I missed my jute cloth bag today at arkkonam i e i travelled from tiruvallur to ajj 6:30 contains of some maghila society pan papers and 1 pant, 1 shirt and lungi with rs.1000/-

That train left as 6:40 beach fast. I contacted station manager he replyed nothing can be done. After my persistent request he gave the no 182. The 182 told to contact [protected].

The [protected] took my complaint. But still i couldn't get any reply

    Sub: waiting list ticket journey on 02/04/2017

    3) journey from mayiladuturai to chennai egmore


    We reserved the ticket on 08/03/2017 for three person
    1) r. Ravindran age 35 male
    2) r. Elavarasi age 29 female
    3) r. Harini age 09 female
    4) r. Harish age 03 male

    On 02/04/17 morning 10.30 am waiting list no.02, 03, 04 we think that their is possible to get confirm or rac. But unfortunately we get w/l 01, 02, 03 on charting. We get into s8 we request the tte we have the children please allow to travel check the ticket and ask to wait. Near chidrambram station he came you have three breath s7 34, 37and s8 52, for that bearth you have to pay rs.500/- we are ready to pay the amount but we ask the tte for the proper bill. He refuse to give the bill so we are not agree to give rs.500/- i get back the rs.500/-. At the same time he told me you are not allow to travel in the reservation coach.
    We have the children and women how can i get down please allow me in the coach to sit near rest room. He not agree to travel in the train you get down near punruti station again he came and ask rs.300/- without bill i refuse and we get down the train in villupuram station and we get the bus and i came to chennai

    I want to know the tte done is correct way of approach. I say the tte we are going to complaint for that he push me in the shoulder go and complaint no one cannot do any think i have right to get down. He have any right to push me in the shoulder. And what about my reservation amount and i am not travel in the train so make me the refund the amount.
    O sorry to say tte not getting salary. Tte not having the human courtesy their is any safety for my children and my wife any think happen who is responsible. If tte told me that in mayiladurai i will not get into the train. We will make some other arrangement he telling mid night 1.30am what we will do.

    Please take necessary action and refund my ticket amount

      iam mukesh.j.rawal from chennai as i was travelling from ahemedabad to chennai. On 06/05/2017 during midnight at 12.30 am i had kept my mobile phone for charging between the chandarpur and balharshah station of maharashtra. I felt a sleep for five minutes when i woke up i have found that my phone is missing. it is being stealed by someone.during that time. I was in coach s6 seat number 39 navjeevan express train number 12655. my mobile & model number is letv 1s

        Ratbachal express train vijayawada to visakhapatnam[protected] t. T was not doing their job correctly... Even though we have reservation we are coming by standing at bathroom... They are not checking the tickets at reservation compartment it is looking like general compartment... Their service was not good doing very worst service and worst jobs... Try to rectify the mistakes because we are facing the problem..

          R/sir,
          Even on the production of handicaped certificate and concession certificate the clerk at railway reservation counter o[censored]dgir railway station didn't gave me concessional ticket and talked vulgarly and when i requseted dy. Sub station master he also rejected to help me and didn't solved my problem. Moreover he asked me to do complaint to whoever i can and do whatever i can. I had enclosed herewith copy of concesson certificate and handicaped certificate. They also said that these certificates are not valid and when i asked to give it to me in writing then they rejected it too.

            On 23rd march i travelled frm mds to mysore in kaveri express in unreserved compartment one rice smugler gang entered at arakonam and filled both side toilets with rice bags and did not allow anybody to go toilets including me and one girl child got down at near jolarpet for urine where train stoped for signal and before she enter train it started and somehow she got in and this gang started unloading before 2, 3 stations and when i asked they started beating me emai [protected]@gmail.com

              I alongwith my wife travelled from h. Nizamuddin to chennai by train no.12612 under pnr no.[protected] and we were allotted berth no.73 & 74 in the coach no. G.4 apart from us seat 75 was allotted to some other person. As you are aware that this is more like coupe with very limited space and no space available even to strech the legs for about 28 hours journey. It is highly horrible to travel in this coupe like accommodation only with the intention of railways to have more revenue. I am attaching my ticket copy.

              At lease in this case railway can cut down one sleeper and allotting only for two and in case two different individuals are allotted there will be bit convenience to travel for 28 hours...

                I usually travel from Bangalore to Mysore once or twice a month. I book tickets every time. But every time I need to fight with other passagers who does not reserve but have the normal ticket to sit in my reserved seat. It is really irritating to fight for our seats and a big headache.
                I request to take action about this so that people without reservations go to general compartment and don't argue with those who reserve seats.
                And talking about the cleanliness, few steps needs to be taken to keep the compartments clean.
                Hope you consider my request and take immediate action to make our country better.

I received part refund of rs.4395 and balance of rs.1200 not yet credited to the bank account.                     We were on the way to the ladies we were compartment... The tt did not even permit us to stand next to the toilet of ac compartment.. It is night 10pm now.. He was behaving badly with one of the parents accompanied... As we were next to the ac compartment, we did not get in with general ticket.. We are kerala sports people who went to receive the cash price for our national medal... Is the the way the kerala govt treat sports person who represent the gods own country

                    New Kodambakkam Ticket counter has no proper board on entrance .A paper printout displayed as KODAMBAKKAM BOOKING OFFICE. A blue board hanged aside but the side walkers are stand and closed the board.Commuters by mistake come to the old Ticket counter. Arrange a proper board in Tamil too as straight language as TICKET COUNTER on entrance counter.
                    Due to coolie porter not attending the trains coming to Chennai Central, the commercial clerk decline to open the brake van and unloading the parcels from the brakevan.

                    if the parcels are unloaded and back to yard then materials in the bundles are looted. so we face heavy loss

                    kindly sort out this matter as urgent issue

                      Karnataka Express/12628 had left Delhi on 27th April 2017 and expected to reach Bengaluru (SBC) by 1.40 pm on 29th April 2017. However, train is almost 3 hours late and the running status has not been updated on any official site to hide the mismanagement of Indian/South Railways. This happens frequently. I need a clarity on this issue as one of the suffering travelers.

                      If transparency will not be maintained in future, I would like to file a case in a consumer court. My PNR is [protected].

                        New Kodambakkam Ticket counter has no proper board on entrance . A paper printout is seen as KODAMBAKKAM BOOKING OFFICE instead of ticket counter. What is mean by booking office as for as the suburban station is concerned. How many illiterate people knows this language. And a blue board hanged aside but the side walkers are stand on the board by which it cannot be seen by the commuters. Now I have seen most of the passengers by mistake come to the old Ticket counter and then returned to the new counter. After spending a lot the Railway dept has opened a new ticket counter. But why they have left out to make a name display board. So hereby request you to arrange a proper board in Tamil too as straight language as TICKET COUNTER on entrance of the counter.
                        Also the announcer announced the suburban train Number too for every train. It is unwanted and there is no use of announcing the train No. Rather it is confused the commuters .

                            Avadi station is the worst i have ever seen. We are fined 250 for walking in the platform. They fined as we entered the station through the back side. Whether every one in Tamil Nadu know the rules. Its their duty to prevent law exploitation but not to raise the monetary of government. We are fined for the unnecessary reason. Very stupid thing i have ever seen. Money doesn't matters the most. But how long they will use innocent people to...

                            I got my general ticket to coimbatore from chennai central station on 25/04/2017 (Chennai - coimbatore sf).
                            When reached the platform it was crowded. But there is some people who was sitting inside the general compartment offered me seats for ₹30. And the price of the seats varies from people to people (₹30-₹50). At that time there were no policemen to comply this situation.
                            I hope the authorities will check on this issue.

                              As I have cancelled my ticket in ernakulam station on 17th of January 2017 and had received a TDR letter from the railway station and posted it to tykadu post trivandrum on 25th of January and when I called to the your office of tykadu post the person in charge said that it has already been sent to trichy office on February 05 2017 and approved for Rs.1940 but till now it has not been debited or delivered to my account or place can you please let me know about the refund because no one is taking any action on this when called to the office the official who recive the call doesn't know about this

                                Hi,

                                Today i booked my active scooter in trivandrum railway parcel service to trichy. Am very happy after seeing the cost for parcel charges, it's just 720rs. But unfortunately got shocked to see the parcel charge (500rs). Even the worst part is he threatened to offer the amount and he is not ready for negotiations. Am really worried such kind impediment in public service. My pwb no is 301734.

                                Request the right authority to take stringent action on this case.

                                  I have booked 5 packs at JSG but I received 4 packs at MAS. Sorry to say at MAS material issuing officer told material not send by JSG booking officer. While same thing asked at JSG they told material booked but material not unloaded at MAS. As I am leaving at Kalpakkam it is very difficult to go MAS again and again and to receive the material again. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                    Yesterday i had been to central station. I was walking from two wheeler stand to the main station and i was happy to note that you have provided an ample space for pedestrians so that passengers from the entrance can reach out to sub-urban station. While walking i observed that gradually street hawkers have commenced their small business on the pavements and in case you do not eradicate them it will be a problem at a later stage. You can very will entrust the work to railway protection force to avoid the hawkers to do their business. Thanks for sparing your valuable time in reading this message

                                      I am travelling today by Rockfort express from Chennai Egmore to Tiruchchirapalli by second class airconditioned coach A1. The bed spreads were loaded in the train just before departure of train at 10.30 pm. To my surprise, the breadth of the bedspreads supplied were too short than those normally supplied in airconditioned coaches. To be specific, they were only about 90 cms broad. When I brought this to the notice of the attender, he says the bedsheets were loaded only at the last minute and he has not checked them and can do nothing about it. Why does not southern Railway make surprise inspection of supplies made to travellers? Will any action be taken based on my complaint? Also, the velcro in the curtains have gone and do not serve the purpose, so the curtains open up in the middle. They also require to be replaced.
