Today (6th may 19) i travelled in train no 12602 towards chennai at midnight 12.30am when i am nearing salem railway station i found more than 50 unreserved male passengers travelling in the s8 coach disturbing the reserved passengers by sitting in the seats specially near to ladies seats. I informed tte and train captain mr. Amarnath (. Mobile no : [protected]) and also raised the complaint in 1512 and 182 immediately. But the response was not really happy. Finally i got out of the train in jolarpet station due to harassment fear.
Southern Railway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Many people here are travelling without train tickets and are occupying reserved seats, even after complaining to the authorities no action was taken.
Then what is the purpose of reserving tickets if you don't even get a seat to sit down??

Can immediate action be taken please
In the above train UR passenger are travelling in reserved compartment. Especially Ramanathapuram to paramakudi etc., More over UR passenger is disturbing more in the train and orguing for the reserved passenger quarry. This has to taken seriously and action to be taken immediately for safe journey to passenger by the Indian railway.

    Address: Tambaram Railway station auto stand, 600059

    Auto stand people in tambaram railway station (East tambaram) stops and doesn't allow other autos inside railway station.

    I will always book my auto and there is place for vehicles to come and drop/pick "u turn" where people can get into the vehicles. It is useful especially for old and elder people. Auto stand people will stop, fight and never allow other autos like ola/uber or any other. They charge 100rs for less than one km.

    The question is who are they to allow or not allow in a public place and it is central government who is not taking any actions against them till now.

    How can they make public to fight and stop what they wants. They say "if you want go out to middle of the road". Who are these guys to tell that?

    Can anyone tell me is there any other place where we can inform this to officials of railways/central government?

    This issue is not only in tambaram. It is seen in many places but here they are fighting with public/people also rudely.

      Sir, i had booked 01 room for couple on line to stay two day at chennai retiring room at (Mas) — chennai central rly station for dt. 15/04/19.& 15/04/2019, for irctc ltd had charged rs. 1812/- on dt 12/03/2019. Vide ref no. Of on line payment. Rs. 1812/- thru : inb/[protected]/paytm mob. Solution ltd. From my saving a/c no [protected],
      It was booked for a/c 01 room, dauble bed for two day, when i reached on date[protected], confirmed tid no. [protected]. Ref no. Masrr 1367966 doj:13/04/2019 at 03:45rr:mas pax ramjilal fare rs.1764/- sc rs.47.2/- total rupees 1812/- (My pnr no[protected]. From nzm to mas) at chennai at about 21-00 hrs, i was shocked that irctc ltd, fraudulently charged rs. 1812/- for on line booking. & i was harassed with my family it was told by retiring room duty staff on reaching at chennai he said t hat complaint thru. Grievance of irctc ltd cell so, i had neither given any room nor accommodated, any refunded rs. 1812/-

      Henceforth, its requested to pl refund my on line booking thru irctc ltd. Rs. 1812/- back to my a/c no as above said.

        Hi,

        I have been a regular user of local trains in Chennai for the past 8months (tambaram-chengalpet). Platforms in paranur station is lower than the standard. I could see people of older age finding it difficult to get in or get out. More than this it's a life concern. Students from board high school of very small age travel in these trains and there is potential risk. The gap is too high to get struck. Immediate action would make real sense.

          Everyday morning after 9.04 am train there is no train till 9.24 am from beach to velachery in between time one train has to come as per the schedule. During this peak hours we are finding it very difficult to wait for almost 25 mins without the train. We are actually wasting our time by standing in the station at this peak hour. Kindly make note of this and do the needful. It would be of great help if a train comes at 9.15 am in between. Moreover when a train comes after 25 min in the morning hours it is too crowded and we couldn't get in and missing the train and again waiting for another train. A big headache. Kindly do the needful immediately please.

          Train 1.30hrs delay, unable to reach my company on time. Unexpected worst service from railways. You have to check it out plz.
          Train No:76805/76806 mannargudi to Tiruchirapalli(TPJ) passenger i had went to week end twice vice-versa. This train go to 105 km. but no tiolet facilities are available. In morning season, Tiolet must needed. Please take necessary action, This passanger train provided tiolet facilites. to help sick passengers and other peoples

            Dear sir /madam

            Today 24th april i am travelling with my family from egmore to salem by salem express. Due to unexpected circumstances i'm unable book my tickets.
            Now at this time while i'm writing this i'm travelling with my family in general compartment.

            Here there are some local drunken people disturbing the genuine passengers.

            So i tried to contact railway police station number but the call is ringing continuously without response.
            I never expected this kind of irresponsible from a responsive department.
            Kindly take some necessary steps before some unfortunate.

              I forgot to take my luggage while getting down in tambaram.

              In Mangalore Junction railway station peoples are not allowed to park at least 5 minutes also. I'm standing with my bike but they are asking for money and using bad words. I'm not suppose to park peoples are not allowed to waiting also just for 5 minutes. Not understand what kind of rule is this.

                Dear authorities,

                Have you visited in personnel on how many bikes are parked in both east and west tambaram?.

                How come the price was awarded for a contract of 15/- for 12 hrs and 20 for 20 hours? Is this not too much of price for parking? There are tons of bikes parked one over the other during peak days. There is a large commuter base and this is the only source. With what kind of consent these prices were spiked. As it is railway property it does not mean you can keep 15 /20 or keep increasing.

                I am parking since the ages of 3 /-

                Can you please take on ground how this pricing happened.

Why this type of person our government keeping in this field. He irritate me today morning itself my mind totally upset.

                    I am a regular train traveller and am seeing all the lights are been glowing even in the day time also. Very rarely am seeing paseengers has option switch off the lights. Most of the compartments does not have light control switch. Please treat this as high importance and take necessary steps to sort this power wastage issue. This will save power which in turn reduce the global warming.

                    This is a daily occurrence.

                      My pnr# [protected]. Before katpadi jn someone took dinner order. Thought it was railway authorized caterers. Ordered idly. He charged 50rs during delivery. Found that there was only 3idly and poor quality sambar. Complained to ttr. He said there's no railway authorized caterers in the train and he must have been some outsider. Wondering how an outsider (Without permission) can be allowed to take food order from 100s of passengers without concerned authorities stopping him. Btw, people near me ordered parotta, were charged 50rs and their food was also poor in quality and quantity.

                        Past one month premium parking s not functioning due to non renewal of contract passenger were forced to park their vehicle at own risk in spite as usual i parked my vehicle today morning under a tree shade front of parking building at that time nobody was there for issuing any token. After my wrk nit 8.30 i went to take my vehicle some in charges and few more unauthorised person there started quarreling wit me they refused to leave me and my bike stating tat i am trying to steal the bike and threaten me they closed the way and behaved in a rude manner not letting me move out of the place being single lady i was helpless in tat place pls take necessary action over the in charge and unauthorised person

                          Train no 16175, travel dt 30/3/19, pnr no [protected] ticket no 90940071, seat no 57, 58, 60 &61. Window aluminium panel over screen not fixed propoerly it was noisy could not sleep.

                          Blanket given not clean and washed.

                          We frequently travel to peralam in this train as we have a ashram there. This train is not always clean. All old coaches not tidy.

                            My native is tiruchirapalli from trichy, thanjavur, kumbakonam to banglore only one train (Mailadurai express) will be available, this rout also so far plz make short distance to these above cities. We are trying to reserve tickets before 2 month but ticket will be full. There only 5 general compartments plz schedule one more train this route we are middle class people bus ticket cost will be more i kindly requested for railway department take action immediately

                              As aged people are facing difficult in taking escalator to climb steps at tambaram railway station for boarding passenger trains going down south very frequently, it would be kind enough to provide lift facilities on both sides of railway station (East and west), would be much useful a lot for all passengers.

                                Adyar ananda bhavan seems to be of one the most popular restaurant in tn, still discomforts with its poor quality of food provided in the influence of southern railway at egmore branch... Near railway station..!! We was provided with a spoilt food which might have been kept for several days in that restaurant... Kindly look upon these silly problems before giving it to people..!!

                                  I am writing this complaint inside the train number016127. We have booked the tickets from Trivandrum to Guruvayoor. PNR : [protected], [protected], [protected].The train was arrived at Ernakulam Jn at 4.00Pm.Still now 6.45 the train is not departed. The scheduled time to arrive at Guruvayoor was 5.50 Am. The have not yet received no official information regarding late running from authorized authorities. Request you to take necessary action regarding the same and we are forced to claim the incidental claim.

                                    There is no safety in Train No. & Name: 12512/RAPTISAGAR EXP..no water in the toilet all unreserved passengers were traveling in our bogies.. It's almost 200 unreserved passengers were travelling.TTR MR.ASHOK, &his assistant were very busy collecting fine from unreserved passengers.almost four person came and collected penalty from the same people..they never asked tickets from us.we still have doubt whether they are TTR or somebody else.when we asked so many questions. He started to run away from our place .
                                    NO SAFETY FOR GIRLS &LADIES.please look into it

                                      I am travelling in tno: 12659 from coimbatore to katpadi today. My seat no: 49 - s5.

                                      It is really painful to enter the coach because of the unreserved passengers sitting everywhere. Almost this bogie is loaded with atleast 260 - 300 passengers.

                                      If anything happens to me r my belongings railway is responsible and tte is not turned up so far.

                                        We booked ticket on s9 coach-pnr[protected] from ern to cbe on[protected].
                                        There are lots o[censored]nreserved people get in to the coach from ern station and not even have a space to keep a leg on the reserved coach.
                                        The terrible scenario is all bathrooms are occupied and locked from inside by the unreserved people. Ticket examiner came to the compartment and the situation not even changed. I was struggled a lot with my carrying wife in the coach. The situations seems to be like train ticket examiner escaping from the coach with his life. It was the most worst experience i had in my life. I wrote this complaint due to this situation should not be happened to anyone in future.
