I have cleared all the bills for the may bill. in june bill i got 1223rs as usage bill and 2754 as arrears. no clue why it came in arrears. so i paid that month bill only in ameenpur mandal office. again this month also same arrers are showing in bill. could you please check and do needful sir.

    I would like to know what cost of replacing meter with display problem...I have been getting minimum bill for last 3 months and showing 0 units.
    I average monthly bill would be around 200.. I have been paying around 180 for meter fault which is showing 0 units for the last 3 months.

    How to proceed on this and the charges..?
    I heard this is replaced by dept at free of cost but line men demanding around 3000 for this.. pls help me.

      I received electricity bill on 7th July 2018. On the bill the present metre reading is 18691 units. But when I checked the metre reading on the same day it's actually 18591 units.

      Bcoz of 100 units extra ..I got extra bill.. Please investigate and resolve this issue ASAP.

        Sir;

        Would like to bring to your kind notice that my electricity bill in the month of June 2018 had come to Rs.7125/- which used to be somewhere around 1500 to 2000 in peak summer where we used to run AC whole night. Last month there had not been any usage but still this amount of bill. This is completely absurd and this is to be addressed on priority.

        This month bill should be somewhere around 1200 to 1500 max basis the usage we have done but This is completely unacceptable. No residential user will expect this shockers for a period of 27 days usage. Also we have not underwent any kind of works in the flat as this is a rented flat for which we are staying for almost 3 yrs now and never experi3nced this bill shocker till date.

          I am a regular payer of the bill. But forgot the bill payment on duedate for the current month. Lineman removed the power. I paid via paytm and power came back, but i am curious to know on guidelines of the disconnection. It is sometimes natural for any people to forget the payment. At least reminders would definitely help to pay on time. If you want to disconnect do it but let all the people know about the guidelines.

                Though bill was unpaid, lineman should have informed while cutting.

                  Usc[protected] — i had paid my electricity bill of april 2018 for rs 1006 through online quick payment service of icici bank. Transaction no. [protected] dated 13/5/2018 was successful and the amount was also deducted by the bank and paid to telangana southern power distribution company on 14/5/2018. Bank has also confirmed that payment was done from their side with reference id -[protected]. But my bill for may has come with arears of april amount. I requested to distribution office but they are telling that amount of april is not credited/received by them. Kindly resolve as i have already paid for april 18 (Rs 1006) and amount should be adjusted. Attached screen shot of payment.

                    My actual billing is below 750 but where as this month and few earlier months concerned, it is touching 1200+. The reason being bill is getting generated for 36/37/38 days which should be actually 30th day. Daily consumption of 6units are adding up for 6-8 days and causing the higher tariff above 200 units and causing extra 900-1000 rupees to my bill. I am losing every month 900-1000 just because of bill generation staffs delay. Till now i end up paying[protected] in last 1 year. So this is a serious issue has to be looked in to immediately.

                        I am writing this complain about the electricity bill that i received for the usc number[protected]. There's seriously wrong with your departments calculations on the basis o[censored]nits calculated. I'm a night shift employee and i hardly use enough electricity at my place and i stay alone. You can go by the previous one years records, this month i got an astonishing bill of 2340 which is completely unacceptable. I've been paying all my bills on time and have never complained about any problems earlier and have been silent even if the bill was high without being used anything much.
                        I need a clarification as to why my bill has been so high this month.

                            Actual Usage bill is 1200 and old due is showing as 2700. But i paid all previous generated bills, how 2700 is showing as due still. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                                My usual bill (average) is about INR 300-500 with a consumption of around 100-130 Units per month (30-32 days). This month the meter however showed a three fold increase of 330 units, and the bill amount is INR 2127. This, in spite of the fact that for three days out of the 32, we were out of station and there was no power consumption.

Please update correct numbers then we can expect some service.. No wonders when it comes to providing service this is the worst dept.                                     We are getting lot of issues after installed the transformer in front of my house, lot of sparkles and some times heavy sounds we are facing with this.

                                    Without out our permission they have fix the power transformer in front of my house its not more then 2 meters
                                    Their is not much space so i humble request you to please change the spot and fix where the full of space to maintain the fencing which is no one can go inside the promises

                                    All the neighbours are ready to removal from here because this is adjacent to temple daily lot devotees are complaining us why this has installed beside the temple

                                    Many childrens are in highly risk while playing besides of transformer which is besides of houses

                                    So many complaints have given against the local power station always they said invest some amount to removal from here they are highly corrupted

                                    This transformer is using only 2 apartments why the power department have given a permission if they dont have the much space in their house how they are approved the building layout approval

                                      Hello,

                                      Iam residing at plot no 817 mathrushrinagar colony, miyapur. My electricity connection is on builder name and would like to change it on my name. I had tried to contact kukatpally area office over phone but didn't get any response. Contacted bill generator but he is asking for huge processing charges to do so. Could you please help me to share detailed process along with documents required so that me and my apartment flatmates will try to follow the same process.

                                      For title transfer:
                                      You need to lodge a complaint at concern CSC/ICSC with relevant documents.

                                      (or)

                                      Please find the attachment showing mandatory documents listed in attachment together with a transfer application form available in 'Downloads' link under 'Title transfer' category of TSSPDCL website with signature of Previous owner /Builder and the present owner and all the documents which are be submitted should be having self attestation on all copies.(or)

                                      Can also apply online by navigating to 'Complaint Registrations'>select 'Title transfer’>fill mandatory information and upload relevant documents>Submit your application then you will be generated with a acknowledgement having complaint number. You can check the status of the same by navigating to 'My application status'>Select 'Complaints'>Provide CC number of your complaint > Click on 'submit' button for viewing the present status of your complaint.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        We are from khyathenpally, mancherial district. We have constructed a new house and applied for new meeters and concern department heads, ae & de are asking us to give money to local builder vamshi which makes us so aukward. If that is compulsory why electricity is department is for. We have paid all the dues of my property and how ever department accepted my application too.
