Office nearby lanco hills, but was directed to go to puppalaguda office which was found closed twice whenever i visited. I regret very much for the
Inconvenience and hardship caused to me in this regard for unwarranted excess amount collecting without detailing any valid reason and i hope the concerned authorities may rectify the bill amount.

Severe voltage fluctuations despite frequent power failure everyday
Since past one month. Complaint made as usual several times and the dept.
Person attended thrice did not solve the problem. Which even affected some
Of the valuable electronic devices in our flats. It is surprising that the
Concerned persons form the dept unable to take up the issue seriously to
Redress the inconvenience. The poor service and maintainance is very much regretted.

and this month Rs.3061/- vide txn ref No.JICI[protected] dtd.18.10.17 was paid online as usual everymonth
done, but the amount Rs.1420/ was not reflected in your records.I hope this can be verified and can be adjusted
in the next month bill.. Thanking you,

Updated by sukumar yannabur Ref my above complaint regarding severe voltage fluctuations and frequent failure of power supply, yesterday
(24th) the dept. staff attended the problem in the nearby transformer, but after few hours the problem still
persisiting with low voltage and fluctuations, we have no hope of relief even after 45 days. The tech.staff
again be expected to resolve the problem in effective manner.

I made online payments for Sep.17 & Oct.17 for Rs.1508 and Rs.3061 respectively through Billdesk Gateway vide txn ref No.JICI[protected] dt.13.09.2017 and JICJ[protected] Dt.18.10.2017, the credits of which not yet updated in your records. While consumer login in my TSSPDCL a/c I viewed the Bill details are Updated but payments made displayed upto Aug.17 only . It is very ridiculous to note that the payments are not promptly updated and
the ommissions/faults without followup make consumer worst sufferer, causing unending hardship.The mode of online payment itself becomes unreliable when the credits are not accountable promptly is very much regretted.
