This is regarding the excess power bill generated for the month of Dec 2018 which is ₹.12770 we never used to get that much bill per annum also. I can see this huge bill amount is provided in TSSPDCL site under Online Bill Enquiry.Thisbecause of the wrong meter reading. Lineman told that the reading of meter is jumping and he could not take the bill for this. Could you please look into this issue and resolve this...

Last time when i visited bowenpally office they said the matter will be resolved in this bill, but yesterday also same default reading was taken. When asked why, they say ask lineman and lineman never comes.

I have paid my bill last on 10th november 2018 through google pay (Transaction id is:[protected]. But when i check my current bill, i find the paid bill is not recorded and i have been charged double for two months.
Its like paying the electric bill twice for every month.

interruption and failure of power supply

Failure of power supply since 24 hours the problem is they don't have poles, transformer to replace and the coordination between staff is not upto level by this we farmers suffering a heavy failure of power supply in previous month it's been several times happening and no one is bother about the issue

I am a resident of plot no 48, mig-i 9th phase, kphb, hyderabad-85. My house is purely residential. Yet, i am being billed as 'non-domestic commercial category despite several complaints to de, kphb. Please change it to 'domestic' category. I am paying huge electric bills for past couple of months under 'non-domestic, commercial' category.

regarding very high bill generated,after changing the metre

In september 2018 electricity person came and said that your electricity meter is stoked, hence generating bill based on your usage for the last 6 months, and given a bill for large bill amount for the 6 months...

After october also given same amount of bill, after changing the meter, how it is possible.. I need a clarification regarding this, we are out of station for 2 weeks in that month...

In reference to my so many complaints in October 2019., there is no use at all.. In this month ( November 2019) my bill amount showing 1794/- even though we are not at all used a single UNIT of current since 24h AUGUST 2019. intentionally or by mistake you are sending high bills. & burdening senior citizens like me..
if this is the way your service is I am constrained to go for JUSTICE in the court of Law..
