Sir, I was traveling from tiruninravur to chennai on 02 november 2017 by emu bearing no.43210. The train hit an elderly person at annanur aroung 8am. The guard immediately swung into action. He provided first aid to the injured on the spot and moved him by the same train. He has promptly arranged for ambulance at ambattur and rushed him to hospital. The name of the guard and driver is not known. But they should be commended appropriately for their exemplary act. Regards Pandiya rajan D. R. R. My train number is 16179, mannai express, my actual train time to tambaram is 9.45 pm, but still now train has not arrived at tambaram now time is 1.55 Am, I was tracking my train but still no proper tracking details I can't get, I was waiting with my family, no is telling proper reason and no other railway staffs is here to explain about train

I am traveling several times in this trains and i hardly seen ticket checking.most of the time unreserved passenger travel in coach s14 and s13.I am individual women traveling and finding it hard in case of RAC.

The platform for express trains in lalgudi is of the old metre guage type. I am a senior citizen and all senior citizens find it very difficult to detrain since the platform level is low. Kindly raise the level for at least one metre by concrete structure.
