billing errors

I have received this month's current bill where i see that extra 600 arrears has been charged for no reason but actual bill amount is 226 rs. I have paid my current bill every month regularly through online payment with out fail, not sure what the issue is.

excess billing in aug dt 08.08.2018

We have been out of station for more than a month and no electricity was consumed.
Accordingly the previous reading taken on 12.7.18 is 12300 and the present reading taken on 8.8.18 is also 12300 since power was not consumed.
However the billing shows 243 unit consumed and the bill has come for rs.1384.

[a] bill dated 10/07/18 previous reading 2199 present reading 3735
[b] bill dated 11/08/18 previous reading 2199 present reading 3256
[c] bill dated 16/08/18 previous reading 2199 present reading 4309
These bills we have been received in an span of 37 days for meter no 2709492 according to received bills can i know how come i have received three bills for same reading...

One very OLD Transformer which DOES NOT belong to our residential apartment is lying in dangerous condition.

disconnecting the power supply

I pay the electricity bill regularly, but this month i paid on 27th july via paytm though the due date is 25th july. By the time we reach home evening we came to know that the power supply is disconnected and there is no clue to us about the same. I just surprised about such stringent rules. Is there any grace period? Where i can find the guidelines about electricity bill payments....

electricity bill paid twice for june 18

meter reading incorrectly taken

I live in Madhura Nagar, SR Nagar. Meter reading was incorrectly taken during June month bill generation. so previous bill amount was very less (just 376 rupees). I realized instead of 197 units, bill was generated for 97 units due to incorrectly taken reading. Hence those 100 units got added to the July month bill generated (on July 4th), slab has changed and bill amount drastically increased to 1566 rupees.

meter display problem

I would like to know what cost of replacing meter with display problem...I have been getting minimum bill for last 3 months and showing 0 units.
I average monthly bill would be around 200.. I have been paying around 180 for meter fault which is showing 0 units for the last 3 months.
