bill correction

It's been 3 months I've been staying under this USC[protected]. I've been getting 200 to 400/- on bill last 2 months. All of a sudden the last month bill was 818/- in which I've not even been in my house for 15 days. And the units units consumed we're 199. Observed this after the officials here reinstalled new meters. Also to let you know, I've got no appliances at my home to consume 199 units in 28 days. Looking forward to get some help from...

excess bill being received since last few months

Hi i am receiving high bill amount since past few months even in the winter months. Last year during the winters my bill amounts were hardly 200-300 rs but this year the amount has risen to 650- 700 rs which is a lot to digest. There are no air-conditioners running during the winters and i am hardly home as i work in the it sector. Please investigate and let me know the reason for the same.

Yesterday we received current bill for the feb month. When we checked, we saw 1339 as gst charges. For your information we consumed only 94 units for the current month and charges as 180. By including this gst we need to pay rs1517 and this is very burden for us. Could you provide explanation for this gst charges?

There is a negligence and irregularities in billing cycles.
Bill collectors some time come on 30 days and some times 34 days... It’s like their wish.
Today we called ae regarding bills he immediately sent personnel to issue bills.

facing excess electricity bill

we are getting additional amount of 7000rs apart from mothly bill.
i taken this problem to sub-station officers. but they are unserious about this and they told me that some neighbour school bill mistakenly came in to your bill and they told me anyway you have to pay this. so many times i went to the electricity offfice but they are not resolving...

gst has been charged against my current bill

I have been charged gst rs 1100 extra against my current bill of rs 500/-, many of my neighbours did not get gst... Pls clarify why gst has been charged only for us... Many people are saying there is no gst for power bill.. Can i know whether gst is charged on power usage... If charged what are the terms......

rejection of new service connection - lt

I have submitted all documents for new house hold electric connection for LT Registration number: NR[protected] has been rejected by AE - Turkyamzal saying that
Rejected as The layout partance to said service was not electrified and it is known that there some land dispute in the court of law as per local authority.

wrong arrears charged on our electricity bill
