Due to this small and elderly people are suffering. I request you to resolve as soon as possible.. When i called the office there is no response.. I request you resolve power cut problem in my area..     request for meter replacement

    Im from gaddianaram, ga 53, sbh colony over 25yrs ago the meters was fixed in my house. Just we use one motor and 6 to 7 led lights even though the bill is nearly 2500 every month, where the pbm is going on we are not getting, the electrician has checked the meter the person not yet pbm but we thinking that to take new meter and same pbm is raising in my tenants also. Please take quick action for this. We are expecying ur resolution asap....

    I received higher bill amount based on units (198) consumed bill amount expected 822 rs.
    But received 1073 rs in bill, which is wrong.

    Number o[censored]nits consumed 198, so this should come under category lt i (B) (I) and bill amount expected total of 822 rs.

    0-100 units - 3.30 rs/unit = 100 x 3.30 = 330.00 rs
    101-200 units - 4.30 rs/unit = 98 x 4.30 = 421.40 rs
    Total energy charges = 751 + additional charges 71 rs = 822 rs expected.

    But calculation done wrongly.
    My bill showing wrong category lt i (B) (Ii) and amount calculated wrongly i. E. 1001 rs calculated for energy charges.

    Please look into this issue and make my bill correctly.

      A high current bill is charged for us from last 2 months. We dont even have many lot of appliances in our home. Every month usually we get a bill around 700 to 1200. If we use an air conditioner it goes up to 2300 that too in mid summer.
      But the bill we received this month is more than 1800 where we didnot use any ac. And even the last month bill was higher.

      There might be an error in the meter reading as per my knowledge. I[censored] look at the meter reading from august to september both ps and pv number appears to be same.

        For both SEP/OCT month, I have done payment to a wrong and invalid USC number[protected] by mistake.
        Also. I was not aware that I have been doing payments in a wrong USC number.
        So, now the actual bill payment is still pending.
        Can you please help me to get this reverted.
        It's very urgent and am feeling helpless. I have already done wrong payment twice.

          Till now i have paid the electricity bills with in due time.
          But this month i received a bill of 1176 rs. Which includes arrears rs 569.
          May i know the reason of this arrears.

          And also want to know the reason of bill generation is after 32 days. Due to the delay in bill generation causes slab change and bill amount is getting more than expected.

          Please have a look on this and do the needful.

            This is the complaint from 11-5-381/4 please check the wire connections as there was an extra illegal wire connected to our meter due to which there is high amount in bill we used to get 200 or 300 every month but now we got 3500. Drastic increase in my bill amount which lead to many problems. This illegal things should be brought in notice and take action against according to it.

              Hi,
              I am getting extra bill amount to my house, in my house we dont have any power consuming things like (Washing machine, air conditioner, heater, cooler, fridge.. Etc) we have tv only, but we are getting nearly rs 450 in every month, i dont know how and why it is happening, i know unit price has increased but for only tv and lights will not consume above 100 units right?, so please consider this mail and solve this problem as soon as possible.

                        I have paid my bill twice in the Month of June 2019, amount Rs. 10, 237. Once i paid on 21st June, but the electricity board came to my house and said they have not received payment. At that time i was not at home and also my payment statement did not reflect the 10, 000 deduction, so again i paid the full amount on 26th June 2019, thinking the previous payment was not successful. But on month end when i got my bank statement, it shows twice the amount has been deducted. Both the mode of payment was online.

                              Hi,
                              I have received a bill amount of rs. 2737 for sep 2019. To know the reason i went to the nearby tsspdcl office carrying all the last 4 months bill slips and spoke with them.
                              Reply from tsspdcl officer "as your meter was stuck up so the bill was issued for average units of last three month's consumption and the meter will be replaced with the new meter by this month ending and your next bill will also be issued for same average units as the new meter will not record the exact consumption"

                              My last month i. E. Aug 2019 bill is rs. 780 and past months was high because of summer season. Now they are asking me to pay rs. 2737 as they cannot do any changes. They want me to pay approximately 3 months electricity bill at a time.

                              My question is simple here if the meter is stuck is it the customer issue and how can they take the average of the last three months. Even if they are taking last three months, they did not consider aug month units and they only took the months in which the bill amount was high.

                              If the meter is stuck is it a customer mistake? I also checked my meter and it looks fine for me because the units are changing daily.

                              I visited all TSSPDCL offices for this issue and everyone said that same, meter is stuck and they can't do any changes in the bill. Finally, I had to pay the amount to make sure they don't disconnect power supply to my house.

                              I request you to consider the amount which I have paid for September month and compensate the same in the next month of October. As I have paid thrice the amount what I paid for mont the month of Aug. Please suggest me the further process on this issue.

                              Meter is stuck is not a customer mistake.

                                Hello sir. We live in kakateeya bills road no 10 madhapur and offlate we have been experiencing power cuts at very odd hours - morning 3am onwards for hours on stretch. This is very irritating as these are peak sleeping hours and it becomes very difficult with our kid. This has started happening in the past 1 month and we never faced power issues in our area. On one saturday we had no power for straight 4 hours.

                                For instance today also, there has been no power since 1.5 hrs since 3 am. Please resolve this problem at the earliest.

                                    I am from nizampet area of hyderabed with m no. 22963836, and area code: 004158.in my bill, i see the units calculation is wrong. Instead of 2 units 210 units is bring printed due to which high bill of 1145 is generated. I find this to be sole mistake in unita calculation.
                                    Please correct and re-issue the bill or provide details on how can i get this resolved

                                      Hello team,

                                      Respected sir,

                                      This is to bring it to your notice that, the linemen of our area kondapur is irresponsible in making the readings of our electricity board meters. Most of our flats were given the bill of close to 1360+ which is 201+ units each month with out taking proper readings.

                                      For my service number unique service no.[protected], i have received same number o[censored]nits as 200+ for last couple of months but the actual reading differs from the bill reading. He intentionally wanted to make extra payment for my flat. I would like to bring this to your notice that from next month onwards, our apartment owners would like to file a case against this person for making this intentionally. We have not stayed at our flat for 15 days this month and my power consumption still shows the same which is questionable. Please make necessary action on this and explain us the reason behind this. Most of the time this guy comes after 35 days to make the higher readings for flat mates.
