Hi i am resident of greenpark colony, saroornagar, hyderabad the meter reading man he is always entering wrong reading and giving us wrong bill which is huge amount last time ie., last month w e got 40, 000/- bill i was shocked, this time he added extra 150 units to bill, when i cross check it i found to be wrong kindly ask that fellow to come and give the correct reading i don't know why you keep uneducated fellows who can't take proper reading into job

I want to state that yesterday (11.04.2018, wednesday) the bill collector has came to my residence and he kept meter reader on meter and after giving bill he has broken seal wantedly, i have requested him to repair but he refused. Hence it is requested to take necessary action in this regard.

        The number o[censored]nits charged this month are 199 units and as per the information given on the back of the bill the category has to be 1 b1. But on the it was wrotten as 1 b2.
        Eventhough it was given as 1 b2 the bill that is generated has to be 760, but the amount generated on the bill was 1006.

          I received a rejection for my application status stating rejected due to the premises has already existing 4 nos sevices. Sc# SZ091000, SZ091001, SSZ09102, SZ091003. I request you to please check the address and the phone numbers of the each service number.
          First 2 connections belong plot number 84 and other 2 belongs to plot# 71. Owners of the plots are different too.

          We spoke to AE of Moti nagar. He is not at all listening to what we say.

          I think there is some mistake in your records. khaja shareef is the owner for plot# 71 and not 84.
          I have the registration documents and the municipal tax receipts as proof to show you. Attaching the tax receipt for now (sent in separate email)

          Its your lineman Muqthar and AE Raju's mistake that they did not handle the case or enquiry properly. If they should have told us clearly that the issue of having 2 meters of khaja Shareef on plot 84 instead of 71 then the matter wouldnt have come to escalation. Is this the way your AE handles the escalation. I need to take help of consumer forum to understand the issue.

          If your AE approachable then it wouldnot have caused so much of fuss.

          Hi team,

          The ADE contact number you have provided is of 11 digits which is incorrect. Can you provide the correct contact number.

          Can you also forward the attachments( in a email) to ADE. It contains the registration details of the 4 commercial meters. It clearly shows we applied 2 commercial meters on plot# 71 and another 2 meters on plot# 84. Due to mistake at your end all the meters were registered on plot# 84.

          Last month I paid my electricity bill amount of 167 rupees twice as the first transaction was showing processing for a long time .The amount didn't get reduced in current month's bill, kindly provide refund of excess amount paid.

                    Subject: Wrong Meter reading - Excessive bill

                    Dear sir,

                    On 8th Jan 2018 electricity Meter reading was taken for the above meter in vertex pleasant apartments block-F, flat 203 and the bill is generated. Present Reading was wrongly noted as 15636 and previous reading of 15331 will make the total units consumed as 305 units. Please find attached picture of the meter(photo dt. 11 Jan 2018) which shows that the current day's reading is 15364.3 where as it was wrongly noted as 15636 which resulted in huge bill amount of Rs.1806. The actual consumption of the last month should be 32 or 33 units which will result in bill amount below Rs.200.

                    Kindly rectify this immediately and generate a new bill.

                    Sir, will this complaint be answered at all. It is already 8 days after the complain. need to pay the bill on 22nd Jan

                    Chanakyapuri colony, Nagole, Rangareddy..

                    We are facing severe voltage fluctuation problem since 2 months. bulbs keep flickering severely during the day time.
                    Request the dept to identify and rectify the problem immediately.

                    May I draw your kind attention to the frequent breakdowns of electricity in our locality (Pragati Nagar, Doctors colony, 500090) and the great inconvenience it causes to the residents! There are failures of electricity several times in a day. Sometimes, the current is switched off for several hours in a stretch.

                      This is regarding power disconnection in yellareddy guda (Jayprakash nagar), a person named manoj is being sent by electricity department (Not showing his id card) is coming and disconnecting the connection even though the due date is just 3-5 days.
                      He is behaving very rudely and saying that he was instructed by ae ram prasad to do that and when we say that we will pay it online he is forcing us to pay the amount to them or he will disconnect it.

                      These people are behaving like goons and frightening the people, we need to file a police complaint on this as these things are quite common in our area.

                      I even tried to call ae ram prasad, he is trying to escape saying that he will take action on that person but all in vain. It was clearly told to me by collection agent that ae is instructing them to do that.

                          I've made bill payment twice. Once on the 12th of this month and other on the 15th of the same month. The first payment i made of rs 451 was using the website officially used for the ts bill payments via billpay. The second payment of rs 449 was made due to the autopay mode of transaction through the netbanking app of mine. The bank app is kotak mahindra. The customer service number of mine is[protected].                               Context: our monthly units consumed is around 200; the bill dated: 5/6/2017, the units consumed was 718! (Over 3 times higher than the long-term average)

                              Issue: we have an ecs debit mandate with tsspdcl for direct debit of the billed amount, this did not happen for the above bill and we got a notice that our account is in arrears from aug 2017, and the line man came to cut the power, we paid the amount due to him via cheque

                              Note: i have had more than adequate balance in my account, at all times

                              Problem: since aug, we have been paying the bill manually and the ecs direct debit has also been happening. So we have been charged twice each month... While the billing department was not aware of this doubling up

                              Can i request you to please investigate and explain to me how this issue will get corrected please?

                              the amounts paid by you were in the credit to wards your service and you will be able to see the credit balance online as well as in the bill. you no need to pay the bill unless the Rs.3770/- gets adjusted towards your bill amount

                              Many thanks for the reply, but we had to go from pillar to post to get ourselves heard, I would just like to know HOW this mistake took place in the first place?
                              That is
                              1. why did we get a large bill?
                              2. Why was the meter read wrong, over 3 times the average?
                              3. Why was there no checks for stopping payment on the same bill more than once?
                              We are asking because if we had not sighted this error we would still be paying twice every month and the large payment would remain unchecked

                                  There is a brick kiln on the road between jadcherla to timmajipet at nagasala village, abetting jadcherla to nagar kurnool road. This brick kiln (Bhatti) belongs to one ramanayya r/o jadcherla. This bhatti is exactly opposite to swamy narayana international school. For the last so many years this person is engaged in pilferage and theft of power. He runs his bhatti throughout the night and burns bricks. Every evening at around 9.30 pm this person give connection to pole directly and take current. This he is doing since the last 9 years.

                                  Sir, the branches of tree are falling on main wires.and getting sparks and shock when.the wind.blows we have complained to line men they have not taken.any action on.it.as well as we have published.the issue in.newspaper the concerned people are not taking any action.

                                    Due date is 23rd november 2017, some one came and disconnected the power he informed rudely as due date crossed 5 days so disconnecting the power. I have question, not mentioned in power bill if we do not pay within the due date power cut will be there or informing through sms or door step informing, you people dont have any process?                                       Our service no is[protected] and we are residing in pragathinagar, opp j. N. T. U and problem is that we have got bill of rs.2980 on 06.11.17 without any reading and when we enquired in local office at aleap and they told that meter is not working and they have issued the bill of average of last 6 months but from last 4 months we are getting average of rs.1700. We didnt't get any intimation from local office about meter defect and after 15 days also they have not replaced meter and again they will take reading in next month ie.06.12.17 and they will give bill for another rs.3000 for an average of last 6 months because meter is not working. This is not fair that defect is in your side and you are punishing customer
