This month bill (May-2019), I received total Bill of Rupees 565.00.

but we are not using even single unit. So we are expecting minimum Bill amount around 85 rupees .

So Please re check the meter reading once again and generate minimum bill for this month.

I have paid the electricity bill twice for month of May 2019 of amount Rs.1819/- . The payment was done online .., once through the PayZapp as dated on 10th May 2019 and second time through autopay by my bank (HDFC) for the same amount on the date 20th May 2019. On Friday late hours due to heavy rain power got disconnected, we gave complaint at near by power station at clock tower secunderabad on same day he came checked that service wire got broken, I got the new service wire same day i.e on Saturday and informed them till now i.e Tuesday evening there is no response from the board even though of continuous follow ups ....

My Electricity S.No.VZ080114 and USC No.[protected]. My power consumption for May 2019 (billing period) is 196 units and Elec bill is issued to me for Rs. 10 41.60 as energy charges and Rs. 1113.00 as total of the Bill. As calculated by me the Energy charges come to Rs. 672.80 excluding taxes.

I have paid the bill twice for the bill April 2019 and Rs. 1967 (total Rs. 3934) on 7th May and 13th May. For current month bill (5th May to 5th June) the additional amount paid was not adjusted while generating the bill and issued the bill for Rs. 2297.

Still, I see in Telangana Electricity website still it is pending it shows like payment is not done.
