I am arunachalam t, 64 years old retaired govt. Sertvant. I booked 3 tickets from pavurchathram to chennai on[protected]. Pnr no.[protected]. W/l no.393, 394, 395 journey date[protected] pothigai superfast express train no.12662. On[protected] i went to pavurchathram railway station for cancellation. The pavurchathram railway station master mr. Wilson told me today is sunday. I can't cancell, come tomorrow 8.00 am. Then i return back and went[protected].9.30 am he told that he had no money in the station. You come tomorrow. Again i went[protected].30 pm. New station master named mr. Arun told that he had no money in the station. My ticket status is w/l 31, 32, 33. I asked to the s. M. What can i do? If i cancel within 30 minutes of departure of the train i can't receive money. His reply is irresponsible.
Now i loss my money. What can i do?
Kindly refund my money
And refund money for cancellation to the general public without fail in future.

The matter was announcement of local train from MAA to PTMS at 0415.
The lady announced wrong information we just want to do not repeat it again
