I traveling in sbstc at right now. I take the bus of sbstc on dankuni at 11.30am then confuctor said to me for 140rs then I told to him that i going to panaghar and he said panaghar charge and durgapur same as it is. And he take to me durgapur charge.
Please solved type of defaulter and coruppt persons...because this is the state repotation effected due to these wrong people.

    Dear sir,
    I am jayanta chakraborty here, would like to launch a complaint regarding poor transport facility provided by sbstc. I have booked a ticket from durgapur, city centre to barasat on 13.08.2019 (Tue) and the seat number was 11. The bus started from durgapur, city centre at 13.05 but somehow it got breakdown near muchipara, durgapur at 13.:27 and it doesn't get repaired even after 4 hours being elapsed and i have to returned back to home as even there was no security provided by the sbstc.

    So, now i want my money back within 2-3 days otherwise i will take legal action against sbstc.

      On august 10, 2019 i bought a book set (Bus no. & name : garia - digha, ticket no. O[protected])

      To my dismay, i have not received good condition set and have instead, received the broken set. I am highly disappointed.
      To resolve the problem, i would appreciate it if you could replace the broken set with the one new seat. Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take. I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days.

      I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until the aforementioned time before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.

        Wb39 9956 bus from bishnupur to kolkata crossing dunlop around 8.30am.

        I boarded from dunlop flyover, but conductor forcefully issued ticket from dankuni to kolkata (Rs24/-) i asked him to explain he started shouting & forcefully deducted the amount. I had not objection to pay but need proper ticket. He could not provide. Told "you are paying department".

        With good service we also expect good behaviour

          I booked a sbstc a/c bus from asansol to karunamoyee departing from asansol at 2.50 with reference pnr 94va7ayb through make my trip. I booked seat no. 8 through the app and it shows window seat. However, after boarding the bus i see it's not a window but aisle seat. I was utterly disappointed since i was travelling alone and not very well versed to kolkata. I had to see the stops and call my relative accordingly so that they could pick me up. I even conveyed the same to the conductor but he seemed least bothered about it. I will make sure i never attain this disgusting service of sbstc again in my life.

            I am amlan datta. Travelling esplanade to burdwan on 02.08.2019 at 5:15pm. I have a computer cabinet with me... Sbstc bus conductor claims 150 rupees to carry that cabinet... He told me that sbstc have no rule to carry electronic components with passenger... So i have to give him 150rs charges...
            I want to know if there is any kind of rules like that...
            If there is no rule like that then please take a legal step for such harrassment

              Dear sir, myself rana pratap das, travelling with above bus from goghat to khirpai ticket attached. Bus took place an accident near jara and i got injured in face, lower leeps and 5 teeth broken. Local people helped me. I have been admitted at medinipur dental care and total treatment cost 7050/-. All dr. Paper attached. Bus pic attached. Pl suggest where shouldi go for this claim.

                I am sk yousuf. I went to karunamoyee ticket counter to buy a ticket. While i was buying the ticket i had 500 rs note with me. The person who was at the counter asked me to give change but i told them "i don't have change with me and 2 minutes is left to depart the bus. Please do something. They abused me and misbehaved with me.
                I was sure of the fact that he had change because i saw two persons gave 600 rupees change and 300 rupess change respectively. Still they denied to me to give change and abused me.

                I would request you plz look into the matter and train them how to behave with the passengers.

                    Bus has some issue and was taken to burdwan depot. They took about 50 mins in total but kept telling us it would take 10 mins to fix. All the passengers had to wait in the depot (Which was a nice, cool and shady place) with no way to go cause the depot located far away from the nearest bus stop. If they said the bus was faulty when it stopped at saktigarh, we could have boarded other buses and went on our way. But instead they dropped us at the depot and then said that bus had some issue. The conductor even asked us why we were not travelling in personal vehicles and instead "opted" for state bus.

                    Bus no WB39A 3713 does not stoppage in Kona Expressway. If this is not a stoppage then okey. But if it's a stoppage then why your buses are not stoppage there. A lot of passenger suffered. I have my footage that Bus does not stoppage there.
                    Please take action against this unpleasant situation. Thank you.

                      This is to bring to your notice that online booking of certain buses have been withdrawn in haldia kolkata buses and in counter of haldia depot thay are refusing to issue tickets of same day buses in advance and asking to buy the tickets from bus itself.
                      This is against the rules .
                      Tickets given in haldia kolkata bus are also not a printed one.

                        On our way from Kolkata to Burdwan on 11-July-2019. SBSTC noCD 13120416 Ticket no. O[protected] at 09:10 AM Bus no. WB 39A 9638
                        We were 3rd in the que. Requested for seats in the middle as were available. Were given seats on top of wheels. When asked, person in the ticket counter misbehaved. How long will state transport in West Bengal start to think of passengers as valuable customers. Will any action be taken against the employee for yet another complaint? Again proves that customers do not have a choice when availing state services/facilities in West Bengal. Not the first time though, shameless customer service from WBTC / SBSTC.

                          Myself is a 63 years old aged handicapped person having valid identity card issued by prosthetist & orthotist, o/o commissioner (Disabilities), govt. Of west bengal with 60% disability allowing escort also. Copies of handicapped certificate and id card are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

                          Normally every week end (Saturday) i travel by sbstc bus services from esplanade to midnapore to visit my aged father (About 95 years of age) and my mother (About 85 years of age) who are staying alone at midnapore.

                          For an urgent need in last week i was to travel to midnapore to meet my parents on friday i. E. 05.07.2019. So i rushed to sbstc esplanade bus terminus on 05.07.2019 at 5:30 p. M. To catch the bus leaves at 6:00 p. M for midnapore. I was in queue and when my term came i approached to the lady at ticket counter for a handicapped ticket to midnapore, but she didn’t issue me any ticket. From my approach about 20 nos. Of tickets were issued but no ticket to me. I requested several times but she didn’t pay any heed to. When booking of total seats were completed she advised me to go by next bus at 6:30 p. M. The reasons behind were not known to me.

                          I fell into trouble, as for the urgency i had to travel by bus at 6:00 p. M. Sitting on the floor. Gradually bus became so crowded i got to stand up. One kind hearted passenger offered me his seat at bagnan. Many thanks to him.

                          My earnest request to you to please look into and ensure that no other handicapped person faces this sort of treatment in future from a state govt. Employee.

                          Your sympathetic consideration in this regard will highly be solicited.

                            The bus i am traveling in has no protection form rain, the floor of the bus is flooded with water no safety measures nothing at all.. I[censored] people can't maintain your buses then kindly don't take such high fares thanku the bus number is wb39a1549... Never see such a worse system in a bus i am a regular weekly passenger studying in college. It was just a disgusting feeling today clothes all wet and no place for keeping my legs.. Just horrible.

                              I booked the tickets for 5.35 am on 10th of june and i boarded the bus on correct time, After reaching durgapur bus terminus the bus's route changed, and sadly its behaviour changed to a local bus and it travelled all the way around bidhannagar and muchipara inspite of the bus being full the conductor forcibly stopped the bus at every stop and pushed in more passengers thus creating an uncomfortable journey, Ever since the boarding time the bus has taken nearly 2 hours to cross durgapur, the passengers time is not being valued by your institution and you people should start abolishing this.

                                Today morning at 6:55 AM, I was standing with my family and when the bus coming I waved my hand but both conductor and driver did not care about us and passed by. I have seen before that keshiary to kolkata bus (SBSTC) via kharagpur station road sometimes it gives stop and sometimes it didn't. NOw my question is how will passengers know that it will stop or not? Above all its a reputed place because there is India's most wanted INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

                                The long distance bus was already late by two hours before it started frequenting bus stops when it should have been hopping instead. On complaining, the driver & condt. threaten to forcefully get me off the bus. They seemed to have no respect towards the commuters. I hope action is taken against them. I didn't pay to get insulted.

                                I bought 3 tickets for karunamoyee for a journey on 18/05/2019. I caneld my ticket and till now didn't receive my refund. As per the sms i should have recied within 8 working days.

                                  When we went to the kolkata ticket counter at dugapur, city centre at around 17:40 on 7.5.19 and asked for two tickets to exide, it was informed to us that we will get the required tickets from the karunamoyee counter.
                                  At the karunamoyee counter they gave me tickets upto karunamoyee saying that bus no. 3721 would go via exide at 17:50.
                                  After 10-15 mins, on asking the bus conductor of that bus we came to know that the bus we were travelling in does not go via exide but via dakshineshwar, danlop.
                                  We suffered a lot due to such misguidance at a state govt. Ticket counter and was no doubt harassment at the midnight to reach jadavpur.
                                  Hope strict action will be taken as soon as possible otherwise we will be compelled to complain to the higher authority.

                                    When i enter the bus, i saw all the seats are wet, when i asked to clean it, he said no one is there. Nd he also said parbona and started making a strange face. I will not prefer sbstc from now on, if this kind of conductor is recruited.
                                    The bus time is 5:40. Date-4 th may 2019.
                                    I want that conductor to be suspended due to his bad behavior.

                                    I an going to Digha from Barasat with family by bus no 1158 SBATC(HABRA-BARASAT) . The bus is running hulf an hour late and givinng stoppages at every 4 or 5 minutes today on 04/06/2019. Why so? Who will take care of this?

                                      On 27th april, 2019 i boarded on sbstc ac bus (13: 40, burdwan - karunamoyee) from alisha bus stand.ac was not functioning and air inside was hot and uncomfortable. When myself and other passengers went to the driver's cabin to complain about it the bus conductor not only behaved rough but also used slang language and asked to get down from bus. The bus continued running without any solve.

                                        I was trying to book two tickets from kirnahar to kolkata sbstc at 6:00am on 23/04/19. First time money is deducted but tickets are not issued. When i rechecked those two seats seat no 8&9 remained vacant. Again i booked that two seats. But the previous deducted money is not refunded.
                                        So, please refund the money as soon as possible.
