Today alone there was about 6 hours worth of power cuts. It keeps going and then comes back for a second or so and again again and again for 2 hours or so. None of the customer complaint or hotline numbers are answered and the taranagar power station number does not pick up to respond. This has become a constant nuisance now where at least 3 hours of power is cut everyday and the voltage fluctuates badly. Horrible organisation.

      current bill paid twice through paytm and hdfc automatic bill payments

      I have paid October month current bill through paytm and hdfc debit card automatic bill payments. The amount is not adjusted in November current bill and also amount not credited to hdfc or paytm.. And I have paid November current bill also.. How can I proceed further to get current bill adjusted or credited to my account. Please suggest

      Hi Sir,

      This is regarding the excess power bill generated for the month of Dec 2018 which is ₹.12770 we never used to get that much bill per annum also. I can see this huge bill amount is provided in TSSPDCL site under Online Bill Enquiry.Thisbecause of the wrong meter reading. Lineman told that the reading of meter is jumping and he could not take the bill for this. Could you please look into this issue and resolve this as early as possible. The service number details are provided below.

      But I want the meter to be changed because I got the same problem in last year Nov bill. Please let me know the procedure for that.

        Sir,

        My meter is not working since last 3 months and line man is taking default reading every month.

        Last time when i visited bowenpally office they said the matter will be resolved in this bill, but yesterday also same default reading was taken. When asked why, they say ask lineman and lineman never comes.

        Last time i submitted complaint on this site and it was told to wait for some and hence i re-raising the request.

        Or kindly share the lineman number, can at least call him and talk.

            Failure of power supply since 24 hours the problem is they don't have poles, transformer to replace and the coordination between staff is not upto level by this we farmers suffering a heavy failure of power supply in previous month it's been several times happening and no one is bother about the issue

                  Hi sir,

                  This is regarding excess power bill i'm receiving bearing the usn[protected]
                  For last 2 months, i receive abnormal readings from my meter which eventually forced to pay higher electricity bills by me.
                  My average consumption is 150 to 190 units which comes approximately 600 to 800 rupees. For example my august month units bill is: 193 units / 788 rs

                  September month, i received 2609 which is 3 times higher than last month.

                  October month, i received 3051 which is 4 times higher than august month.

                  I complained this to my local electricity dept officials but no luck. Can you please help me in solving this problem.

                    I made a online bill payment of rs.689.77 on 20/11/2018 for paying current bill through tsspdcl - bill desk using my icici debit card. There was an error during the payment but still i got my money debited and i even got and confirmation email showing transaction through icici bank. But when i again checked my current bill payment status it still showing pending of rs 689. Kinldy request you to please address the query and let me know if i can get my money back.

                      There is a problem in my electricity meter. Wire got burnt in meter. When i asked local line man, he said we need to take DD for 2500 and labor cost 1000rs . please confirm What is the procedure and cost to replace the meter ?

                            I have paid the electricity bill generated for november month twice. Once it was paid using hdfc standing instruction option and second time using phonepe wallet for the usc number[protected]. This was done accidentally from my end without my notice.

                            Please take this amount into account for the next month bill generation and adjust it for the december month.

                            In both these bills I see Category Code: 1 B2
                            And I am charged per unit Rs 5 in both these bill.

                            Even though consumed units is less 200 why Category is 1 B2? and charged at Rs 5?

                                I'm p parsha ram reddy from ida bollaram (Village and post) jinnaram (Mdl), sangareddy (District) 502325. What is my issue is today i have received my electricity bill at the time of 18:32.in my bill shows 200 units for this month. And amount was 1110 rupee for 30days.. And also category was 1b (Ii) domestic..
                                And last i was received bill 249units and amount was 1009rupee. And cat was 1b (I). This month i have consupted only 200units. But amount was high... Y this happen. Pls solve my problem.

                                  In september 2018 electricity person came and said that your electricity meter is stoked, hence generating bill based on your usage for the last 6 months, and given a bill for large bill amount for the 6 months...

                                  After october also given same amount of bill, after changing the meter, how it is possible.. I need a clarification regarding this, we are out of station for 2 weeks in that month

                                    In reference to my so many complaints in October 2019., there is no use at all.. In this month ( November 2019) my bill amount showing 1794/- even though we are not at all used a single UNIT of current since 24h AUGUST 2019. intentionally or by mistake you are sending high bills. & burdening senior citizens like me..
                                    if this is the way your service is I am constrained to go for JUSTICE in the court of Law..
                                    For clarification when I phoned AE to his mobile number.. it always says OUT OF COVERAGE AREA during office timings.. Then who will answer for my clarification..
