unauthorised connection from our apartment

Around 3 years ago your department people made unauthorised connection from our TRANSFORMER”s junction box which is near my Car parking ..and the wires lying on the floor .. .. I made several complaints about it .. In January 2019 a Cat which was passing near it also died.. br...

I paid my electricity bill on 18th December 2018(9:44pm) from Google pay.
[protected]@icici has requested for the payment to pay electricity bill of RS. 532.77 and it has been deducted from my account but not credited to Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL]. I thought it has been credited to them but after due date period they charged a penalty for not paying the bill. The amount is not refunded till date. Indiaideas...

meter reading running fast

Sir, recently i have taken one single phase meter vide sc no.[protected] with usc no.[protected]. I am using 2hp motor for bore. But for 1hr usage of my 2hp mortor the power consumes 6units instead of 2-3 units eventhough the motor takes 12amp for that i have received the first bill for an amount of rs 6800/-. But after checking the tspcdcl staff saying that everything is fine. Now i want to replace my meter with new one.. I will pay the replacement...

meter reading and billing not correct

This month (Jan 2019) i received a total bill for rs: 2302.0. Paid the arrears on 8th jan 2019 for rs. 849.0. But still the amount i need to pay is rs. 1453.0. There is some issue with meter reading too.
It is showing in the bill :
Open reading = 30957
Closed reading = 1
Net units consumed = 249

Could you please check and let me know?

Sir,
This is regarding the usc[protected], i'm facing abnormal unit recording - and receiving excess bill.

My average consumption is approximately 140 to 160 units for which i receive the bill of around 600 to 700.

This month we have received a bill of rs 4350 which recorded 578 units. Can you please solve my problem.

extra amount charged

We have been charged extra amount of rs. 3220/- as dccase amount due in the january 2019 electricity bill by tsspdcl.

We are paying electricity bill amount every month for whatever the bill got generated. Why we should have to pay thousands of rupees extra as you charge without any criteria. We can’t afford such bills. Generally, we get 500 to 700 rupees bill every month. But, this month it is 4200 rupees, almost six times...

This is regarding the disconnection of power supply before the payment due date. We have received huge bill amount for the Dec 2018 month due to faulty meter reading.It was corrected and line man has provided us new bill on 14th Dec with bill date as 14th Dec and payment due date as 28th Dec.

disconnection of power supply abruptly without intimation

I have missed paying the power bill - online, as i usually pay - within due date. This has probably happened 3-4 times.

On each instance, tsspdcl have deputed someone - probably a lineman or a meter reader - to my premises and have simply disconnected power by switching off the mains from the meter area. On this instance they took out the wires as well connected to the main switch. This is the shocking part - every such instance...

It was successful transaction.. But it's not reflected in tsspdcl so my house owner paid the same amount on 15th november.
When i visited the near by electricity office they said that amount will be debit from present month bill
But still the same amount reflecting on the site

In dilsukh nagar, end of road number#3, bhavani nagar, near boys hostel, the street electric pole is omitting fire sparkles. It's been already 2hours (Now it's 2:54am) since its raining, but fire sparkles and abnormal sounds coming out is quite a chance representing a possible danger. too many power cuts and poor maintenance

Today alone there was about 6 hours worth of power cuts. It keeps going and then comes back for a second or so and again again and again for 2 hours or so. None of the customer complaint or hotline numbers are answered and the taranagar power station number does not pick up to respond. This has become a constant nuisance now where at least 3 hours of power is cut everyday and the voltage fluctuates badly. Horrible organisation....
