This is with to refund issue irctc tatkal online reservation, while booking there was no confirmation of booking seat on the irctc site that too Tatkal which we will have min time limits, while its transferring amount from bank its took so much time and there was no booking found on site, same time I even didn't get msg that was dedcted, so ticket has been rebooked for same, which after sometime i was see its duplicated, suddenly I cancelled one, I even raised ticket with irctc but no response till now, kindly help me resolving issue & help me to get refund.
