IRTC-Called me to submit my train ticket in chennai office, last week i submitted ticket to chennai office by speed post

Today i get a phone call [protected], Telling that he is calling from irtc he told me my problem solved and refund money for that he ask my ATM CARD NO/ PASSWORD/ A/C NO /BALANCE etc.. i have doubt i ask bank manger about this he told me thais is CHEATING i call again this mob no not answering the call
