I am a resident of Kaladera and would like to bring to ur notice that neem tree branches are falling on the high tension lines in front of Kaladera masjid distrubing the connectivity to my house and that of my neighbours the high tension line is from the Adams high school transformer.
Would appreciate if the competent authority make arrangements to cut the Branch's falling on the lines.

    Hi sir/ Madam,

    I regularly pay the Electricity bill through paytm. Last month I payed the bill on May 16 th through payTM and the amount mentioned was Rs. 5626. After 2 days I received the bill and it was mentioned Rs.5369. There is a difference of Rs .255.
    Every time I pay the Electricity bill, the bill amount and the amount mentioned in paytm shows the same. This type of mistake has happened only last month.
    I kindly request to you look into this matter.

      I would like to raise a concern on current electricity bill generated on[protected] for the SC no.BZ075939. meter reading was read wrong and it's coming unreasonably high upto Rs 9000( reading is 1100 unit and it's higher then common area of building ) we have never utilised this much electricity. Form last 6years our electricity bill never reached above Rs 800.
      Please find attached the bill.

      As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact AE/Op/Gymkhana [protected] in this regard.

      From past 7days + there is no current in Nizampet Balaji colony area . In night time they are taking out power for more than 3+ hours how kids and old people will survive, your executives give info fuse was off, from past 7days daily fuse is getting off, on priority take this issue and need permanent resolution

        My Bill with S No:[protected] and USC No:[protected]. But while Login with USC No is displaying result as Invalid USC No.
        I used Know your Unique Service No page and My Connection USc NO is assigned to some one else. Kindly find the attached pics showing my May 2019 Bill and wrong USNo pics.I guess this is due to bcoz I submitted Sale Deed(with Gazeted Signs) and Required Documents for Name Correction before 2-3 months back.Hence Data Entry is done wrong by Employees while updating. Hence Kindly please quickly resolve the issue so that i can pay the bill online quickly before due date and also please look into name Correction on the bill.

        I Just logged in and now the details are showing Correctly and able to pay the bill online.Kindly please also look into Name Correction for which i Submitted the Documents.
        I already submitted required documents 3rd time for Corrections. My query is the TSSPDCL employees will not give any Acknowledgement while recieving any Documents for the corrections.
        Kindly please provide me the Status about Name Correction.

          but we are not using even single unit. So we are expecting minimum Bill amount around 85 rupees .

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I wish to raise concerns on our electricity bill dated 11/6/2019 calculated wrongly for USC:[protected]; S No.[protected] by the technician for May 2019. Address 10-247/B, Meenakshi Estates, Jeedimetla Village, Kompally.

                My wife and daughter were in Pune for the whole month due to kids holidays and I was abroad for 2 weeks on official work. House was locked and it was shocking to see the bill of Rs. 5408.00 for the period 08/05/19 to 11/06/19.

                My wife asked the technician and he mentioned that the meter is not working and he has to take the average and give electricity bill for last one month. We can provide the flight tickets as proof being out of station. To our surprise until last month meter was working well.

                My wife returned from Pune on 1st June & I returned on 7th June. Just for one week we have been charged around Rs. 5408.00 as electricity bill.

                Request you to help us and resolve this issue as for almost whole of month we were out of statio and such high current bill has been given. Even on bill it shows meter reading start & end as 49486

                Anticipating to hear from you as 25th June is the last day for paying the current bill. Request you to resolve this issue ASAP

                Dear Sir & Madam,

                As instructed by you, I & my wife personally went first to the Jeedimetla Power Station office, Behind Gandhi statue in Subhash Nagar, Jeedimatla village. They directed me to the AE/OP/Kompally near Cine planet.

                Personally went and explained our electricity bill concerns in detail to the officer by they refused to consider. They straight away refused to consider that we were out on summer vacation for one month. AE office advised that we have to pay the complete bill of Rs. 5408 as it is average of previous months. If noone is at home and meter got stuck it not their problem.

                In last 11 years we have never defaulted even on a single electricity bill & payed regularly for the usage.

                We explained that copy our flight tickets out of Hyderabad and coming in will be produced with dates proving noone was there at home. Request to consider basic fare for the month which we will pay, but AE, Kompally refused to consider. Kindly suggest a way to resolve this please.

I have been constantly paying My monthly bill inspite of that our billing lineman taken total 2 months units for month of April 2019 billing, eventhogh I paid my march month consumption bill through online that entry also not updated in Tsspdcl website. After that I visited my local champapet ERO to complain about this but they are responding very rudely further they made corrections in tsspdcl website in their favor. Evenafter showing my payment proofs they have not solved my issue till now. Also our lineman came to bill this month that is on 11th june after 34 days for billing because of that units and amount also increased. Please resolve my issue and take necessary action so that these kind of blunders should not be repeated again by champapet Ero staff.

                      We are receiving unexpectedly high bills for the consumption made. We have lodged a complaint thru TSSPDCL website vide complaint#[protected]. We are requesting to send some executive to inspect the meter and also check for suspected hooking.

                      We are ready to pay the consultatio charges if required and needs to be fixed very soon. The flat only has some tubelights, fans, refrigerator. Units consmption is showing 580+ which is too high given the type of gadgets present.

                          On Friday late hours due to heavy rain power got disconnected, we gave complaint at near by power station at clock tower secunderabad on same day he came checked that service wire got broken, I got the new service wire same day i.e on Saturday and informed them till now i.e Tuesday evening there is no response from the board even though of continuous follow ups .

                              My flat's Electricity bill for the month of May is calculated wrongly.

My power consumption for May 2019 (billing period) is 196 units and Elec bill is issued to me for Rs. 10 41.60 as energy charges and Rs. 1113.00 as total of the Bill. As calculated by me the Energy charges come to Rs. 672.80 excluding taxes.

                                Am staying in SRP Emerald Flat no 203, Maktha Miyapur, 500049, I have been receveing higher bill amount against my actual consumption. I have suspect on the meter reading. Because we were not there for 25days in the home during May 2019(2nd may to 27th May)old bill generated on 06th May and fresh bill generated on 06th June.. But the meter registered 297units. It is impossible to consume such higher 297units in 5days.

                                Hence am looking for solution either to test the meter or request to replace the meter at the earliest.

                                  I am unable to view my electricity for the month of June-2019 online. I have been making online payment for the past one year but this month I do not see any amount pending while trying to make online payment via www.billdesk.com. Bill amount is reflected as zero after entering the Unique Service Number. Please rectify it asap.

                                  I want to make the payment online and not go to the centre to pay the bill. I have although received the physical copy of the bill, but the same amount is not reflected online. Please fix this at the earliest as I want to pay the bill online.

                                    We are experiencing flacutuating voltage issue since 3 days which resulted in loss of 20 LEDs, a water purifier, a chimney ETC. This issue can be noted in one phase in P&T Colony, Block C, near Keerthi Richmond Villas.

                                    The issue was addressed to Area Electric Staff. Sadly the executives are not responsive and are just delaying to address the issue.

                                      I have a Electricity Connection in Padmasri gardens Gowlidoddy. Last two months back my Meter got changed and afterwards I am receiving a Huge amount of Bill.
                                      I am the only person Staying in my flat and half of the day i use to spend in my office. Last month Also I receive a Bill of Around 2900 and this month it is 4000. 3 months back my charges use to be like 200-400.
                                      I request you to please check my Electricity Meter ASAP, also I request Consumer Forum to take quick action on this. Also I am unable to see the Meter Reading in my new Meter. Please Take a Quick Action and put a check to the meter to resolve this issue.

                                      As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter, if you want your meter to be tested you are requested to lodge a complaint at ICSC/CSC at below given address duly taking demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs 354/-(included GST).Based on complaint meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.For more details, pl contact Gachibowli [protected] in this regard.

                                        I have paid the bill twice for the bill April 2019 and Rs. 1967 (total Rs. 3934) on 7th May and 13th May. For current month bill (5th May to 5th June) the additional amount paid was not adjusted while generating the bill and issued the bill for Rs. 2297.
