I purchased a tv couple of months back.. Due to power fluctuation the tv got into trouble.. The technician came to my home.. My father-in-law was at home and the technician took a letter saying this is a physical damage by saying that he will get the tv replaced if he do so (Sony bravia television model: klv-32r302e, serial no. 4508579 purchased on 10th april 2017)...

I purchased sony bravia led tv model no : ex 720 4 years ago. Before six months the tv shows problem and didn't on. I was given the tv in service center in jalgaon but they anable to repair... Saying that the part production stopped by the company. How can company stop the production of parts in just 4 years. Request for help me out from this problems....

They sent one technician and they didn't resolved the issue. Day by day the complaint increased. As i am working abroad, i couldn't do the follow ups on time. I registered a complain with sony on 9th june. The complaint no. 40299803. The supply of adaptor is yet not fulfilled when after one month 20 days. Every time i contact customer care, the staff regrets and pleads sorry. Obviously the staff is not responsible for delay. The supply department give a sastisfying answer. Please do the needfull at your earliest...

Today i lodge a complaints regarding my sound system in this complaints registration. Within 3-5 minutes i got a call from mobile [protected] identifying that it is from sony and told that the sound system is not repairable and it will return the money as it is not repairable and asked for debit/credit card details. I like to caution you that this number is not authenticated and doing fraud it seems in the name of sony.

I purchased a home theater ht-rt3 on 24-10-16 with rs 17001 by cash purchase. This was not functioning. I informed service center for repair on 24.6.2017. I purchase xperia xa1 10 april 2017. After 5 days phone have a touch problem in left sife of phone. Then i submit phone in jaipur global service center. They give me time 7 days to repair phone. But not complete. And after 15 days later they give me a new phone. I cheked this phone touch.. Touch is good work.. But after 10 days the phone has same problem. Touch not work properly in left side... Then i go service center and submitted the phone...

As internet supported tv. But now youtube does not work. Browser says memory full for almost all web pages. Calling to sony support they say that you may open google and sony kind of simple webpages but no one needs sony website daily and google works but none of the websites from the search options works. Leaving it aside no video streaming applications...

Worst service from sony, first of all gave for audio issues returned to me with screen and fitting issues created by the service centre.Now gave them 5 times which totally hopeless and still the problem not fixed.Service centre got my phone broken.Now i ask for the replacement.It has been more than one and half month still the service centre is replying no revert no answer now i am forced to register a consumer court case totally hopeless...
