Sir, i had booked 01 room for couple on line to stay two day at chennai retiring room at (Mas) — chennai central rly station for dt. 15/04/19.& 15/04/2019, for irctc ltd had charged rs. 1812/- on dt 12/03/2019. Vide ref no. Of on line payment. Rs. 1812/- thru : inb/[protected]/paytm mob. Solution ltd. From my saving a/c no [protected],
It was booked for a/c 01 room, dauble bed for two day, when i reached on date[protected], confirmed tid no. [protected]. Ref no. Masrr 1367966 doj:13/04/2019 at 03:45rr:mas pax ramjilal fare rs.1764/- sc rs.47.2/- total rupees 1812/- (My pnr no[protected]. From nzm to mas) at chennai at about 21-00 hrs, i was shocked that irctc ltd, fraudulently charged rs. 1812/- for on line booking. & i was harassed with my family it was told by retiring room duty staff on reaching at chennai he said t hat complaint thru. Grievance of irctc ltd cell so, i had neither given any room nor accommodated, any refunded rs. 1812/-
Henceforth, its requested to pl refund my on line booking thru irctc ltd. Rs. 1812/- back to my a/c no as above said.

Southern Railway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Many people here are travelling without train tickets and are occupying reserved seats, even after complaining to the authorities no action was taken.
Then what is the purpose of reserving tickets if you don't even get a seat to sit down??
