I have paid the electricity bill twice and the same is reflecting in the website. The usc number is[protected]. I have paid the amount first time on 17 jun and second time on 18 jun. I am attaching the screen shot of the same for your reference. Request you to adjust the excess amount for the next month so that next bill amount can be deducted from this excess amount paid. Thank you.

    Hi, i am resident of c505 the nest pranith happy homes community located just beside amber lake, hydernagar, kukatpally, hyderabad. From last 3 months my electricity charges are coming more. From last two months we are not in the house. Even the charges are very very high compared to normal consumption charges. We don't know the reason. Please look into the concern and resolve at the earliest.

    Though bill was unpaid, lineman should have informed while cutting.
    Now I paid bill but don't know whom to reach to reconnect. Number on the bill is not being answered even after calling multiple times

      Usc[protected] — i had paid my electricity bill of april 2018 for rs 1006 through online quick payment service of icici bank. Transaction no. [protected] dated 13/5/2018 was successful and the amount was also deducted by the bank and paid to telangana southern power distribution company on 14/5/2018. Bank has also confirmed that payment was done from their side with reference id -[protected]. But my bill for may has come with arears of april amount. I requested to distribution office but they are telling that amount of april is not credited/received by them. Kindly resolve as i have already paid for april 18 (Rs 1006) and amount should be adjusted. Attached screen shot of payment.

        Delay in bill generation is causing excess tariff

        My actual billing is below 750 but where as this month and few earlier months concerned, it is touching 1200+. The reason being bill is getting generated for 36/37/38 days which should be actually 30th day. Daily consumption of 6units are adding up for 6-8 days and causing the higher tariff above 200 units and causing extra 900-1000 rupees to my bill. I am losing every month 900-1000 just because of bill generation staffs delay. Till now i end up paying[protected] in last 1 year. So this is a serious issue has to be looked in to immediately.

            Dear team,

            I am writing this complain about the electricity bill that i received for the usc number[protected]. There's seriously wrong with your departments calculations on the basis o[censored]nits calculated. I'm a night shift employee and i hardly use enough electricity at my place and i stay alone. You can go by the previous one years records, this month i got an astonishing bill of 2340 which is completely unacceptable. I've been paying all my bills on time and have never complained about any problems earlier and have been silent even if the bill was high without being used anything much.
            I need a clarification as to why my bill has been so high this month.
            Please look into this as soon as possible.

            As it is rainy doesn't matter whatever happen but it is impossible for us to get our work with out current on 3/06/2017 as it is a Sunday late night at 8 pm current has gone without any certain problem please take severe action on this issue we can't able to sleep also
            Hi i am staying in Ameenpur Gram panchayti.Per Day multiple times power cut.(Minimum 8 to 10 time's.).Only few line's getting power..some other line's we are not getting power off.we compliant couple of time's, finally they are came check transformer even through problem not solve.

                I don't know how tsspdcl is calculating arrears. I cleared 4890rs of last month bill [aprl10-may12]. But still in this month bill[jun-7] i got 2700rs in arrears. What is this, how you people are calculating the arrears?

                For this bill [Jun-7] my total bill is 3900rs
                Actual Usage bill is 1200 and old due is showing as 2700. But i paid all previous generated bills, how 2700 is showing as due still. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                  I wanted to complain about the owner of he building and the meter for the line connected to our home we are getting thousands of bills every month even though we don't consume much power in our house and we don't have any AC AND MOTORS which consumes more units of power but your owners are getting less than 700 eventhough they use 2motors twice a day that means for times.kindly check and put them into bars or else IAM going take this to consumer court and file a cheating case... expecting a quick action this ...

                    My usual bill (average) is about INR 300-500 with a consumption of around 100-130 Units per month (30-32 days). This month the meter however showed a three fold increase of 330 units, and the bill amount is INR 2127. This, in spite of the fact that for three days out of the 32, we were out of station and there was no power consumption.
                    Attached the over charged bill and previous month's bill.

                      We don’t have power supply since1:30am and none of your listed numbers seem to work??? 1912 also did not work... Please update correct numbers then we can expect some service.. No wonders when it comes to providing service this is the worst dept. We have people who are patients and had to be awake whole night... Don’t you have central complaint number?? Why the bloody numbers on your website don’t work... When customer doesn’t pay you will reach immediately to cut the power off but while providing services you don’t have a number to reach to

                        We are getting lot of issues after installed the transformer in front of my house, lot of sparkles and some times heavy sounds we are facing with this.

                        Without out our permission they have fix the power transformer in front of my house its not more then 2 meters
                        Their is not much space so i humble request you to please change the spot and fix where the full of space to maintain the fencing which is no one can go inside the promises

                        All the neighbours are ready to removal from here because this is adjacent to temple daily lot devotees are complaining us why this has installed beside the temple

                        Many childrens are in highly risk while playing besides of transformer which is besides of houses

                        So many complaints have given against the local power station always they said invest some amount to removal from here they are highly corrupted

                        This transformer is using only 2 apartments why the power department have given a permission if they dont have the much space in their house how they are approved the building layout approval

I had tried to contact kukatpally area office over phone but didn't get any response. Contacted bill generator but he is asking for huge processing charges to do so.                           Please find the attachment showing mandatory documents listed in attachment together with a transfer application form available in 'Downloads' link under 'Title transfer' category of TSSPDCL website with signature of Previous owner /Builder and the present owner and all the documents which are be submitted should be having self attestation on all copies.(or)

                          Can also apply online by navigating to 'Complaint Registrations'>select 'Title transfer’>fill mandatory information and upload relevant documents>Submit your application then you will be generated with a acknowledgement having complaint number. You can check the status of the same by navigating to 'My application status'>Select 'Complaints'>Provide CC number of your complaint > Click on 'submit' button for viewing the present status of your complaint.

                              I have been staying in kavuri hill madhapur for past 2.5 year as tenant. The usc no is[protected].

                              For may'2018 i got extremely unrealistic bill of inr 2965/-, our max bill we received till now is less than inr 800. We don't have ac or heater or any such things which can pump up the costing so high in just a month.

                              We have very basic things like fans, fridge, 1 cooler.

                              Im very sure that the cost came is fake as we didn't use anything as such.
                              Hence complaining you so that things can be investigate and i pay how much i used or i suppose to pay.

                                I have portions in my home that which i give for rent. One portion is empty and i paid the current bill regularly every month. One month the bill is charged for 18000 with arrears. I paid the bill everytime so where did the arrears come from? No one is using the current, so how it can be 18000? Pls help me. I went to ae also but they are not taking the matter seriously.

                                    I have paid 4078/- last month on 29th april through paytm after the bill cycle date. Order no [protected].

                                    Since it was paid late, we paid 4078 inr cash to the bill collecting guy with receipt no [protected]. They said it will be deducted from the next bill as i have paid twice for the same month, once online and once to the bill collecting person.
                                    Request you to deduct the amount paid and regenerate a new bill for the current month. The bill received for this month is 5876/- from which 4078 has to be deducted and the remaining we will be paying, once it reflects online.

                                    mistakenly we paid twice for the month April 2018, Bill Amount Rs1807 thought It will be adjusted in next month bill, but still not happend, so I am kindly requesting you to refund my money, plz find the attached image of bills and respective receipts, kindly do needful as early as possible,

                                      Hi,
                                      I am gaurav shrivastava, unique service number :[protected], owner of flat 201 in the anjali gardens, puppalguda. I have been outside of hyderabad since last 1 year and there is no one using the flat. But surprisingly i got a bill of 43000 inr for month of may 2018 which i was getting around min of rs 175 per month.
                                      Please rectify the bill so i can pay it online. As i am outside of telengana, its tough for me to perosnally go an lodge this request.

                                        Sir, am a local resident of kandhi village near sangareddy, telangana. When ever there is an adverse weather condition, the electricity will be off for more than 8 hrs in the nights. Even if we ask for the linemen they are careless regarding this issues. Sir we are paying taxes and bills on time but this is how carelessness of your works. I need a explaination regarding this. Even now there's is powercut since afternoon but no power still. Am gonna raise this issue to honble chief minister regarding this carelessness..
