Dear sir/mam,

I have been staying in kavuri hill madhapur for past 2.5 year as tenant. The usc no is[protected].

For may'2018 i got extremely unrealistic bill of inr 2965/-, our max bill we received till now is less than inr 800. We don't have ac or heater or any such things which can pump up the costing so high in just a month.

We have very basic things like fans, fridge, 1 cooler.

Im very sure that the cost came is fake as we didn't use anything as such.
Hence complaining you so that things can be investigate and i pay how much i used or i suppose to pay.

    I have portions in my home that which i give for rent. One portion is empty and i paid the current bill regularly every month. One month the bill is charged for 18000 with arrears. I paid the bill everytime so where did the arrears come from? No one is using the current, so how it can be 18000? Pls help me. I went to ae also but they are not taking the matter seriously.

      My usc number[protected] paid bill of 3241₹ on 8-5-2018 from axis bank .even ofter 1 week i didn't received any message from tsspdcl .every month i get confirmation of payment made to the company.today i checked online my current bill has not been updated still showing amount of 3241₹.i have contacted costomer care no use.please resolve my problem sir.attaching bill paid screenshot and acknowledge receipt from bank.

        I have paid 4078/- last month on 29th april through paytm after the bill cycle date. Order no [protected].
        Operator reference no - [protected]
        C/a customer no[protected]
        Since it was paid late, we paid 4078 inr cash to the bill collecting guy with receipt no [protected]. They said it will be deducted from the next bill as i have paid twice for the same month, once online and once to the bill collecting person.
        Request you to deduct the amount paid and regenerate a new bill for the current month. The bill received for this month is 5876/- from which 4078 has to be deducted and the remaining we will be paying, once it reflects online.

          Hi,
          I am gaurav shrivastava, unique service number :[protected], owner of flat 201 in the anjali gardens, puppalguda. I have been outside of hyderabad since last 1 year and there is no one using the flat. But surprisingly i got a bill of 43000 inr for month of may 2018 which i was getting around min of rs 175 per month.
          Please rectify the bill so i can pay it online. As i am outside of telengana, its tough for me to perosnally go an lodge this request.

            Sir, am a local resident of kandhi village near sangareddy, telangana. When ever there is an adverse weather condition, the electricity will be off for more than 8 hrs in the nights. Even if we ask for the linemen they are careless regarding this issues. Sir we are paying taxes and bills on time but this is how carelessness of your works. I need a explaination regarding this. Even now there's is powercut since afternoon but no power still. Am gonna raise this issue to honble chief minister regarding this carelessness..

              Online bill payment portal is not daily updated causing a lot of problems. The bill dated04/05/2018 is still not showing in your online portal through billdesk.
              It is creating a problem every month. We, in our society, want to clear bills soon after we receive them.
              So, please rectify your system such that as soon as an electricity bill is generated, it is updated in the online portal. Perhaps this responsibility can be given to the person/agency preparing the bill.

                My self m a ahad ansari resident of h. No: 1-110/a/46, gopal reddy nagar, kondapur, from since 2 month i am noticing that my electricity bill is 3 times as usual. I am only using 1 fan, 2 cfl (18 watt), only these and my bill amount is rs 1700 or more... Could you please look into this as soon as possible and do refund if possible, also i make complaint to pravesh (One of incharge in kondapur), he never listen and just ignore also i have notice he only did some mistake due to this my bill is too much. I also want complaints againt that person.

                    We have a power out from afternoon today...in our area (Bholakpur, 6-4-457/1) and we are informed that there ia a transformer drip but we want to know how much time does it take still to get the power online... What service is this that you are least bothered to respond to our calls and our concerns... We would want to know when will the power be online... This is at least the responsibility of the concerned team or department here to address our concern... And clarify when will the issue be resolved... We are not living in a remote area to just assume and believe things out here... Please get your act liable and responsible...

                        There are few questions power cuts in this area through the day. Worst part is that there is power cuts even in nights for prolonged hours.                             Come summer, we have unofficial power cuts in our building. The saddest part is that you cut power at 11.59 pm and it doesn't come back even at 1.20 am today.
                            Why are we always targeted for power cuts? The buildings around us always have power while we suffer in the peak of summer! We pay our electricity bills regularly every month but continue to face this problem every year. We know that this is just the begining of sleepless nights in summer.

                            I get an SMS every time there is a power cut citing reasons like - feeder problem, regular maintenance and "miscellaneous" when there is a power cut. If we call, they tell us they are looking into the matter. The strange part is that this mostly happens in peak summer and during the rains where only our building seems to be affected. In case of rain, while the rest of the area gets back power in about half an hour, we have a longer period of darkness which sometimes extends to a couple of hours.They have installed a new transformer some years back but even that does not change the situation.

                            We will revert back if the problem persists.

                                    I paid rs. 1342 through online through sbi on 19th february at 19:25:08 and the transaction reference number is "lsb[protected]".in the next months bill the same amount is shown as dues along with the rs. 1271 for the month. I paid rs. 2613 vide transaction reference number "lsb[protected]" paid on[protected] at 13:34:19. All these transactions were done through sbi online and all the monies were deducted from my sbi account. Hence, i request you adjust the excess amount of rs. 1342 paid on[protected] in the current month's bill of rs. 2315/-

                                    About service number sz 031509 payment was deducted in my tez app but but tsspdcl was not updated due to billdesk issues.next i was paid my bill in sanath nagar office. please refund my money

                                      Hi sir / madam,

                                      I'm resident in hydershakot, plot no: 113,
                                      Service no:[protected], last month no there at home when he visited to your area, so entered our house by jumping our wall and kept electricity bill to my main door, this month we asked how can you do this, he just saying he has right to enter any house when ever he wants, give number of mr thirupathaiah goud saying you can speak with him, when i called him he also saying the same thing, does this people are educated or not, without anyone permission how can jump house wall, every month we get mostly of 500rs to 600rs now this month i got 1200rs. I think just asking that person how can you do that he did like this, and saying come to office and ask about it.

                                      I hope you people will take this as serious issue.
