    Pnr [protected]. Our boarding point was vijayawada n destination was shornur. But train has not touched our boarding point or destination point. And railway has not send any notification on route change. Railway has cancelled my ticket on my tdr filed and only 1905 inr has been initiated for refund on 31st august though the ticket fair was 3825 inr. So far no even i have not got even 1 rupee to my bank account. Pleas help me on this. I have called railways 100 times and they say they are transferring my call to concerned department and finally they disconnects. I feel helpless.

        This is to request
        Irctc, that i have booked my tickets through my debit card raise i was said that to choose another way to pay but at the same time my money was debited for the tickets, and didn't receive any online tickets, i am worried that raise this has happened to me.
        I was said by my friend that this money will come back to my account number within three days but i found that this didn't happen yet.
        Please sir/madam kindly send my money back to my account
        This happened on 5/09/2018, time at around 2:30 to 3:00 pm from irctc

        Train no .:-13351 ...was running good before it reached coimbatore...after that it got late for 1 hr...I have to report to my college tomorrow morning...if I will reache late at night at Allepey then I will not get any way of communication...so plzz try to adjust it quickly and to manage the time...
        In Madurai railway station platform number 4 there is huge leakage in water tap. Water is wasting for more than an hour.

          This is with reference to matter in the subject.. I have been informed by the authority 10days back as refund of my claim was approved and the competent authority cris has been informed suitably.

          But as of date, the amount has not been credited to my r-wallet.
          Also i have sent a reminder last week, but no response yet.

          Kindly look into this and expedite action, please.

            Train timings for memu passenger, erode to coimbatore vice-versa, is not at all comfortable for regular working people, those who come from erode to coimbatore daily. They have to maintain 8 hrs at office, so most of people use bus transporation. Train reach 10 am in morning to coimbatore and starts 6pm, so how regular office people will use local train for daily use?. Train not maintaining given timings itself. Train should reach coimbatore by 8am itself and should take late 7 pm from coimbatore. So only it is useful. Too much of signals on the way. So please consider this and do possible help.

              We are residing near mambalam railway station
              The heavy horn noise of various express trains causing lot of problems including noise pollution, restlessness, disturbing the sleep of old aged and children
              This noise is audible for a long distance
              Horn is meant for alerting the passingers to keep away from moving train
              Why don't we reduce the volume

              Similarly the speed of express trains shaking the buildings of nearby area. If the trains are operated at a limited speed till chennai tambaram, this can be resolved

                  We reached arrakkonam on 27.08.18
                  At 11 am. Railway display has mentioned arrival is at pm. No. 3
                  Just before 5 mnts of tbevartival of train they announed it is comming at pm. No. 1.
                  We reached ok. No.1 by crossing the track. No coach no. Is mentioned on the platform or anywhere no announcement of the coaches. People are running here and there. At last we enteted sleeping coach and walked inside the train upto a. C. 1.
                  We are a senior citizen and it was very hectic. Most unorganized station i have seen in my life.
                  Kindly look into this and inform about your action.

                      I had booked four tickets from kollam junction to tambaram on 18/08/2018 train no. 06028 and my pnr no.[protected] the train was been cancelled due to the kerala flood and landsliding. I got message and i confirmed by enquiring in the station they informed that the full refund will be initiated after 4 working days. I have not received the refund yet please do the needful as early as possible

                        Infact, i lodged my complaint to [protected]@railnet.gov.in on 14.08.18 and also sent reminder after week back, but still no response from the concerned.
                        Hence approaching you for redressal.

                        Dear sir,
                        May kindly ref. Pasted below my complaint to utschennai dt 01.07.18 for your kind reference and my request for refund of amount was not effected quoting their own limitations in terms of powers entrusted with them.

                        Sir, this app was introduced to ease out rail commuters
                        But without any rules and regulations for refund of an unused ticket due to the cancellation of train, which the app won't hinted anything at the time of booking ticket as like irctc ticket booking site, where we the commuters booking ticket for a cancelled train which came to our notice only when stepped into the station to board train as we planned.
                        Hope, you can understand the hardships faced by a passenger thereafter and the amount paid was also refunded!!!

                        Sir, this app would be introduced in the best of interest to ease out commuters, but definitely not intented to collect money (Other words to swindle) for no service to the users of this app of the central govt body!!

                        We are going to celebrate 72nd independence day tommorow and talking more of digital india, but the hard earned money of citizens (Users o[censored]ts app) are being collected by the railways for no service.

                        Here my claim may be for a megre amount as an individual, but it makes me wonder how a huge amount would be collected by railways through this app for no service being provided to the users all over india!!

                        Bring it to your notice to look into it for corrective action and to arrange for refund of claims similar to mine, please.

                          Sir/mam, i use to travel by train on regular basis... When i reach tambaram railway station i can able to notice leakage water tapes on every platform... Like more than a month to my knowledge... Daily basis 40 to 60 litres of water getting waste.

                          Water is precious resources nowadays, so kindly request sr department to focus on this issue and replace or repair the damage tapes on platforms.

                          And like to appreciate the southern railways for maintaining "urapakkam" railway station so clean and providing neet environment to passengers.

                            My name is manoharan. I bought a ticket online for thrissur to ksr bengaluru in the train 12678 - bangalore intercity sf express on 16/8/18 boarding at thrissur
                            Costing1780.

                            The pnr no is [protected]

                            The train did not come as there was flood in kerala and palakkad _ernakulam section was closed.

                            Due to floods in kerala there was no power for 4 days. I couldnot claim the refund through online.

                            Please do the needful for refund of the same

                              Aug 15th morning i have reached erode station from chennai through yercard express. When i reach erode after that only i realized my luggage was missed when i give complaint to duty sm they are not even respond and the behavior dis respectful. They behaved very rudely not even interested to ask wat was happened take action against them there pic attached in this complaint. Lady staff name is ms. Surya and don't know i'm name.

                                The idli bass provided by 12007 on 17/8/2017 was horrible ... Both were hard and not up to standard expected in shatabdi ...It is not enough to have liveried service personnel if the food didn't match up.. Coffee could have been provided in flask, instead of providing coffee mix, creamer, sugar and hot water separately.. Nothing in food quality has improved except for the serving style and ambience..Pull up the food service contractor..I am traveling in C3-seat 32.

                                  05.08.18 am moving from erode to karaikudi. Erode to trichy passenger i picket. Normal reaching timing 8.15 but train reached 9.00. This is timing problem. Next am moving trichy to karaikal pallavan train 9.30. I go to ticket counter only two counter open long que waiting very slow process. Peak time why 2 counter open? So i ask railway police please help i want to ticket. But he dit not help. Time pass away 9.25 what can do this time. So i am moving wit out ticket. This is not my problem. Railway not follow tha procedure and government not fill tha vacant.

                                    Sir i sent one self booking luggage on the train no-12863 dt[protected] from howrah jn to katpadi jn park no-[protected] pa dill/ltd no_a[protected] and package pnr no_[protected] and forwarding note no ed[protected] booked on 30 jul 2018 when i arrived at katpadi jn no one is open the luggage van which was sealed for katpadi jn at 0150 hrs dt 01 aug 2018. It make me in trouble and confusion when where will i got my luggage

                                      Sir, i’m a regular 1st class season holder..in the route of arakkonam to chennai central... Actually nowadays mostly unauthorised people are traveling without proper tickets in 1st class.. No one has been coming for checking too.. Den wts use of we getting 1st class season??? V are paying thrice den a normal season.. Actually tis route is very worst to the core.. I doesn’t seen anyone till now for checking. 1st class holders itself nt getting seat... Mainly school students are occupying seats in 1st class whether it’s eligible for them? Kindly take the action plz it’s not fair seriously

                                        We are first class compartment people day to day increasing face's used in second class compartment people use with first class chennai beach to chengalpattu between 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm fully rush and not seat available always more of people stay and stand with entrance and for board. Please make necessary action in this case. We are bare with more of expenses in buying first class ticket, but these are people easily to travel and not dearness.
