Online bill payment portal is not daily updated causing a lot of problems. The bill dated04/05/2018 is still not showing in your online portal through billdesk.
It is creating a problem every month. We, in our society, want to clear bills soon after we receive them.
So, please rectify your system such that as soon as an electricity bill is generated, it is updated in the online portal. Perhaps this responsibility can be given to the person/agency preparing the bill.

    My self m a ahad ansari resident of h. No: 1-110/a/46, gopal reddy nagar, kondapur, from since 2 month i am noticing that my electricity bill is 3 times as usual. I am only using 1 fan, 2 cfl (18 watt), only these and my bill amount is rs 1700 or more... Could you please look into this as soon as possible and do refund if possible, also i make complaint to pravesh (One of incharge in kondapur), he never listen and just ignore also i have notice he only did some mistake due to this my bill is too much. I also want complaints againt that person.

From last year that is 2017 i have been noticing that we are getting unwanted and unnecessary amount of bill that is 1700/- and less or more from that... We are using only 3 sealing fans, 3 led bulbs, 1 tv that's it... And we are job oriented people so only being at home in the evenings...         We have a power out from afternoon today...in our area (Bholakpur, 6-4-457/1) and we are informed that there ia a transformer drip but we want to know how much time does it take still to get the power online... What service is this that you are least bothered to respond to our calls and our concerns... We would want to know when will the power be online... This is at least the responsibility of the concerned team or department here to address our concern... And clarify when will the issue be resolved... We are not living in a remote area to just assume and believe things out here... Please get your act liable and responsible...

            Hi,
            My address is akshaya homes, ameenpur village, sridevi theatre road, chandanagar.
            There are few questions power cuts in this area through the day. Worst part is that there is power cuts even in nights for prolonged hours. Especially during midnight 12 to 3 am. The situation is getting worse day by day and there is no proper regulatory. Even fuseoff call centre numbers is switched off. Please resolve this at earliest.

                Come summer, we have unofficial power cuts in our building. The saddest part is that you cut power at 11.59 pm and it doesn't come back even at 1.20 am today.
                Why are we always targeted for power cuts? The buildings around us always have power while we suffer in the peak of summer! We pay our electricity bills regularly every month but continue to face this problem every year. We know that this is just the begining of sleepless nights in summer.
                Can someone give us an answer? Or resolve this issue once and for all?

                I get an SMS every time there is a power cut citing reasons like - feeder problem, regular maintenance and "miscellaneous" when there is a power cut. If we call, they tell us they are looking into the matter. The strange part is that this mostly happens in peak summer and during the rains where only our building seems to be affected. In case of rain, while the rest of the area gets back power in about half an hour, we have a longer period of darkness which sometimes extends to a couple of hours.They have installed a new transformer some years back but even that does not change the situation.

                We will revert back if the problem persists.

                        I paid rs. 1342 through online through sbi on 19th february at 19:25:08 and the transaction reference number is "lsb[protected]".in the next months bill the same amount is shown as dues along with the rs. 1271 for the month. I paid rs. 2613 vide transaction reference number "lsb[protected]" paid on[protected] at 13:34:19. All these transactions were done through sbi online and all the monies were deducted from my sbi account. Hence, i request you adjust the excess amount of rs. 1342 paid on[protected] in the current month's bill of rs. 2315/-

                          I'm resident in hydershakot, plot no: 113,
                          Service no:[protected], last month no there at home when he visited to your area, so entered our house by jumping our wall and kept electricity bill to my main door, this month we asked how can you do this, he just saying he has right to enter any house when ever he wants, give number of mr thirupathaiah goud saying you can speak with him, when i called him he also saying the same thing, does this people are educated or not, without anyone permission how can jump house wall, every month we get mostly of 500rs to 600rs now this month i got 1200rs. I think just asking that person how can you do that he did like this, and saying come to office and ask about it.

                          I hope you people will take this as serious issue.

                                  The number o[censored]nits charged this month are 199 units and as per the information given on the back of the bill the category has to be 1 b1. But on the it was wrotten as 1 b2.
                                  Eventhough it was given as 1 b2 the bill that is generated has to be 760, but the amount generated on the bill was 1006.

                                    I think there is some mistake in your records. khaja shareef is the owner for plot# 71 and not 84.
                                    I have the registration documents and the municipal tax receipts as proof to show you. Attaching the tax receipt for now (sent in separate email)

                                    Its your lineman Muqthar and AE Raju's mistake that they did not handle the case or enquiry properly. If they should have told us clearly that the issue of having 2 meters of khaja Shareef on plot 84 instead of 71 then the matter wouldnt have come to escalation. Is this the way your AE handles the escalation. I need to take help of consumer forum to understand the issue.

                                    If your AE approachable then it wouldnot have caused so much of fuss.

                                    Hi team,

                                    The ADE contact number you have provided is of 11 digits which is incorrect. Can you provide the correct contact number.

                                    Can you also forward the attachments( in a email) to ADE. It contains the registration details of the 4 commercial meters. It clearly shows we applied 2 commercial meters on plot# 71 and another 2 meters on plot# 84. Due to mistake at your end all the meters were registered on plot# 84.

                                    Hi,

                                    Last month I paid my electricity bill amount of 167 rupees twice as the first transaction was showing processing for a long time .The amount didn't get reduced in current month's bill, kindly provide refund of excess amount paid.

                                      SAINIK ENCLAVE is an important link road connecting abut 12 colonies across the HI-TENSION ROAD NEAR NETAJI NAGAR X ROADS.

                                      LOCATION: CONNECTING:SAINIKPURI X ROADS TO OLD KAPRA ROAD AT BEFORE NETAJI NAGAR X ROADS;ROAD LEADING FROM BALAJI SWEETS TO KAPRA LAKE LEADING TO HI-TENSION ROAD AND FURTHER TO KATTAMAISAMMA TEMPLE.

                                      All the street lights are not functional for the 5-6 days.It is pitch dark, particularly during the NEW-MOON NIGHTS.
                                      As it is this road is very bad with potholes and uneven surfaces, and becomes very dangerous for the people of locality and surroundings.
