incorrect metre reading on the electricity bill

I received electricity bill on 7th July 2018. On the bill the present metre reading is 18691 units. But when I checked the metre reading on the same day it's actually 18591 units.

Bcoz of 100 units extra ..I got extra bill.. Please investigate and resolve this issue ASAP.

Sir;

Would like to bring to your kind notice that my electricity bill in the month of June 2018 had come to Rs.7125/- which used to be somewhere around 1500 to 2000 in peak summer where we used to run AC whole night. Last month there had not been any usage but still this amount of bill. This is completely absurd and this is to be addressed on priority.

This month bill should be somewhere around 1200 to 1500...

guidelines on disconnection date

I am a regular payer of the bill. But forgot the bill payment on duedate for the current month. Lineman removed the power. I paid via paytm and power came back, but i am curious to know on guidelines of the disconnection. It is sometimes natural for any people to forget the payment. At least reminders would definitely help to pay on time. If you want to disconnect do it but let all the people know about the guidelines....

electricity bill paid twice

I don't know how tsspdcl is calculating arrears. I cleared 4890rs of last month bill [aprl10-may12]. But still in this month bill[jun-7] i got 2700rs in arrears. What is this, how you people are calculating the arrears?

improper meter reading and over billing

My usual bill (average) is about INR 300-500 with a consumption of around 100-130 Units per month (30-32 days). This month the meter however showed a three fold increase of 330 units, and the bill amount is INR 2127. This, in spite of the fact that for three days out of the 32, we were out of station and there was no power consumption.
Attached the over charged bill and previous month's bill....

apartment transformer have installed in front my door

not giving new meter connection

I have been staying in kavuri hill madhapur for past 2.5 year as tenant. The usc no is[protected].

For may'2018 i got extremely unrealistic bill of inr 2965/-, our max bill we received till now is less than inr 800. We don't have ac or heater or any such things which can pump up the costing so high in just a month.

We have very basic things like fans, fridge, 1 cooler.

excessively billed on unused meter

I have portions in my home that which i give for rent. One portion is empty and i paid the current bill regularly every month. One month the bill is charged for 18000 with arrears. I paid the bill everytime so where did the arrears come from? No one is using the current, so how it can be 18000? Pls help me. I went to ae also but they are not taking the matter seriously....
