trees touching the electricity lines

Sir/madam
The trees near our house/colony have out grown n are now dangerously touching the electricity lines.
Address, 2nd Cross lane, Sai Krupa colony, Yapral, secunderabad-500087.
Request please issue instructions to the concerned to cut the branches touching the electricity lines, to avoid any dangerous accident taking place.

high electricity bill for usc no 102099506

Usually every month we are consuming 90-110 units but this month meter showing 220 units which cost the bill is 1261 but every month we are getting 180-420 range. We are highly disappointing with the high electricity bill. We don't have ac even whereas in my apartment some flats are having ac and surprising their bill is less than thousand. We are pretty much sure that we didn't consume the 200 units...

billing dispute -

I have been billed inconsistently for the last 1 year with 0, 2, 1, 40, 50 units more than 6 -7 times and the actual consumed units were added in subsequent month about 6-5 times, i have raised more than 5-6 complaints in tsspdcl app and every time it was closed as resolved without generating the correct bill. I have already paid 1.5k to 3k extra so far and no corrective action yet....

faulty meter- regarding

I have a single bedroom with a very little appliance at my home like only refrigerator, tv and washing machine, i stay out of the room everyday from 9am to 7pm still i am receiving rs.800/- electric bill in this winter season. Even if i have switched off my mcb, i found that meter light is still blinking and meter is running. Requesting you to please do a check up for this faulty meter and rectify the problem at the earliest....

additional charges on electricity bill

wrong connection by tsspdcl (dangerous)

Tsspdcl has given electric line connection above from our neighbour house which is very dangerous. I have complaint for this several time but no responce from there side. The are asking rs.15000/- for bribe in the name of service but not ready to give any bill. There is so many houses in my colony but till now tsspdcl not taken any initiative to install the electric pole.

wrong bill generated

The wrong bill is generated for the month of oct-nov. The reading for current and previous is printed same (5099) on the bill and units wrongly shown as 101 units. I am surprised to see the reading and units. Tspcdl is trying to cheat the customers. Actual reading is 5196 and previous reading is 5099 and it should be 97 units but to cheat the customers they have printed as 101 units....

sudden enhancement in electricity bill in usc no. 100916982

Dear sir, we are staying in house which is having only two rooms which are having two fans, one fridge and a tv for last 4 years at dwarakapuram, dilsukhnagar.in every month electricity bill we used to get electricity bill ranging between rs. 400 to rs. 700. Now in this month surprisingly we received a bill amount of rs. 3194/- which uncomparable.

So we request you to enquire working condition of the meter and rectify the bill...

low voltage and voltage fluctuation issue

paid my electricity bill twice for sept 2019

I have paid my electricity bill twice for the month of july 2019. Please find the payment details from the attached screenshot. I have got electricity bill for august 2019 and observed that excess amount is not adjusted.

Total bill paid 1019 + 1019 = 2038

And i got reply saying that "your excess amount is adjusted, need not pay this month bill.". But due to issue with my sbi credit card auto...

bill paid twice - please advise

I have paid my bill twice in the month of june 2019, amount rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st june, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th june 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice...

request for meter replacement

Im from gaddianaram, ga 53, sbh colony over 25yrs ago the meters was fixed in my house. Just we use one motor and 6 to 7 led lights even though the bill is nearly 2500 every month, where the pbm is going on we are not getting, the electrician has checked the meter the person not yet pbm but we thinking that to take new meter and same pbm is raising in my tenants also. Please take quick action for this. We are expecying ur resolution asap....

I received higher bill amount based on units (198) consumed bill amount expected 822 rs.
But received 1073 rs in bill, which is wrong.

Number o[censored]nits consumed 198, so this should come under category lt i (B) (I) and bill amount expected total of 822 rs.

0-100 units - 3.30 rs/unit = 100 x 3.30 = 330.00 rs
101-200 units - 4.30 rs/unit = 98 x 4.30 = 421.40 rs
