and sony kind of simple webpages but no one needs sony website daily and google works but none of the websites from the search options works. Leaving it aside no video streaming applications available in the tv now and that makes the tv as waste of investment with the promised features not being available. I have purchased this tv with 65000/- and the standard user guide and features contain youtube, big flix, internet browser, social networking applications and etc. Almost now tv can be used for nothing other than as tv. If thats just the purpose no need to spend 60000/- on it but 10000 is enough now a days with almost all the above mentioned features. Even the headphones purchased with 11000 do not have its spare parts available for repair. Indian govt must take action on these kind of companies with no proper support but stealing lots of money from the customers. End of the day i spend lots of money but nothing is usable now.

        Just 3 yrs before purchased this tv with cost of rs 37000. Now picture tube has failed. This is main component of tv.
        Then what is the standard of sony named product?

        As a lower middle class like me, how it is possible to pay again rs. 12, 154 / with in 3 yrs.. Already emi is going for personal loan taken for purchasing this tv.
        How such lower middle class people would help sony with this kind of issue.

        Could you please help me to reduce the estimation amount as it is huge amount from my financial situation.
        Please confirm.

          I can contact service centre but the estimation of amount, i cannot bear my side since its a huge amount.

          I have also noticed the net and found that this model (Klv-32r482b) has picture tube issue based on several complaints logged by your customers.
          So its known issue of display problem with this model.

          Considering all points and help me get the replacement of product with free of cost.

            Worst service from sony, first of all gave for audio issues returned to me with screen and fitting issues created by the service centre.Now gave them 5 times which totally hopeless and still the problem not fixed.Service centre got my phone broken.Now i ask for the replacement.It has been more than one and half month still the service centre is replying no revert no answer now i am forced to register a consumer court case totally hopeless and worst company service ever.

              Hello,

              I am writing this mail in regards to bad quality of sony xperia xa1 handset.

              I have purchased sony xperia xa1 on 10th may 2017 just because of quality phones you provided but i was totally incorrect as your handset is not working properly just after 15 days. Initially it automatically gets silent and hanged but now a days its touch working horribly as it partially works, even backward key is not working finely. I can't see my notifications as i am unable to drop down notification bar.

              I have purchased this phone at 19, 990 inr.

              I totally fed up with this phone as i can't use the phone just after 2 months. So i don't want to repair the phone rather i need the proper replacement of the same.

              Please look into this issue and resolve this asap.

                Hi,

                I have raised a request #40693733 regarding my tv display and requested for extension of warranty for 2 years (Paid rs. 12500/- already) on 14 july 20017. The product is already in warranty period when raised the complaint.

                I got a call from local service center on 18 july that the display panel has been received in pune and it will be delivered and installed within 2 days.

                But from 19 to 24 july till now no one has come to install the panel, and not giving proper answers on calling them.

                One person ask to call some other number [protected] then he says call another number [protected].

                Why should i need to suffer when the product is already in place in pune, not getting installed at my home (Just max 20-30 mins distance from service center).

                Please help on this.

                  I had raised a complaint for my sony tv bravia ex-65 model dated 25th june 2017. Service center executive come and told me panel needs to be replaced. I gave my consent and it was told to me it will be done within 15 days.
                  I called customer care on 8th july 2017 and i was updated that because of gst it is taking longer.
                  On 14th july i called one more time and was told that service center will update me with alternate solution as panel is not available.
                  I called service center and they updated me that they are waiting for reply from sony india about alternate solution.
                  Till now i have not got any callback from service center and whenever i call them status remain same. (Waiting for reply from sony india about alternate solution)
                  Sony india has not provided any alternate solution to their service center till date
                  It's been 1 month i am following it without any progress.

                    I had given my sony rx 100 for repairing on 14th sept. 2016. They told me that they will require the battery along with it. I took pic of my battery and gave it to them. They told me that they will give me the estimate in a day or two. I received a call from their end saying that estimate is approx. 9k, i told them that i don't want it to get repair and i am coming to collect it on saturday they said ok. On saturday when i went to collect my camera they just handed me empty camera without battery in it. Luckily i checked the battery compartment and saw that my battery is missing. When i enquired about my battery they told that the battery is in the drawer and it is locked and the guy who has the key has gone out will come in some time. I wasted my 1 hour over there waiting for that guy, but he did not turn up. Again when i enquired they said give me your address we will send the battery next day. Till 3 days i did not receive any battery. When i called up to know the status of my battery they told me that you will get the battery tomorrow. I received the battery tomorrow but to my shock it was not my battery which they gave me. Afterwards i kept the follow up for the battery to which they said the guy who has the drawer key is out of town, which was totally an excuse it all went useless for me. Lastly i visited the service centre over there they told me that my battery has been exchanged with some other customer who had battery issue, how irresponsible they could be? When i asked for his number they again said that he is a great personality / celebrity which was also an excuse. They told that we don't have his number, his peon visits the service centre. Again after some days i visited the service centre they told me that their customer whom they address as a big personality / celebrity is out of country for some business purpose and will return after diwali. They also kept on asking me my battery number again and again number of times so that they could change the label of the battery.

                    When my phone Sony Xperia xa1 (job no.W[protected] get delivers to me I want to now fix date & time.I am tired of calling to service center & costumer care and texting sony head, Sony care..now 20 days passed..how much I have to wait?                       Hi,

                      I am here to note a complaint about the sonnat care, cmh road, indira nagar, authorised sony service center in bangalore.

                      I gave my sony xperia x to the service center on 08th july 2017 for the repair of my mobile camera lens which got broken. I have shown and told the customer center that my phone camera lens is broken and need to replace it. He told me that it will cost rs 2000/- for repairing and the return date to be 15th july 2017 so i agreed to it.

                      I informed him that i do not have an extra phone so if i get any calls i from service center i wont be able to attend the call. He asked me to call on the customer care on 15th july 2017 and come and collect the phone.

                      I did not had any phone for 4 days after and later i made a call on 15th july 2017. From the service center the person who picked the call told me that my phone is already repaired and it is some warehouse in rajaji nagar. Saturday and sunday are holidays so i can expect the phone on monday. I called again on monday i heard the same information so i told him that since i cannot come on working days i will collect it on friday or saturday. I called again on friday 21st july 2017 all i would hear was the same message and as a reason they told about some billing issue. After an hour i got a call from service center asking me to collect my phone.

                      I went to collect my phone and all i see was that my phone is in the same condition as i given my phone. I checked with the person responsible and he informed me that the phone was in rejection state since i didn't pick my phone from the company to tell about the invoice. I asked him if it was like that then why he informed to me on 15th and 16th of july 2017 that the phone is repaired and in the warehouse when i called to inquire.

                      The response i got from the customer care was very very rude and bad. The kind of worst talk from a service person i have heard. The person in service center was ready to ask for call recording to show the proof of the calls i made. He used even bad words to me also which i never expected from a sony service center.

                      Since your service center representative asked for recording i took a video recording of some part of the incident. Since sony's service be in stake due to a call response from an employee i am not uploading it in youtube and social media.

                      I like to ask you one thing that is it the company policy to ask for call recording proof from the customers when customer is telling about the service. I have a sony laptop, sony ps3, sony walkman and a sony mobile and please inform your service center people to treat customer with some respect or at least listen to there problem rather than jumping at them. Do you have service center representatives who will lie to the customer related to the status?

                      I am sending in great regret that i have faced a rowdy talk from a well known and a prestigious brand like sony. I hereby say that i am never going to buy a single product from sony from here onwards.

                      Hi Jayakrishnan,

                      i think you are talking about the same guy whom i have also met in the service center.
                      Yes he is very rude, makes faces and tries to intimidate you, he is usally on duty in luch time hours till evening 4 pm, as thrice i had visited there during luch breaks from my office and found him there regarding my issue.
                      Yes, i have a problem with my sony phone and also the behaviour shown to me by this guy.
                      i am going to post my ordeal in a separate complain in this website in some time.

                      Service response is poor.
                      The technician from Sonnet care, Indira Nagar Bangalore who came to install the new Sony LED TV (wall mounted). He installed the TV at a height one foot above eye level (while seated) and the result is that the customer and his family are having neck pain and beginning to get vertigo. On informing the company the response was that to readjust the level the services are chargeable. This is pure cheating. Does the person who is installing the TV have no idea of what level to set the TV on the wall? What kind of skill does he possess?
                      Selling EXTENDED WARRANTY for brand new TVs and making money 11 months in advance!!
                      Secondly, the same person has given some big sales story to the customer (who is ignorant of many of the facts regarding warranty, etc.) about extended warranty and extracted a cheque for over Rs. 2000/- . On complaining to the centre they refuses to refund the amount stating that it has been encashed. The member of the family who was in the premises during the installation is not aware or literate about such matters.
                      Does the centre not know that selling extended warranty when the TV is absolutely new and already has one year warranty is cheating? The company can contact the consumer in the eleventh month after purchase and apprise the consumer of the pros and cons of extended warranty and thus gain the confidence of the customer such that the customer will feel the need to take the extended warranty. The company is making whopping sums of money by hoodwinking customers who are unaware of many matters. The centre also knows full well that the SONY brand is a trusted brand and hardly one in 1000 TV's will have a problem before 5 years.
                      I have a major problem with the way this center functions and the manner in which they cheat the unfortunate customers. I hope they will return the money that they have taken from us if they call them selves a reliable centre

                        Worst experience with sony device mbh20 headset. I bought 4 months back, it's working but unable to lift the call, and the light working stopped. When i am asking service engineer it's rusting in the charging place, we are unable to replace this. It's common when we wearing on hear, sweat will make rust. Worst reasons for servicing the product in sony. No repairing for this product also. Then why we want to buy this product. They have to mention details before buy.

                          Hi, i'm shalini. I gave service on 10.06.2017 and job slip no. J71420850 and in sony service center in west chord of road, industrial town, rajajinagar, banglore. I register complaint is in service centre has tv panel board problem. But in that service center they didnt gave any response of spares parts of tv. I only followup day to day that stupid service center they give any response from techinican side also. After they are telling they donot have spare parts in our company. I taken delivery back our tv on.06.07.2017. After one month they are telling no spare parts. On that time also in service center she is working her name is ms. Suma she spoken rashly with me also. For that she wants to follow her sop rules. But they didnt followup to customer reply, where it has gone that sop rules. Worst service center. Ever seen.

                          We have purchased SONY Bravia 43" TV recently in Reliance Digital. But they have not supplied 3D glasses though 3D provision is there in the TV. Whereas during enquiry I found that your company is supplying 2 to 4 3D glasses alongwith TV.

                            I, k. Raghu, bought sony led tv – model no.: klv-32ex330 on 28.10.2012 from e-zone, jayanagar, bangalore (Karnataka) vide invoice no.:[protected].

                            This was my 2nd sony tv and the earlier one was 14” small tv which is still running superb. Moreover, i am sony buff and all my other electronic gadgets are from sony like; starts from pen drive, sony experia mobile, sony mini hi fi audio system, digital camera to handycam etc.

                            But, i am heavily disappointed with the recent technical failure occurred in my new led tv (Mentioned above) which is not even completed 05 years. The tv was getting off and on automatically and this continued for few days in the last month.

                            I, have contacted sony service help line number and registered complain on the issue. On 07.07.2017 a technician from your sony authorized service centre by the name: abhivrudhi tech had visited, inspected the tv and gave a report saying part no.: a188976a p-mod (Ssls320nn01) has to be replaced and in the general terminology, he named the display panel has gone and has to be replaced which is estimated at rs. 11, 000/-.

                            I, was really shocked to see this and i was unable to digest how come a world leader in av produces tv with a substandard components which can lost in just four to five years. This is unbearable and unjustifiable. Why should one prefer a company like sony for their electronic gadgets when products are available at 33% lesser than sony in the market?

                            Now, my sincere request is to consider this issue under (Abnormal wear & tear), get it rectified at foc (Free of cost) on high priority and oblige. I will be great full ever to sony if this is done and i will continue as a loyal customer for sony.

                              Sir i had submitted my sony xperia handset model no f5122 in the service center for replacement. I just have used my mobile for a week and i notice that my phone has issue. Service center told me that my phone they had taken for replacement and it will come soon in 2-3 days. Then they said they need 15 days. They daily fool me that i will going to recive my phone in 2-3 days. But nothing happens.

                                I recently bought a new phone sony xperia xa 1 so the problem is now that when i tried to call someone sometime its goes to the black screen and sometimes the call icon didn't work and i am unable to call and the next problem is that my music system voice fluctuate on going on going on the music whenever i tried calling there's also network problem the product is very unsatisfactory and i am very disgrace with the product and the services you provided i need urgent attention towards my problem.

                                  Hi,
                                  I purchased this sony led tv (48w562d) on 19th may 2016. The tv started giving problems from 10th july 2017. I. E, there is no picture coming on tv, only blue screen appears when i switch on tv. I registered a complaint through sony customer care on 15th july 2017 (Request id:[protected]. The technician visited my home on 20th july 2017 and informed that the mother board has become malfunctioned due to hdmi input problem and needs to be replaced with the cost of rs 7950/- (Charged rs 354/- as visiting charges). As this is a full hd tv, what else we need to use for input source apart from hdmi, moreover i have a home audio system from sony itself. Also we have proper earthing and surge protector installed.
                                  Being a regular customer of sony for more than 20 years. I did not expect this kind of poor quality product form sony. I do not understand how the mother board gets damaged just after one year. As this is a faulty product from sony and i have paid whopping rs 70000/- for it. It can not force customer to bear the mother board charges. So i request you to resolve the problem free of cost.

                                    I have brought tv on monday (17/07/2017) They said they will install the tv on next day but today is thursday and still it is not install . your service center is saying that they don't have equipment to install . so what i do plz tell me ????????????????????????

                                    I heard that your service is very good !! but I think I am wrong ( VERY POOR SERVICE )

                                      I have raised the complain over my sony trinitron tv.. Support person complain about eletricity point and took rs 200 for consulting. I hired the electrician and found no issue with electric point. Again i called back the service person and customer care both are saying we wont support product as its old tv. And they are suggesting we have to hire local person.
                                      My question is
                                      1) what is the point of buying branded product if there is no support.
                                      2) how come a customer can be fooled saying we wont support our product. What kind of ethics you guys have to support customer.

                                        I am having sony experia z3 compact mobile. Last month there was some problem with my mobile. Mobile stars switched off again and again ao i approached to sony centre yashwant plaza, indore. I submiited it on 17 june. After few days sony centre returned my mobile by saying that mobile is repaired by them. But when i left from centre, mobile had same problm as i was earlier. Mobile was not repaired by them. They just make us fool nd wasted my time. I am working and can not go again and again in sony centre but still i went there again as my mobile was not repaired. I agian went there on 28 june nd told them about mobile problem. They told us to check my mobile battery with a charge of rs 200 near about. After checked my mobile they told us that mobile battery was not ok and will be repaired with a charge of rs 1800. I agrred nd pay 75% money that is 1400 by net banking on 30 june. After payment i asked for repairing time when will mobile got repaied. They told us to give them 3-4 days. I agreed. I continusly following them for last 15 days but sony centre is unable to help me. Centre excecutive continusly saying that server is not working due to gst appicable. How bad it is. I am tottaly irritated with sony centre. You people are so slow that you cant update ur software on time. I am a service man and without mobile i am facing too much trouble. Its all of you. So shamefull for you. How could this can happen. I am a loyal customer of sony from begining but now sony disapponted me.
