Im tenant in 2-88 old lingampally hyderabad usc no.[protected], scno.[protected], actually i bill paid in my paytm account on 20/08/2018 12.07 am rs.589/-and another bill by my wife on the same day rs.593.41 to the same above service number, this month also bill came rs.651/- without any deducation received full bill.

      I have received this month's current bill where i see that extra 600 arrears has been charged for no reason but actual bill amount is 226 rs. I have paid my current bill every month regularly through online payment with out fail, not sure what the issue is.

      I have raised a complaint for category change (Reg. No: CC[protected] on 24th of july 2018 as the construction of house is complete. But the same is showing as pending in ERO for the last 18 days. I have received my new bill with category:Non-domestic. Please look into this and do the needful.

        Sir,
        We have been out of station for more than a month and no electricity was consumed.
        Accordingly the previous reading taken on 12.7.18 is 12300 and the present reading taken on 8.8.18 is also 12300 since power was not consumed.
        However the billing shows 243 unit consumed and the bill has come for rs.1384.
        On sending a written complaint with myapur office, they said that the amount may be paid this month and it would be adjusted next month.
        If the bill is paid in full, though it is the fault of the meter reader and bill generator, we are not sure whether the bill will be adjusted in sep 18.

        Waiting for your reply before 20th with corrected bill, otherwise we would pay the bill as per due date though the bill is incorrect.
        Please ensure that the excess amount is refunded or adjusted in the future bills.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I have paid power bill of 622 rupess my amount was deducted but it said transaction failed my uniqueservice no of my power bill is[protected]. But in my bank statement it is showing amount debited to pos tsspdcl. It has been 4 days completed still my money not credited in my account and at the same time not credited to tsspdcl. Still my power bill is saying that need to pay the bill so 0lease solve the issue. I did this transaction on[protected]

              Dear sir,
              We are owners in SANCHAY TOWERS residential complex in RTC X Roads, Opp Saptagiri Theater.
              One very OLD Transformer which DOES NOT belong to our residential apartment is lying in dangerous condition.
              kindly see the photos enclosed herewith. Our Kids are under serious threat due to this OLD transformer without any
              covering guard..Most importantly it does not belong to our society and occupying our area !! The transformer is
              lying on ground and all its Boxes are in adjacent OPEN grill which can be seen in the photos. We have been requesting
              Electricity board to remove this UNWANTED item from our premises which is a LIVE Threat to our kids !! We have been seeing
              lot of animals / Snakes / other dangerous insects staying in this abandoned area !!
              Please help us to remove this OLD Transformer from our Building complex.

                Dear Sir,

                Sub: Complaint for Rectification of Electricity bill for the month of June 2018 – Request- Reg.
                Ref: S.No.A2037658 USC:[protected] in the name of Mr. S. Siddi Reddy.

                We would like to inform you that, we have occupied the above premises in the month of July 2017 since than we have not utilized more than 100 units in an average consumption of electricity. Because we are using LED bulbs in entire house and 3 sealing fans mostly used in summer season.

                Moreover, we do not have high electricity consumption electrical appliances like Refrigerator, Geezer, Air-cooler or Air conditioner in our house.

                As a result, our electricity consumption never crossed 100 unit in the last one year of our occupation of above premises.

                Suddenly in the month of May 24’2018 without our knowledge departmental person removed existing meter and replaced new meter without our notice and noting done readings and billed us 469 units which is five times of my average consumption and billed us for Rs.3, 324/- which is not correct and person who was noting done reading was done it deliberately.

                In spite of our repeated visits and written as well as online complaints No.CC[protected] dated 28.06.2018 & CC[protected] dated 19.07.2018 and responded as issue resolved, but our issue is still pending unresolved.

                Even after changing, the new meter we received billed for 187 units in the month of July 2018 and 90 units in the month of August 2018 as per reading recorded.

                In the light of the above, we are in the opinion that, departmental person was deliberately cheated us by noting done higher reading as against actual reading.

                We request you to kindly look in the correctness of the above and rectify the bill immediately, which enable us to regularize the billing.

                    Good morning sir,
                    With all due respect to the concern authorities, i have applied to a new meter online, my application was submitted and i was asked to go to the begumpet hyderabad sub station after making many requests to the officer tajuddin he took my offline documents and told me our area linemen will fix the meter next day. I have applied on[protected]. On[protected] i received a message that meter is issued.. On[protected] i received a message that meter is fixed, but actually it's not fixed. Mr saleem our area linemen (Vikar nagar, patigadda) is fooling me since the day he left the meter at my home. And now he dropped my number in his reject list. I called with another number, he is saying he is having function at his home.. This is the behaviour of these officers.. I have a house worming (Gruha pravesham) tomorrow in my new home but no power.
                    The only reason why they (Mr tajuddin, mr saleem) are misbehaving with me because i applied the meter online instead of paying them directly i guess. Then what is the use of having online service
                    Now mr saleem is not receiving my calls and my home is out of power.
                    I am very hurt and upset with the behaviour and service from the corporation. Being a women they made me to roam several times to the office, even then they have not finished the job
                    Hereby i request you to take severe and immediate action on this issue and fix my meter.

                        I pay the electricity bill regularly, but this month i paid on 27th july via paytm though the due date is 25th july. By the time we reach home evening we came to know that the power supply is disconnected and there is no clue to us about the same. I just surprised about such stringent rules. Is there any grace period? Where i can find the guidelines about electricity bill payments.

                            I paid electricity bill through bill desk online promoted by tsspdcl website, but it didn't update properly when i check online it is not clear, it is showing that i paid the bill but again it is adding the amount in the current month bill, while i received the message that my bill payment is accepted. And not updated in the next month bill

                            Please clear the status for me, is my bill payment done or not if not then why didn't you refund my money.

                                Thank you for your confirmation on below transaction for July month power bill which i made through ICICI net banking from my end.

                                I got confirmation from bank end as amount RS.436.77 has been debited and same has been credited into merchant(TSSPDCL).Please find the attachment which i was received from bank end for your reference.(attached same mail here for your reference). I made this transaction via TSSPDCL website to ICICI gateway.

                                  Hello sir,
                                  I first tried to pay my electricity bill through Airtel site, it showed that the payment was not done, then i went to pay my bill from other merchandise (paytm) there it was done instantly, but when i am checking my account, the electricity bill is paid twice, pls refund or adjust my money in subsequent bill.

                                    Hello all,
                                    I Ahmed resident of mothi darwaza, golconda approached regional electricity office located at seventombs, shaikpet to give complaint on lightening of 15 street lights, as they were not glowing. I was told to approach GHMC dept.as the glowing of lights handled by them. Based, on my complaint, GHMC officials came to the spot and identified, the LIVE wire responsible for glowing of lights is cut down and missing. I have brought into notice of GHMC, ADE ([protected]). As per him, this LINE should not be touched with prior notice to GHMC. I also have brought this into notice of ADE, electricity, golconda([protected]). He have again directed me to contact AE, electricity, golconda([protected]). I have made several calls to him, he is not in mood to investigate missing electric wire. As the entire street having 20-25 lights are not glowing, it is very pathetic to go outside at night times. As, it is rainy season, i would electricity dept. to resolve urgently. ADDRESS: Moti masjid, new lucky hotel, golconda. I have also attached picture for the wire cutdown.

                                    We have discussed your complaint with AE/Op/Golkonda, he reported that as the above said street lights were on the double feeding line, as per the instructions of higher officer the double feeding line was disconnected in order to avoid electrical accidents .
                                    Further he reported that a separate line will be erected with in 2 days for facilitating the street light services.

                                    Category= 2A is mentioned in bill but we are tenants and it should have been category 1A,
                                    where can i find nearest ADE office mehdipatnam to complain, there is no response to customer care numbers,
                                    in website meter status is mentioned as STUCK UP
                                    what does it mean
                                    how can i change from commercial to domestic
                                    The Electricity meter readers dont show up on time. There late taken readings inflate the monthly bills as they cross the slabs perimeters set by the government.

                                    Please ensure that they take the readings at a fixed date every month.

                                    we use get an average bill of Rs1300 for the month of Jun'18 the bill is 3 times high 3400 approximately.

                                      I live in Madhura Nagar, SR Nagar. Meter reading was incorrectly taken during June month bill generation. so previous bill amount was very less (just 376 rupees). I realized instead of 197 units, bill was generated for 97 units due to incorrectly taken reading. Hence those 100 units got added to the July month bill generated (on July 4th), slab has changed and bill amount drastically increased to 1566 rupees.

                                      I raised a customer complain through TSSPDCL website. Complaint NO is CC[protected]. the complain was closed without rectifying the issue.

                                      Please help me resolve this issue.

                                        Complaint has lodged and Hon.ombusman has given judgement to revise old bills and send the bills to me. Even after more than 2 months adjusted bills not yet sent to me, by lothukumta/boinpally Transco. After verify the same I have to decide my future course of action .
