Sir,
I am traveling from chennai to howrah in 12840 howrah mail on 06 oct 17. As the train started at 2345 hrs, i just board the train and go to sleep on the allotted berth, i. E. 55 in b1 coach. But the berth was filled with bedbugs, and i cannot sleep for the whole night.
In the next morning, i lodge a complaint to tte and care taker of the coach. But, no action taken by them. Therefore, the second night had to spend sleepless for the bedbugs.
You are requested please resolve these type of silly problem which make and uncomfortable journey and also the pride of indian railway.

    I was travelling in rameshwaram train time 19.15 from egmore on 07/10/2017, in unreserved compartment. There are huge crowd travelling and lot of ladies and children there, but no fan and lights working even while travelling. Not feeling safe and totally uncomfortable throughout journey. Railway dept thinking that whose travelling in unreserved compartments are animals or some dumps.
    It's highly responsible for a govt dept to make even a single citizen feels safe.
    Hope they will understand and make necessary action in future.

      Respected madam,
      I am here by writing this letter to register a complaint regarding the theft that has been happened in the parcel department. I had a 8 boxes of goods that is arrived on 28/09/2017 at 5:00pm, i went to get the goods on 01/10/2017 but i was unable to get it as they asked me to submit the original rr for the goods, then i came back on 04/10/2017 at 6:00pm with the original rr for the goods. I hired a coolie to get the goods from the storage place and he said that the goods were damaged, through phone call. I thought that it will be a minor damage and asked him to get the goods, i was waiting outside and the coolie got the gate pass for the goods and brought it outside. When i saw the goods 3 boxes were opened and completely empty and 2 boxes were really wet and it is fully damaged. I need to raise a complaint against this incident and i would kindly ask you to verify the security camera and please help me with the necessary needs.
      I have also enclosed the xerox of the entire bill and gate pass for the goods.

        My name is amjad i was travelling from h. Nizamudin stn to chennai in 12270 train which started on 3/10/2017 the first day water was coming very slightly from the next i. E 4/10/2017 there is no water at all at the train from morning itself we were complaing to the person in charge and no one took response later on at the last stop of vijaywada the issue become big and the passengers travelling in the train were asking for water and superintendent of vijaywada station mr. K l meena had come there even he didn't took it serious and went again the train started moving but no water in the coaches both in s3 and s4 why is this happening. Is the the way treat the passengers. U people take full money of the passengers which includes all the services but u hav have not provided the same. This is not the way to treat the customers.           Sir,

          The letter being presented before your goodself is to take the curtains off from and to show you the truth happening behind you. Being an ordinary passenger i usually use rail transportation. I am a frequent traveller, till this day it was a smooth journey and comfortable atmosphere within this provisions provided. Hope, you can understand the mental stature of being an advocate, the pressure, tensions, stress that we undergo can never be explained but eventhough at that stature too we get relaxed for few minutes in this means of travel that we make through train. Today, the same travel put me into an embarassing situation by one of your employees who came to check the tickets. The fact is that already the train was late and to the rush the passengers travelling rushed to the train and got settled themselves but after few minutes a person approached us and enquired about the tickets and we all presented our tickets. As he checked upon he found that my ticket was not reservation based ticket but it was valid unreserved ticket taken from palghat to thrissur. The train which i travelled was 16277 in d11 coach. I was not having the knowledge rather would say that i was unaware about that coach's speciality. When this concerned ticket examiner came and bribed me rs. 500/- for entering into reservation coach then only to my shock i understood that i am in the wrong coach. But the next shock that shook me was that he shouted at me in the crowd without any mutual respect and also bribed from me rs. 500/- and extended me a ticket worth rs. 15/-. Eventhough i was ready to pay the reservation charges separately, he was not in a state to accept it and showed reluctance and rather shouted and questioned upon my individuality, integrity and just spit on my dignity. Still i am in the an astonishing state that even after bribing me and providing a ticket and seat number in that coach d11/40, he was busy in shouting and screaming at me without any solid reason. The reason behind this act of your subordinate is to be explained or due action should be implied and a positive reply related should be reported as reply. If in the sense the due action is not taken then i will be forced to file a private complaint and also defamation case against railway authorities and the concerned person whose name is c f petson (Ticket examiner) as well who bribed me rs. 500/-.

            I was travelling with my wife and 02 kids from mannargudi to rameswaram on 26th sep 2017 through mannargudi - manamadurai train. My daughter aged 07 wants to go to toilet. But there is no toilet provided in the train. At the same time wherever the train was stopped in stations while crossing boothalure, trichy and etc all the station toilets also locked. Just imagine the situation, when we travelling almost 07 hours to manamadurai, how the kids will control theses kind of things. At the same time, from trichy to karaikudi passenger train got the toilet. Really don't the logic behind this.

              On 29th sep 2017, i started journey from chennai and i have arrived madurai station. And we booked for call taxi to go home. Even for pickup and drop the railway organization charging parking fee/ entry fee tokens for vehicle which entering the station. The token cost is 40 rs. Its really too much. How the gov organization can charge the public for entering the station??...

                Today i went to egmore railway station chennai at around 5pm to send off my mother in law along with my wife and son 10 years old. We took platform tickets, while return back in platform no 4 one lady to asked us about tickets, we shown two tickets, she asked us rs.200 for bribe for another ticket my son who is 10years old. We requested but she is not listen my words and asking rs 200 for her (Bribe). I refuse to give and paid rs 260/ penalty.

                  I have started my journey21.09.2017 travelling by 12434 rajadhani express. Breakfast was served, when i opened the flask which contains hot water to have tea i found lot of maggots on the top of the flask. All are dead due to heat. Then i complained to the attender and he changed the flask. This is the quality maintained in rajadhani. Rice provided during my forward journey was also of not good quality. They are supposed to provide basumathi rice. Also one milk cream and one sugar sachet was provided. You can see the photos posted in face book also.

                    I am traveling from guntur to vizag in train no 22708. Aa in compartment c7 was not working. We expected it to get repaired as the tt told us. But it didn't happen. We were sweating. When am was not working why were we collected that fare. Now who is going to give us or refund us money. If you people can't maintain step down from power and sit in home. The only thing you can do is say sorry. When modi government came into the power, we were expecting a better indian. We had hope that the trend will be changed. But no, we were absolutely wrong. Now modi government is planning for bullet train. I would request to improve the service in railway first before thinking about new project. Because now we are sure that our government has no power to execute a single project properly. Here i am putting this complain just to keep my thought

                      We have raise the issue chennai suburban train used in first class compartment do second class ticket user beach to chengalpattu in daily basis for evening 17:00 pm to 23:00 pm, we are most of people was taken first-class ticket and congested the travel and irritated. Please check and daily basis and permanent solution to and valuable decision.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I have booked a ticket from chennai egmore (Ms) upto coimbatore junction (Cbe) for the journey dated 23rd sep 2017 by ms ers express (06033).

                        Offlate, i have noticed that the train ms ers express (06033) is delayed by 5 hours 20 minutes (Scheduled start from chennai egmore was 10:40 pm on 8th sep 2017 but actual start was 4:00 am on 9th sep 2017).

                        Current running status of train 06033 is 5 hours 55 minutes delayed as on 10th sep 2017 3 pm.

                        Also i have observed that the train ms ers express (06033) has delayed by 1 hr 55 mins on 16th sep 2017 (Original scheduled start 16 sep 2017 2240 hrs but actual start 17 sep 2017 0035 hrs). Besides the delayed start, the train has reached the destination by 4:03 hrs (Actual arrival 17th sep 2017 1448 hrs but the original expected arrival is 1045 hrs). I was not aware of the delays of train 06033 and have booked the tickets earlier.

                        Could you please tell the reason for such a huge delay at the source station chennai egmore (5 hours 20 mins) and what actions southern railway will take to prevent such huge delays in future?

                        As i mentioned above, i have booked tickets for 23rd sep 2017 in ms ers express (06033), how will railways ensure the departure and arrival of the train will not be delayed?

                        I have paid rs. 390/- per ticket and booked 3 tickets for my family rs. 1170/- for 06033 on 29th sep 2017.in case i cancel this ticket, i will lose 120x3 = rs. 360/- which is a loss for me.

                        Could you please ensure the train will depart from chennai egmore by 2240 hours on 23rd sep 2017 and also reach coimbatore jn by 0650 hrs the next day 24th sep 2017 as per the original schedule?

                          Chennai urban local train is standing out of guduvancherry station for more than one hour and the reason given by the loco pilot on enquiring said that signal has been problem... Is it a signal problem to be corrected more than one hour... Then what railway traffic is doing... The loco pilot also says no other problem in track, mean any derailment or any accident then for what purpose it has been made to what the passengers for more than one hour... What does southern railways urban local trains division doing... Is this the way it serves the public... We pay for ticket... Does it pay back our money for this delay...??? Do answer southern railways...

                            Bad experience and very bad review for the service provided by the southern railway the attendant sitting in the counter for the transport managment doesn't know the native language of this state, arrogance is spilling from his mouth,
                            If packing and all this are done by local what is railway station is working for?
                            We are paying tax and this is the service we get
                            Please you should put a enquiry on the parvel services management for 14 september thursday time : 1:19 pm

                              The road connecting kishtamma enclave road and old alwal is crossed by a railway gate. Unfortunately the gate is closed 20-30 mins before the train is passed. People crossing the gate and waiting near the gate are facing horrible time. Many times the station has been asked but unfortunately it is never followed. Recently my father met with a severe chest pain and we couldn't take him to hospital on time. Please find this as an important issue as it's not only me but many face the similar problem. I hope this request will be kindly considered and the station master is instructed to close 10 mins before the train approach. Thanks

                                As i'm travelling in yeshwantpur-bidar express (16571) seated in general coach (Ur) there is dirt in toilet i was watching it from 4pm n it departures @ 7pm but no one came to clean it or check for maintenance no cleanliness at all n the train started after some time @ some station it started to rain n wt i was watching really shocked me, i felt that the water was leaking from bottle behind my neighbours seat n he checked it but nothing was there, then i saw that the water was pouring from the bottom i. E., were there is a joining of mat or floor to the side of the seat. I really was in shocking, this is what happening. So i request to rrb not to be happen this in future it will directly affect the country if a foreigner travels in the indian train.

                                  I, bennet varghese, last year on the way to chennai from tiruvalla, kerala on 29/03/2016 train number - 12624 chennai mail, s9-63 we lost our all educational document and id cards driving licence, pan card, election card, aadar card issued by government of india, three android mobile phones and other things.
                                  If any body find our lost certificates in kerala or chennai or any other places please call my number [protected]..
                                  I assure that your information and findings will be kept secure by us.. We just want our lost orginal certificates for our further plans & purpose.. Your help will be appreciated..

                                    I was travelling in s10 compartment of train no.12601 on 5th september from chennai central. The ttr was seen allocating 2 persons in one berth for people who are not in rac list and was seen charging them. I informed this matter to the train captain jose. T. John in mob no.[protected] twice at 12:26am & 12: 28am and requested him to come and look into the matter. There was no response. What is the need for a train captain who does not care for the needs of the passenger. Is the train captains job is to relax in b1 ac compartment. Overcrowding in the second class sleeper compartment makes travel miserable.
