Have ordered a wifi modem suitabe for all gsm sim on 27/06/2020 and paid rs.2751, but no response till. No order cancellation arrangements in web. I thik this site is a fraud one and swallow money

    Hi sir/ mam,

    This is regarding the job offer / exam given to p naveen kumar (Son of late. P jaya kumar who was working at loco works near ayanavarm passed away recently due to heart attack in feb 2020 residing at balamurugan st chennai 39), his son is working in a pvt ltd company at nungambakkam and his sister is working at hdfc (Credit card) division (Near ampa mall) when their family is well settled how could he is been offered to write exam for job at railways.

    Please consider this on high priority and take action against this false practice.

          I was travelled from sbc to mas through train no 22681 on 18th march 2020 by pnr no [protected]. Regret to inform that the train was very slow and inordinate delay to reach chennai at 7.15 am on 19th march 2020 which upset all my programs on that day. At sbc it was delayed by 1 hr 32 mnts but delayed further 2hrs to reach chennai at 7.15 am instead of 5.15 am.in fact it was running like kaveri express which was an ordinary express train.
          Request you to arrange for refund of sf charges which levied from me and kindly ensure to run this train as super fast in future.

          Without providing any facilities in the parking vendors keep on increasing the fares. For parking a 2 wheeler they are charging 20 rs, 25rs, 40rs. Prices varies according to vendor. Please regularizes the price. It is difficult to afford the price for normal people

            Due to covid19 most of people are afraid to go on.. Now from 18-31 all college and schools are leave.. So everyone returned and returning to their home... As per govt advice more than 5peoples should not form a group or join a group. Better idea to keep everyone to stay alone and alert.. Close the reservation halls in omni bus ticket booking counter.. Close waiting halls in railway station and bus stand.. That can we.. Only reach the spot on time only.. Clean the halls and close it temporary...

              Since last 15 days, there is open defecation going on both the rails at Greenways MRTS station. It creates bad stench for both up and down lines when trains cross this station. Please look into this and maintain cleanliness of this station and the rails.

                Every day we have been suffering for the delay caused by suburban local emu trains for the route chennai central to gummudipoondi. It delayed mostly between basin bridge junction and chennai central because express crossing and some other unknown issues. Every time i observed that express trains and local emu for the route gummudipoondi arrive/depart at same time causes the delay but chennai central - avadi, arakonam route trains running fine. When this kind of partiality will end?

                  The velachery to chennai beach train. Particular the tiruvanmiyur station most of the it staf[censored]sing. This station no facility is there.
                  1. Time clock is not there
                  2. Station master is not there
                  3. Train time table is not there
                  4. No proper clean station
                  5. Toilet no proper clean
                  And spl. Ladies train 4 compartment is give common usage please.
                  Compartment first one middle one last one allocate.

                    Sir i would like to say, that i knew to getthe refunded money for short termination i should collect a gc certificate from the tc but,
                    I asked to the tc for the gc certificate but the tc did nt give me coz they openly said there is no need for gc certificate to get the refund,

                    They said, automatically money will be refunded in my bank account,

                    And also the tc said they can nt help for anything for the irctc online transaction,

                    I dont wanna make debate sir, i am just going to appeal you, plz give me the refund of my transaction,

                      I commute to office by train from chennai - guindy to chengelpet. I am a woman and used to take first class ticket just to use cushion seat. Since i am a patient, i cannot sit on wooden seat for continuous 2 hours. But unfortunately, all the ladies seat present in first class are wooden seats. General seats with cushion are mostly occupied by men are we are forced to use wooden seats. Then why are we even paying 5 times more money to use first class?
                      Also, recently the first class bogies has been reduced to two, which adds to the currently existing pressure.
                      Kindly include one more fc bogey and please include cushion seats for ladies in fc.

                        A2B restaurant at MGR central railway station Chennai not providing mini meals as advertised in menu displayed on walls on 27/12/2019 at 1300 hours lunch time. It is misleading. They should either remove advertising on walls or provide as advertised. Concerned authorities to take necessary action in the interest of passengers. Food be available as advertised/displayed or only menu as made available be displayed.

                          I am a commuter from tambaram to melmaruvathur. I am working in state government.. Egmore-pondicherry passenger is late in arriving time for consecutively 6 days.. Since most of the passengers are commuters and its a gift for us to get this train particularly. For past six days we are facing this issue. Please do the needful. This is not the case previous weeks. And i plead you to take necessary action.

                          In Guindy railway station the pay & use toilet was good, but when we gave a 10 rupees coin they won't give a chance and tell us that the amount is 10 rupees per head. For toilet 10 rupees is higher. Request you to look into this. Thank you

                            Please find attached notification,

                            I would like to bring into your notice that train was cancelled and after some days it was again rescheduled this information i did not get from irctc/railway dept through either sms and email, i only came to know that on 02.10.2019 at 2pm (It was journey date) from one of my friend that train was rescheduled. So as per your reason for repudiate, how would i surrender ticket before 4 hours of scheduled journey.

                            When train was cancelled, i called so many times to irctc customer care, they said no need to cancel the ticket becuase ticket will be cancelled automatically and i will get full refund. So kindly look into the matter and justify yourselves.

                                  The steps (In tamil we say as 'padi') from alandur side and the railway station subway by walk from alandur to st thomas mount railway station is always stagnant with water (Even when no rain) and plenty of litters (Kuppai).
                                  The lighting facility also very poor.

                                    It has been more than 6 months now since irctc food service is not operating at chennai central. While there are other shops from where food can be availed, they are either too unhygienic and unhealthy food or are too expensive at the stake of getting quality food. 99% of everyday travellers are not do rich that they can afford such food at a risk of losing their health. I have added a photo of dum biriyani that i had at a2b in chennai central which costed me rs 140 with a quantity that didn't fulfil my hunger during lunch. Also, i remember an illiterate person standing in a long line for food at a2b and when i got out with my food, he asked me how much did it cost and my reply just made him leave from there with his hunger. May be he failed to feed his family that day with good food.
                                    While irctc does provide some assurance and affordability for good quality food, i request you to please reopen the irctc food service as soon as possible so that people don't have to suffer more.

                                      Whenever i travel in my own vehicle to drop or pick up my family to railway station parking fee collection people compel to pay parking fee through rowdyism. Today ola driver come in side to to pick up me from new railway entrance building, they collected parking fee forcefully, from the old driver. The vehicle was not parked at all. Take necessary action against the tenderer. I suspect about the receipt they give also. Which is printed as car parking entry. If it is posable i will send the photo copy of receipt. Request to give a public notice also to protect the public from this type of rowdyism. I just traveled through ananthapuri express. My seat number are a1- 13, 14, 15 and 16.

                                      Water gets stagnant over the foot over bridge of the station towards race course side when it rains. It blocks the path in that way and people (many employees) have to walk in that muddy water. It is very difficult for all the passengers to go in that path especially in the mornings.

                                        It is a pathetic state to get into 1st class everyday inspite of paying additional cost for the tickets. I travel everyday from chindadripet to thiruvanmiyur. Vendors and people with other class tickets get into the first class compartment and sit all over the floor and occupy seats. Why is rpf so haphazard in allowing this but are very prompt in levying penalty for parking and other petty things.

                                        Moreover the railway stations and staircases are so badly maintained. Staircases stink and the first step to get down at thiruvanmiyur is so bad that anybody will trip and fall. Dogs keep sleeping allover and place, people feed them with food which stays there for days together stinking.

                                        I m reaching out to you to address this pathetic state before this comes out in social media and public forums.
