I m chandra shekhar every week i journey with sbstc.
I catch the bus from asansol to karunamoyee bus no 4212 (6:40am).
I thought i m from asansol thats why we r value less becouse while i going to take ticket from the asansol counter he says go to the bus, conductor will be give u ticket.
Conducter give me a ticket & ask me that r u comfortable on this seat i said yes but whenever i reach in durgapur my seat is change & conductor said i make a mistake that i m not comunicate with the durgapur counter.
How can he make a mistake like this i paid full money for the ticket but why i suffer very badly i realy upset about this thing & request you that please do not do woth us like this.

    On 21/01/2018 sunday I booked four numbers of tickets via sbstc app from burdwan to karunamoyee, journey date is 22/01/2018 at 11:45am, sit number 39, 40.44, 45 I was paid by my debit card .after confirming the transaction I get a OTP and continue my transaction. and after that I also get a message about my transaction that amount was deducted from my account of SBI bank.
    But i did not get my tickets.my transaction Reference no is IGACTPDJT6
    Deducted amount 360₹...

      On 19/01/2018 Friday at 4:15 pm I booked two numbers of tickets via sbstc app from Haldia to Kolkata (Esplanade), sit number 37, 38. I was paid by my debit card .after confirming the transaction I get a OTP and continue my transaction. and after that I also get a message about my transaction that amount was deducted from my account of SBI bank.
      But i did not get my tickets.my transaction Id is SBSTC TXN#[protected]
      Deducted amount 190₹.

        I have purchased a ticket yesterday for a journey on 30th jan'18 from kolkata (Esplanade) @15:30 hours through sbstc app. The transaction id showing in my bank account is lhdf[protected] and total amount debited from my bank account is of rs.125 (Ticket value is of rs.115/- + rs.10/- been charged as processing fees).

          Sir/ma'am,

          It is really an unfortunate incident that i have faced this morning while travelling with sbstc bus of route habra-digha.
          I boarded the bus from dunlop and the condctor provided me a ticket bearing the number of a bus which runs from thakurpukur-digha.
          The bus which i has boarded had a different number which was not printed on the ticket.

          This is a very unfortunate incident and the transport department should look into the matter.
          This is how the conductors are cheating the department and laundering cash.

          This needs to be taken strict action against.

            On[protected] i am boarding from asansol to kolkata in 4.50 sbstc bus my ticket no is l[protected] i am booked it through online.. I am noticed that the bus pickup passenger from road side anywhere and drop it anywhere without any preffer stopage like a local bus. So please look into this matter because every passenger have a valuable time. But the bus is running like a local bus. And not running it on its time.

            I purchased Durgapur-Kolkata bus ticket on06.01.18 journey date of which is 08.01.18.But I have to cancel my journey and as such need cancellation of the same.I tried to cancel it through sbstc website but they did not allow me to do so.I need it's cancellation & refund as well.

              The complain letter was received only but not giving detail what i am asking. I was asking there rs. 420/- has been deducted from my debit card account but ticket was not booked as showing my online account.in this situation what i will do? 1) again i shall purchased a ticked on that date. 2) cancellation is not possible with out ticket no. Only i have reference id. No. 10202742. Is it possible to cancelled?
              3) other than cancellation refund will be possible?

                Ticket no. = not yet been received.

                Now, question is arises that how shall i know our tickets are confirm / not.
                If not how shall i cancelled the tickets and get return the rs. 420/- in my account.

                  I have cancelled one sbstc ticket (Ticket no l[protected]) on 22nd oct 2017 and immediatly i got a reply message from sbstc that "your ticket is fully cancelled, rs84 will be refunded within 8 working days to your a/c."
                  But stiil i have not received that money in my a/c.
                  I have sent so many query mails to sbstc site. But no luck.
                  Kindly look into this and pay back my money into my a/c immediately.
                  I do not expect these type of mistake from sbstc.

                    The sbstc ticket counter at airport gate no-1, near sbi e-corner is supposed to be open at 6 am. However, on multiple occasions i have seen the counter to be closed and as such commuters often have to face a lot of difficulty because the counter remains closed all the time.
                    Please kindly look into the matter and make the necessary arrangements so that there uninterruptible service delivered to the common people.

                      I booked a ticket online on 07.11.2017 transection ID JSBI[protected], Seat no 30 of 4 PM bus from Durgapur to karunamoyee for the journey on 08.11.2017.I used to board the bus usually at Panagarh bazar bus stand.I waited till 5PM then called the helpline mobile no of Durgapur SBSTC and they told that the bus was gone through Panagarh bypass due to no entry by police but did not give any alternative arrangement.So I missed the bus due by no fault of mine.
                      So now I am claiming refund of my booking amount as early possible.
                      Even in normal day the SBSTC buses (up and down) run by the wish of the driver and conductor while running through the Panagarh bazar or Panagarh bypass.My email id [protected]@gmail.com

                        I am the regular customer of the bus from gandhi more to raniganj but today kolkata to churulia bus number wb 39 b 1680 in this bus the behaviour of the conductor as well as driver is mannerless.. They don't stop the bus in the stoppege.. Very bad service got from this bus...
                        And after doing mistake they argue also.. Specially the conductor... And the main problems is for fare i want to know the fare this distance a student fare..

                          I am travelling to karunamoyee from asansol.. I had not ticket when i got the but seats were vacant so i told conductor to give me ticket nd allot me 1seat, conductor given ticket but told no seat is vacant, so i had to sit in cabin beside driver's seat, that was very problematic. Later on i found that 2 seat were vacant since i observed till shaktigharh.. When i sitted there conductor misbehaved with me and he given that seat to some other passenger who boarded from shaktigarh.

                          Some strict action must be taken against these uncivilized conductors nd drivers.
                          Bus no. Is wb39b3328 and timing 11:30am from asansol.

                            Sir, i am a regular passenger of sbstc bus between chandipur to mecheda. Yesterday dated 1.11.2017 i boarding bus at chandipur and i didn't give fare as bus was crowded and conductor can't says any word about fare. Running ticket checker fine me at nandakumar due to delaying ticket issue to me by conductor and misbehave with me. I want to know the exact fare rule.

                            Sir,
                            I am a student of pathfinder education centre. I regular travel in sbstc bus between heria to contai central bus stand. Yesterday 16.04.2022 I boarding in contai central bus stand. Then the inspector at the stand grabbed me and asked for a ticket and fined me for not having a ticket. The conductor of the bus on which I came misbehaved with me and when I asked him to give me a ticket, he refused. The conductor and the inspector stood up and fined me. The sbstc bus number is-wb39a 1892

                              I here by registering a complaint against sbstc bus service.. I am travelling with two of my coleagues from barrackpore to haldia. During the halt in kolaghat.. The bus had left two of my men in kolaghat.. The bus service was so much in hurry that they had no time to wait for their passengers to sit back in their seats... When asked they replied, that they are not responsible..

                                Sir, i am from haldia. I always catch bus from manjusree sbstc bus stand &pay extra fare to township. Last sunday when me &my friend reached manjusree stand one sbstc employee said the next bus will leave at 12.10 pm & the bus no is wb 39 b 0109., then we waited for the bus for 45 min. But when the bus leaving the bus conductor said there are no permision to take passengers but he took 4 & 5 passengers except only us. Then we went to city centre and catched the same bus. But we could not get any seats. One co passengers said the name of conductor is ravi maity. He also insulted by the bad guy. The conductor's attitude was highly disgusting. He think sbstc buses are his own property.

                                I have 3 question to sbstc.
                                1. Why there were restriction to pick up passengers?
                                2. Why the conductor picked up others passengers.
                                3. Why there were no notice board?
                                4. Why the another employee told us to wait?

                                  Sir i have booked 2 tickets on the bus lovepur kolkata via kirnahar and the conductor along with other passanger harrased me mentally to leave my seat then he h8mself gave me idea to sold that seat to the concern lady till burdwan. When my partner arrived in burdwan he slang me and threaten me not to travel in the bus again. Likewise please take strong acyion for these goons.

                                    I booked an advance ticket on the 6th of october 2017 for the 3.25pm bus from burdwan to kolkata for the 7th of october. It was booked under the name of sarah hussain. The money was deducted but the ticket was not generated. I need an immediate refund. The ticket was booked at 8:48 pm on the 6th of october 2017. Please look into the matter urgently.

                                      I with my family board on the bus no. Wb39a 1634 from santragachi. I am on bus now. The conductor has charged an extra amount of rs.100/- for which he is not giving me any ticket for my suitcase. I called at the complaint phone number but no one picked it up. At shaktigarh the conductor and driver shared the money. Please take necessary steps while just i crossed galsi.
                                      Nb. Although we don't got any seat and i am sitting on the engine beside the driver.

                                        We are traveling in karunamoyee asansol 6.15 bus. Our seat numbers are 49, 50, 51, 52. On boarding at dunlop we find our seats captured by unauthorised persons. Requested the conductor to ask them vacate. Conductor refused and asked me to tell them. They were very reluctant to vacate. On repeated request by all passengers they finally got up but tore my bag on the way and misbehaved and abused us. Conductor remaining at his seat all the while. There is strong suggestion that probably he had taken bribe to give the seat to those people by other passengers.
