Dear sir,

This is to inform you that person who is attending me he is charging 5 rs gr urination where govt rate is 2 rs. Bit aruging he paid back the money
This happened between 09:30 to 09:45 pm ist period tonight please give him strict warning.

Second people are sitting door steps in mets train which really annoying people who is going to get down. I am sure many raises these kind of concern. Kindly help this to sorted out.

There is alot of passanger sitting around the current ticket counter area. There is alot of fan facilities available but not working. Please take action against it. It is more useful all passangers.

    Hi, i have travelled from erode to chennai central through yercaud express (22650) which started from erode yesterday and reached chennai today (04/23/2018).
    Unreserved passengers got into our coach s4 from katpadi and started chatting among them loudly. They got down at tiruvallur. They didn't even bother sleeping passengers. This is happening often. After middle of night, no ticket checking is there which they take to their advantage.
    If some ticket checking is there on every coach before train reaches tiruvallur, these circumstances could be avoided. Kindly help on this issue.

      Train no 12731 i travelled on 19 april 2018 from madanapalli to secunderabad.
      The train is expected to reach at 7:30am but it is 3 hrs delay which caused lot of issue with my health.
      Before night my wife was admitted in hospital in hyderabad am supposed to reach early which did not happen.
      I have to cancel my daughter school.. Ext
      Kindly help the public. There are many families travel in train. Too much delay has impact on our schedule and cost of our job.. Etc

        Complaint about the unreserved passangers... I dont know how railway and ticket checkers allowing the unreserved passanger in reserved coaches like sleeper class and ac coaches while traveling different station with small amount and travelling in nearest station they entering in ac coach and ticket checker is also allowing them to travel this happens in calicut station the train name 16859 chennai egmore to manglore

          Dear sir
          I am a regular traveller in emu suburban local train from gummidipundi (Gpd) to chennai central (Mas) at 4.50am train. Daily local vendors are keeping their luggage at entry and exit in ladies compartment which is very uncomfortable to get in to the train. If any passengers ask them to move, they are using abusive words and sometimes going to extreme level. I have tried to call helpline 138 as well as 182 but it is not connecting. I kindly request you to take strict actions against them.

          There is no train to chengalpet beteeen 8.50a.m to 9.50 a.m although the official timing of melmaruvathur train timing is 9.40 at potheri it never come on time...

            This is with to refund issue irctc tatkal online reservation, while booking there was no confirmation of booking seat on the irctc site that too Tatkal which we will have min time limits, while its transferring amount from bank its took so much time and there was no booking found on site, same time I even didn't get msg that was dedcted, so ticket has been rebooked for same, which after sometime i was see its duplicated, suddenly I cancelled one, I even raised ticket with irctc but no response till now, kindly help me resolving issue & help me to get refund.

              The coach near to first class which is meant for ladies, has both ladies and gents travelling on it. This coach is meant for ladies, but have never seen only ladies in this coach. I wanted to know whether it is meant only for ladies or both the gender. If it's for ladies then i request the board to take necessary action, since it's very scary in the night to travel alone in the compartment with men.

              I booked 4 tickets from Ooty to coonoor twice on 8th April 2018.Txn Id is [protected] and [protected].These two transactions failed.And they told that the money will be refunded.But till now no money is credited.Please concern about this complaint.

                Hi team,
                I used to travel kerala to chennai regularly in sleeper class train no: 12696
                But when the. Train reached kadpadi and arakkonam stations lot of people who get in to the train and they occupy our reserved seats. If we deny to allow them to sit then they try to abuse us and its ending up with a big fight. Neither the ttr nor the railway police not taking any necessary action on this. That makes our journey too miserable. Really this degrades the value of southern railway.
                Please take some necessary action on this.

                  Dear sir,

                  Train 12635/12736 vaigai express between chennai and madurai running afternoon daily. Now the train not fully occupied. Because hot climate. No one choose the train. Also train running time also very long even double track completed between madurai to chennai. It started at egmore dep.01.40pm
                  Arrival at madurai is 09.20pm same day. Between trichy and madurai running very slow. So as i suggest to attach 2 or 3 sleeper coached in vaigai for 3 months trial basis depending on response. Because old people are not able to sit till madurai. They choose only sleeper coaches. Even iam also. Because last week i travelled madurai from chennai the already delay and reach madurai at 09.50pm. All passengers are very tired. So i request southern railway to attach 2 or three sleeper coach attached in vaigai express for 3 months.

                  One more suggest.

                  Duranto train running between chennai to madurai running weekly two days.
                  Total 360 tickets but ticket sold only 60. This is one of the loss making train in southern railway. So i request southern railway best to run the train between chennai egmore and madurai with stoping of villupuram and trichy as weekly express. Definetly southern railway earn more money comparing chennai central timing.

                  Friday chennai egmore dep.10.40pm madurai arrival 6.45am

                  Sunday madurai dep. 10.45pm chennai egmore arrival before 7am.

                      We senior citizens have allotted upper berths. It is not the first time.I presume that you have wantedly doing this. How can we got up in the upper berth. Do the needful for reallot the berth (middle or lower ) at early to enable for happy & comfortable journey.If only upper berth available, by informing us, we may arrange alternate arrangements. Why you are not showing available seats like bus bookings.
                      Being senor citizen how can we jump to upper berth. DO THE NEEDFUL FOR CHANGE OF BERTH TO LOWER OR MIDDLE.

                        I went to mount road for some purchase in my car. And didn't have any idea on where to park my car. When i inquired about parking area nearby, i was directed to the railway parking lot at chinthadripet railway station. I parked my car for nearly 3 hours and i was charged rs.15/-. But when i started my car it actually suffered some starting troubles. The contractor and another worker went in search of a mechanic in their two-wheeler took the trouble to find one. They helped me to fix the issue in my car.
                        The parking charge that i paid was actually meager, but they did not consider it. They had the heart to help me out. It was not their duty to help me out, but still they did it.
                        This incident really made me happy.

                          Half an hour before i came to thiruvanmiyur metro station to buy two tickets (One for me & another for my brother). There was a long queue & there was this women staff at ticket counter behaving rude & asking exact change from everyone. Even for 10rupees she is asking change while holding lot of coins infront of her desk. I asked two tickets & gave 50rupees, which she would give 40rs. Back. She has lot of 10rupees &20rupees notes (Almost a small bunch) but purposely asking change and holded the tickets. I then called my brother who was standing besides me & got the 10rs. & immediately gave to her. This staff again purposely said that she can give only one ticket & not for my brother & gave only one ticket. She added that she can give only one ticket per head. I noticed a old man (70+) i think, still waiting for his ticket standing nearby the counter. I gave the ticket to my brother & came out. The lady was out of control & she repeatedly shouts at the queue mentioning some rules. Is this the right way for the govt staffs to behave with public? Pathetic india, i worry the quality of public service has really gone down to such extent that even senior citizens need to wait for a small amount of change. If any senior officials came across this post please take some actions against this rudelady & some possible steps sothat atleast some old men dont need to wait, thank you.

                          When I came along with my wife at 2 am in 22668 train from cbe..I have availed retering room in virudhunagar ..I have informed regarding there is no water supply in bathroom and toilet..but there is no action from railway authority..kindly take action against the concerned authority to provide water supply.

                              2. Our seats (3&4) were like rock. Had back pain by paying 520 rupees each to s. Rly.
                              3. Since the door is very close to the ac cabin entrance whenever a person comes in or goes out i get a blow on my shoulder or head.
                              Had and having (Yes texting from the train only) an irritating and uncomfortable journey.

                                Chennai Central...so called busy junction...very sad to realize that no proper food stall except "Jan Ahaar". People are cornered to use only Jan Ahaar but the quality is very very very poor for the money values. In order to get their coffee sales, there is no tea served and most of previous food stalls closed and outside also no hotel due to metro construction. What an organised looting by a most believed public company. Registering this complaint in order to get some basic amenities improved in Chennai Central to at least the level of some local station around city.

                                  The parking fees at secundrabad are too high. They are charged me n rs. 35 rs. Per 1 hr 40 mins. Is it fair event it includes sgst and cgst of 9%. Recently the gov has anounced that no parking fee for shopping malls and super markets e. T. C and also govt suggested that the owners are responsible for provinding parking for customers, ok thats fine but, even govt. Shouldnot provide free parking at railways or bustands than why other private shop owners should provide free parking is it fair?

                                    Today (17/03/18) pondicherry express reached at 9.10 am @ tambaram 10.20am @ egmore.

                                    We are travelling from tindivanam to chennai daily for working in private
                                    And government sectors through pondicherry express. Most of the working people around 1000 members up and down this train only. But train is reaching delayed in tambaram and egmore stations regularly in morning. Also evening delay of arrival in tindivanam station but regularly reaching in tindinvan @ 9.00 pm regularly instead of 8.10 pm.

                                    Kindly regularizing the inordinate delays in train arrival as per timetable.

                                      This is anand professional auditor who's travelling from ajj to mas on a daily basis. I'm having first class monthly season.

                                      Since there is no fc compartments in any express trains or in super fast trains. What is the necessary of providing fc season.

                                      Because as per ticket conditions we could not travel in reservation compartments atleast.

                                      Hence, consider this as a compliant or suggestion kindly do the needful.

                                        My name is mr. Sanches derick, i'm travelling from cochin to trivandrum on 5th march 2018 on kerala express 12626 started @ 10:20 am from ernakulam, my seat no is b3 - 63, i feel poor service from ernakulam till.. I'm the only person in this compartment and seats are fully filled with waste clothes for washing and ac is not working properly from ernakulam onwards, this is how a passenger gets service from southern railway when i choose for 3ac as for my comfort travel.

                                        Iam travelling in 12601 mangalore mail,[protected].Some People with help of food sellers here in chennai central are selling seats in GN comprtmnts to public for amount starting from Rs.50 onwards.The problem here is that passengers are not able to get seats for them.Pls take necessary actions on the culprits & pls do police check the compartments
