I have made 2 transactions on 20th july at 10:09am and 10:25pm respectively for the booking of sbstc bus ticket from karunamoyeee to durgapur for the 8am ac bus. Two times rupees 360 has been deducted from my account for a total of 720 but my booking wasn't confirmed. My registered phone number is [protected], please refund my money at the earliest to my credit card as no refund amount has yet been deposited into my account

    Booked two seats from Karunamoyee to Asansol, dated- 24th Jul18. Have received update from SBSTC centralized WhatsApp no-[protected], that the Stoppage at Kestopur, but that bus was denied to stop at Kestopur saying "we have only stoppage at Baguihati” & entire amount was gone. Ticket no-L[protected], Journey Date-24th July, Date of booking- 23rd July (Karunamoyee to Asansol, 8.00am). Total Amount-350 (175*2). Telephonic Complain no- 000225. Screen shots attached for further correspondence.

      Yesterday, on 24/07/18 i travelled in above bus from solop to madhyamgram and got down at madhyamgram at 6 p. M. The conductor took fare rs.38.00 and gave me machine generated ticket of rs.38.00.in reply to my query as to fare from solop to barasat he said rs.32.00. He also agreed that machine shows incorrect fare for madhyamgram. I also told him that other conductors take rs 30.00 for solop to madhyamgram. He did not return me rs.8.00. Please look into the matter so that i and other passengers may not have face such a situation in future. N chanda.

      After payment was done it shows error for both time. No sms or mail was displayed. But booking money is deducted from my account both the times.

        Sbstc Bus number 0109 from kolkata(esplanade) to haldia of time 2:45, has very poor service quality...we had a seat number of 9 and 10...but the window was damaged seriously and could cause injury to the nearby passenger...so we asked the help of the bus conductor very politely...but he abused ...and totally refused to help saying he has no time for that nd illtreated female passenger...thn we had to manage somehow and one of our passenger became sick...I jst want to ask we all give same money in return of minimum service...but they are not cooperating even...Is this the service of Goverment?too disappointing..

            Have booked a ticket for 04.07.2018 from burdwan to karunamoyee on mobile application. 100 rupees is been debited from my account but i have not received any message in my phone. Though i have booked tickets on this app several times but many a time no message is received. Please rectify this bug. As during the transaction my network was quite strong and stable.

              I am traveling through sbstc ac bus from kolkata to asansol at 2.10 pm having online ticket number p[protected], want to share that the pathetic experience of traveling.

              I am having seat number 24 and the issue is water is dropping from top and falling on me. I am getting wet even sitting at a. C bus.

              I told the conductor and he said me to change the seat, after changing seat the same issue is happening in different seat.

              Is it service we expect from sbstc?

                Today my daughter riankka thakur was travelling with valid ticket no l[protected] in bankura karunamoyee sbstc bus departure timing from bankura at 05:40 hrs. She got no seat from borjora & had to go standing up to durgapur. She asked the conductor for help but he didn't rather he was busy with money collection from local passengers where as far as i know there is no valid tickets in between that's why i have to purchase ticket giving extra fare from bankura in stead of borjora. I want solution at the earliest as well as return feedback otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer forum. Hope u pl will take the complain & do the needful for future harassment of valid ticket holders. Thanks

                The guy named babloo who sit in the karunamoyee counter... is extremely difficult to handle. He misbehaved very badly with me today when I was enquiring on a booking. I want a strong action to be taken against him. I have seen him sarcastic with many people. He needs to be stopped now

                  I had booked 3 ticket seat no-13, 14, 15 from kolkata to haldia on dated 02/06/2018 through internet banking referance no-igadq2mjy7 at 13:29 p. M amount of rs.375.00 through sbstc app (Name - arup kumar das) for nonstop would leave at 15:30 p. M but did not generated the said ticket, further i had booked ticket from counter with seat no -26, 27, 28.& talk with official's. They said deducted money refund 2- 3 days but still no money return in account.

                  Hence you are requested to refund the said deducted money on sbi i. O. C township haldia br. (Ifsc code-sbin0007089) account no-[protected]. Thanking you.

                  The driver of the SBSTC bus no WB39A3045 which left the esplanade bus stand at 10.15 am was sleeping.I alerted the conductor but my request to alert the driver was not attended to. I made repeatedly pleads but the conductor said that the driver always drives that way. There were at around 30 passengers.

                          Sir i booked a ticket on 4/05/18.. Then i cancelled it. My cancellation ticket number l51877848.. But already 8 days over. I don't get my refund money.. Please check it and send my refund money. I was thinking that the sbstc bus service was good. They said the refund money is transferred in 7 working days but already 9 days has over.. Then don't i get my money. Please do something..

                            Today i am going to kolkata. When i reach the city centre durgapur 9 no ticket counter your executive said right now the 6.15 bus is available. I take it.. But the ticket was 6.00 am bus. When i saw the ticket but too late.. After checking my ticket i am going to again ticket counter and the bus is gone. And also your executive refused me. And again i have to purchase a ticket

                            Is this service given to the customers.
                            I am very unhappy with your service and also your executive behaviour.

                              On 3/5/18 at 13:38 try to book 3 seats from dubrajpur to kolkata (Suri-kolkatata, 14:00) for 4/5/18 but money deducted rs/- 435.00 but no ticket issued.
                              Again try to book 3 seats at 16:25 on same bus, same date, again balance deducted 435.00 but no ticket issued.
                              I have faith on your booking system, so pl. Refund money as early as possible.
                              I try to book those tickets from my register online sbstc app.

                                Hi,
                                I booked a ticket online on 27th april, to travel from korunamoyee to asansol. Money was debited but transaction displayed as failed and got no ticket. Also mailed the same to your customer care email id but yet to receive a reply. I have the sms received from the bank. Let me know if any other proof is needed. Kindly look into it and solve as fast as possible.

                                  I booked 4 tickets on line on 22/04/2018 for journey from durgapur to barrackpore for 23/04/2018. The amount of rs.560/-was debited from my account but ticket was not generated. After waiting for 2 hrs. I had again booked ticket and was allotted seats 12, 13, 14 &15 and had to pay rs. 560/- again. Kindly arrange to refund the amount deducted earlier.

                                    This is to inform you that today morning (23/04/2018, monday) i have boarded on haldia to kolkata non stop bus at 7.15 am from haldia township depot. Previous day (22/04/2018, sunday) i booked seat no. 49 (Left window on the last row) online. Ticket # l[protected]. But after boarded on the bus, i have seen that seat no. 49 is in the middle of the last row. Immediately, i have escalated this to the conductor and the booking counter.

                                    I hereby request to take necessary actions in order to rectify this sitting arrangement asap.

                                      Please note as you can see from the 2 photos.. Money are deducted but no ticket came. It is hanging the redirect page, i have tried almost 6 times now from yesterday till today.. Yesterday it deducted 360 rupees and today 540 rupees. Please refund all my money.. Otherwise i will go to consumer forum.. Some crime is happening here in the online system. Either you disable the online system or you give proper services.. Do not make people fool

Here this same rout no any advance booking is available (Online/counter) after that same bus conductor say some seat is booked advance.
                                        So please do needful for protest this corruption.
