Our service no is[protected] and we are residing in pragathinagar, opp j. N. T. U and problem is that we have got bill of rs.2980 on 06.11.17 without any reading and when we enquired in local office at aleap and they told that meter is not working and they have issued the bill of average of last 6 months but from last 4 months we are getting average of rs.1700. We didnt't get any intimation from local office about meter defect and after 15 days also they have not replaced meter and again they will take reading in next month ie.06.12.17 and they will give bill for another rs.3000 for an average of last 6 months because meter is not working. This is not fair that defect is in your side and you are punishing customer

    Respected sir,.
    We have given one shutter for lease long back my parents are senior citizens we are married daughters to them. Meanwhile my tenant have changed the title name on the current bill so we went to the office at kushaiguda asked how they have transferred the tennant name on the bill. They said that old employee s had done that work we are not responsible for that. I[censored] want to try fill the form and give sale deed present current bill and all other required coppies so that took all the copies and said work will be done in month now that are sayings you don't have the copies of belonging to the tenant what we have to do sir. Please give me a suggestion.

      Dear sir /madam,
      I have been charged extra as addl charges of rs 150 on current bill dated 02.11.2017 on below mentioned service no. Wen asked the lineman he said to show it to ero office. Went to ero office they are saying because a balance of 32 paise was not paid last month so i have been charged late payment charges.

      Due date for my oct bill was 17.10.2017 rs 1019.32
      Paid on 16.10.2017 rs 1019
      The above amount was paid at the electric payment office at bowenpally, showing the electric bill they have themself taken rs 1019 instead of 1019.32
      Please rectify and adjust my 150 rs charged extra, for no fault of mine.
      Have attached a copy of oct and nov bill and a copy of paid bill before the due date at bowenpally payment counter

      Hope to get a positive response.

        Reg: excess billing for the months of aug'17 (6/8/17 to 8/9/17) & oct 2017 (7/10/2017 to 7/11/2017)

        Dear sir

        I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting rs. 1061/- and rs.1, 493/- for the month of aug'2017 and oct'2017 respectively against electricity consumption of 211 units and 258 units respectively.
        In this connection, i would like to submit that i am residing in a single bedroom rented portion without television and geyser. My family consists of my wife and daughter are away from morning to evening and we use only one fan in the night. As per me, the electricity consumption would be less than 125 units, however, this excess meter reading.
        Hence, i request your good self to kindly look into it and resolve the issue, besides charging me only for the actual consumption made, so as to enable me to pay for the actual electricity consumption charges. Your swift action will highly be appreciated.

        As per our records bills were being generated based on IR reading read by the meter so if you want your meter to be tested then you are requested to contact AE/OP/MARREDPALLY on [protected] and pay the demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL of amount Rs.300/- and then on contacting AE/Op your meter will be sent for testing and relevant action will be taken by AE/Op based on MRT report.

          I am residing at rakshapuram, kanchanbagh. New led based road lights were installed at our colony few months back. After few days most of the lights were not glowing due to various issues. I had complained in the same portal and the issue got resolved.
          Once again after two weeks the street lights in front of all our houses (House no 24 to 32) are not glowing for the last two weeks. You are requested to kindly take up the issue and provide a permanent solution for the same. The street is having heavy traffic in morning and evening hours. Few accidents have happened due to darkness in the streets. To provide a safe environment to the residents you are requested to take up the case on urgent basis,

            This is reagrding usc #[protected]Az071653) on10/11/2017 your staff attended the meter reading which is ps 4812 ;pv 4036 there by we are billed for 776 units amounting to rs 6112/- normally monthly consumption is aroud 120 units as we were not there at home at the time of your staff vsiting we noticed this on return and immeditely checked the reading which stands at pv. 4165 therefore the consumption units are only 126 units and the amount would be some thing like rs 550 t0 600/- please rerecord the meter and ectify the error

              Hi sir. My meter is not showing display hence billed under stuck up category given one year average amount for september month. On october 25th meter has changed. Yesterday (9th november) meter reading is 39 units. Even though they billed average of year. I consulted my area ero office and ae. They are saying it is default treatment for struck up meters.                 I have received my electricity bill (Rs.1050 for 193 units) on 07/11/2017 and my unit consumption is 193 units hence, it should be consider under cat-1 (B)1 as unit consumption is less than 200 units but tsspdcl has considered it on cat 1 (B)2 so i have been overcharged and i need to pay extra amount.
                Just because of wrongly slab changed (1-b1), now i need to pay bill amount of rs.1050 instead of approx rs.790

                  I wish to introduce myself as v v durga rao, staying in prajay sai gardens, under nagaram sub-station, ahmedguda (On the way to keesara).

                  I have single phase and 3 phase connections at my residence.

                  We are facing severe low voltage problem in our colony since last three years. Having brought this to the notice of our welfare association, since there is no action or submission of grievance took place till date, i would like to bring this to your kind notice to rectify the defect of low voltage and frequent power fluctuations.

                  While the problem in the summer is very high, even at this point, the voltage is showing in the range of 175-197 max, unable to run air conditioners, even ceiling fans are not running with their ultimate speed. Due to this erratic power fluctuation and low voltage, the home appliances are frequently getting damaged thereby loosing our money and time to fix them again and again.

                  Request your good office to kindly look into the matter and arrange rectification at the earliest.

                    As your consumption is crossing 200 units since last three month's so you have been billed at above 200 units slab rate . if you want your meter to be tested then you need to pay Rs.100/- through Demand draft in the favour of TSSPDCL and then contact AE/Op/Chityala on [protected] so that your meter will be sent testing in your presence and relevant action will be taken up by AE based on the MRT report received.

                      I tried paying for the month of august2017. Upto july 2017 we paid the bill. We got the bill of193. But bill shown as 950 wrongly in addition it was not paid to the month of august. That august month bill came again with the September bill as 495. You employee said we have not paid from two months and he warned as he will disconnect the power connection. So i paid again on 25 oct 2017.450 is credited to you. But what about my 950 rupees. Please refund 950 rupees to me.

                        On 22/10/2017, line man came our house and said that "your meter isn't working and we are changing it". Then he changed the meter and asked me to pay immediately, on the very day, 1140rs in demand draft in the name of tsspdcl or else he'll cut the connection.

                        What kind of extraction is that?

                        I have no problem in paying it as i am a government employee working in tspsc. I said i'll pay after 1st november 2017. But he won't. No one responds properly in consumer relations office.

                          I am resident of pno. 05, sivanandapuri colony, dammaiguda and applied for domestic connection. I recd sms on 4th jan 2017 from vk-tsspdc that meter was issued against registration no. Nr[protected]. Till today meter was not fixed in my premises and in sept'17 got a call to pay current bill of rs. 505.00 and in oct'17 got sms to pay rs. 5, 880.00. (Sms from tsspdcl "electricity bill for uscno no[protected] for the month of oct'17 is issued for rs. 5880. Please oat before[protected]". Request to look into it & give me solution. I think allocated meter was given to a different resident and bill is coming to me.

                          Today around 9.35 AM, I received a call from current office, (Nagaram linemen) to inform that if I don't pay the bill amount of Rs. 5, 880.00 my meter connection will be disconnected and I will not be given meter connection in future. I have explained in length the issue and requested to check where exactly the meter was fixed & rectify the same.

                          Again around 5.53 PM, received a call from dammaiguda linemen and enquired about the complaint. Explained him the issue in length and he has confirmed that he will look into it.

                          I thank TSSPDCL for the initiation and request to resolve the issued immediately and fix the meter at my resident at the earliest.

                          Finally, TSSPDCL team has put their entire efforts in resolving the issue and rectified the same.

                          In short, meter which was allotted to me was fixed at a different consumer resident (by oversight) and it was traced after the complaint was lodged. Then that was (meter) fixed at my resident.

                          I thank AE of Nagaram and team, who has put their efforts in getting the bill rectified and now that I have received regular bill i.e. for the month of Jan'18 which I have paid. Attached bill & payment proof for the same.

                            The meter reading was recorded very high, taking the average of year billing. Now the meter has been replace but still it recorded very high.

                            When contacted at local office employee, he suggested to pay the bill and have no other option, because the stopped meter and replace new meter will also take the average year billing.

                            The bill we receive every month will be between 500-700 rupees but due to the flase reading calculation taking the average of year, now the bill has been generated for two months 2756 + 2781 totalling 5537 rupees.

                              In the past 3 months, we are getting double the bill as we get less before that. We are getting high watts compared to other meters. I think something is wrong with our current meter. We are unable to pay that much of amount every month. We paid last 2 months bill thinking that there will be up and downs in the bill amount.                               As per your records bill were being generated based on IR reading only. if your want your meter to be tested then you need apply for meter testing by paying Demand draft of Rs.100/- in the favour of TSSPDCL and then by contacting AE/Op/Allapur on [protected], your meter will be sent for testing in your/your relatives/your neighbors presence and relevant action will be taken up by AE based on the MRT report received

                                My self biban bee owner of meter no.[protected], uppal ade had generated a case on my meter under 5 kw i got the case filed amount of 5600 case file no rre/hbg/upl/9010/17.in my home there is only 2 fans 2 light, refrigerator and one tv under that they had created a case of 5 kw but i am using only 1 kw of power. If you want means you can send any of the engineer to check the load of my meter. I requested you to take the action on my complaint.

                                  Dear sir, we live in gayathri classic apartments, near nallagandla flyover hyderabad. Our meter serial number is [protected]. Problem is we have received 2700 rs bill for the month of september which is very very high when compared to our usage. When we have enquired in the sub station they said that its a manual error because the previous months reading noted was 0 units. We payed an amount of 200rs for that month. For current month bill previous units got added so finally we have to pay for 411 units due to the mistake of electricity person who noted the meter reading as 0 for previous month. This happened in the past as well. So please request you to look into this issue and ensure that this does not happen in the future

                                      and this month Rs.3061/- vide txn ref No.JICI[protected] dtd.18.10.17 was paid online as usual everymonth

                                      Ref my above complaint regarding severe voltage fluctuations and frequent failure of power supply, yesterday
                                      (24th) the dept. staff attended the problem in the nearby transformer, but after few hours the problem still
                                      persisiting with low voltage and fluctuations, we have no hope of relief even after 45 days. The tech.staff
                                      again be expected to resolve the problem in effective manner.

                                      Ref my comp. dtd 17th, Oct.2017 reg excess bill amt of Rs.1420/- Charged as arrears of sep.17. I made online payments for Sep.17 & Oct.17 for Rs.1508 and Rs.3061 respectively through Billdesk Gateway vide txn ref No.JICI[protected] dt.13.09.2017 and JICJ[protected] Dt.18.10.2017, the credits of which not yet updated in your records. While consumer login in my TSSPDCL a/c I viewed the Bill details are Updated but payments made displayed upto Aug.17 only . It is very ridiculous to note that the payments are not promptly updated and
                                      the ommissions/faults without followup make consumer worst sufferer, causing unending hardship.The mode of online payment itself becomes unreliable when the credits are not accountable promptly is very much regretted.
