I am the residents of the above usc no. And we are away from hyderabad to visit usa from 23rd august 2019 and switch off the main to avoid short circuits.
On 10th sep 2018 i paid the bill amounting rs185/-which is up to date.. Recently i got a bill of rs1769/- even though we switched off the main and units are showing nil. & instead of minimum bill., you charged a bill of rs.1769/- instead of rs 170/- minimum bill..
So i request you to kindly look in to the matter and do justice at early date so that i can pay online before 20 of this month.

    My electricity meter got struck, however i received a bill of 1348 rs. Looks like it was taken on an average from previous months. I'm out of station for the past 2 months and my flat is vacant. So there was no electricity consumed in the last billing period.

    I talked to ae and lineman, looks like they can't help here. I'm ready to pay minimum bill, but definitely not full amount. Please reverse the charges.

      I entered the bill amount wrong by mistake that is 1rupee but the bill is around 500rupees through paytm. So can you please cancel the transaction so that i can pay it again.

        We are recently joined in new rental house, which is newly constructed and taken new power connection but every month bill not generated we are contacted local green lands sub station not respond properly, after so many reminders they are generated three months bill at time which is so higher because of your billing why we need to bare higher cost, more over calculations are wrong.

          We are residents of p&t colony, medipally. We have observed unusual spike of meter reading this month (5th sep-5th oct). We received bill of rs.7168. Our usual power bill ranges from rs. 200 to rs.800 since the inception of this power connection. Please look in to it asap. We suspect there is some fault in the meter for this sudden increase of the reading. Also, just for your information, there were no new electrical gadgets installed in past 2 years.

            Hi im a resident of boduppal near electricity sub station under ero-311. Service number 11024848. There is no usage of electricity at my house for last 2-3 months as it is vacant and locked but still shockingly i got a bill of more than rs.1200/-. I request you to investigate and have it addressed. One question i want to ask is how come the department personal generated the bill without reading the meter. My house is locked for last 2 months.

            Please address this issue and confirm back.

              I am purchased flat no 203 b at footman's residency and have been regularly receiving a bill of rs.175/- per month since the door is locked and no one is living there at present this flat is at vijaipuri colony tarnaka, secunderabad 500017, since the past 6 months the bill has been around 175/- suddenly the bill has gone up to 604/- in the last month and i was to made to pay, not only that my meter was changed due to faulty meter and separate charges are being collected,, without any correction of the earlier bill. Kindly correct the bills or the meters.

                This is to inform you that i am residing in the below mentioned address. This is to bring your kind notice and information that overhead electrical lines passing on our residential house, i was complained in online with and register complaint no. Cc[protected] last week tuesday date 25/9/2018 tsspdcl department installed a pole and with normal d brackets of length ht is 4' and lt d bracket of 2' and i got a mail from tsspdcl your complaint no. Cc[protected] registered through tsspdcl web portal has been resolved, over a construction of slab iam facing same issue. But iam not at all satisfied with the service which have provided and my money also got wasted and still we are facing the same issue which i had a post complaint with lt and ht lines department installed a distances d brackets lengths are shorter to my construction house, we are in tension with this lines, if any incident occurs or happened to any working labours or any persons sole and only tsspdcl department is responsible for this high tension line (Ht/lt lines). Because of this our house construction may get delayed.

                Please see the attached pics for clarification of installed pole and d - brackets length shown in jpg 5 line passing over my house. Actually d bracket for ht lines should be installed as shown sample large d bracket jpg. But department installed shorter length of d brackets.

                Department to take action for ht overhead transmission high tension line (Ht/lt lines) which is still aside to our house.

                Please consider this complaint as high priority as this issue related to human life risk factor.

                Department to take action for HT OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION HIGH TENSION LINE (HT/LT lines) which is still aside to our house.

                Please consider this complaint as high priority as this issue related to human life risk factor.

                  This is a complaint for meter with service number[protected] and usc[protected] where the complete bill for the month of september of rs. 20867.00 was paid on 8th september vis tsspdcl online payment platform of bill desk and provided below in the mail chain is the confirmation email for the same payment. The tsspdcl receipt number for the same payment is tsspdcl receipt number : [protected].

                  But as shown below when i go to the bill enquiry for section for the same meter today it shows an arrear amount of rs. 12272 as of 30th september which is wrong.

                  Please correct the same.

                    We cleared our bill on last month August 21st 2018, the total due till august was Rs 3902[ bill due 3115+ acd due 787] but by mistakenly the cashier at tsspdcl paid Rs 3902 as electricity bill. We paid Rs 787 extra for august bill however we thought it will be deducted from total due of next month bill of September.
                    But the bill this month is showing arrear of + Rs 513 instead of showing arrear – Rs 787 in negative.
                    We changed our meter last month when the meter was burnt in June 3rd [paying Rs 1300 dd]. The house was vacant from January. The house is a small room we are getting minimum units bills and average units bills [after meter burnt]. The average units were wrong in the month of July bill but still we cleared our bill and new meter was installed in august month ending.
                    After new meter installed the units consumed were 7 units but the electricity bill this month 6th Sept 2018 amounted to Rs 2324 for 200 units. They said its average bill. How can the bill be average bill when the new meter is installed? And the average bill is wrong as we never consumed more than 85 units in past 12 months.
                    The bill this month 6th Sept amounted to Rs 1811[200 units average taken wrong] and arrear showing Rs 513[arrear should be in negative Rs 787]. The electricity connection was disconnected by lineman for not paying one month bill which is wrong bill.

                    The person responsible for this is lineman. He is the one who billed in month of July. He is the one who made new meter installed after checking all bills are cleared. He is the one who billed in this September showing arrears knowing all bills cleared. He is the one who disconnected the electricity connection yesterday for not paying bill this month. The same thing happened in the month of January he did excess billing and disconnected electricity at month ending for not paying bill.
                    I am attaching the screenshot of data o[censored]nits consumed in past 12 months and the electricity bill of September 6 2018 and payment receipt.
                    I am paying unnecessary wrong bills from June.
                    Please help me in solving this problem.

                      A delay by 5 days from the due date resulting in power disconnect without any information from TSSPDCL about the non-payment via call or email or SMS sounds unreasonable. Very insensitive to the how much does a family with kids get affected by it. Where can I find a clause on notice period ?

                        We are residing at plot no 24, road no5 himapuricolony mansoorabad. Infront of our house there are electrical line wires which get contact to each other leading to short circuit even for a mild wind flow. Many times this problem occurred. But we don't know whom to approach. If it is not solved immediately it will create big problem. Please look into the problem and do the needful. Thanking you

                          My meter reading says 1232 KWH. What is the unit?
                          I am using regularly for 10-15 hours a 14 W bulb, 70 W fan only and nothing else for more than 15 minutes.
                          It has been only 5 days since I shifted to an entirely new house.
                          I think the meter is faulty. Can you help?

                              I have done a payment to TSSPDCLfor the post of Executive through Billdesk payment gateway on the Date 10/09/2018 at 8.AM, the amount of Rs.502/- was deducted from my saving bank account ICICI BAnk, but the payment neither received by ICICI nor refunded to my account till date, so kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my Saving Bank Account as early as pollible.

                                Dear Southern Power Team,

                                From the past few months, there is definitely incorrect billing in electricity bill, we dont use any electrical instruments that consume more power like AC etc, however, sometimes the current bill comes to Rs.50 when we use normally & sometimes around 6k when we use normally. This is not acceptable. I request the concerned authorities to assist with this strange bill.

                                  I had paid the electricity bill twice for the same month and even extra. I thought that the bill would be adjusted for the next month which is clearly not.
                                  Im attaching the payment pics. Pls look into it

                                    Hi team,

                                    The electricity bill generated for the month of august is incorrect. According to the bill total units billed were 402 from 4th august, 2018 to 6th september, 2018. The starting meter reading was 27896 and this meter was changed on 11th august when the meter reading was 28029 making it 43 units. Since then the new meter shows 120 making a total of 163 units for the whole month whereas we are billed for 402 units.
                                    Please look into this issue with priority and resolve this at the earliest.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I made a payment of 6800 for dd and line estimated amount 12000/- rupes to mr. Ramesh linemen working at keshmpetmandel, rr dist. On 28/5/18 & 5/6/18. Till date they are not given any connection to my agricultural bore.

                                      Last month i went to asst. Engineer keshmpet (Mr. Vinod on 28/8/18) and asked about the connection, linemen ramesh did not submitted any think to asst. Eng.

                                      Asst. Eng. Made a conference call and asked to linemen and he replied to him that he will arrange 1/9/2018 and till date also not submitted any documents.

                                      Please take action as early as possible.

                                        I need to know the rules of power cut. How discoms are disconnect power to household for just one month of bill due.

                                        What is grace period to pay the bill amount and i need to know the rules of power cut. Please let me know the rule.
                                        And the billing executive is very harsh, he replied very rudely. He said if we didnot pay bill as per due date he will cut the power by next day only.
