Recently i have shifted to a new house (Rented) where i got the electricity bill including arrears
Should i have to pay the whole amount along with arrears or i have to pay the amount for units i have utilized. If i don't pay arrears will my electricity connection be disconnected.
Please provide the information regarding whether i have to pay arrears or notn

    This is serial number[protected], usc[protected]
    I am an resident of janapriya arcadia kowkur, secunderabad, pin -500010 in a two bedroom apartment.
    My average consumption in a month is 100 to 110 unit and bill comes rs450 to rs 700
    But two months back i was given a bill of abkove 5000₹ and according to i have complaint against meter reading and meter was tested in govt lab and found faulty
    According to they changed my meter.
    But now for the month of mar electricity department gave me a bill of ₹3301 which includes current month bill of ₹439 and arrears of preevious month when faulty meter reading runs.
    Why i should pay such a huge amount. I think tsspdcl should look into the matter and settle it fast

      We have applied for agriculture power connection about couple of years ago and got approved for same. Poles have been setup but cables have not been installed due to non availability of contractor. Without power connection bills have been raised and that too Rs 217 monthly against Rs 30.         It's been 3 months I've been staying under this USC[protected]. I've been getting 200 to 400/- on bill last 2 months. All of a sudden the last month bill was 818/- in which I've not even been in my house for 15 days. And the units units consumed we're 199. Observed this after the officials here reinstalled new meters. Also to let you know, I've got no appliances at my home to consume 199 units in 28 days. Looking forward to get some help from the government. Images of the previous and present bill are attached below. Please do take this into consideration.

          Hi i am receiving high bill amount since past few months even in the winter months. Last year during the winters my bill amounts were hardly 200-300 rs but this year the amount has risen to 650- 700 rs which is a lot to digest. There are no air-conditioners running during the winters and i am hardly home as i work in the it sector. Please investigate and let me know the reason for the same.

            Yesterday we received current bill for the feb month. When we checked, we saw 1339 as gst charges. For your information we consumed only 94 units for the current month and charges as 180. By including this gst we need to pay rs1517 and this is very burden for us. Could you provide explanation for this gst charges?

            I wanted to raise a complaint about the billing amount which seems incorrect. As I was out of station from March 7th 2020 till date how can my bill come to Rs. 3240.
            It is very strange. When I check the bill online thought of making a payment but to my surprised looking at the billing amount I almost got a heart attack. As I am outstation I was expecting the bill could be maximum Rs. 100 but when I see this I was surprised. Please let me know as I truly believe the amount is 200% incorrect.

              There is a negligence and irregularities in billing cycles.
              Bill collectors some time come on 30 days and some times 34 days... It’s like their wish.
              Today we called ae regarding bills he immediately sent personnel to issue bills.
              Ae is completely not tracking how billing going on in rc puram area. Also this late billing causing us excess bills. Doubled bills getting levied on us due to negligence of officials. How far this is correct. I have paid so much excess money due tl late billing. Consider about an area it will be in lakhs of rupees these excesss bills. Please take this seriously.

              This is almost happened many times but no one complained...

                  i have already reached to them, estimation was done on febuary 22nd but amount that has to be paid isn't told to me.

                  i would expect a quick resolution to my problem.
                  I am resident of Sreeram Nagar Kondapur, Out actuall bill is 482, but there is GST surcharge of 1302 rs. There is no GST for electricity bill. Please rectify.
                  There is no separate meter in this house our owner is given a bill that is connected to other plots also they are asking to pay that bill. How can I know which meter in my house meter. Please help us

                        I stay at padmasri hills, suncity my service no is 32276195 i am facing severe problem due to low voltage unable to use any electrical & electronics appliances my submersible motor doesn’t run due to low voltage, from last 4 years i am facing this problem when summer starts i have complaint this issue with department
                        And with ae also but no action has been taken last year i have given written complaint and met ae he promised me that he will install transformer in a month but he has only raised pillar for transformer and transformer is not yet installed due to which i am facing severe problems with low voltage, with this complain in consumer forum iam expecting that my problem of low voltage may be addressed at the earliest..

                                Below message recive weekly twice but they mention 2 hours in fact it would be more than 4hours this is recent message now time 6:42 still no power
                                Without intemation everyday two times they cut power off
                                No tsspdcl contact number persons give proper reply when we call and they say it's not belongs to my area and they are very rude

                                    The fuse wire on the transformer supply pole attached to our apartment bldg is too often getting snapped, almost every 10-15 days, causing lot of inconvenience, since more than a year. This matter is in the knowledge of yapral fuse-off-call office. The pole is 11 years old, steel made, and several external wires of telecom companies and cable wires keep hanging to this. We were told that the transformer too needs servicing, (Never done in the last 11 years) but action is yet to be taken by the authorities. We pay about rs.6500/- as consumption charges every month, but the service gets disrupted too often, damaging electrical/electronic appliances of the residents. We therefore request that suitable action be taken without further delay.

                                    Watch the oil smear, perhaps due to leakage, on the transformer box and the support beam. This needs to be rectified too.

                                    I have always paid our electricity bills on time and have never missed any payment but on this month shows bill is 3831 Rupees,

                                    total this month bill is 482
                                    After 01-04-18 is 3349

                                      I have submitted all documents for new house hold electric connection for LT Registration number: NR[protected] has been rejected by AE - Turkyamzal saying that
                                      Rejected as The layout partance to said service was not electrified and it is known that there some land dispute in the court of law as per local authority.

                                      The AE has not shown any official order or letter pertaining to the rejection and simply saying that the local authorities gram panchayat - Nadergul Village has guided him orally not to allow any new connections.

                                      Where as there are already 4 connections released and meters have been fixed earlier in the same location to others. We have mentioned the existing near by consumer number for proof.

                                      Additional charges on February bill named "GST on DC" for 1080. Need an explanation on this and immediate action to be taken. This is not available in the previous bills. Thank you.
                                      We applied on 28-jan-2019 for the title transfer
                                      in KPHB CSC center .

                                      till now it is not updated in our bills.

                                      Can you please let us know the status.

                                        I am a tenant in an apartment in budhanagar, usc[protected], owner is mohan reddy, recently they fixed sub-meters, 160109 is area code,

                                        The bill is issued on 6 feb 2019 and the period of power bill is23 jan to 6 feb 2019, units consumed 47, bill given for 544 with gst 432, how can it be his much for 47 units, need clarification or change in the bill, kindly, make it asap,

                                        It's not fair, we always get power bill between Rs. 500-600.
