I bought sony tv with pride in 2013 but after couple of years, now all of a sudden i noticed display color changing & in a while display will go blurred after 5/10 min of power on. I called the sony customer care and a service engineer visited the next day. He just switch on the tv & said that there is some issue in the display panel & the display panel needs to be changed. He gave me an estimate of rs-11000/-. More than one third of the value which i paid to purchase this tv has to be spent on fixing it. After seeing this, i went across the internet to find out a lot of such complaints on sony about their defective display panels across all lcd/led models which is not lasting more than 2-3 years. I could had chosen some other brand's tv which costs less & ready to give 2-3 years of warranty unlike sony's 1 year. This is really a pain for a middle class person to spend such a huge amount on one particular household appliance and also to spend more on the same item. Now i regret why i choosed to buy sony tv. If this is a manufacturing defect why do you even sell it to consumers? Why not fix it? Rather than spending money on advertising, why not spend money on r&d to get defective piece fixed.in sony's caption, it is mentioned as "make. Believe". You "made" & we "believed" you. But you "betrayed" us with the defective pieces. Expecting your response at the earliest on how to take it forward.

    I purchased atv set with klv32r402a si, no 4315787 on 12/9/2016from pittappallail, ettimanoor, the diplay became not working and it handed over to madona customer care, kottayamon 06/8/2016. They sent it to their vytila repairing station i am inquired as complaint about it frequently. But they repeating the word wait', parts is not available!
    I answered if so please replace the tv set. But they repeating 'wait', parts is not available!
    I trusted the sony india and believe to get better an good after sale service
    And buy it
    My complaint against non replacement or repairing of tv set is still unanswered.
    What shall i do for a better result?

      Dear sir had purchase sony 28 inch led may 2015. And create problem in aug 2016 and i had purchse in 25000 and it's very costly and branded product i have give complain in sony tv but no response. It's very costly product but no long life. So please replace it. Its problem arise immediately. And it's not good for consumer so please provide justice. Satish jain

        Hi!

        With reference to my registred serivice job no - [protected] at amber electrnoics, shop no 40-41, iin floor, wave mall, sec-18, noida - 201301. Writing here with great pain and frustration with kind of response & service this service center has provided so far

        I submitted my handset sony xeperia on 08/08/2016 as sim was not getting detected in same. I was told to wait till 15-20 days for replacement with new handset at par with z1 series.

        It has been not 27 days since then not a single communication till date and what is more frustrating when we tried to follow up, always received very poor & indifferent & sometime rude response.

        Request you to look in to matter and please help to get arrange replacement now without any further delay and drastically improve your customer communication & over phone etiquette for this service center.

          There is no power supply indication and there is the no picture either from remote or from the home page switch. While the power supply cable is connected indication light for supply is not there Also when the signal to put on TV is given from the remote or home switch there is no change either in the light indication or the screen thus no picture is there

            My Sony Xperia m5 stopped charging around 2 and half weeks back on 16th August . So I gave it for repair under warranty to the Sony service centre located in Valencia, Mangalore, Karnataka. I asked for a standby set but they told me that it's not available at the moment. They told me that it needs a replacement of a part and will be done the next week. Next week I call them and they tell me the part has still not arrived and will arrive next week. Now I wanted to ask them if they do have a standby set but they don't pick the call. Does it usually take 19 days for a repair under warranty. Help. Thanks.

              No one had called me at the call back request..

              I would like to have the appelate escalation desk and also your ceo mail id for the ever worst service.

              [protected] / [protected]. On 29th August i again called up your call centre and raised the issue.

              But the person had refused to provide the required mail id ..

              I had got a call from your service centre asking to take back the mobile, When i told about the escalation sent they are mentioning that there is no communication sent from your end.. How is it possible.. so you never question your service centre is what i come to understand..

              It is been 1 month from now.. and my works are gettting struck with the issue still left unresolved which makes me physically tired by following it up with you people for a solution and facing mental agony.

              With ref to the above sub on the job sheet numbers.

              the first complaint launched on 29 - jul -2016 for the reason sim card not deducted. They informed there is a prob with the sim and informed to change it. Post changing also we found the same issue and submitted the handset to the service centre on 29th jul 2016 with jo sheet ref no :W[protected] wherein it was informed that they need to upgrade the software and gave back the mobile with charges collected and software was updated as per the info given from service centre.

              We found data not getting connected and went back on the same day wherein they changed the settings and gave and informed data would work.

              Next day on 01-aug again we dropped in to the service centre with the same issue when the executive who had attended used abusive words and informed that we had done something wrong which made me very irate and asked him to keep the phone under observation and let know what is the issue. They took the phone back and reupdated the software without our knowledge and charged us additionally again for which we denied paying.

              Post observation they called the next day informed phone didnt have a problem and asked to take back.

              Later they again called and informed mother board problem need to pay 7K +...

              My question to sony is

              1. why is such treatment provided to customer

              2. Is this the right Words utilised and right service provided.

              3. if there is a mother board problem then why was it mentioned software not updated at the initial stage or during the second time

              4. Why are you telling now it is a mother board problem . Is it because i raised the issue of me not being treated properly?

              5. I would not accept it as a mother board issue as the phone was on when i gave the second time also.

              6. If mother board issue does sony gives the customers such a handset which works only for 2 years even when we had bought the latest costliest model. If so you could have adviced us to buy cheaper handsets which will last even longer than the brand new one of yours.

              I need an immediate revert for all my queries. And i would opt the senior executives to handle my issue.

              P.S. I would require the handset back in good condition as i had given Rectify my error and not to damage my mother board just because i questioned you people for the worst service we had.

              this is with reference to the registered complaint on the sony service centre at coimbatore wherein i had handed over my xperia t3 handset on 29th jul for sim deduction issue. Wherein they had updated the software and informed there is no device issue and handed over the mobile on 30th. Again i faced the same issue the next day and i went to the showroom and they took into to the technical place and came back and informed they had reupdated the software.

              We were shocked that without our consent the software was reupdated. And asked them why did they do it without prior intimation and they had charged us Rs. 150 Additionally for this again.

              They totally blamed on us and made us irate. We ask them to keep the mobile for observation and let us know and not to blame on the customer just for their mistake.

              Then we spoke to the senior person of the service centre over phone and informed these issues and he cut a sorry figure and accepted to keep the mobile for observation.

              The next day we receieved a call stating there is no device issue and the device was proper. We were out of station, After 2 days they again called back and informed that there is a mother board issue.

              Such kind of issues had created a mental agony and made me write to the support desk - questions.[protected]@support.sonymobile.com. Where in the response was very poor and they refused to provide the escalation mail id/ ceo mail id..

              This made me irate and now question the sony team if this is the kind of service provided what are we as customers to do. Just to accept the amount whatever you charge us and pay and go as we had questioned our rights of why was it without knowledge the device was updated.

                I purshsed Sony Xperia XA on 16 Aug 2016 the imei of my device is- [protected] and I sent my mobile to service centre to jay shree electronics Rajkot and I am facing too much problem in there are hanging problem in it all time. I also went to your service centre and I replaced my device doa no: D[protected] and job no: W[protected] and the same problem facung with another one. Now I am tired from this issue so I writing this mail to you. I request you to solve my problem by giving my money back. I am attaching a video file of my device with this mail please find it.                   I have purchased a sony tv KLV 32 R 402 A . (Sl.No.4315787) from sony kottayam through pittappallil agency Ettumanoor KTM on 12/9/2013.on 02/8/2016 the display of the tv get damaged and no display.As per version of Madona customer care, KTM I shipped it to KTM.They told that the tv set will be sent to madona Vytila, EKM for repairing.More over if the Parts is not available the tv will be replaced by realising the cost of the damaged parts. and collected Rs, 1000/- as advance.
                  But I am calling to KTM, Vytila and Toll free No, [protected].but no fruitful replay from anywhere.till date ie. on 1/9/2016. Neither the parts repaired nor replaced the tv set. What can I do for it?

                      This is to inform you that we bought a 40 inch sony led on 15 august 2016 from reliance digital gachibowli branch but till today's date the garantee card is not been issued.
                      Send all the details to the shop twice in whattsapp number and complain has been registered.
                      No action has been taken. I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive response.

                        I bought a sony vaio laptop fit 13 model no-svf13n1asns in5 on 01/05/2014... Job sheet number is - j61592080 and i also bought 3 yr extended warranty..2-3 months ago my laptop started giving me some problems.. There was heating problem along with high noise of fan and the charging point was not working properly.. Side beneath the battery started bulging out due to unknown reasons.. So on 05/07/2016 i took my laptop to sony service station which is located at national shopping complex near nandan cinema chowk amritsar.. They gave me a time span of 1 week.. After 10 days i got a call from sony that my laptop had been repaired and i can take that... So the next day i went to service station and was checking my laptop when i noticed that the bulge underneath laptop was still there and login password had been changed... Os was changed to windows 8 (As i gave the laptop with windows 10)
                        I told them my problems... Again they said that they will look into matter.. After two days 1 received a call that i can take my laptop back.. Again i went to service center and noticed that the bulge was still there and there was login password to the os.. I asked them about that.. They said the bulge could be due to physical damage and they didn't touch the software part.. But there was no sign of physical damage as it was due to extreme heating of laptop body.. Now they are saying that they cant do anything about it.. It wasnt my fault and it is not due to physical damage.. They are saying that it is not included in warranty.. The problem is due to their hardware issues and they are not solving..

                          I am literally fedup with Sony Xperia C4 dual model. Since my purchase of this mobile last 8 months, I have given 3 times for service center. I have given Rs. 2500/- extra for white color and now this service center offering me black color in same model. I can accept higher model but not black color in this same model. Pls help it has been 25 days since I have given mobile to service center.

                            I purchased a SONY Bluetooth SBH20 ( Black colour ) on April 2016, i have a fault on bluetooth and handsfree, am visit nungambakkam authorised service center for the issue on 18.8.16, he collect my bluetooth, he tells bluetooth will replaced in 7 working days, then he call me on 24.8.16 come collect your bluetooth, 25.8.16 am going to service center, he gives a SBH20 ( White colour), i asked for colour change he tells available stock only White colour, I like only black, so i searced lot of Sony center and buying on Mount Road sony center on April 2016, i want Black colour Bluetooth only, so please take a action as soon as possible...

                                Sir, my name is ambreesh pandey, i received a xperia t2 ultra dual on 7/3/2016, on the next day of receiving my phone. I started facing problems like not charging, sim slot not working, micro sd card slot error, heating issues, battery drain and software related issues, i visited service center on just next day of receiving phone and requested them to replace my device because there are a lot issues in this phone in just one day, but they never replaced my device nor replaced it, i submitted my phone 3 to 4 times in service center janakpuri d. C delhi, every time they repair my device and after 2 or 3 days, the device gets dead completely, now its almost 5 months and i haven't use my device, sony manipulated me, today i visited service center in noida sector 18 so that may be they can help me out. But they don't submitted my device and told me that the service center where i submitted my device has created damage to the pcb, and they will not submit it in warranty, invoice and pics attached.
                                I want my device to get replaced immediately. Else i would like to file a case in consumer forum against sony and service center. Please help me.

                                  I have purchased new sony c4 handset on 25/09/2015 and after few months i started facing problem with my handset touch problem sensor problem over heating problem my handset has been to service centre 4 times but still it's not working properly company executive saying that they had replaced touch panel motherboard but nothing is fine with this phone i want my handset to be replace please resolve my problem

                                    Hello team,

                                    This is to file a consumer complain against sony india.

                                    My sony smart tv model - kdl-43w950c which is still under warranty, stopped working last month around 12th of july and is at the service station since then. I have been chasing them for the repairing/replacement of the product. It has been over 45 days and i still do not have any resolution from them. The service center says that they have raised a request for the replacement of the product since the product parts are not available with them. However, nothing has happened yet and i am still waiting.
                                    I really need you to look into this and help me. This is really an harassment to call up/visit the service center every day.

                                    Hoping that you will take my case and get me what i deserve.

                                      I hereby to say that I have my Sony Xperia z1 compact bought in September 2014. I have faced some problem in my mobile on 14th Aug 2016, as my volume down button making the function of power button and fluctuation came on 14th and on same day it was dead. So I decided to go for Sony authorized centre and submitted my handset on 15th Aug. They told that it is dead so we will forward to Chennai for estimation for cause of dead of my cell as what problem caused would u get resolve this after 15 days after estimation comes. And after four days the Sony called about estimation and that was shocked for me as I was bought this of Rs.28000 and estimation came of Rs 26800. They told that the board will change and screen problem there and all. I told that there will not much more problem in my mobile. But they told the estimation has come and you want to repair or not. I told just bring back my handset. I got my hand set on 26th Aug. And they are also demanding for inspection charges of Rs 115. And I visited to local and nothing any problem I am facing in set. As only charging required then it started and I am using it without any problems. So how estimation has come for this handset if board has to be change and screen... But here is no such any issue. If we take out the valuation of my handset after 2 yrs it will apprx come around 23-24. So how this estimation come of rs 26800. All are trying to make fool to the customer to make money as such a important. I am very much unsatisfied from this estimation and your chekup services for this handset. You have provided wrong information to the customer and violated with wrong estimation. How I manage in 10 days without handset as I am in service job. I want the compensation which I got loss within this period if there is no such problem and you took more time in resolve. I want explanation in this issue... Please look into this matter from customer concern.

                                        I have given the sony music system to your authorized service centre - m/s club electronics at south extension new delhi vide job no. J61985107 for the symptom “set goes to standby mode”. The complaint no was[protected]' for music system model no.-hdc-az33d, serial no.6106236.

                                        Upon inspection of the product, engineer observed that the main board, sledge motor and belt are defective and need to be replaced for satisfactory working of the product. Therefore, the initial service estimate of rs.5, 749/- was informed on 22 august 2016

                                        Again when checked on 26 august 2016 it was informed that the product has lived its life. Now, it is very difficult to get the parts. The system was lying at service center for since 6th august 2016.

                                        I have bought the system 8 years back and music system is hardly been used. I have purchased a high quality and a costly system of a brand of sony, thought it will perform for years but sorry to say very poor and hopeless services by such a big brand.

                                        Kindly help me and do justice in case
