In this tv there is only bigflix, sony liv, internet, youtube, youtube kids, this much only in lg i have seen that there are more apps as comparately to this tv you should update the software and put the hotstar song app plss the tv is awesome i like sony sony brand in which you can trust but any ways please increase some apps by software updating

    My tv while running all well went complete black out. Lodged complaint with customer care on 22.7.2017. Engineer, mr. Sanjay, turned up on 30.7.2017. Analysed the tv opening it rear side and put it on. Tv ran shortlived and went again black out before him. He concluded that panel was defective and would be replaced within a week's time in home itself. On 04.8.2017, after five days, some engineer mukesh contacts me telephonically telling the tv needed to be taken to workshop. I resisted for this deviation as the earlier engineer told me that defective panel would be replaced in home and after such a delayed time how it occurs to him that tv was needed to be taken to workshop and if there was actually a requirement for tv's carrying to workshop then why the earlier engineer did not decide it then and there only when he examined the tv since being engineer he was also familiar with the working of tv and how such defects as my tv has should be ameliorated. Tv is lying with not running for the last 15 days. It may not be difficult to appreciate the plight and embarrassment we are going through. Reflecting very poor on sony and would dampen encouragement for future investment in tv products. Would any succour come from whoever officer going through this complaint and yield his favour to me to set right my defective tv.
    Tv model name is klv 40w562d, product 8d no. 18768801 and sl. No. 4025422

    Colour is not coming .Picture is only Black and white from last 10 days.

      I bought a sony experia aqua dual m4 in july 2015 (Bill available), on 28 july 2017 i saw it is switched off, i thought it was low battery, so i put it for charging, but then also it was not getting switch on. And till now i. E. 04.08.17 it is dead, it is not getting switch of, there is not even a single scratch on mobile,. I never prefer local repairing shop, so i went on sony service centre, rakabganj, agra. Their they told me that sony service centre does not repair sony waterproof mobile after warranty, so they will not repair mobile which is 2 year old.. What is this? This means their is no point of buying sony xperia mobile, if it is not sony responsibility, then who's responsible. Suddenlly mobile costing rs. 20000 got 0 value? I feel regret, that i bought it, now never. They should provide after sale service. Are and reply me soon.

      Pls give any solution. I request sony to pls look into the matter, and repair my mobile.

        From 28/4/2017 my tv set named sony bravia is pending by job no j71029959 in sony authorized service centre, yash electronics patil plaza canada corner nashik 422005 for screen problem. Immediately solve the problem or change the screen i will pay the charges for the same.
        I am not interested in any other scheme from sony like some discount on new tv. I want my old tv with new screen only. Take action immediately before i will think about consumer court

          I purchased a sony xperia xa ultra black color model from chroma pimpri in pune on date 30 july 2016 after that it started giving problems after three months of purchase call are coming but unable to receive so i went to the chroma store & they send us to service center in 25 september 2016 & i received the mobile back 26 september 2016 now again calling problem started
          This phone is repaired by sony service center on six times in three months but my calling problem not solve
          My phone problem
          1) calling problem mice is not working in call
          2) heating phone
          3) battery discharge fastly
          Please replace my phone otherwise give me a refund. I am very much upset from sony service so help me to solve this issue as early as possible.

            Respected sir,
            I purchased sony bravia tv in 2007. From june 2017 it showing lines on screen. I made complaint on 25 june and they sent their technician on 28 june
            Who told us to submit tv on service center at laxmi nagar, delhi. They charged rs.300 for transportation. When i called service center they never respond even not lifting their landline nos. On 8 july they send a message on my no. That my tv is ok and i can pick it from the center. It was very awkward to get this message as i have charged for transportation. I again called them again and again but as usual no response. On 11 july they sent my tv back.
            When i opened the tv in the night the same problem appears on the screen as my problem was not resolved by the service center.

            The next day i again called and informed the company about the problem remain. Then after few days the technician come and told about the problem in mother board. I was shocked! Then how could they said ok before! I asked them for transportation but they refused by saying they have no transport facility for few days and i have to submit my tv by myself. On 21 july i make transport of rs.300 by my own and submit the tv at the service center. There they assured me if the mother board is not available then they give me benefit of exchange offer with 25% discount on my tv.

            But now today (3rd august 2017) i got a call from your service center that the mother board is not available and they will not give me benefit of exchange offer as my tv is out of warranty.

            There are several brands in the market at reasonable prices but i decided to trust your company as i am using your products from 25 years and ready to change the mother board for rs.11000+. I was also planning to set up sony tvs at my hotel rooms in badrinath dham, uttrakhand. But now your service center deny to give me the benefit.in this situation how could i ever think to purchase any sony products in my lifetime? What could i do?

            Please look into the matter urgently or necessary steps will be taken from our side.

                Sir, i have purchased your product tn sony kdl43w00d[protected] on 26 th march 2017 from digital world dealer, 1273, samrat ashok chowk, ramling khind galli, belgaum (Supplier ref. Dw/1541/1617 against invoice no.1541 at the rate of rs.58000/-. And using the product for last 3 months...

                After about one and half month, i observed a very light horizontal line on screen and initially thought that it is line in picture. After changing the channels also it is appearing in very slightly and that is reason i was kept observing the same. But in the first week of july the said line started appearing in dark, so had contacted dealer and as per his instructions, i have forwarded the photo of the screen and invoice photo to representative mr. Sai of digital world an din tern he has forwarded it to sony service centre of belgaum on 7th july 2017. The service engineer from sony service centre has visited my house on 8th july 2017 and after visual observation, he commented that ' there is damage on the screen ' and without investigation, he had taken somemore photographs and taken my signature on his visit form and went back. I had explain him, his incharge mr. Bhat and also mr. Sai of dealer that, there is no damage /scrach on screen / tv on front and backside of tv, i have requested them to do the investigation further, but no one have turned back to me. I feel that it could be minor manufacturing defect which has invoked now and started coming horizontal line after 2 months. I have expressed the same thing to all of them.

                On 12 th july 2017 evening i received the call of mr. Bhat of sony service centre, belgaum, saying that the sony company has rejected my complain / request and it can not be replaced / repair from company / service centre and it will be repaired at the cost of around rs.22000/-. Since it is under warrenty, i had requested them to take issue again, do the investigation and do the needful but no positive response and harassing customer like me.

                On 13th july and today 14th july, i have contacted your toll free number : [protected] and had talk with ms. Neha and mr. Shivansu and as per there instructions, i am sending mal to you. The reference complain no at toll free number is :[protected] dtd. 14/07/2017.

                The reference number at sony service centre, belgaum is job no: j71731240,

                Sir, i am from middle class family working in private company, purchased your product once in life time at such a huge cost and within 3 months this issue comes up. I am using your many products for many years and didn't found any problem and i am old customer of sony india and have faith on company for needful service.

                I am requesting you to, if require, investigate the matter again and do the needful... Either replace / repair at your cost.

                  आपके आदेश के अनुसार हमने अपना एल इ डी आपके टेक्नीशियन मिस्टर कमल ([protected] ) के द्वारा आपकी वर्कशाप में दिनांक 21 जुलाई 2017 को भिजवा दिया था और आपने कहा था की आप हमे 5 कार्यदिवस के अंदर इसका जवाब देंगे मगर आज 13 दिनों के बीतने के बाद भी आपकी तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं आया हे और जो नंबर आपके द्वारा हहमे दिए गए थे वो कोई उठा नहीं रहा हे अतः आपसे निवेदन हे की इस मुद्दे पर अतिशिग्र ध्यान देकर हमे हमारी एल इ डी की रकम वापिस दिलाने का कष्ट करे दे अन्यथा हमे इस मुद्दे पर कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी।

                    I have given my sony ps4 for replacement since it had crashed the product was submitted for replacement on 6th of july. And since i am an existing customer so i know the maximum amount of time you keep a product for replacement is 30 days. I've received bad service from you as a customer and seriously if something is not done about my replacement soon i am taking this to the consumer court. Because to be honest you only have 5 days in your 30 days of replacement duration. So get my product replaced and give it to me. I am not responsible for this delay from your end that's the inefficiency of your staff and i want my product.

                        I purchased a tv couple of months back.. Due to power fluctuation the tv got into trouble.. The technician came to my home.. My father-in-law was at home and the technician took a letter saying this is a physical damage by saying that he will get the tv replaced if he do so (Sony bravia television model: klv-32r302e, serial no. 4508579 purchased on 10th april 2017)

                        And i can send you the image of the tv and there is no physical damage on the screen/display panel as they are mentioning.
                        Just 16 months before purchased this led with cost of 71000 . Now display panel issue screen has blur .This is main component of LED.
                        Then what is the standard of sony Named and Brand.

                          I had subscribed for a monthly subscription of sony liv and its auto renewal is not being shut down, its a fraud application and theses guys think they can fool the customers by pulling out money like this.

                            I purchased sony bravia led tv model no : ex 720 4 years ago. Before six months the tv shows problem and didn't on. I was given the tv in service center in jalgaon but they anable to repair... Saying that the part production stopped by the company. How can company stop the production of parts in just 4 years. Request for help me out from this problems.

                              I purchased sony bravia led tv model no : kdl 32 nx 650 4 years ago. After one month later the product shows complaints. And i informed the dealer about the complaint. They sent one technician and they didn't resolved the issue. Day by day the complaint increased. As i am working abroad, i couldn't do the follow ups on time. I came back to my hometown from abroad in january 2017. Still the problem is not resolved and i informed the dealer regarding the same. They told me to send a technician. But nobody came. Again i requested the dealer. Then on march 7th one technician came and checked the issue and told it is a - double image - issue. And they asked for a fee of rs.300. But still it is not resolved. They told company person will give you a call later. After few months later i called them - madona electronics edappally, for the complaint status. And they told us like they have sent request to get a new panal. But it will take time to get the same. One day they called me and said i have to pay rs.16500 for getting the panal. I told them i don't have to pay that money as it is your problem. But they again forced me to go for the payment and instead they told me resolve the panal issue or getting a new tv for the same price with 1 year guarantee. I can't agree with the same. But nowadays other tv is available with less price with 5 years guarantee. And again sony company is already failed to give us their service in the gurantee period itself. And they cheated me with their false promises. So i am requesting the concerned person to take an immediate action for the complaint. And i need the money lost due to their cheating.

                                I submitted my phone sony xperia xa dual on 27 june 2017 and today it is 27 july but the are not returning back my phone they are just saying it is due to gst but the phone needs a software update and a charging port to be changed by job no is-w[protected] i have submitted my phone a month back.                                   My experia c4 submitted to chaitanya electronic for touch screen repair still service center still not responding even not lifting landline or mobile. Already 19 days completed. Date of submit :8-7-2017, cotation approved :[protected],. I am trying to contact to service center but thy are not lifting mobile as well.
                                  Sony customer care is saying we are help less try to contact service center. Service center not responding any more how can i get my hand set rapier as early as possible

                                    I registered a complain with sony on 9th june. The complaint no. 40299803. The supply of adaptor is yet not fulfilled when after one month 20 days. Every time i contact customer care, the staff regrets and pleads sorry. Obviously the staff is not responsible for delay. The supply department give a sastisfying answer. Please do the needfull at your earliest

                                      Then what is the standard of sony named product?

                                      Why we invest our money in sony brand??

                                      As a lower middle class like me, how it is possible to pay again rs. 10000 with in 4 years o[censored]sed.
                                      How such lower middle class people would help sony with this kind of issue.

                                      Could you please help me to reduce the estimation amount as it is huge amount from my financial situation.

                                        Today i lodge a complaints regarding my sound system in this complaints registration. Within 3-5 minutes i got a call from mobile [protected] identifying that it is from sony and told that the sound system is not repairable and it will return the money as it is not repairable and asked for debit/credit card details. I like to caution you that this number is not authenticated and doing fraud it seems in the name of sony.
