Respected sir/madam
I had to pass through Chennai Central suburban railway station yesterday night along with my aged mother. As she had to relieve herself she went to the PAY and USE facility at CHENNAI SUBURBAN RLY STATION. She was asked to pay Rs.5 for using the urinal though the tariff displayed was Rs.2/- when questioned the staff didnt care to respond and behaved rudely.

How can the general public be cheated by overcharging for using PAY and USE facility. It was noticed that many more people who were using the facility were grudgingly paying the extra charge. Request that prompt action be taken in this regard so that the common is not harassed to use a public facility.

    I have booked 2 tatkal tickets for my friend and myself to travel from secunderabad to duvvada on 28th december 2018 for visakha express. When i was booking, it was tqwl. Finally one ticket got confirmed and other was in wl. When we were get into the train, tte asked us to show tickets and he asked me to pay the fine for sitting sl. We told him one got confirmed and other in wl with one pnr#. As i'm not aware of the rules so i have taken general ticket as well, bcz as we are ladies moreover travelling night time. So if any issues with tte for safe side i have taken general ticket also. Today i got to know that, as per the irctc rules if its same like above situation it's treated as partial confirmation and the other can sit without any fine. But he forced us to pay fine rs.410/- and not even given any berth. And he asked me to go to general bhogi in running train if we are not ready to pay that amount. I was adjusted in my friends seat entire journey. I didn't get tatkal cancellation refund and paid for general ticket and tte 410/- fine. I have called to railway customer care people in train but they didn't even respond properly. So i thought it's all useless. And throw my tte slip after my journey. Today i have gone through the sites got to know this situation how tte made us fools. How tte charged without knowing any rules? They literally looking for money. I need a solution for this. Please help me.

      Dear sir / mam, today (6th jan'19) i am travelling from chengalpattu railway station to guduvanchery along with my family of 5 members. At 7am the announcement was came like train will start from platform no 3. Based on that we were sitting in train along with my parents who got above 60 yrs age. Suddenly after 10 minutes the announcement changed like platform changed to 6 where we were rushing to catch the train with parents. Not sure how the wrong communication can given? Have called to [protected] to complaint the same where there was worst response from them.

      While waiting to board the nellai exp in platform 8 I have found lot of stray dogs roaming in the platform and causing panic among the passengers having food.I could hardly open my food parcel.
      Requesting you to take appropriate action to eradicate the dog menace.

        I had booked a family room at kumbakonam rly. Station from 21.12.18 at kumbakonam railway station. And paid a sum of rs.1, 680/- towards the rent in advance for suite for family room. [ref.: pnr [[protected], [protected] and [protected] ] also register in ledger for myself and my wife both and my daughter and son. When we entered in family room i under stand room is very bad condition and unhygienic. Also tap water is with bad smell with lava. And also call duty in-charge and witnessed the same condition. We decide to vacate the room with in a hour. And asked to duty in-charge ref fun the sum of amount. Bu he is refused due to rules and regulation. I also try to logged in your complaint book. But unable to do this due to circumstances.

        Therefore i request your kind honor that please be refun the sum of amount which is paid by me.

        And also request your kind honor that please be keep retiring room in hygienically

          Am traveling from tvc to mac...
          Couldn't use the toilet as it is not all cleaned and due bad smelling.
          Not cleaning the toilet in the correct time...
          Due to bad smell from toilet couldn't have any food...
          Unavailability of water...
          All the pipes are damaged thus water is leaking and causing disturbance...
          Please do the needful as the earliest...

            I travelled by uday express on 26.12.18 from bangalore to coimbatore by uday express by ac chair car. I was surprised that the toilet in c6 which i travelled were not cleaned when the train reached bangalore as the same train departs from bangalore to coimbatore. The toilet was horrible and dirty. Secondly the sliding doors was very tight and only a wrestler could slide it open. No tea vendors are attending, i was told 3 pantry are operating, but these cheaters purposefully not keeping tea instead selling cofee full of sugar which costs rs 10 wheras tea at rs.5. No train supervisor available. Please ensure smooth sliding doors. I have made my spondolysis severe by this travel.
            Please take corrective measures.

            "VIRUDHUNAGAR JUNCTION" H is missing in the Display at the Railway Station.

              On 27 the dec 2018 i was there at ernakulam junction station at 1:15pm and the mangala express was there to leave. So i thought to take the day sleeper ticket for netravathi. But it will not be ok since the reaching time will be night. Then i had taken a normal ticket & noticed that mangala was not started. So i entered in it & seen the ttr in s4. I told the matter.& requested for sleeper ticket & told him that i am ready to pay the fine. But he behaved to me such rudely and made me to get down in aluva.& to go in netravathi. Such a shame to the indian railway to have such ttr. I wanted you to enquire & take necessary actions. Since indian railway is not anyone's private property

                Dear respected,

                I had booked a ticket from payyanur to ltt one month back for 26th december 2018. It's 26th today and time is 11.45. Till now no confirmation/ chart not prepared. So how can i travel? If possible what time i will be knowing??

                Negligence of our railway is really a big problem for whoever booked tickets and being waiting listed.

                I kindly request to refund the amount as i can't travel today even if the seat is confirming as it's already late.

                  Sir, train no 17235 via bangalore to nagercoil express... There was too crowd in the hosur junction because of christmas leave...500 passengers are waiting for general compartments in hosur.. One family with two small kids were going to kovilpatti have stepped into reserved because of heavy crowd in the general there is no space to stand in general... One policemen came and scolded them.. Even though they were standing near the toilets they have tickets not travelling in without.. Policemen asked them rs.700. They have no money they cried and gave money... They have not occupied any reserved seats.. Because of heavy crowd they are supposed to do this... You can be somewhat kind to the poors... There should be some ethicial importance to this problems... Please consider this... You can increase the compartments in festival time to reduce this.

                    I am a passenger in train 16343, booked for[protected]. It started 2 hrs late. Now, is running 5 hrs late, and is presently stranded for past 2 hrs in a jungle place without any laminitis. Near to ernakulam town rail station. No water in coach.
                    Kids crying for food.
                    And to our surprise, we see all other trains moving through the side second track.
                    So, it is intentional mismanagement to ensure that other trains run on time, and improve ur statistics on delay avg.

                    I feel pity and totally unsatisfied with the way late trains are managed.

                      I booked a ticket by online for my travel from tindivanam to chennai beach.
                      But when i booked the ticket the ticket is booked till chennai egmore only.
                      My pnr no. :[protected]. When i am exiting from the beach station the checking officer charges rs.260- as excess fare ticket. When i tried to explain
                      Him how it is possible if there is no option is available to book the ticket upto
                      Chennai when there is no option is there. He telling us that you have to get down at chennai egmore and buy another ticket from chennai egmore to chennai beach and he is talked very rudely and told us that why are you booking ticket by online go and book ticket by counter. I kindly request you to extend the reservation up to chennai beach by online also. Thanking you,

                        Dear sir in kadapa railway quarters boundary wall was demolished by some people and they are using it as a way to enter railway quarters and to railway station. Lot of railway property was thefted from this way and also in the night times all illegal activities are happening in quarters. Pwd department is aware of this and they are not taking any action. Request you to look to this issue and construct the damaged boundary wall. Here i am attaching the photos also for your reference.

                          In nemilicherry railway station chennai ticket counter not computerized in this area thousands of college students and more number of workers as well as old aged people unable to buy there tickets whenever go to out of station. Nemilichery station is also dirty and darkness its easy to enter theft person please do the needful as soon as possible

                            I am a senior citizen of 73, my wife is 64. We had booked a retiring room on 8, 11, 18 online from 15th nov afternoon till 16th early morning. The booking was done by your system only up to 10. We repeatedly sent emails requesting that we wanted the reservation till next early morning. But no reply was sent. We took it for granted that that was done. But we were evacuated at night. Next early morning we had to proceed to madgaon by the passenger. We had taken an advance ticket for that. But, it was of no use for our further staying. Having had no place to sleep we went to the waiting room and lied down on the floor. Police asked us to vacate. The whole night we had to sit on the bench on the platform.

                              I am regular traveler with in kerala by train. People with hell a lot of problems travel to different locations with time scheduled plans. Due to idiotic plans and careless planning of some concern, most of all the trains, mainly incoming trains, are running without any punctuality.

                              This is a paid service; so you are bound to serve punctually. As a next step i will move on to consumer form with more detailed informations.

                                In the past one month i have been trying to book one return ticket for me for sankarankovil with lower berth from the mambalam counter. Every time i get response that there are no tickets with lower berth. Can you please look into this and do the needful. It is surprising to note even one ticket is not available.

                                  Sir, yesterday i came from chennai to pudukkottai by the rameshwaram express 16851 in s6 compartment as i reserved earlier in sheet numbers 18, 19 and 21 with my wife and two children my pnr number is[protected]Rs.940) unfortunatly i left my ticket in house. But i have the photocopy of the ticket and photo in my mobile and i submit my self and others aadhar card and my identicard to train ticket examiner but he never accepted and he insult in front of others by filthy words that time i have no option, i request him but he not accepted finally again i payed the amount of rs. 1140 and get the challan for only rs. 940 / by him (Ax 0084076) please rectify the problem and resettle the above amount

                                    Sir there is a parking lot on the madipakkam side. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow as the vehicle contractor allows only two vehicles at a time. As a result there is lot of congestion and the vehicles pile up on the road. Moreover, those having montly passes also have to wait in the queue. The vehicles coming out of the parking lot face great difficulty to come out during peak hours (From morning 8.30 to 9.30). It would be better if the entrance is widened so that the vehicles with passes can be allowed without waiting and those vehicles coming out also can come easily.

                                      The careless of tirunelveli railway train announced division. The railway did not announced train platform detail correctly. Due to their careless of duty, the passengers face un convenient. More than hundreds of passengers face problems. Please kindly take necessary action for this. The tirunelveli railway station did not provide proper reason for this complaint, they ignore and provide inappropriate reason. For their careless.

Suddenly one lady coming there and she told me that you can't sit this is reserved in platform. But i'm asking is it reserved. She replied me like dont argue with me.
