Today morning booked a ticket from barasat to burdwan. Bus no ending with 1681. At the time of booking it was informed that the bus can be availed from barasat, colonimore which is in the usual route of this bus. There were four passenger including me waiting for the bus at colonimore but the bus took a different route and we came to know it around 9 am from the ticket booking counter at barasat titumir bus terminus. Later around 9:36 am got a call from mr. Ujjyal (Attendant) that they didn't know the route hence took the other way and went off. Kindly do the needful for this unprofessional act.

    Very poor behaved non co-operative bus conductor. On a heavy rainy day refused to stop at a scheduled stoppage kurzon gate late in the evening after 10pm causing serious inconvenience. Similar behavior has been observed previously but on a day of natural calamity it is non bearable. Also took improper charges from a fellow passenger for goods. Kindly look into the matter seriously & take necessary action asap. Thank you.

      I booked a ticket from durgapur to kolkata on 1 april 2018 for journey date 2 april 2018. At the first attempt balance was debited from my account but the ticket was not confirmed against ref no. Lsbi[protected]igadgdmqr5. It displayed an error message. Second time ticket was confirmed but the amount was deducted again. So i want the amount to be refunded as soon as possible!

        Sir,
        I have a regular passenger of your bus but to day i have face misbehave of your conductor. To day my ticket no was [protected] and got seat at rear position. But after running bus i feel some illness and vomiting tendency that's why i requested conductor and taken his seat... But after taken seat within few minutes he told that leave the seat and he have no any responsibility for passenger comfort ness any thing.. And abuse also. Sir we are your customer so as a customer can we expect minimum good behave from your staff. I hope you will take initiative of this type of irresponsibility... Looking forward your cooperation.

          I was booking sbstc bus from suri to kolkata (Esplanade) of date 26 march 2018 of time 12:15pm from suri online.
          After payment was done it shows error. No sms or message was displayed. But booking money is deducted from my account.

            We are coming from Digha for ur bus no. 19J2669 on dated 18.03.2018 at 7.15 a.m, our seat no is 31 to 38. Sir sorry to say that when the road was clear from traffic jam then the bus driver drive slow nd unwanted delay.At nandakumar at about 10 a.m i informed ur bus operator nd said that problem bt he ignored desperately. Lastly my 2 daughters were feeling ill. At 11.45a.m we left the bus at kona highway. The driver didn't co-operate with us nd for that trouble we left our 3 pair of shoes in the bus. It is my painful journey for 1st time at ur bus. So i request u to pay attention this matter seriously. Plz..

              Dear sir,
              I requested to u that pls check the bus for cleaning. Bcos the bus is so dirty. I am complaint to ur karunamoyee ticket counter., but ur employee said should i cancel ur ticket or take a rough paper and erasing in ur sit.
              So why should i do this? I am pay exactly fare...

                I have taken ticket from asansol to kolkata having seat no 46on 12/03/2018 but there is another person seating on my seat from asansol when i told them to leave my seat then they are showing a ticket that we have paid 90 rupees for durgapur then why will we leave the seat. My question is that please refund my money till durgapur or i will complian this matter to consumer affair.

                One seat booked for two customers.
                In many SBSTC buildings inside, smokers are seen and no police to fine them, no notice also . For example, in esplanade SBSTC ticket booking area, which is a confined building, very often smokers are seen .

                  On 11-03-18 at 11:00 am i asked for a ticket at suri depot for bus scheduled to esplanade on 12-3-18 at 4:30am & i was told 2 seats are available & to wait for 5mins & after 5mins they told me not a single seat is available. I am a serviceman & i suffered a lot due to this kind of deriliction. Necessary action must be taken to avoid such harrasement to consumers in future.

                  At Suri Depot on 11-03-18 at 11:00 am, when I asked for a ticket for the bus schedule at 4:15am for esplanade on 12-3-18. I was said to wait for 5 mins 2 seats are available & after 5 mins they told me not a single seat is available. I am a service man & I suffered a lot on my job.

                    I am a regular traveller of sbstc bus service from kolkata to asansol and vice versa. Lately buses have been running extremely late. They stop anywhere to pick up passengers. Passengers are travelling seated on the stairs as well.àlso, time allotted for stoppages are elongated and the staff pick up passengers like local buses. Please look into the matter. We have appointments and offices to reach in time but due to such casual attitude, things are getting affected.

                      I have booked tickets (E-tickets online) from asansol in the name of anwesha ganguly on[protected] in ac bus (Sbstc) to kolkata departure 14:20 hrs from asansol at seat no. 9, 10 ticket no: l[protected] journeydate : 03/03/2018, but the bus was cancelled for the date.
                      As per your rules and norms i would have get the refund within 8 working days. I sent two e-mails in your specified address immediately without any response. I have also made phone calls to help line numbers but to no avail. Will you please notify me as to how and when i would get the refund?

                          There was no e-ticket generated while booking a bus online from durgapur to karunamoyee for 23 feb 2018 and the money has been deducted from my account. On the website, the transaction is visible in the history but there is no option to print the e-ticket. No e-mail or message received either.

                            Sir i am just going to travel in sbstc no 9214 to karunamoye from burdwan at 12.30. I have one trolley bag moderate size and two other bag which are easily accompanied in banker. At burdwan counter the told to give rs 100 for the trolley bag, i refused to pay personally and booked a luggage ticket of ra 100, they did not told even rule and regulations. My ticket no x[protected] and luggage ticket no[protected].

                              This happened with the ticket generator in the counter while boarding 12.30 pm bus from burdwan to esplanade on 16 th februaruy 2018. As per seats shown online i asked to generate a ticket of my choice citing my migraine issues. I was completely denied and handed a print out of a seat least desired even without prior confirmation. When confronted about it they verbally abused me saying they have their own powers and i can't raise my demand or voice being a girl.. This is totally unacceptable with all seat swiping going on illegally.. Please take a note that the attendants behave well and

                                I was traveling on the 10th of feb 2018 in the 2 pm kolkata-haldia non-stop bus. I had a window seat and the lock to window was so stiff i could not open the window and the conductor helped me.. Similarly i could not pull it down and when i asked for his help he refused to do it first. When i asked him who i will ask for help if i am in any problem other than him, he insulted me badly although i didnt say anything except that if i could i would not have asked help from him. Finally he did it but didn't do without insulting me in front of everyone. I want an action against him immediately. I am a media student and if you don't take an action, i have the video in my phone. I ll make it public. Thank you

                                The conductor took the fare and did not provide me with a ticket. I was caught at Durgapur depot and fined and on asking the conductor refused. I was the last person he took money from on the bus, how could he forget! And if he does what kind of staff is the company hiring? The least a company should do is hire good employees. Utterly Disgusted

                                    Sir today i have reserved a seat in karunamoyee-suri 17.00 bus
                                    Whenever i'm calling to the bus terminals to get to know is it gives a stopage at airport gate no 1 9r not?
                                    But maximum phone numbers are switched off and who is receiving calls is not answering properly and very rudely talking to me.
                                    My point is that we are the customers to you, just because its a govt agency thats why they will behave like this.
                                    Or govt is paying sallery to them for chitchating in office.

                                      No e-ticket generated while booking online from karunamoyee to durgapur bus for 26 jan'18. But money deducted from my account. I did the payment by debit card. I have no option to print out e-ticket. I have booked it for another person. No e-mail, no messages received on either phones.
                                      Please do the needful or refund my money.

                                      There is no provision to book e-ticket in Midnapore-Esplanade route.. whenever I tried to do so the app shows "internal server error.pre-booking service also not available in Midnapore bus stand, the guy says bus not confirmed till now and please come 30 mins before the scheduled time..which often leads to cancellation and delay...

                                        I have purchased two tickets from durgapur muchipara counter on 24.01.2018 for travelling to kolkata. As soon as we were about to take our seats much to our discomfort we found fhat the seats were all over covered with vomitting stains and sitting was ipossible. As soon as we reportedthesame to the conductor he was very rude and incooperative. We asked him for a piece ofcloth so that we could clean up and seat but all that was in vain. Even the driver denied that itwas not their duty to clean up the dirt and behaved very badly and arrongantly. I would appeal to the mangamnt to look into this matter andtake action asap. We r not travslling for free. This much minimum hygsnie is expected along with a cooperative bus conductor. Bus no. Wb39b 4588. The pic which is uploaded isafter we ourselves have cleaned still the filthy seats are visible
